一种局部印刷胶水的移印方法
技术领域
本发明涉及印刷技术领域,尤其涉及一种局部印刷胶水的移印方法。
背景技术
随着人们生活水平的提高,人们对儿童的教育越来越重视,许多家长会购买不同类型的儿童书给小孩进行阅读;在儿童书生产中,纸张的印刷过程中需要对纸张先进性分料、上胶、对裱、合板,最后压成成型。
在书籍的印刷中,需要对纸张进行上胶,现有技术的印刷方法,采用采用双辊上胶,该方法通过连续转动的网纹辊将集胶槽内的胶水转移至纸张表面,从而完成上胶,但此方法上胶的均匀性、流平性均较差,无法获得高质量的产品,于是有些生产者就做了改进采用三辊上胶,但是目前的三辊上胶是直接采用整个上胶辊都沾满胶水对纸张进行上胶,纸张与上胶辊接触时,整张纸都会沾满胶水,只能对整张纸进行上胶,没有办法只对需要上胶的局部进行上胶,上胶不灵活,容易造成胶水的浪费。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术中的问题,本发明提供了一种局部印刷胶水的移印方法,设置海绵进行移印,能够对需要上胶的局部进行上胶,上胶灵活。
本发明提供了一种局部印刷胶水的移印方法,所述局部印刷胶水的移印方法所采用的装置包括上胶机构,其特征在于:所述上胶机构设置有胶水槽、上胶滚筒、移印滚筒和叼纸滚筒,所述上胶滚筒外表面蚀刻有若干的藏胶槽,所述局部印刷胶水的移印方法包括以下步骤:
S1.将胶水导入胶水槽内,并转动上胶滚筒,当所述上胶滚筒经过所述胶水槽内时,胶水槽内的胶水附着于上胶滚筒外表面和藏胶槽内;
S2.在胶水槽上下两侧边设置刮刀,使得上胶滚筒转动时,所述刮刀刚好刮到上胶滚筒外表面的胶水;
S3.采用刮刀将上胶滚筒外表面附着的胶水刮除,藏胶槽内保持有胶水;
S4.所述移印滚筒外表面设置有海绵,转动上胶滚筒和移印滚筒,当所述移印滚筒的海绵与所述上胶滚筒接触时,海绵将藏胶槽内的胶水吸附至海绵上;
S5.所述叼纸滚筒上设置有用于叼纸的叼牙,将纸张置于移印滚筒和叼纸滚筒之间,叼纸滚筒的叼牙卡住纸张;
S6.分别使移印滚筒和叼牙滚筒以相反方向运动,当叼牙滚筒上的纸张通过时,所述移印滚筒上的海绵将胶水附着于纸张表面,从而完成上胶。
作为本发明的进一步改进,S1之前先将所述上胶滚筒采用点蚀方法制成藏胶槽。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述海绵设置于移印滚筒的局部。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述海绵的设置步骤包括:
第一步:将海绵剪裁至需要上胶纸张的尺寸;
第二步:将剪裁后的海绵粘贴于移印滚筒外表面,使海绵覆盖在移印滚筒的范围与纸张需上胶的范围相适应。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述上胶机构还包括上胶底座,所述上胶滚筒、移印滚筒和叼牙滚筒两端可转动设置于上胶底座上,所述叼牙滚筒一端设置有第一电机,所述叼牙滚筒通过电机带动其滚动,所述叼牙滚筒与移印滚筒之间通过齿轮啮合联动,所述上胶滚筒一侧设置有第二电机,由所述第二电机带动其滚动。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述上胶机构还包括进胶安装板,所述刮刀安装于所述刮刀安装板上,所述刮刀安装板安装于所述进胶安装板上。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述胶水槽的两端分别连接有进胶管和出胶管,进胶管用于将胶水导入胶水槽内,出胶管用于从胶水槽末端将多余的胶水回流。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述刮刀安装板连接有刮刀气缸,刮刀气缸固定于进胶安装板,刮刀气缸可带动刮刀运动,以调节刮刀与上胶滚筒的距离。