本发明提供了一种柔顺二合一洗衣液及其制备方法,该制备方法在去离子水、水溶助剂等物质的混合液中按下述顺序依次水性阳离子聚氨酯亲水共聚物、非离子表面活性剂、阴离子表面活性剂,制备出协同增效柔顺二合一洗衣液,该方法可有效的解决传统二合一洗衣液阴阳离子反应冲突导致功效减弱的问题,不仅有效提升洗衣的液柔顺、抗静电与再湿润效果,以及提高洗衣液的去污效果,形成柔顺与去污效果协同增效的二合一洗衣液。

本发明涉及洗衣液领域,具体涉及一种柔顺二合一洗衣液及其制备方法。
背景技术
衣物洗涤剂是人类社会生活中不可或缺的商品,在保持衣物整洁卫生和安全舒适的诉求中扮演着重要的角色。随着人们卫生意识的逐步提高,对洗涤剂也提出了新的要求。洗衣液顺应了国家节能减排的持续发展潮流,是未来衣物洗涤剂发展的必然趋势。而衣物柔顺剂从纺织工业进入到普通家庭,由于其具有使衣物蓬松柔软,留香抗静电等功效,已经成为织物护理的重要组成部分;但衣物柔顺剂作为“助洗剂”,其本身并无去污作用。如今消费者对洗涤剂的要求越来越高,既要环保安全,不伤衣物和皮肤,又要使用方便多种功效合一。所以可以真正做到替代衣物柔顺剂产品的二合一洗衣液,必然会收到广大消费者的喜爱。
现有洗衣液主要成分是阴离子表面活性剂。洗衣液去污力是利用其中具有亲水亲油基团的表面活性剂成分,根据相似相溶理论,亲水端与大量水分子形成胶束团将亲油端连接的污垢随洗涤用水一起去除,达到去除污垢的能力。衣物柔顺剂的柔顺原理是其有效成分阳离子表面活性剂通过电荷作用吸附在带负电的织物上,从而降低纤维间的摩擦,以此赋予织物一定的柔软度,提升织物的舒适感。洗衣液的表面活性剂是阴离子的,柔顺剂的表面活性剂是阳离子的。若想要做成柔顺洗涤二合一,就无法避免阳离子与阴离子的反应冲突,导致其中一个表面活性剂功效减弱,甚至两者功效相互抵消。针对这个问题,市场上大多数二合一洗衣液都是通过增加表面活性剂的用量,来弥补阴阳离子反应所损失的功效,以满足去污力或柔顺的基本要求。但以这种方法生产的二合一洗衣液无法充分利用其应有的功效。因此,设计一款在不影响去污力的同时,保证能超常发挥柔顺功效的协同增效柔顺二合一洗衣液及其制备方法是本发明研究的目的。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种柔顺二合一洗衣液及其制备方法,该制备方法有效解决传统二合一洗衣液阴阳离子相互作用后会产生缔合作用而影响使用效果的缺陷,可生产出具有协同增效的柔顺二合一洗衣液,该二合一洗衣液可达到在不影响去污力的同时,保证超常发挥柔顺功效。
一种柔顺二合一洗衣液,所述洗衣液由以下质量份数的组分组成:
水性阳离子聚氨酯亲水共聚物:0.1~1份;
月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠:10~20份;
聚丙烯酸钠:1-2.5 份;
烷基聚氧乙烯醚二胺(EO/PO)嵌段共聚物:0.1-0.5 份;
椰油酰胺 DEA:0.5-2份;
C12-16 链烷醇聚醚-9:1-5份;
水溶助剂:1-6份;
去离子水:70~80份;
所述洗衣液的制备方法中组分的添加顺序为水性阳离子聚氨酯亲水共聚物、非离子表面活性剂、阴离子表面活性剂。
所述水溶助剂为山梨醇、柠檬酸、甲基异噻唑啉酮中的一种或几种。
所述洗衣液由以下质量份数的组分组成:
水性阳离子聚氨酯亲水共聚物:0.3份;
月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠:12份;
聚丙烯酸钠:2 份;
烷基聚氧乙烯醚二胺(EO/PO)嵌段共聚物:0.12 份;
椰油酰胺 DEA:0.5份;
C12-16 链烷醇聚醚-9:2.5份;
山梨醇:5份;
柠檬酸:0.1份;
甲基异噻唑啉酮:0.005份;
去离子水:77.475份。
