Abstract
本发明公开了一种炉前给料系统用卸料阀,包括:具有安装内腔的外壳体,外壳体上设有与安装内腔分别连通的进料口和出料口,进料口用于与输送燃料的炉前给料系统连通,出料口用于与锅炉燃烧室连通。安装内腔中设有转动设置的安装转轴,安装转轴连接有用于驱动其旋转的驱动构件。安装转轴上装设有沿其周向依次间隔布设的多组分隔板组,多组分隔板组用于将安装内腔分隔为沿安装转轴的周向依次布设的多个导料腔,导料腔在安装转轴的旋转作用下与进料口和出料口交替连通,以将由进料口盛接的燃料导料至出料口下料,且分隔板组与安装内腔的壁面软性抵接,以使导料腔形成封闭腔。本发明的炉前给料系统用卸料阀,进料通畅,且进料均匀、连续。

技术领域
本发明涉及生物发电机组技术领域,特别地,涉及一种炉前给料系统用卸料阀。
背景技术
用于向锅炉输送原料的炉前给料系统中设有卸料阀,用于解决锅炉进料口向外喷火问题,使进料通畅。现有卸料阀的旋转叶片为铁板,不仅容易使原料拥堵在卸料阀内,使进料不畅,进而影响进料量并使进料不均匀,严重影响生产,且不易清理,需增加大量人工清理,费时费力。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种炉前给料系统用卸料阀,以解决现有的卸料阀存在的燃料容易在卸料阀内拥堵、及清理不方便的技术问题。
本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种炉前给料系统用卸料阀,包括:具有安装内腔的外壳体,外壳体上设有与安装内腔分别连通的进料口和出料口,进料口用于与输送燃料的炉前给料系统连通,出料口用于与锅炉燃烧室连通;安装内腔中设有转动设置的安装转轴,安装转轴连接有用于驱动其旋转的驱动构件;安装转轴上装设有沿其周向依次间隔布设的多组分隔板组,多组分隔板组用于将安装内腔分隔为沿安装转轴的周向依次布设的多个导料腔,导料腔在安装转轴的旋转作用下与进料口和出料口交替连通,以将由进料口盛接的燃料导料至出料口下料,且分隔板组与安装内腔的壁面软性抵接,以使导料腔形成封闭腔。
进一步地,外壳体呈两端封闭的空心轴筒状;安装转轴沿外壳体的轴向布设,且安装转轴的两端转动支设于外壳体两端的端板上,并安装转轴的驱动端伸出对应侧的端板后与驱动构件相连;分隔板组沿安装转轴的周向均匀间隔布设,且分隔板组分别与外壳体的内环壁及两块端板的内侧壁软性抵接。
进一步地,分隔板组包括分隔板、及周向触板件;分隔板沿安装转轴的轴向布设,且分隔板沿宽度方向的第一侧边与安装转轴的外圆面固定,分隔板沿宽度方向的第二侧边沿径向朝外壳体的内环面延伸,周向触板件沿分隔板的长度方向可拆卸式连接于分隔板的第二侧边上,且周向触板件与外壳体的内环面软性抵接;或者分隔板沿宽度方向的第一侧边与安装转轴的外圆面呈螺旋线相交,分隔板沿宽度方向的第二侧边朝外壳体的内环面延伸,周向触板件沿分隔板的长度方向可拆卸式连接于分隔板的第二侧边上,且周向触板件与外壳体的内环面软性抵接。
进一步地,周向触板件包括一块周向触板,周向触板连接于分隔板上朝向旋转方向的正立面上;或者周向触板件包括两块周向触板,两块周向触板分设于分隔板的两侧,且至少一块周向触板上与外壳体的内环壁抵接的抵接边为毛刷边。
进一步地,分隔板组还包括分设于分隔板沿长度方向两端的两块端面触板;端面触板沿分隔板的宽度方向可拆卸式连接于分隔板对应的端面上,且端面触板与外壳体对应侧的端板的内侧壁软性抵接。
进一步地,位于分隔板同一侧的周向触板、及两块端面触板连接成整体结构。
进一步地,周向触板和端面触板均为由皮革制备形成的皮带、或尼龙带、或橡胶带。
进一步地,安装内腔的壁面上铺设有用于耐磨的耐磨层、或涂覆有用于耐磨的耐磨涂层。
进一步地,外壳体上还设有与安装内腔连通的操作口,操作口处设有用于封堵操作口的堵盖。
进一步地,进料口和出料口均设置于外壳体的外环壁上,且进料口位于外壳体的上侧,出料口位于外壳体的下侧;进料口为沿进料方向口径逐渐增大的倒锥形口,以防导料腔中的燃料在相互推挤作用下反向涌出进料口;出料口为沿出料方向口径逐渐缩小的锥形口,以便导料腔中的燃料顺畅落入锅炉燃烧室。
本发明具有以下有益效果:
