Abstract

一种转向式泵,其可随着一叶轮转子的旋转方向而改变一流体流的方向,该泵运用一往复构件以供开启一排放部以及关闭其它排放部。因为所述排放部的耗损自动地由一往复构件的球形结构来加以补偿,且运转构件的密封构件被去除了,结果,该转向式泵具有一延长寿命以及一简化的结构。

Description

转向式泵
本发明涉及一种转向式泵,特别涉及一种能根据其中的叶轮转子的转动方向而改变流体流方向的泵。
转向式泵用来准确地改变一流体流的方向,这种现有的转向式泵之一在公告号为91—404的韩国实用新型专利中被公开,其利用一扇形翼瓣在二个排放部之间附近相互摆动。该扇形翼瓣随着叶轮转子的旋转方向枢轴地绕一铰链转动,开启一排放部并关闭另一排放部。因此,使用这种摆动式翼瓣需要许多形成于此等排放部之间的一部分上即在与扇形翼瓣的一弧相接触的表面区域上的密封构件。然而,由于翼瓣在一密封构件及翼瓣之间的摩擦使得翼瓣的运作表现降低的事实,这种密封装置易妨碍泵的运作表现。此外,由于摆动式翼瓣的重复运作所产生的耗损,会造成转向式泵使用寿命的减短。
因此,本发明的目的是提供一种可准确地随着一叶轮转子的旋转方向而改变一流体流的方向的转向式泵。
本发明的再一目的是提供一种通过使用一具有球形构形的往复构件而自动地补偿发生在此等排放部上的耗损及磨损而得以提供一延长寿命的转向式泵。
本发明另一目的是通过去除位于运转构件之间的密封构件而提供一具有简化结构并且可减低制造成本的转向式泵。
本发明的以上及其它目的是通过一转向式泵以改变流体流的方向来加以完成,其包含:一本体,其具有一对呈相反关系的排放部、与所述排放部呈流体相通的第一及第二导引通道、供马达的转轴插入的一轴孔以及一突出于所述导引通道之间的第一导引构件;一叶轮转子,其与轴孔对中并与转轴相啮合,将流体流根据叶轮转子的旋转方向而定地供应至导引通道之一;一往复构件,其随着叶轮转子的旋转方向而变换地开启一排放部并且关闭其它排放部;一盖板,其具有一将流体流供应至叶轮转子的入口以及一与第一导引构件相结合以形成一圆形通道并供导引往复构件在所述排放部之间前后移动的第二导引构件。
其中,该叶轮转子具有用以提供不受动叶轮旋转方向影响的均匀流动的多个径向风扇,以及与所述径向风扇成一体的用以改善叶轮转子结构整体性的环形构件。
其中,该往复构件具有一个直径至少大于所述排放部的直径的球形构件。
其中,该往复构件具有一在其相对两端设有一对半球形部分的长形构件,所述半球形部分具有至少大于所述排放部的直径的直径。
其中,由所述导引构件所形成的该圆形通道具有一稍大于该往复构件的直径的直径。
其中,该往复构件由弹胶性材料所制成。
其中,该泵进一步包括一对插入到所述排放部内的橡胶密封构件。
本发明的转向式泵由于球形构形的往复构件自动补偿了排放部的耗损及磨损,使其使用寿命延长,而其简化的结构使制造成本得以降低。

图4为一依据本发明的转向式泵的另一实施例的平面图。
首先参照图1及图2,在此显示依据本发明的一转向式泵。如图所示,该转向式泵10包括一本体12,其具有呈相反关系的第一及第二排放部14、16;第一及第二导引通道18及20,其分别与排放部14及16相通;一轴孔28,马达24的转轴22及一机械式密封构件25插入此轴孔中;以及一突出于所述导引通道18及20之间的第一导引件36。叶轮转子26与该轴孔28对中并与该转轴22相啮合,能够配合转动,借此将一流体流供应至所述导引通道18和20其中之一处。往复构件(例如一球30)可在所述排放部14及16之间前后移动,并且具有至少大于排放部14及16的直径,该往复构件最好是由弹胶性材料所制成。盖板32具有一入口34以供应一流体流至叶轮转子26,第二导引构件38与第一导引构件36相结合,形成一圆形通道,而其直径稍大于球30的直径,以供导引球30往复运动于排放部14及16之间。叶轮转子26较佳地具有一组径向风扇40,以提供一种不受旋转方向影响的均匀流动。环形构件42与径向风扇40成一体,以改善结构整体性,但其并未向下延伸,以确保供应至叶轮转子的流体流被排放至导引构件18及20。
参考图3,其显示转向式泵10的本体12、叶轮转子26及球30的一平面图,其中盖板32被去除以利说明。被供应通过入口34的流体流受叶轮转子26的转动而被吸取。首先,当叶轮转子26沿着箭头A(以实线表示)的方向旋转时,液体流被供应至第二导引通道20以冲击球30的上部,借此迫使球30向下并且封闭第一排放部14,其接着则又使流体流被排放通过第二排放部16。
另一方面,当叶轮转子26沿着箭头B(以虚线表示)的方向旋转时,流体流则被供应至第一导引通道18以冲击球30的下部,借此将球30偏向上并且封闭第二排放部16,其迫使流体流被排放而通过第一排放部14。
通过这种产生的流体流的额外偏压,造成球更紧密地与排放部14及16之一相接触,使得紧密的排放部的密封表现可获改善。此外,由于球30的球形构造与所述排放部的磨损内部圆周相符,使得球30可完成补偿磨损的功能。
图4说明转向式泵的另一实施例,如图所示,除了往复构件为一在其两相反端设有一对半球形的长形杆的不同外,图4与图3类似。此外,转向式泵可较佳地具有一对分别插入排放部14及16的橡皮密封构件15,以供更可靠地确保与往复构件相接触。
虽然本发明的内容已显示并说明于上述实施例,但应了解的是,对于本领域技术人员可做出不同的变化、修正及增加,而仍未偏离本发明所揭露的精神和范围。

Claims (7)

1、一种转向式泵,其用以改变一流体流的方向,该转向式泵包含:
一主体,其具有一对呈相反关系的排放部、一对与所述排放部成流体相通的导引通道、一用于马达的转轴插入的轴孔、以及一突出于所述导引通道间的第一导引构件;
一叶轮转子,其与该轴孔对中并与该转轴相啮合,将流体流根据该叶轮转子的旋转方向而定地供应至所述导引通道之一;
一往复构件,其用以根据所述叶轮转子的旋转方向而定地开启一排放部并且关闭另一排放部;以及
一盖板,其具有将流体流供应至所述叶轮转子的入口、以及与该第一导引构件相结合以形成一圆形通道供该往复构件在所述排放部之间前后移动的第二导引构件。
2、如权利要求1所述的转向式泵,其中,该叶轮转子具有用以提供不受叶轮转子旋转方向影响的均匀流动的多个径向风扇,以及与所述径向风扇成一体的用以改善叶轮转子结构整体性的环形构件。
3、如权利要求1所述的转向式泵,其中,该往复构件为其直径至少大于所述排放部的直径的球形构件。
4、如权利要求1所述的转向式泵,其中,该往复构件为在其相对两端设有一对半球形部分的长形构件,所述半球形部分具有至少大于所述排放部的直径的直径。
5、如权利要求1所述的转向式泵,其中,由所述导引构件所形成的该圆形通道具有一稍大于该往复构件的直径的直径。
6、如权利要求1所述的转向式泵,其中,该往复构件由弹胶性材料所制成。
7、如权利要求1所述的转向式泵,其中,该泵进一步包括一对插入到所述排放部内的橡胶密封构件。