一种柔顺二合一洗衣液的制备方法,所述制备方法包括如下具体步骤:
(1)设备容器清洁并用浓度为75%的酒精进行喷洒消毒,准确称料;
(2)在搅拌锅中加入去离子水,先加入水溶助剂,搅拌均匀后,再加入聚丙烯酸钠和烷基聚氧乙烯醚二胺(EO/PO)嵌段共聚物搅拌均匀,再缓慢加入水性阳离子聚氨酯亲水共聚物,开启35-45rpm 搅拌8-12min,搅拌均匀;
(3)待水性阳离子聚氨酯亲水共聚物搅拌均匀且溶解完全后再将椰油酰胺 DEA和C12-16 链烷醇聚醚-9加入搅拌锅中,开启35-45rpm 搅拌18-22min,搅拌均匀;
(4)待椰油酰胺 DEA和C12-16 链烷醇聚醚-9与水性阳离子聚氨酯亲水共聚物搅拌均匀后,再将月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠加入搅拌锅中,开启35-45rpm 搅拌18-22min,搅拌均匀;
(5)搅拌溶解完全后取样检测,技术指标:pH值在5.0~7.0范围,粘度1000~2000mPa.s,合格后以200目规格滤布过滤出料。
本发明具有如下有益效果:
(1)本发明充分利用水性阳离子聚氨酯亲水共聚物具有长链的结构,长链尾端与尾端之间容易产生氢键相互吸引,中间阳离子相互排斥,使之在溶液中以网状蜂窝的结构形式存在,不会相互聚集成团。水性阳离子聚氨酯亲水共聚物能有效产生氢键蜂窝结构,使水性阳离子聚氨酯亲水共聚物在洗涤中更容易附着在衣物上,不容易随着洗涤用水被洗去,从而在衣物上发挥其功效。并且水性阳离子聚氨酯亲水共聚物本身具有较高的亲水性能,在溶液中与阴离子相互吸引也不容易缔合生成沉淀。再者本发明通过调节生产工艺与原料配比,使水性阳离子聚氨酯亲水共聚物在本发明体系中,与阴离子、非离子等相互共存,能为衣物提供良好的柔顺感觉,提高织物的蓬松效果,改善织物的吸湿性等。
(2)本发明充分利用水性阳离子聚氨酯亲水共聚物的网状蜂窝结构特性,搭配不同表面活性剂的特定种类与用量配比,使椰油酰胺 DEA和C12-16 链烷醇聚醚-9、月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠在水溶液中形成交错排列的胶束团;通过调节表面活性剂种类与配比来调节不同亲水基含量与不同浓度大小,使形成的胶束能顺利嵌入到水性阳离子聚氨酯亲水共聚物的网状蜂窝结构的空隙中,使表面活性剂胶束中的阴离子不容易与阳离子柔顺剂相互反应,便可以最大限度的减少阴阳离子的功效抵消,使本发明的二合一洗衣液在不影响去污力的同时,保证阳离子柔顺剂能更好发挥其作用。
(3)本发明的二合一洗衣液制备方法中组分的添加顺序必须为水性阳离子聚氨酯亲水共聚物、椰油酰胺 DEA和C12-16 链烷醇聚醚-9、月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠。先将水性阳离子聚氨酯亲水共聚物加入溶液中,在无阴阳离子的干扰下,水性阳离子聚氨酯亲水共聚物的氢键容易形成,才会形成稳定的蜂窝空隙结构;若溶液中已经含有阴阳离子,则相互之间会吸引排斥,水性阳离子聚氨酯亲水共聚物无法紧密结合,受到排斥无法形成稳定的蜂窝空隙,导致无法利用到其独特的结构效果。再将椰油酰胺 DEA和C12-16 链烷醇聚醚-9先加入溶液中,椰油酰胺 DEA和C12-16 链烷醇聚醚-9与水性阳离子聚氨酯亲水共聚物不会形成强烈的相互作用,会在空隙中先形成小胶束聚集,此时再将月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠加入,月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠能很容易加入椰油酰胺 DEA和C12-16 链烷醇聚醚-9形成的胶束中,使胶束变大,填充蜂窝空隙,使胶束固定在空隙中,而且椰油酰胺 DEA和C12-16 链烷醇聚醚-9的存在也能缓冲月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠与水性阳离子聚氨酯亲水共聚物的相互吸引,形成稳定的结构。