本发明的炉前给料系统用卸料阀工作时,驱动构件驱动安装转轴转动,安装转轴使由多组分隔板组分隔出的多个导料腔随安装转轴转动,进而使导料腔交替与外壳体上的进料口和出料口连通,由炉前给料系统输送至进料口的燃料首先由进料口进入处于对应位置的导料腔中,然后在安装转轴的带动下,该导料腔旋转至出料口处,导料腔中的燃料再由出料口进入锅炉燃烧室内,从而实现燃料由进料口至出料口的传送,且通过旋转的多个导料腔的设置,进而实现燃料分堆、分隔且依次地连续传送。又分隔板组与安装内腔的壁面软性抵接,以使导料腔形成封闭腔,进而可有效防止现有技术中由于旋转叶片与外壳体之间存在间隙,故而导致燃料容易卡滞在间隙内进而导致卸料阀内燃料卡滞拥堵的情形,使进料通畅,且进料均匀、连续,不仅提高进料效率和进料质量,并改善卸料阀的工作状况,延长卸料阀的使用寿命,且无需经常停机清理拥堵,降低操作人员的劳动强度,省时省力。

参照图1和图2,本发明的优选实施例提供了一种炉前给料系统用卸料阀,包括:具有安装内腔的外壳体211,外壳体211上设有与安装内腔分别连通的进料口2111和出料口2112,进料口2111用于与输送燃料的炉前给料系统连通,出料口2112用于与锅炉燃烧室连通。安装内腔中设有转动设置的安装转轴212,安装转轴212连接有用于驱动其旋转的驱动构件213。安装转轴212上装设有沿其周向依次间隔布设的多组分隔板组214,多组分隔板组214用于将安装内腔分隔为沿安装转轴212的周向依次布设的多个导料腔2113,导料腔2113在安装转轴212的旋转作用下与进料口2111和出料口2112交替连通,以将由进料口2111盛接的燃料导料至出料口2112下料,且分隔板组214与安装内腔的壁面软性抵接,以使导料腔2113形成封闭腔。
本发明的炉前给料系统用卸料阀工作时,驱动构件213驱动安装转轴212转动,安装转轴212使由多组分隔板组214分隔出的多个导料腔2113随安装转轴212转动,进而使导料腔2113交替与外壳体211上的进料口2111和出料口2112连通,由炉前给料系统输送至进料口2111的燃料首先由进料口2111进入处于对应位置的导料腔2113中,然后在安装转轴212的带动下,该导料腔2113旋转至出料口2112处,导料腔2113中的燃料再由出料口2112进入锅炉燃烧室内,从而实现燃料由进料口2111至出料口2112的传送,且通过旋转的多个导料腔2113的设置,进而实现燃料分堆、分隔且依次地连续传送。又分隔板组214与安装内腔的壁面软性抵接,以使导料腔2113形成封闭腔,进而可有效防止现有技术中由于旋转叶片与外壳体之间存在间隙,故而导致燃料容易卡滞在间隙内进而导致卸料阀内燃料卡滞拥堵的情形,使进料通畅,且进料均匀、连续,不仅提高进料效率和进料质量,并改善卸料阀的工作状况,延长卸料阀的使用寿命,且无需经常停机清理拥堵,降低操作人员的劳动强度,省时省力。
可选地,如图1和图2所示,外壳体211呈两端封闭的空心轴筒状。安装转轴212沿外壳体211的轴向布设,且安装转轴212的两端转动支设于外壳体211两端的端板上,并安装转轴212的驱动端伸出对应侧的端板后与驱动构件213相连。本可选方案中,驱动构件213包括驱动电机、及与驱动电机的输出轴相连的减速机,安装转轴212的驱动端与减速机的输出轴相连。分隔板组214沿安装转轴212的周向均匀间隔布设,且分隔板组214分别与外壳体211的内环壁及两块端板的内侧壁软性抵接;由于分隔板组214沿安装转轴212的周向均匀间隔布设,故而导料腔2113沿安装转轴212的周向均匀布设,进而均匀传送燃料,以防由于导料腔2113分布不均匀,进而导致燃料在卸料阀21内卡滞拥堵的情形。
本可选方案中,分隔板组214包括分隔板2141、及周向触板件。分隔板组的第一实施例,如图1和图2所示,分隔板2141沿安装转轴212的轴向布设,且分隔板2141沿宽度方向的第一侧边与安装转轴212的外圆面固定,分隔板2141沿宽度方向的第二侧边沿径向朝外壳体211的内环面延伸。周向触板件沿分隔板2141的长度方向可拆卸式连接于分隔板2141的第二侧边上,且周向触板件与外壳体211的内环面软性抵接。该实施例中,由于分隔板2141沿安装转轴212的轴向布设,故而每个导料腔2113旋转至与出料口2112连通时,其盛装的燃料同步落入出料口2112中,提高燃料的出料速度。
