the first telescopic shafts (8) on two sides inside the parking space (5) extend out and are inserted into the convex grooves of the carrier (1) and are connected with the carrier (1), the carrier (1) and the carrying platform (3) receive computer instructions according to the transceiver (7) to carry the vehicle to the parking space together, and then the carrying platform (3) stays on the parking space or is pulled out of the parking space and returns to the stacker (2) along with the carrier (1). When the parking operation is executed, if the vehicle taking operation happens immediately, after a carrier of the parking is connected with the retractable shaft of the parking place, when the carrying platform receives a computer instruction according to the transceiver to carry the vehicle to the parking place, the retractable shaft contracts, the carrier returns to the stacker, then the carrier moves to the vehicle taking position along with the elevator in the roadway, then the carrying platform at the vehicle taking place extends out of the retractable shaft to be connected with the carrier, finally the carrying platform carries the vehicle to the carrier according to the computer instruction received by the transceiver and is driven by the elevator to return to the parking entrance, and the carrier places the carrying platform on the operation platform to finish the vehicle taking operation.
