Abstract
本发明公布了一种槟榔用抗新冠肺炎富硒添加组合物,由富硒酱和中药材混合物组成;富硒酱包括富硒固体粉料、桂油和富硒红薯浊液;中药材混合物由下列任一种原料组成:第一种混合物:生麻黄,生石膏,杏仁,羌活,葶苈子,贯众,地龙,徐长卿,藿香,佩兰,苍术,云苓,生白术,焦三仙各,厚朴,煨草果,生姜;第二种混合物:苍术,陈皮,厚朴,藿香,草果,生麻黄,羌活,生姜;第三种混合物:钩藤,夏枯草,桃仁,丹参,威灵仙,大黄,黄芪,党参,炙甘草,生姜,炒薏仁,石斛,川牛膝,枸杞,仙灵脾,酸枣仁,白芍,柴胡,车前子,桂枝,鬼针草,炙甘草,黄芩,陈皮。本发明可以使得槟榔具有较高营养价值,同时能够起到预防新冠肺炎的效果。

技术领域
本发明属于食品加工技术领域,具体为一种槟榔用抗新冠肺炎富硒添加组合物及其制备方法。
背景技术
槟榔既是一种药材,同时又是一种食品,它作为食品受到广大消费者的喜爱,目前,世界上的槟榔的年产量在98万吨,嚼食人数超过10亿人,约占世界人口总数的15%以上。孟加拉、印度等十余个国家均有生产。中国为第二大槟榔出口国,而中国湖南的食用槟榔是世界上唯一不同于其他国家和地区加工制作方式的产品。在槟榔产业的发展过程中,槟榔生产企业经历了由街头小卖、手工作坊到拥有现代化生产厂房、自动化槟榔加工生产线的规模化发展阶段;在产品特点上,槟榔食品由原来的单一品种升级为现在的多口味、多品类的休闲食品;一批上档次、上规模的食用槟榔生产企业应运而生,其中多家槟榔企业的产品获湖南名牌或中国驰名商标。在海南,槟榔被誉为“中国的绿箭口香糖”,而且作为海南省第二大热带经济作物。
据不完全统计,现在湖南全省的槟榔加工规模企业有50余家,年产量超过20万吨,占世界总产量的四分之一,年产值过100亿元,上缴国家税利逾亿元。目前,整个槟榔行业始终保持着平稳持续的发展态势。槟榔产业作为民营经济的重要组成部分,现已成为湖南食品工业的龙头和支柱产业,而且属于就业容量大的劳动密集型产业。槟榔产业还带动了一大批相关产业和上游海南省种植业的发展,在安置城乡居民劳动就业、增加国民收入等方面均发挥了重要作用。
截至目前,湖南咀嚼槟榔人数已超过1000万人。然而,据专家的研究表明,长期咀嚼按照常规传统生产工艺所生产的槟榔,会存在较大的致癌(口腔癌)风险。另外,权威部门的调查还表明,当前市面上销售的60%左右的槟榔都达不到食品安全指标的要求,在现有的槟榔食品的种植、生产及加工中存在着违规添加各种有毒、有害食品添加剂的行为,这些传统的生产加工行为不仅给槟榔产品的食品安全造成极大风险,而且给生态环境造成较大破坏。虽说“槟榔致癌”的食品安全风险客观存在,但我们应该客观看待这一事实。据媒体公布的调查数据及信息显示,湖南湘潭地区的槟榔消费量远高于全国平均水平,但口腔癌患病率却低于全国平均水平;中国医学科学院肿瘤医院的李槐就认为,癌症的致病因素很多,又具有一定的家族遗传特点等,而食物致癌多是人为因素造成,比如食物保存及烹饪食物方法不当、农药残留、不适当地使用食物添加剂等。湘潭市口腔医院院长唐杰清教授三十年的OSF(口腔黏膜纤维化)研究结果也显示,OSF患者中癌症并存率为千分之1.19,且引发口腔癌有白斑、扁平苔藓等多种因素。据媒体报道,《湖南省食用槟榔食品安全地方标准》即将出台,业内人士认为,这也将极大地促进槟榔行业优胜劣汰,有利于整个行业健康有序可持续发展。
尽管槟榔食品还存有一定争议,但并没有妨碍槟榔产业能量的释放。随着槟榔在全国市场的逐步流行,开发出更加健康、营养、不但无毒副作用还具有更佳疗效的槟榔,正成为行业共同的目标。
