Case 1: wangzhi, sex, male, age 54 years old, and people in Tubai county, Henan province, who have sudden low back pain and do not get out of bed in 2008 20 months, and then after 2 days of treatment in Tubai county central hospital, low fever (fluctuation of 37.5-38.7 ℃) appears, low fever in the morning and body temperature rises in the afternoon. The patients with hypodynamia and pale complexion are treated in hospital in China, China and county, and the treatment by transfusion is ineffective. The introduction of relatives shows that the treatment with the traditional Chinese medicine is still ineffective, and after the examination in Beijing Tongzhou Luhe hospital, the conventional abnormality of blood is found, so that the patient can puncture the bone marrow without further examination. Then, the patient is examined and treated in an affiliated hospital of Zhongshan university along with the child, and then the patient is subjected to bone puncture and biopsy and whole body PET-CT examination in 26-30 days at 9 months in 2008; 1. the high metabolic focus on the left humeral head and the left sacral 4 vertebral body considers that the possibility of lymphoma is high; 2. spleen enlargement and mild metabolism; 3. the metabolism of the bone marrow at the proximal ends of the central axis bone, the pelvis bone and the long bones of the limbs is slightly active; 4. the above changes, pseudo lymphoma and reactivity changes are identified, and patients still have repeated fever and hypodynamia after being discharged after pretty anti-infection treatment, erythrocyte suspension infusion, albumin supplement and other treatments. The first hospital was attached to Zhongshan university for many times in 2008 to examine and treat. And (3) pathological prompting after the biopsy operation: tumor cell infiltration is seen in bone marrow tissues, B cell lymphoma is considered, 10 times of chemotherapy treatment is given, the effect is poor, and for further treatment in our hospital, the clinic catches our family with 'non-Hodgkin lymphoma', and auxiliary examination is carried out: blood routine: WBC 5.14X 109/L RBC:4.02×1012/L HGB:131g/L PLT:106×109Absolute value of reticulocytes: 106.2 × 109Percentage of reticulocytes/L: 2.78% CRP<10 mg/L. According to the symptoms of the patient, the general lymphadenectasis, splenomegaly, hypochondrium distention, oppression, hypodynamia, anorexia, emesis, short breath, spontaneous perspiration, dysphoria with feverish sensation in chest, low fever, dark tongue, ecchymosis under tongue, wiry, unsmooth and rapid pulse. The diagnosis after syndrome differentiation is as follows: a malignant nucleus. Traditional Chinese medicine typing: phlegm and blood stasis, viscera deficiency, liver depression and phlegm coagulation, qi and blood deficiency: break blood and eliminate mass, reduce phlegm and eliminate stagnation, regulate viscera, sooth liver and relieve depression, and tonify qi and nourish blood. By adopting the eighth embodiment of the invention, the usage is as follows: the traditional Chinese medicine is taken one dose per dayThe decoction is decocted with water for three times to obtain about 840ml of juice, and the juice is divided into three times for administration in the morning, at noon and evening. After the patient takes the medicine for three days, the symptoms are improved, the food intake is increased, after the patient takes the medicine for one week, the symptoms are obviously improved, and after the patient insists on the treatment for half a year in a hospital, the patient reviews the PET-CT results to show that: all indexes are normal, all indexes such as blood routine and the like are normal, and the disease does not relapse after being periodically reviewed after discharge.