本可选方案中,分隔板组的第二实施例,图未示,分隔板2141沿宽度方向的第一侧边与安装转轴212的外圆面呈螺旋线相交,分隔板2141沿宽度方向的第二侧边朝外壳体211的内环面延伸。周向触板件沿分隔板2141的长度方向可拆卸式连接于分隔板2141沿宽度方向的第二侧边上,且周向触板件与外壳体211的内环面软性抵接。该实施例中,由于分隔板2141沿宽度方向的第一侧边与安装转轴212的外圆面呈螺旋线相交,故而每个导料腔2113旋转过程中,逐步与出料口2112连通,从而其盛装的燃料逐步落入出料口2112中,减缓燃料的出料速度,进而提高燃料出料的均匀度,可有效防止燃料出料卡滞。
可选地,分隔板组的第一和第二实施例中,周向触板件的第一实施例,如图2所示,周向触板件包括一块周向触板2142,周向触板2142连接于分隔板2141上朝向旋转方向的正立面上,该方案中,周向触板2142与外壳体211的内环面密封接触状况良好,不仅可有效防止燃料在卸料阀21内卡滞,且可有效防止锅炉燃烧室内的烟气依次通过出料口2112和进料口2111后外冒。或者
可选地,分隔板组的第一和第二实施例中,周向触板件的第二实施例,图未示,周向触板件包括两块周向触板2142,两块周向触板2142分设于分隔板2141的两侧,且至少一块周向触板2142上与外壳体211的内环壁抵接的抵接边为毛刷边,即周向触板2142上与外壳体211的内环壁抵接的抵接边为剪切加工形成的沿长度方向延伸的毛刷状边,保证导料腔2113密封性的前提下,降低顶抵边与外壳体211内环面的摩擦,进而延长卸料阀的使用寿命,且可使安装转轴212平稳运行。
进一步地,分隔板组的第一和第二实施例中,分隔板组214还包括分设于分隔板2141沿长度方向两端的两块端面触板。端面触板沿分隔板2141的宽度方向可拆卸式连接于分隔板2141对应的端面上,且端面触板与外壳体211对应侧的端板的内侧壁软性抵接,端面触板的作用和使用状况与周向触板相似,在此不再累述。
优选地,位于分隔板2141同一侧的周向触板2142、及两块端面触板连接成整体结构,增强分隔板组整体结构的稳定性,使分隔板组在安装转轴212的带动下,稳定运转,不易松动。
本优选方案中,周向触板2142和端面触板均为由阻燃材料制备形成的阻燃橡胶带,取材简单,且容易制备成型,并运行成本低,方便更换。本优选方案的具体实施例中,周向触板2142、端面触板分别通过锁紧螺钉或锁紧螺栓与分隔板2141可拆卸式固定。
优选地,安装内腔的壁面上铺设有用于耐磨的耐磨层、或涂覆有用于耐磨的耐磨涂层。本优选方案中,耐磨层或耐磨涂层均为现有技术中常规的用于耐磨的材料,在安装内腔的壁面上设置耐磨层或耐磨涂层,可有效减缓分隔板组与安装内腔壁面的摩擦,进而提高卸料阀的使用寿命,并改善使用状况。
优选地,如图2所示,外壳体211上还设有与安装内腔连通的操作口2114,操作口2114处设有用于封堵操作口2114的堵盖,操作口2114便于操作人员操纵细棒插入外壳体211内,以解决安装内腔中可能存在的燃料拥堵状况。
可选地,如图1所示,进料口2111和出料口2112均设置于外壳体211的外环壁上,且进料口2111位于外壳体211的上侧,出料口2112位于外壳体211的下侧。进料口2111为沿进料方向口径逐渐增大的倒锥形口,以防导料腔2113中的燃料在相互推挤作用下反向涌出进料口2111。出料口2112为沿出料方向口径逐渐缩小的锥形口,以便导料腔2113中的燃料顺畅落入锅炉燃烧室。

Claims (10)
1.一种炉前给料系统用卸料阀,其特征在于,包括:
具有安装内腔的外壳体(211),所述外壳体(211)上设有与所述安装内腔分别连通的进料口(2111)和出料口(2112),所述进料口(2111)用于与输送燃料的炉前给料系统连通,所述出料口(2112)用于与锅炉燃烧室连通;
所述安装内腔中设有转动设置的安装转轴(212),所述安装转轴(212)连接有用于驱动其旋转的驱动构件(213);