2020年新冠肺炎爆发,我国全体中医共同研究,制作了多种预防新冠肺炎的中药配方,经国家认证确实具备预防新冠肺炎的作用。这些中药配方中,很多都包含了槟榔药材。虽然这些预防新冠肺炎的中药具有预防效果,但是它们使用起来较为麻烦,需要专门熬煮煎服,这对于经常在外出差的人员来说很不方便,以为出差旅行不方便煎煮,且无法保证按时服用来起到预防作用。为此我们利用槟榔既是食品又是药材的特性,进行研究开发,使得槟榔与预防新冠肺炎其他中药材相结合,开发出一种具备预防新冠肺炎的槟榔食品,它既能预防新冠肺炎,同时食用又方便,又能保持槟榔的原有风味,这是符合当前国情需要也符合市场需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对以上问题,提供一种槟榔用抗新冠肺炎富硒添加组合物及其制备方法,它加入槟榔后,可以使得槟榔具有多种独特的口味,具有较高营养价值,同时能够起到预防新冠肺炎的效果。
为实现以上目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种槟榔用抗新冠肺炎富硒添加组合物,按质量份数配比,由12-27份富硒酱和3-16份中药材混合物组成;所述富硒酱包括富硒固体粉料、桂油和富硒红薯浊液;所述桂油、富硒红薯浊液占富硒固体粉料的质量份数为:桂油0.6-0.9%;富硒红薯浊液12-23%;
所述中药材混合物由下列任一种质量份数的原料组成:
第一种混合物:生麻黄3-9份,生石膏10-20份,杏仁6-12份,羌活10-20份,葶苈子10-20份,贯众6-12份,地龙10-20份,徐长卿10-20份,藿香10-20份,佩兰6-12份,苍术10-20份,云苓35-55份,生白术20-40份,焦三仙各3-12份,厚朴10-20份,煨草果3-12份,生姜10-20份;
第二种混合物:苍术10-20份,陈皮5-15份,厚朴5-15份,藿香5-15份,草果3-9份,生麻黄3-9份,羌活5-15份,生姜5-15份;
第三种混合物:钩藤20-26份,夏枯草20-28份,桃仁15-21份,丹参15-19份,威灵仙15-21份,大黄10-16份,黄芪30-42份,党参20-26份,炙甘草15-19份,生姜15-21份,炒薏仁30-38份,石斛20-26份,川牛膝20-27份,枸杞20-26份,仙灵脾20-28份,酸枣仁15-21份,白芍20-27份,柴胡15-19份,车前子15-19份,桂枝20-26份,鬼针草20-25份,炙甘草15-23份,黄芩15-19份,陈皮10-19份。
作为本发明的一种优选改进,所述第一种混合物中,生麻黄,生石膏,杏仁,羌活,葶苈子,贯众,地龙,生姜,徐长卿,藿香,佩兰,研磨成粉末状;所述苍术,云苓,生白术,焦三仙各,厚朴,煨草果,为水剂状。
作为本发明的一种优选改进,所述第三种混合物中,钩藤,夏枯草,桃仁,丹参,威灵仙,大黄,黄芪,党参,炙甘草,研磨成粉末状;所述生姜,炒薏仁,石斛,川牛膝,枸杞,仙灵脾,酸枣仁,白芍,柴胡,车前子,桂枝,鬼针草,炙甘草,黄芩,陈皮为水剂状。

作为本发明的一种优选改进,所述富硒固体粉料包含下述三种富硒风味料中的任意一种;
第一种浓香型富硒风味料主要由质量比为(4.2~5.6):(0.8~1.1):(0.5~1.1):(2.1~3.2):(0.8~1.6)富硒红薯淀粉、富硒咖啡粉、富硒茶叶、富硒黄豆和富硒苦瓜籽研磨粉碎、混匀而成;
第二种清香型富硒风味料主要由质量比为(3.1~3.8):(2.6~3.5):(1.6~2.4):(0.8~1.5)的富硒红薯淀粉、富硒大米、富硒高粱和富硒绿豆粉研磨粉碎、混匀而成;
第三种爽口型富硒风味料主要由质量比为(4.6~5.5):(2.7~3.3):(0.6~1.1):(0.3~0.8):(0.3~0.8)的富硒红薯淀粉、富硒水果、富硒芝麻、富硒南瓜籽和富硒葵花籽研磨粉碎、混匀而成;所述富硒水果包括富硒苹果、富硒柑橘、富硒梨、富硒西瓜、富硒红枣、富硒柑柚中的一种或多种。
