Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of fabric structures, in particular to a stretch-resistant fabric and a dyeing and finishing method thereof.
Background
The fabric is a material for making clothes, as one of three elements of the clothes, the fabric can not only explain the style and the characteristics of the clothes, but also directly control the expression effect of the color and the shape of the clothes, the fabric can be roughly divided into two types, one is a woven fabric, also called a woven fabric, which is formed by vertically interweaving warp yarns and weft yarns, the other is a knitted fabric, and the fabric is formed by forming loops by using knitting needles for yarns or filaments and then mutually stringing and sleeving the loops.
The application of the fabric is quite wide at present, the fabric is easy to wrinkle when in use and easy to deform once being stretched greatly, a specific stretch-resistant fabric is also available at present, but the stretch-resistant performance of the fabric is still possible to be reduced under normal use, and the fabric is likely to shrink too much and has wrinkles and poor dyeing and finishing quality in the dyeing and finishing process, so that the fabric is low in quality after being processed, and therefore social requirements are difficult to meet, and the stretch-resistant fabric and the method for dyeing and finishing the fabric are provided to solve the problems.
Disclosure of Invention
Technical problem to be solved
Aiming at the defects of the prior art, the invention provides the stretch-resistant fabric and the dyeing and finishing method thereof, which have the advantages of stretch resistance, high dyeing and finishing efficiency and the like, and solve the problems that the stretch-resistant performance of the fabric is easy to reduce under normal use, and the shrinkage is too large during dyeing and finishing, so that the folding and the dyeing and finishing quality are poor.
(II) technical scheme
In order to achieve the purposes of tensile resistance and high dyeing and finishing efficiency, the invention provides the following technical scheme: the utility model provides a stretch-proofing surface fabric, includes the driving roller, the outside even winding of driving roller has stretch-proofing surface fabric body, the driving roller comprises ventilative layer, first basic unit's surface fabric, second basic unit's surface fabric, first antibiotic layer, second antibiotic layer, first protective layer and second protective layer from inside to outside in proper order, the top and the bottom on ventilative layer are fixedly connected with first basic unit's surface fabric and second basic unit's surface fabric respectively, the first antibiotic layer of fixedly connected with and the second antibiotic layer of the opposite side of first basic unit's surface fabric and second basic unit's surface fabric respectively, the first protective layer of fixedly connected with and the second protective layer of the opposite side of first antibiotic layer and second antibiotic layer respectively.
Preferably, the breathable layer is of a fabric structure woven by natural fibers, the breathable layer is internally provided with uniformly distributed breathable holes, and the thickness of the breathable layer is one half of that of the first base layer fabric.
Preferably, the first base layer fabric and the second base layer fabric are formed by weaving polyester fibers and cotton fibers according to the proportion of 1 to 1, and the fabrics are subjected to crease-resistant non-ironing treatment.
Preferably, the polyester fibers and the cotton fibers in the first base layer fabric and the second base layer fabric are blended to form warps and wefts, and the warps and the wefts are woven by a weaving machine to obtain the fabric structure.
Preferably, the first antibacterial layer and the second antibacterial layer are woven by bamboo fibers, and the diameters of the first antibacterial layer and the second antibacterial layer are equal.
Preferably, first protective layer and second protective layer are cotton fiber and weave and form, the bleeder vent has all been seted up to the inside of first protective layer and second protective layer.
A method for dyeing and finishing stretch-resistant fabric comprises the following steps:
1) weaving the breathable layer, the first base layer fabric, the second base layer fabric, the first antibacterial layer, the second antibacterial layer, the first protective layer and the second protective layer into corresponding sizes;
2) unwinding each fabric obtained in the step 1), keeping the two sides of the grey fabric to be neatly and firmly sewn after unwinding, ensuring that the grey fabric is not wrinkled, and obtaining the unwound fabric after finishing the processing;
3) desizing the unwinding cloth obtained in the step 2), obtaining the desizing cloth after the desizing cloth is processed, and then classifying the desizing cloth on a driving roller;
4) the driving roller is installed on the transmission mechanism, pigments with corresponding colors are added into the cloth dyeing equipment, the interior of the cloth dyeing equipment is heated, the heating interval is 75 ℃, 80 ℃, 85 ℃, 90 ℃ and 100 ℃, cloth is transmitted into the cloth dyeing equipment by the transmission mechanism through the driving roller, the cloth is heated when the cloth is dyed to a corresponding color, the fabric is gradually shrunk due to the gradual temperature rise, and the duration time of each temperature interval is 20 to 30 minutes;
5) gradually raising the temperature after the breathable layer, the first base layer fabric, the second base layer fabric, the first antibacterial layer, the second antibacterial layer, the first protective layer and the second protective layer are subjected to heat dissipation and primary shrinkage in a cloth dyeing device, wherein the raised temperature is 120-125 ℃, the cloth can be further shrunk at the moment, the processing time is 30 minutes, and the cloth is taken out after the dyeing and shrinkage are finished;
6) and the taken out cloth is placed in a drying device for drying treatment, after drying is finished, the breathable layer, the first base layer fabric, the second base layer fabric, the first antibacterial layer, the second antibacterial layer, the first protective layer and the second protective layer are sewn and positioned according to a corresponding sequence, and the stretch-resistant fabric structure can be obtained after sewing is finished.