而将月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠先加入到溶液中,阴离子会率先与水性阳离子聚氨酯亲水共聚物结合,两者相互吸引,外来表面活性剂无法再加入到阴离子表面活性剂胶束中。即便后面再加入非离子表面活性剂,也无法再嵌入到阴离子表面活性剂形成的胶束中,导致蜂窝结构失效。
(4)本发明在保证表面活性剂有效含量符合国标要求的前提下,选择不同表面活性剂与配比,使溶液中的胶束大小能嵌入到蜂窝结构中,且分离不容易出来;椰油酰胺 DEA和C12-16 链烷醇聚醚-9与月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠比例的选用,使形成的胶束大小合适,并且非离子能形成缓冲作用,缓冲阴离子与水性阳离子聚氨酯亲水共聚物的相互吸引,减少相互抵消作用。以此来改善阴阳离子的相互作用,以达到协同增效的作用。而在现有的常规洗衣液,即使添加水性阳离子聚氨酯亲水共聚物也无法改善阴阳离子功效相互抵消的缺点,其虽可利用亲水性及阳离子柔顺效果,但未利用到水性阳离子聚氨酯亲水共聚物的结构特点。现有的水性阳离子聚氨酯亲水共聚物在正常添加使用时,因为未有考虑到表面活性剂的添加顺序不同,导致形成胶束的大小不一,胶束组成成分也不均一;原料种类选用,用量配比未使用最佳配比,形成的胶束大小与组分也不同,这两者都会导致形成的胶束无法顺利嵌入水性阳离子聚氨酯亲水共聚物结构内部蜂窝空隙中,组成的胶束游离在蜂窝空隙与外部中,所以无法达到协同增效作用,甚至功效会相互抵消。
(5)水性阳离子聚氨酯亲水共聚物的具体结构是改性水溶丙烯酸聚合物,通用结构式为:[-CH2-CH(COOH)]n,其中还有部分改性R基团。丙烯酸具有双键及羧基官能团的联合反应、可以发生加成反应、官能团反应以及酯交换反应,丙烯酸及其酯类自身会发生聚合反应生成均聚物或共聚物,能发生羧酸的特征反应。羧酸基团是亲水基,与水可以形成氢键,所以能增加聚合物的水溶性能。两个分子间羧基以氢键缔合,缔合的双分子是有规律的一层一层排列,每一层中间是相互缔合的羧基,引力很强,而层与层之间是以引力微弱的烃基相毗邻,所以形成的结构具有一定的空间间隙能容纳胶束团。
具体实施方式
以下给出具体的实施例对本发明进行进一步的说明的实施例。
以下水性阳离子聚氨酯亲水共聚物均市购于路博润特种化工制造(上海)有限公司。
一种柔顺二合一洗衣液的制备方法,所述制备方法包括如下具体步骤:
(1)设备容器清洁并用浓度为75%的酒精进行喷洒消毒,准确称料;
(2)在搅拌锅中加入去离子水,先加入水溶助剂,搅拌均匀后,再加入聚丙烯酸钠和烷基聚氧乙烯醚二胺(EO/PO)嵌段共聚物搅拌均匀,再缓慢加入水性阳离子聚氨酯亲水共聚物,开启40rpm 搅拌10min,搅拌均匀;
(3)待水性阳离子聚氨酯亲水共聚物搅拌均匀且溶解完全后再将椰油酰胺 DEA和C12-16 链烷醇聚醚-9加入搅拌锅中,开启40rpm 搅拌20min,搅拌均匀;
(4)待椰油酰胺 DEA和C12-16 链烷醇聚醚-9与水性阳离子聚氨酯亲水共聚物搅拌均匀后,再将月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠加入搅拌锅中,开启40rpm 搅拌20min,搅拌均匀;
(5)搅拌溶解完全后取样检测,技术指标:pH值在5.0~7.0范围,粘度1000~2000mPa.s,合格后以200目规格滤布过滤出料。
本发明按上述制备方法且按下述表1的组分及其质量份数制备出实施例1-3:

效果测试
1、对比例和国际标准液制备:
(1)国际标准液依据GB/T 13174标准按照下述表2的组分和比例进行制备;
(2)对比例1是在实施例2配比的基础上去除水性阳离子聚氨酯亲水共聚物的样品,即水性阳离子聚氨酯亲水共聚物添加量为0%;
(3)对比例2为在国标标准液的基础上,添加0.3%水性阳离子聚氨酯亲水共聚物的样品。依据GB/T 13174标准按照下述表2进行配置:

(4)对比例3是直接添加0.3% 水性阳离子聚氨酯亲水共聚物的水溶液样品。
2、去污力测试:
根据QB/T 1224-2012衣料用液体洗涤剂的去污力测试标准将上述实施例1-3、对比例1-2和国际标准液进行对比测试,得到如下表3和表4:

由上述表3和表4可知:实施例1-3的样品去污力均能达到标准要求,并对不同污布的去污效果有明显的不同;从实施例1-3的样品的测试结果可得,在15%相同活性含量的条件下,对比例2的去污力与国标标准液对比,其去污并未达到国家要求,所以水性阳离子聚氨酯亲水共聚物直接添加至国标标准洗衣液中,并不能有效的解决阴阳离子反应冲突的问题,无法提升去污力效果,甚至还有减弱去污力的副作用。
而上述通过调节不同水性阳离子聚氨酯亲水共聚物的组成配比,实施例1-3对比,结果显示水性阳离子聚氨酯亲水共聚物都明显能提高样品的去污效果,而0.3%的添加量的增强效果最佳。说明在本发明的实施例2体系中,水性阳离子聚氨酯亲水共聚物能最有效提高产品的去污效果。
3、柔顺效果测试:
(1)衣物柔顺剂再湿润性能的测定
根据QB/T 4535-2013织物柔顺剂和QB/T 4309的衣物柔顺剂再湿润性能的测定将上述实施例1-3、对比例1-3进行对比测试,得到如下表5:

通过毛细效应时间作为判断依据,时间越短,湿润性能越好,国标要求柔顺剂的毛细效应时间为90s。由上述表5可知:实施例1-3和对比例2的柔顺效果均能达到国标要求。而未添加柔顺剂的对比例1实验结果未能符合柔顺效果要求,说明水性阳离子聚氨酯亲水共聚物在本发明中起到了良好的在湿润效果。与对比例2和3对比,水性阳离子聚氨酯亲水共聚物添加进本发明的二合一洗衣液中,实施例1-3提升的再湿润性能比添加在标准洗衣液能更好44.3%-59.0%,比水性阳离子聚氨酯亲水共聚物单独使用提升了35.8%-52.8%。实施例1-3组合样品的再湿润性能有明显提升,水性阳离子聚氨酯亲水共聚物单独使用和在普通洗衣液中的使用效果均不如本发明的使用效果好。
(2)衣物柔顺剂抗静电性测定
根据QB/T 4535-2013织物柔顺剂和GB/T 16801衣物柔顺剂抗静电性将上述实施例1-3、对比例1-3在温度为23℃,湿度为45%的条件下进行对比测试,得到如下表6:

比表面电阻对数值的差值Δlgρ可用来评价抗静电性能的优劣,Δlgρ越大,抗静电性能越好。由上述表6可知:与对比例1对比,水性阳离子聚氨酯亲水共聚物加入本发明配比的实施例1-3的洗衣液中,能有效提升洗衣液的抗静电性能,提升数值最高达到140%;
与对比例2对比,水性阳离子聚氨酯亲水共聚物添加到在实施例1-3体系中提升的抗静电性能比在普通洗衣液中提升的更高,提升了27.2%-31.1.0%。与对比例3对比,水性阳离子聚氨酯亲水共聚物添加到在发明体系中提升的抗静电性能比在单独使用水性阳离子聚氨酯亲水共聚物时提升的更高,提升了25.0%-27.7%。说明本发明的实施例配比能更好的提升水性阳离子聚氨酯亲水共聚物的抗静电性能。
(3)衣物柔顺剂柔软度的测定:
根据QB/T 4535-2013织物柔顺剂和GB∕T 18318衣物柔顺剂柔软度测试用LLY-01型电子硬挺度仪测定,将相同材质布料参照去污力测试方法进行处理待用,在恒温湿度条件下将上述实施例1-3、对比例1-3进行对比测试,得到如下表7:

平均弯曲长度均比标准洗涤样小,即洗后的柔顺度比标准洗涤剂好。由上述表7可知:通过对比例1与对比例2相比,水性阳离子聚氨酯亲水共聚物添加入普通国标洗衣液的柔顺效果与不添加柔顺剂效果相差不大,说明水性阳离子聚氨酯亲水共聚物在普通国标洗衣液中的作用很小;实施例与对比例1对比,水性阳离子聚氨酯亲水共聚物加入本发明配比的实施例洗衣液中,说明水性阳离子聚氨酯亲水共聚物在本发明中能提升产品的柔软度;与对比例2对比,水性阳离子聚氨酯亲水共聚物加入本发明配比的实施例洗衣液中,比添加在普通洗衣液中增加的柔顺效果更加佳,说明本发明提升了水性阳离子聚氨酯亲水共聚物的柔顺效果;与对比例3对比,本发明的柔顺度比单独使用柔顺剂的效果更好,也说明水性阳离子聚氨酯亲水共聚物在本发明体系中能有效提升其柔顺效果。
综上所述,通过与对比例1-3对比,水性阳离子聚氨酯亲水共聚物在普通标准洗衣液会降低产品去污效果,常规标准洗衣液也无法提升水性阳离子聚氨酯亲水共聚物的功效,说明在现有的国标标准洗衣液中,水性阳离子聚氨酯亲水共聚物的使用效果不明显,仍存在阴阳离子相互作用而抵消产品功效的缺点。而添加到本发明配比的二合一洗衣液中,能有效提升洗衣液的去污力,同时本发明的洗衣液能提升水性阳离子聚氨酯亲水共聚物的柔顺、抗静电与再湿润效果,两者之间相互提升,形成本发明协同增效的柔顺二合一洗衣液。

Claims (4)

1.一种柔顺二合一洗衣液,其特征在于:所述洗衣液由以下质量份数的组分组成:
水性阳离子聚氨酯亲水共聚物:0.1~1份;
月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠:10~20份;
聚丙烯酸钠:1-2.5 份;
烷基聚氧乙烯醚二胺(EO/PO)嵌段共聚物:0.1-0.5 份;
椰油酰胺 DEA:0.5-2份;
C12-16 链烷醇聚醚-9:1-5份;
水溶助剂:1-6份;
去离子水:70~80份;
所述洗衣液的制备方法中组分的添加顺序为水性阳离子聚氨酯亲水共聚物、非离子表面活性剂、阴离子表面活性剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种柔顺二合一洗衣液,其特征在于:所述水溶助剂为山梨醇、柠檬酸、甲基异噻唑啉酮中的一种或几种。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种柔顺二合一洗衣液,其特征在于:所述洗衣液由以下质量份数的组分组成:
水性阳离子聚氨酯亲水共聚物:0.3份;
月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠:12份;
聚丙烯酸钠:2 份;
烷基聚氧乙烯醚二胺(EO/PO)嵌段共聚物:0.12 份;
椰油酰胺 DEA:0.5份;
C12-16 链烷醇聚醚-9:2.5份;
山梨醇:5份;
柠檬酸:0.1份;
甲基异噻唑啉酮:0.005份;
去离子水:77.475份。
4.如权利要求1或2所述的一种柔顺二合一洗衣液的制备方法,其特征在于:所述制备方法包括如下具体步骤:
设备容器清洁并用浓度为75%的酒精进行喷洒消毒,准确称料;
在搅拌锅中加入去离子水,先加入水溶助剂,搅拌均匀后,再加入聚丙烯酸钠和烷基聚氧乙烯醚二胺(EO/PO)嵌段共聚物搅拌均匀,再缓慢加入水性阳离子聚氨酯亲水共聚物,开启35-45rpm 搅拌8-12min,搅拌均匀;
待水性阳离子聚氨酯亲水共聚物搅拌均匀且溶解完全后再将椰油酰胺 DEA和C12-16链烷醇聚醚-9加入搅拌锅中,开启35-45rpm 搅拌18-22min,搅拌均匀;
待椰油酰胺 DEA和C12-16 链烷醇聚醚-9与水性阳离子聚氨酯亲水共聚物搅拌均匀后,再将月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠加入搅拌锅中,开启35-45rpm 搅拌18-22min,搅拌均匀;
搅拌溶解完全后取样检测,技术指标:pH值在5.0~7.0范围,粘度1000~2000mPa.s,合格后以200目规格滤布过滤出料。