作为本发明的一种优选改进,所述富硒红薯淀粉是由富硒红薯加工成的淀粉,其中硒含量为10g/kg以上;所述富硒咖啡粉是由富硒咖啡粉碎后得到,其中硒含量为0.35mg/kg以上;所述富硒绿豆粉是由富硒绿豆粉碎后得到,其中硒含量为0.35mg/kg以上。
作为本发明的一种优选改进,所述富硒红薯浊液的制备包括以下步骤:(1)先将洗净的富硒红薯进行破碎、分离后得到上层悬浊液;(2)沉淀该上层悬浊液,分离后得到上层清液;(3)取上层清液放入65℃~90℃水浴中,导出上层清液的蒸汽,得富硒液体,沉淀、过滤后得到富硒红薯浊液。
作为本发明的一种优选改进,所述添加组合物中还含有0.8-2份食盐和/或3-10份氢氧化钙溶液。
作为本发明的一种优选改进,所述富硒水果是由富硒苹果、富硒柑橘、富硒雪梨、富硒西瓜、富硒红枣和富硒柑柚混配而成,各成分的质量分数配比如下:富硒苹果15%~26%,富硒柑橘18%~30%,富硒雪梨18%~30%,富硒红枣10%~22%,富硒西瓜18%~31%和富硒柑柚8%~18%。
一种如权利要求1-6中任一项所述添加组合物的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
第一步:将所述中药材混合物晾干后,将中药材分别研磨成中药粉末;
第二步:超声预处理:将需要做成水剂的中药粉末分别按固液比g/ml=1:10-1:30加入乙醇进行超声处理;
第三步:低温超临界CO2萃取:将第二步超声后获得的中药乙醇分散液进行烘干后,再在夹带剂存在的条件下进行低温超临界CO2萃取,萃取操作参数为:夹带剂占总萃取溶剂的体积百分比为1-3%,萃取温度35-50℃,萃取压力10-25MPa,CO2流量2-4L/h,萃取时间0.5-2h;所述夹带剂为乙醇、乙二醇、丙酮和乙酸乙酯中的一种或多种;待萃取结束后,减压回收夹带剂,得上述各种中药分别提取的综合剂;
第四步:将对应混合物中上述各种中药分别提取的综合剂和对应中药粉末与富硒固体粉料混合,在混合物中加入桂油、富硒红薯浊液,最后再可选择性添加食盐和/或氢氧化钙溶液,得到一种槟榔用抗新冠肺炎富硒添加组合物。
本发明的有益效果:
1、相对于传统的槟榔,本发明将抗新冠肺炎中药与富硒槟榔结合,形成一种全新的具有抵抗新冠肺炎功能,并兼具营养价值的槟榔,不但能将抵抗新冠肺炎的中药药性成分充分发挥,同时,使得槟榔口味更具有多种独特的风味。
2、本发明中第一种中药混合物采用粉末与水剂相结合的形态,可以降低部分中药成分的苦涩辛辣味,提高中药中的甘甜味道,与各种不同口味的富硒风味料搭配后,与槟榔相结合,形成具有预防新冠肺炎的中药食品,可以使得制备出来的槟榔具有较大的药香气味,同时槟榔口感中含有一定特有的中药甘味,其疗效侧重在消除乏力、发热、酸痛、咳嗽、咳痰、胸闷、恶心、呕吐等病症。
3、本发明中第二种中药混合物全部采用粉末状,与各种不同口味的富硒风味料搭配后,可以扩大槟榔原口味,其疗效侧重在消除低热、干咳、少痰、倦怠乏力、胸闷便溏等病症。
4、本发明中第三种中药混合物采用粉末与水剂相结合的形态,可以降低部分中药成分的苦涩辛辣味,各种药材成分经辨证搭配,使得制备出来的槟榔既具有较高的预防新冠肺炎的药性,同时具有提神醒脑,促进免疫力的作用,其疗效侧重在消除高热、酸痛乏力、咳嗽、呼吸不畅、恶心呕吐等病症。

所述中药材混合物由下列质量份数的原料组成:

第一步:将所述中药材混合物晾干后,将中药材分别研磨成中药粉末;
第二步:超声预处理:将需要做成水剂的中药粉末分别按固液比g/ml=1:10-1:30加入乙醇进行超声处理;
