现有蜂王浆产品多以蜂王浆胶口服液、蜂王浆冻干粉胶囊或蜂王浆酒等形式存在,服用方法以吞服为主。这些产品在进行蜂王浆加工时会造成鲜蜂王浆有效成分部分损失、新鲜度明显下降;此外,蜂王浆在保存时,也会和空气的氧气和水分发生氧化、水解作用,并且光线也会对蜂王浆产生催化作用,对其醛基、酮基产生还原作用,导致蜂王浆的疗效大打折扣,无法达到最佳效果。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种工艺简单、成本低廉的无蔗糖鲜蜂王浆丸的制备方法,所得产品口感良好、稳定性佳,更适于糖尿病患者使用。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用以下技术方案:
无蔗糖鲜蜂王浆丸,主要由以下原料制成:新鲜蜂王浆、花粉和蛋白质粉。
原料细度达100目。
上述无蔗糖鲜蜂王浆丸,主要由以下重量份的原料制成:新鲜蜂王浆25~75份、花粉15~45份和蛋白质粉10~30份。
上述无蔗糖鲜蜂王浆丸,主要由以下重量份的原料制成:新鲜蜂王浆50份、花粉30份和蛋白质粉20份。
花粉为茶花花粉、油菜花花粉中的一种或多种。
上述无蔗糖鲜蜂王浆丸的制备方法,将原料充分混合均匀,而后通过制丸机制成无蔗糖鲜蜂王浆丸。
充分混合均匀使其内外全部滋润,色泽一致,软硬适中,能够随意捏塑即可。
上述无蔗糖鲜蜂王浆丸的制备方法,按以下步骤进行操作:
(1)将新鲜采集的蜂王浆原浆,经过100目以下过滤,得到鲜蜂王浆细浆;
(2)将花粉粉碎至100目以下,得到花粉细粉;
(3)将蛋白质粉粉碎至100目以下,得到蛋白质细粉;
(4)按重量重量份称取鲜蜂王浆细浆、花粉细粉、蛋白质细粉混合均匀,充分搅拌混合均匀;
(5)将合药后的材料加入到制丸机中制成无蔗糖鲜蜂王浆丸。
针对目前蜂王浆产品存在的问题,发明研制了一种无蔗糖鲜蜂王浆丸,主要由以下原料制成:新鲜蜂王浆、花粉和蛋白质粉;原料细度达100目。据此,发明人还建立相应制备方法。该法工艺简单且成本低廉,所制得的无蔗糖鲜蜂王浆丸克服了鲜蜂王浆酸、涩、辛、辣味的不适,改变了传统蜂王浆的服用方式,口感良好、适合含服、吞服,普通人员均可接受;且该产品不含蔗糖,糖尿病患者也可以放心地服用,适用范围更广。此外,本发明产品低温稳定性良好,家庭冰箱放置可长期储存。
具体实施方式
实施例1
配方:新鲜蜂王浆50份、茶花花粉30份和蛋白质粉20份。
制法:
以下所有操作均在低温(16℃)环境下进行。
(1)在蜂场取得新鲜蜂王浆原浆后,立即用100目的尼龙缝制的口袋滤掉王浆中的蜡渣和杂物,过滤后的鲜蜂王浆细浆装入已经过清洗、消毒和干燥处理的玻璃瓶或塑料瓶中,分装时每件容器需装满,以减少空气混入,并密闭保存;将装有蜂王浆的瓶子直接放入冰柜冷冻,用冷冻箱从蜂场带回至仓库,并冷冻保存;用于制丸前,将蜂王浆提前解冻;
(2)将花粉粉碎至100目以下,得到花粉细粉;
(3)将蛋白质粉粉碎至100目以下,得到蛋白质细粉;
(4)按重量重量份称取鲜蜂王浆细浆、花粉细粉、蛋白质细粉混合均匀,充分搅拌混合均匀,使其内外全部滋润,色泽一致,软硬适中,能够随意捏塑即可;
(5)将合药后的材料加入到小型家用手工搓丸板中制成所需剂量(1.5~3g)的无蔗糖鲜蜂王浆丸,低温(-18℃)冷冻存储备用。
实施例2
配方:新鲜蜂王浆25~75份、油菜花花粉15~45份和蛋白质粉10~30份。
制法同实施例1。
用法:本品用于保健目的时,每次可服用1.5~3g,体弱重病者可加大剂量。外出时,可随身携带,装入保温杯中,可以维持丸剂处于较长时间的低温状态。
经测试,以上制成的无蔗糖鲜蜂王浆丸产品低温稳定性(-18℃冷冻存储)良好,主要考核指标,如10-羟基-2-癸烯酸(10-HDA)含量、酸价值、过氧化值等基本保持不变,见表1。并且产品的色泽、气味随着储存时间的推移并未发生明显变化。

志愿者试用鲜蜂王浆及以上制成的无蔗糖鲜蜂王浆丸,口服体验结果如表2。经测试,参与的志愿者普遍表示:鲜王浆需待解冻才可服用,且鲜蜂王浆特有的酸、涩、辛辣味普遍难以接受,同时需掺入大量蜂蜜等才可以,否则难以下咽;而无蔗糖鲜蜂王浆丸口感较纯蜂王浆改善显著,无明显辛辣、酸味,完全可接受,经充分咀嚼后即可吞咽,无需借助其他辅助食物。

1.一种无蔗糖鲜蜂王浆丸,其特征在于主要由以下原料制成:新鲜蜂王浆、花粉和蛋白质粉。
2.根据权利要求1所述的无蔗糖鲜蜂王浆丸,其特征在于:所述原料细度达100目。
3.根据权利要求1所述的无蔗糖鲜蜂王浆丸,其特征在于主要由以下重量份的原料制成:新鲜蜂王浆25~75份、花粉15~45份和蛋白质粉10~30份。
4.根据权利要求2所述的无蔗糖鲜蜂王浆丸,其特征在于主要由以下重量份的原料制成:新鲜蜂王浆50份、花粉30份和蛋白质粉20份。
5.根据权利要求3所述的无蔗糖鲜蜂王浆丸,其特征在于:所述花粉为茶花花粉、油菜花花粉中的一种或多种。
6.权利要求1所述无蔗糖鲜蜂王浆丸的制备方法,其特征在于将所述原料充分混合均匀,而后通过制丸机制成无蔗糖鲜蜂王浆丸。
7.根据权利要求5所述的无蔗糖鲜蜂王浆丸的制备方法,其特征在于:所述充分混合均匀使其内外全部滋润,色泽一致,软硬适中,能够随意捏塑即可。
8.根据权利要求6所述的无蔗糖鲜蜂王浆丸的制备方法,其特征在于按以下步骤进行操作:
(1)将新鲜采集的蜂王浆原浆,经过100目以下过滤,得到鲜蜂王浆细浆;
(2)将花粉粉碎至100目以下,得到花粉细粉;
(3)将蛋白质粉粉碎至100目以下,得到蛋白质细粉;
(4)按重量重量份称取鲜蜂王浆细浆、花粉细粉、蛋白质细粉混合均匀,充分搅拌混合均匀;
(5)将合药后的材料加入到制丸机中制成无蔗糖鲜蜂王浆丸。
