背景技术
封闭式旋转叶片给料机又称旋转阀、旋转加料机、星形给料机，安装在密炼机上铺机系统中需要控制物料流量的同时又有一定密封作用的场合，也安装在储仓或螺旋给料机的出料口，可均匀地将物料加到输送设备上，防止物料的泻流或下料不均匀。它主要由密封在铸铁或钢制外壳中带有叶片或星形槽的轴或星形转子构成。外壳的上部有进料口，下部有出料口。当转轴转动时，给料机的上半部星形空间被物料充满并随着旋转由下部的出料口凭借重力排出。传统叶片给料机的叶片均以金属材质为叶片，在给料过程中，由于炉料颗粒大小不均，很容易造成炉料卡死在旋转叶片与给料机外壳之间的空隙上，从而使叶片停转而无法给料并导致电机给料的终止。

为实现上述目的，本实用新型采用以下技术方案：一种组合式叶片给料机由进料口(1)、转动轴(2)、机壳(3)、耐磨橡胶叶片(4)、螺栓(5)、金属叶片(6)、出料口(7)组成，其特片在于：金属叶片(6)的一端与转动轴(2)连接，另一端与耐磨橡胶叶片(4)连接，耐磨橡胶叶片通过螺栓(5)固定在金属叶片(6)上，耐磨橡胶叶片占据整个叶片长度四分之一的长度。这种橡胶片与金属片组合的叶片解决了纯金属叶片因刚性太强易卡机的现象，在的粉料经过叶片与机壳(3)之间的空隙时，橡胶片利用其自身的弹性，顺利将粉粒进行传送。