第三步:低温超临界CO2萃取:将第二步超声后获得的中药乙醇分散液进行烘干后,再在夹带剂存在的条件下进行低温超临界CO2萃取,萃取操作参数为:夹带剂占总萃取溶剂的体积百分比为1-3%,萃取温度35-50℃,萃取压力10-25MPa,CO2流量2-4L/h,萃取时间0.5-2h;所述夹带剂为乙醇、乙二醇、丙酮和乙酸乙酯中的一种或多种;待萃取结束后,减压回收夹带剂,得上述各种中药分别提取的综合剂;
第四步:将对应混合物中上述各种中药分别提取的综合剂和对应中药粉末与富硒固体粉料混合,在混合物中加入桂油、富硒红薯浊液,最后再可选择性添加食盐和/或氢氧化钙溶液,得到一种槟榔用抗新冠肺炎富硒添加组合物。
具体实施例二:
一种槟榔用抗新冠肺炎富硒添加组合物,按质量份数配比,由12-27份富硒酱和3-16份中药材混合物组成;所述富硒酱包括富硒固体粉料、桂油和富硒红薯浊液;所述桂油、富硒红薯浊液占富硒固体粉料的质量份数为:桂油0.6-0.9%;富硒红薯浊液12-23%;

所述中药材混合物由下列质量份数的原料组成:
第三种混合物:钩藤20-26份,夏枯草20-28份,桃仁15-21份,丹参15-19份,威灵仙15-21份,大黄10-16份,黄芪30-42份,党参20-26份,炙甘草15-19份,生姜15-21份,炒薏仁30-38份,石斛20-26份,川牛膝20-27份,枸杞20-26份,仙灵脾20-28份,酸枣仁15-21份,白芍20-27份,柴胡15-19份,车前子15-19份,桂枝20-26份,鬼针草20-25份,炙甘草15-23份,黄芩15-19份,陈皮10-19份。
作为实施例三的进一步优选方案:第三种混合物:钩藤23份,夏枯草24份,桃仁18份,丹参17份,威灵仙18份,大黄12份,黄芪38份,党参24份,炙甘草17份,生姜18份,炒薏仁35份,石斛24份,川牛膝23份,枸杞24份,仙灵脾24份,酸枣仁18份,白芍25份,柴胡17份,车前子15份,桂枝24份,鬼针草22份,炙甘草19份,黄芩17份,陈皮15份。
作为实施例三的进一步优选方案:所述第三种混合物中,钩藤,夏枯草,桃仁,丹参,威灵仙,大黄,黄芪,党参,炙甘草,研磨成粉末状;所述生姜,炒薏仁,石斛,川牛膝,枸杞,仙灵脾,酸枣仁,白芍,柴胡,车前子,桂枝,鬼针草,炙甘草,黄芩,陈皮为水剂状。
作为实施例三的进一步优选方案:所述富硒固体粉料包含下述三种富硒风味料中的任意一种;
第一种浓香型富硒风味料主要由质量比为(4.2~5.6):(0.8~1.1):(0.5~1.1):(2.1~3.2):(0.8~1.6)富硒红薯淀粉、富硒咖啡粉、富硒茶叶、富硒黄豆和富硒苦瓜籽研磨粉碎、混匀而成;
第二种清香型富硒风味料主要由质量比为(3.1~3.8):(2.6~3.5):(1.6~2.4):(0.8~1.5)的富硒红薯淀粉、富硒大米、富硒高粱和富硒绿豆粉研磨粉碎、混匀而成;
第三种爽口型富硒风味料主要由质量比为(4.6~5.5):(2.7~3.3):(0.6~1.1):(0.3~0.8):(0.3~0.8)的富硒红薯淀粉、富硒水果、富硒芝麻、富硒南瓜籽和富硒葵花籽研磨粉碎、混匀而成;所述富硒水果包括富硒苹果、富硒柑橘、富硒梨、富硒西瓜、富硒红枣、富硒柑柚中的一种或多种。
作为实施例三的进一步优选方案:所述富硒红薯淀粉是由富硒红薯加工成的淀粉,其中硒含量为10g/kg以上;所述富硒咖啡粉是由富硒咖啡粉碎后得到,其中硒含量为0.35mg/kg以上;所述富硒绿豆粉是由富硒绿豆粉碎后得到,其中硒含量为0.35mg/kg以上。
作为实施例三的进一步优选方案:所述富硒红薯浊液的制备包括以下步骤:(1)先将洗净的富硒红薯进行破碎、分离后得到上层悬浊液;(2)沉淀该上层悬浊液,分离后得到上层清液;(3)取上层清液放入65℃~90℃水浴中,导出上层清液的蒸汽,得富硒液体,沉淀、过滤后得到富硒红薯浊液。
