The multi-stage telescopic rod is well designed in the field, and various structures can be used for realizing the functions, and the multi-stage telescopic rod is not limited to the above.
Fig. 4 is a schematic top view of a parking space of a vehicle-mounted stereo garage according to an exemplary embodiment. As shown in fig. 4, according to an embodiment of the present invention, the guiding and sliding device 16 on the upper surface of each parking space 15 may include a plurality of rollers 161, which may be distributed in two rows at least at the front end and the rear end of the parking space 15, and each of the rollers 161 may be spaced apart and extended laterally. The vehicle carrying board 4 can be supported on each roller 161, and by means of the rolling of each roller 161, the vehicle carrying board 4 can be moved laterally into or out of the parking space 15. The bottom surface of the vehicle carrying plate 4 can also be provided with a guide track so as to limit the vehicle carrying plate 4 to perform linear motion.
An operation method of a longitudinal multi-row stereo garage comprises the following steps:
parking step, as shown in fig. 1 to 3,
the vehicle 5 can be driven to the vehicle carrying surface 21 on the lifter 2; the arrow shown in fig. 2 and 3 indicates the direction in which the vehicle 5 enters the hall;
driving the elevator 2 to ascend or descend to a specified parking level;
the traversing mechanism 3 moves to the side of the transfer passage 17 corresponding to the lifter 2;
the extraction mechanism 34 on the transverse moving mechanism 3 drives the multi-stage telescopic rod 343, the multi-stage telescopic rod 343 extends outwards to a second stroke, and the end part of the multi-stage telescopic rod 343 can penetrate below the vehicle carrying plate 4;
a connecting piece (hook) at the end part of the multi-stage telescopic rod 343 is connected with the vehicle carrying plate 4, and the vehicle carrying plate 4 is retracted to the transverse moving mechanism 3 by the extracting mechanism 34;
the traversing mechanism 3 moves to the current parking space 15;
the extracting mechanism 34 pushes the vehicle carrying plate 4 out to be parked in the parking space 15 and retracts, and the vehicle parking step is completed.
A step of taking the vehicle out of the vehicle,
the extraction mechanism 34 of the transverse moving mechanism 3 drives the multi-stage telescopic rod 343, the multi-stage telescopic rod 343 extends to a first stroke or a second stroke towards one side, a connecting piece (hook) at the end part of the multi-stage telescopic rod 343 is connected with the vehicle carrying plate 4, and the empty vehicle carrying plate 4 in the lifter 2 is taken back and moved to the empty parking space 15 (the turnover parking space 18);
then the traversing mechanism 3 is driven by the traveling mechanism 31 to move to the target parking space 15;
the extracting mechanism 34 drives the multi-stage telescopic rod 343, the multi-stage telescopic rod 343 extends to a first stroke or a second stroke towards one side and extends to the lower part of the vehicle carrying plate 4, and a connecting piece (hook) at the end part of the multi-stage telescopic rod 343 is connected with the vehicle carrying plate 4;
the extracting mechanism 34 withdraws the vehicle carrying plate 4 to the transverse moving mechanism 3;
the transverse moving mechanism 3 moves to the lifter 2;
the extracting mechanism 34 pushes the vehicle carrying plate 4 out, stops on the lifter 2 and retracts; the elevator 2 ascends or descends to the car hall to finish the car taking step.
When the far-side vehicle carrying plate 4 of the longitudinal repeated parking space is taken out, the extracting mechanism 34 of the transverse moving mechanism 3 firstly extends out of the vehicle carrying plate 4 at the near side outside the far-side vehicle carrying plate 4 of the first stroke extracting target, and the vehicle carrying plate 4 at the near side is moved to a turnover parking space 18 and returned; the pick-up mechanism 34 then extends the second stroke pick-up distal cart board 4 and retracts onto the traversing mechanism 3.
In operation, at least one empty turnaround parking space 15 is provided in the row of parking spaces 15 adjacent to the traversing mechanism 3, so that the vehicle carrying boards 4 on the near side can be turnaround and placed when the vehicle carrying boards 4 on the far side are taken out.
When parking, the parking board 4 is preferentially sent to the far-side parking space 15 when the parking space 15 on the near side and the parking space 15 on the far side are not parking.
Aiming at the defects of the existing vehicle carrying plate type garage, in order to more reasonably utilize the land space, the three-dimensional garage with the vehicle carrying plate arranged in the double-row mode provided by the embodiment of the invention can be used for performing more optimal parking space arrangement and double-row arrangement in a narrow space, so that the existing space is fully utilized, and the parking amount is increased.
Although the present invention has been disclosed with reference to certain embodiments, numerous variations and modifications may be made to the described embodiments without departing from the scope and ambit of the present invention. It is to be understood, therefore, that this invention is not limited to the particular embodiments disclosed, but it is intended to cover modifications within the scope of the appended claims and their equivalents.