所述安装转轴(212)上装设有沿其周向依次间隔布设的多组分隔板组(214),多组所述分隔板组(214)用于将所述安装内腔分隔为沿所述安装转轴(212)的周向依次布设的多个导料腔(2113),所述导料腔(2113)在所述安装转轴(212)的旋转作用下与所述进料口(2111)和所述出料口(2112)交替连通,以将由所述进料口(2111)盛接的燃料导料至所述出料口(2112)下料,且所述分隔板组(214)与所述安装内腔的壁面软性抵接,以使所述导料腔(2113)形成封闭腔。
2.根据权利要求1所述的炉前给料系统用卸料阀,其特征在于,
所述外壳体(211)呈两端封闭的空心轴筒状;
所述安装转轴(212)沿所述外壳体(211)的轴向布设,且所述安装转轴(212)的两端转动支设于所述外壳体(211)两端的端板上,并所述安装转轴(212)的驱动端伸出对应侧的所述端板后与所述驱动构件(213)相连;
所述分隔板组(214)沿所述安装转轴(212)的周向均匀间隔布设,且所述分隔板组(214)分别与所述外壳体(211)的内环壁及两块所述端板的内侧壁软性抵接。
3.根据权利要求2所述的炉前给料系统用卸料阀,其特征在于,
所述分隔板组(214)包括分隔板(2141)、及周向触板件;
所述分隔板(2141)沿所述安装转轴(212)的轴向布设,且所述分隔板(2141)沿宽度方向的第一侧边与所述安装转轴(212)的外圆面固定,所述分隔板(2141)沿宽度方向的第二侧边沿径向朝所述外壳体(211)的内环面延伸,所述周向触板件沿所述分隔板(2141)的长度方向可拆卸式连接于所述分隔板(2141)的第二侧边上,且所述周向触板件与所述外壳体(211)的内环面软性抵接;或者
所述分隔板(2141)沿宽度方向的第一侧边与所述安装转轴(212)的外圆面呈螺旋线相交,所述分隔板(2141)沿宽度方向的第二侧边朝所述外壳体(211)的内环面延伸,所述周向触板件沿所述分隔板(2141)的长度方向可拆卸式连接于所述分隔板(2141)的第二侧边上,且所述周向触板件与所述外壳体(211)的内环面软性抵接。
4.根据权利要求3所述的炉前给料系统用卸料阀,其特征在于,
所述周向触板件包括一块周向触板(2142),所述周向触板(2142)连接于所述分隔板(2141)上朝向旋转方向的正立面上;或者
所述周向触板件包括两块周向触板(2142),两块所述周向触板(2142)分设于所述分隔板(2141)的两侧,且至少一块所述周向触板(2142)上与所述外壳体(211)的内环壁抵接的抵接边为毛刷边。
5.根据权利要求4所述的炉前给料系统用卸料阀,其特征在于,
所述分隔板组(214)还包括分设于所述分隔板(2141)沿长度方向两端的两块端面触板;
所述端面触板沿所述分隔板(2141)的宽度方向可拆卸式连接于所述分隔板(2141)对应的端面上,且所述端面触板与所述外壳体(211)对应侧的所述端板的内侧壁软性抵接。
6.根据权利要求5所述的炉前给料系统用卸料阀,其特征在于,
位于所述分隔板(2141)同一侧的所述周向触板(2142)、及两块所述端面触板连接成整体结构。
7.根据权利要求5所述的炉前给料系统用卸料阀,其特征在于,
所述周向触板(2142)和所述端面触板均为由皮革制备形成的皮带、或尼龙带、或橡胶带。
8.根据权利要求1所述的炉前给料系统用卸料阀,其特征在于,
所述安装内腔的壁面上铺设有用于耐磨的耐磨层、或涂覆有用于耐磨的耐磨涂层。
9.根据权利要求1所述的炉前给料系统用卸料阀,其特征在于,
所述外壳体(211)上还设有与所述安装内腔连通的操作口(2114),所述操作口(2114)处设有用于封堵所述操作口(2114)的堵盖。
10.根据权利要求2所述的炉前给料系统用卸料阀,其特征在于,
所述进料口(2111)和所述出料口(2112)均设置于所述外壳体(211)的外环壁上,且所述进料口(2111)位于所述外壳体(211)的上侧,所述出料口(2112)位于所述外壳体(211)的下侧;
所述进料口(2111)为沿进料方向口径逐渐增大的倒锥形口,以防所述导料腔(2113)中的燃料在相互推挤作用下反向涌出所述进料口(2111);
所述出料口(2112)为沿出料方向口径逐渐缩小的锥形口,以便所述导料腔(2113)中的燃料顺畅落入所述锅炉燃烧室。