作为实施例三的进一步优选方案:所述添加组合物中还含有0.8-2份食盐和/或3-10份氢氧化钙溶液。
作为实施例三的进一步优选方案:所述富硒水果是由富硒苹果、富硒柑橘、富硒雪梨、富硒西瓜、富硒红枣和富硒柑柚混配而成,各成分的质量分数配比如下:富硒苹果15%~26%,富硒柑橘18%~30%,富硒雪梨18%~30%,富硒红枣10%~22%,富硒西瓜18%~31%和富硒柑柚8%~18%。
一种制备上述实施例添加组合物的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
第一步:将所述中药材混合物晾干后,将中药材分别研磨成中药粉末;
第二步:超声预处理:将需要做成水剂的中药粉末分别按固液比g/ml=1:10-1:30加入乙醇进行超声处理;
第三步:低温超临界CO2萃取:将第二步超声后获得的中药乙醇分散液进行烘干后,再在夹带剂存在的条件下进行低温超临界CO2萃取,萃取操作参数为:夹带剂占总萃取溶剂的体积百分比为1-3%,萃取温度35-50℃,萃取压力10-25MPa,CO2流量2-4L/h,萃取时间0.5-2h;所述夹带剂为乙醇、乙二醇、丙酮和乙酸乙酯中的一种或多种;待萃取结束后,减压回收夹带剂,得上述各种中药分别提取的综合剂;
第四步:将对应混合物中上述各种中药分别提取的综合剂和对应中药粉末与富硒固体粉料混合,在混合物中加入桂油、富硒红薯浊液,最后再可选择性添加食盐和/或氢氧化钙溶液,得到一种槟榔用抗新冠肺炎富硒添加组合物。

Claims (10)
1.一种槟榔用抗新冠肺炎富硒添加组合物,其特征在于:按质量份数配比,由12-27份富硒酱和3-16份中药材混合物组成;所述富硒酱包括富硒固体粉料、桂油和富硒红薯浊液;所述桂油、富硒红薯浊液占富硒固体粉料的质量份数为:桂油0.6-0.9%;富硒红薯浊液12-23%;
所述中药材混合物由下列任一种质量份数的原料组成:
第一种混合物:生麻黄3-9份,生石膏10-20份,杏仁6-12份,羌活10-20份,葶苈子10-20份,贯众6-12份,地龙10-20份,徐长卿10-20份,藿香10-20份,佩兰6-12份,苍术10-20份,云苓35-55份,生白术20-40份,焦三仙各3-12份,厚朴10-20份,煨草果3-12份,生姜10-20份;
第二种混合物:苍术10-20份,陈皮5-15份,厚朴5-15份,藿香5-15份,草果3-9份,生麻黄3-9份,羌活5-15份,生姜5-15份;
第三种混合物:钩藤20-26份,夏枯草20-28份,桃仁15-21份,丹参15-19份,威灵仙15-21份,大黄10-16份,黄芪30-42份,党参20-26份,炙甘草15-19份,生姜15-21份,炒薏仁30-38份,石斛20-26份,川牛膝20-27份,枸杞20-26份,仙灵脾20-28份,酸枣仁15-21份,白芍20-27份,柴胡15-19份,车前子15-19份,桂枝20-26份,鬼针草20-25份,炙甘草15-23份,黄芩15-19份,陈皮10-19份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种槟榔用抗新冠肺炎富硒添加组合物,其特征在于:所述第一种混合物中,生麻黄,生石膏,杏仁,羌活,葶苈子,贯众,地龙,生姜,徐长卿,藿香,佩兰,研磨成粉末状;所述苍术,云苓,生白术,焦三仙各,厚朴,煨草果,为水剂状。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种槟榔用抗新冠肺炎富硒添加组合物,其特征在于:所述第三种混合物中,钩藤,夏枯草,桃仁,丹参,威灵仙,大黄,黄芪,党参,炙甘草,研磨成粉末状;所述生姜,炒薏仁,石斛,川牛膝,枸杞,仙灵脾,酸枣仁,白芍,柴胡,车前子,桂枝,鬼针草,炙甘草,黄芩,陈皮为水剂状。