Claims (9)

1. A vehicle-carrying plate type stereo garage is provided with a stereo frame, a lifter, a cross sliding mechanism and a plurality of vehicle-carrying plates, wherein the stereo frame is provided with more than two parking layers, and each parking layer forms a plurality of parking spaces; the transverse moving mechanism is positioned at the side of the parking space of the stereo garage, the transverse moving mechanism moves the vehicle carrying plate into or out of the parking space from the side, the vehicle carrying plate is used for carrying vehicles,
the stereo garage is provided with more than two rows of parking spaces on one side of the transverse moving mechanism, the more than two rows of parking spaces are vertically arranged, each parking space is provided with a plurality of lateral sliding guide devices, and the sliding guide devices can guide and slide the vehicle carrying plate laterally;
the elevator is positioned at one side of the stereo garage and is provided with a vehicle carrying surface which is driven to lift, and the vehicle carrying surface is provided with a lateral slide guiding device so as to slide the vehicle carrying plate into or out of the vehicle carrying surface laterally;
the transverse moving mechanism is positioned between the lifter and the parking spaces of the longitudinal heavy row, and is provided with a walking mechanism, a transverse moving frame, a guide wheel assembly and an extraction mechanism; the transverse moving frame is a structural main body of the transverse moving mechanism; the walking mechanism drives the transverse moving mechanism to walk outside the parking space; the guide wheel assembly guides the vehicle carrying plate to move in or out of the transverse moving frame; the extracting mechanism can transfer the vehicle carrying plates on the parking spaces to the transverse moving frame, the lifter or other empty parking spaces along the lateral sliding guide device;
the extraction mechanism comprises a power device, a transmission mechanism and a multi-stage telescopic rod, the power device drives the multi-stage telescopic rod through the transmission mechanism, a connecting piece is arranged at the end part of the multi-stage telescopic rod and is connected with each vehicle carrying plate through the connecting piece, the multi-stage telescopic rod can be driven to respectively extend out to the left side or the right side of the transverse movement mechanism, the multi-stage telescopic rod has a first stroke and a second stroke, the first stroke can be connected with the vehicle carrying plate on the near side, and the second stroke can be connected with the vehicle carrying plate on the far side;
the end part of the multi-stage telescopic rod is provided with a hook which can be selectively retracted or popped up, and when the multi-stage telescopic rod passes through the bottom of the vehicle carrying plate from the lower part, the hook can be controlled to release and pop up so as to hook the vehicle carrying plate.
2. The vehicle loading plate type stereo garage of claim 1, wherein a row of longitudinal parking spaces are further arranged between the transverse moving mechanism and the lifter, and a parking space between the transverse moving mechanism and the lifter is a cross-connecting channel.
3. The vehicle loading plate type stereo garage of claim 2, wherein the two or more rows of parking spaces vertically rearranged are a first row of parking spaces and a second row of parking spaces, and the one row of vertical parking spaces between the traversing mechanism and the lifter is a third row of parking spaces; and a walking roadway of the transverse moving mechanism is arranged between the parking spaces in the second row and the parking spaces in the third row.

The vehicle loading plate type stereo garage of claim 1, wherein a running rail is installed outside the two or more rows of parking spaces in the longitudinal direction, the running rail extends in the longitudinal direction, and the traversing mechanism moves along the running rail among the parking spaces.

The vehicle loading plate type stereo garage of any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the slide guide device of each parking space comprises a plurality of rollers which are distributed in two rows at least at the front end and the rear end of the parking space, and each roller is arranged in a manner of extending laterally at intervals; the vehicle carrying plate can be supported on each roller, and can move into or out of the parking space laterally by means of rolling of each roller.

The vehicle loading plate type stereo garage of any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the lifter comprises a vertical column and a lifting mechanism, the vertical column is fixed in the lifting shaft and is used as a guide rail and a support for lifting of the lifting mechanism; the lifting mechanism can lift the vehicle carrying surface to a human-vehicle exchange area of a vehicle hall and a handover channel between the garage and the transverse moving mechanism.
7. An operation method of a longitudinal multi-row stereo garage, which is applied to the vehicle-carrying plate type stereo garage of any one of claims 1 to 6, is characterized by comprising the following steps:
a vehicle storage step, wherein a vehicle runs onto a vehicle carrying surface on the lifter; the elevator ascends or descends to a designated parking level; the transverse moving mechanism moves to a connecting channel corresponding to the lifter; the extracting mechanism extends out of the lower part of the vehicle carrying plate; the extracting mechanism is connected with the vehicle carrying plate and retracts the vehicle carrying plate onto the transverse moving mechanism; the transverse moving mechanism moves to a parking space; the extracting mechanism pushes the vehicle carrying plate out of the parking space and retracts the vehicle carrying plate;
a step of taking a vehicle, in which the transverse moving mechanism firstly takes back an empty vehicle carrying plate in the lifter and moves the empty vehicle carrying plate to an empty parking space; then moving to a target parking space; the extracting mechanism extends out of the lower part of the vehicle carrying plate; the extracting mechanism is connected with the vehicle carrying plate and used for retracting the vehicle carrying plate to the transverse moving mechanism; the transverse moving mechanism moves to the elevator; the extracting mechanism pushes the vehicle carrying plate out, parks the vehicle carrying plate on the lifter and retracts the vehicle carrying plate; the elevator ascends or descends to a car hall;
when the longitudinal double-row parking space is taken, the extracting mechanism of the transverse moving mechanism firstly extends out of the first stroke to extract the vehicle carrying board on the near side, and the vehicle carrying board on the near side is moved to a turnover parking space and returned; and then the extracting mechanism extends out of the second stroke to extract the far-side vehicle carrying plate and retracts the far-side vehicle carrying plate to the transverse moving mechanism.
8. The method of operating a vertically-aligned stereo garage of claim 7, wherein in operation, a row of parking spaces adjacent to the traversing mechanism has at least one empty turnaround parking space to facilitate turnaround placement of a near-side vehicle deck when a far-side vehicle deck is removed.
9. The method of operating a vertically-aligned stereo garage of claim 7 or 8, wherein when parking is not available for both the near-side parking space and the far-side parking space, the vehicle loading plates are preferentially delivered to the far-side parking space.