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种槟榔用抗新冠肺炎富硒添加组合物,其特征在于:所述第二种混合物为粉末状。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种槟榔用抗新冠肺炎富硒添加组合物,其特征在于:所述富硒固体粉料包含下述三种富硒风味料中的任意一种;
第一种浓香型富硒风味料主要由质量比为(4.2~5.6):(0.8~1.1):(0.5~1.1):(2.1~3.2):(0.8~1.6)富硒红薯淀粉、富硒咖啡粉、富硒茶叶、富硒黄豆和富硒苦瓜籽研磨粉碎、混匀而成;
第二种清香型富硒风味料主要由质量比为(3.1~3.8):(2.6~3.5):(1.6~2.4):(0.8~1.5)的富硒红薯淀粉、富硒大米、富硒高粱和富硒绿豆粉研磨粉碎、混匀而成;
第三种爽口型富硒风味料主要由质量比为(4.6~5.5):(2.7~3.3):(0.6~1.1):(0.3~0.8):(0.3~0.8)的富硒红薯淀粉、富硒水果、富硒芝麻、富硒南瓜籽和富硒葵花籽研磨粉碎、混匀而成;所述富硒水果包括富硒苹果、富硒柑橘、富硒梨、富硒西瓜、富硒红枣、富硒柑柚中的一种或多种。
6.根据权利要求2所述的一种槟榔用抗新冠肺炎富硒添加组合物,其特征在于:所述富硒红薯淀粉是由富硒红薯加工成的淀粉,其中硒含量为10g/kg以上;所述富硒咖啡粉是由富硒咖啡粉碎后得到,其中硒含量为0.35mg/kg以上;所述富硒绿豆粉是由富硒绿豆粉碎后得到,其中硒含量为0.35mg/kg以上。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种槟榔用抗新冠肺炎富硒添加组合物,其特征在于:所述富硒红薯浊液的制备包括以下步骤:(1)先将洗净的富硒红薯进行破碎、分离后得到上层悬浊液;(2)沉淀该上层悬浊液,分离后得到上层清液;(3)取上层清液放入65℃~90℃水浴中,导出上层清液的蒸汽,得富硒液体,沉淀、过滤后得到富硒红薯浊液。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种槟榔用抗新冠肺炎富硒添加组合物,其特征在于:所述添加组合物中还含有0.8-2份食盐和/或3-10份氢氧化钙溶液。
9.根据权利要求2所述的一种槟榔用抗新冠肺炎富硒添加组合物,其特征在于:所述富硒水果是由富硒苹果、富硒柑橘、富硒雪梨、富硒西瓜、富硒红枣和富硒柑柚混配而成,各成分的质量分数配比如下:富硒苹果15%~26%,富硒柑橘18%~30%,富硒雪梨18%~30%,富硒红枣10%~22%,富硒西瓜18%~31%和富硒柑柚8%~18%。
10.根据权利要求1-9任一项所述的一种槟榔用抗新冠肺炎富硒添加组合物的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
第一步:将所述中药材混合物晾干后,将中药材分别研磨成中药粉末;
第二步:超声预处理:将需要做成水剂的中药粉末分别按固液比g/ml=1:10-1:30加入乙醇进行超声处理;
第三步:低温超临界CO2萃取:将第二步超声后获得的中药乙醇分散液进行烘干后,采用低温超临界CO2萃取工艺获得上述各种中药分别提取的综合剂;
第四步:将对应混合物中上述各种中药分别提取的综合剂和中药粉末与富硒固体粉料混合,在混合物中加入桂油、富硒红薯浊液,最后再可选择性添加食盐和/或氢氧化钙溶液,得到一种槟榔用抗新冠肺炎富硒添加组合物。