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述上胶机构还包括胶水盆,所述胶水盆位于刮刀下方。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述叼牙滚筒设置有叼牙。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明通过设置有局部印刷胶水的移印方法,通过在上胶滚筒外表面点蚀形成藏胶槽,能够更好地控制胶水的量,避免刮刀将上胶滚筒的胶水全部刮掉;通过在移印滚筒的局部张贴海绵,海绵张贴在移印滚筒的局部,并没有全部覆盖在移印滚筒,海绵的张贴的位置、大小和形状可以根据纸张需要上胶的部位进行张贴,通过在移印滚筒张贴海绵进行胶水的移印,从而实现只对上胶的局部进行上胶,上胶更加灵活,也不会造成胶水的浪费;本发明一种局部印刷胶水的移印方法,上胶方便灵活,可进行局部上胶,能够有效地控制需要的胶水量,更加环保。

具体实施方式
如图2所示,本发明一种局部印刷胶水的移印方法所采用的装置包括,上胶机构1,上胶机构1包括上胶底座11、上胶滚筒12、移印滚筒13、叼牙滚筒14、进胶装置15和胶水槽16,所述上胶滚筒12、移印滚筒13和叼牙滚筒14两端可转动设置于上胶底座11上,所述胶水槽16设置于上胶滚筒12的侧边,所述叼牙滚筒14一端设置有第一电机,所述叼牙滚筒14通过电机带动其滚动,所述叼牙滚筒14与移印滚筒13之间通过齿轮啮合联动,所述上胶滚筒12一侧设置有第二电机,由第二电机带动上胶滚筒12滚动,上胶滚筒12设置有若干藏胶槽121,叼牙滚筒14设置有用于叼纸的叼牙141,能够叼住纸张使其不掉落。
如图3、图4所示,所述进胶装置15包括进胶安装板151、胶水盆152和刮刀组件,胶水盆152和刮刀组件均安装于进胶安装板151内,刮刀组件包括刮刀安装板153和安装于刮刀安装板153上的刮刀154,刮刀154位于上胶滚筒12上下两侧边,胶水槽16的两端分别连接有进胶管和出胶管,进胶管用于将胶水导入胶水槽内出胶管用于从刮刀154末端将多余的胶水回流,进胶管一端连接胶水槽16,另一端连接外部胶水桶,用于将胶水输送至胶水槽16,刮刀安装板153连接有刮刀气缸155,刮刀气缸155固定于进胶安装板,刮刀气缸155可带动刮刀运动,从而调节刮刀154与上胶滚筒12的距离,方便清洗上胶滚筒12,所述胶水盆152位于刮刀组件下方,用于回收刮刀组件和滚筒滴漏的胶水,更加环保,胶水盘底面连通有水管156,所述水管156用于对工作后的上胶机构进行清洗。
移印滚筒张贴有海绵,海绵张贴在移印滚筒的局部,并没有全部覆盖在移印滚筒,海绵的张贴的位置、大小和形状可以根据纸张需要上胶的部位进行张贴,从而实现只对上胶的局部进行上胶,上胶更加灵活,也不会造成胶水的浪费。
由图1可知,本发明一种局部印刷胶水的移印方法,主要包括以下步骤:
S1.将胶水导入胶水槽内,并转动上胶滚筒,当所述上胶滚筒经过所述胶水槽内时,胶水槽内的胶水附着于上胶滚筒外表面和藏胶槽内;
藏胶槽采用点蚀的方法制成,藏胶槽的数量根据上胶需要的胶水量来进行点蚀形成,通过在上胶滚筒外表面设置藏胶槽,能够更好地控制胶水的量,避免刮刀将上胶滚筒的胶水全部刮掉。
S2.在胶水槽上下两侧边设置刮刀,使得上胶滚筒转动时,所述刮刀刚好刮到上胶滚筒外表面的胶水;
刮刀安装于刮刀安装板,且刮刀安装板连接有刮刀气缸,刮刀气缸可带动刮刀运动,从而调节刮刀与上胶滚筒的距离,方便清洗上胶滚筒;且上胶滚筒两侧边分别设置有堵头,能够有效地防止上胶滚筒两侧边胶水侧漏。
S3.采用刮刀将上胶滚筒外表面附着的胶水刮除,藏胶槽内保持有胶水;
可选地,刮刀可由刮刀气缸带动刮刀靠近上胶滚筒或远离上胶滚筒,从而能够调节刮刀与上胶滚筒之间的间距,当上胶完成需要清洗上胶机构时,可用气缸带动刮刀远离上胶滚筒,从而方便上胶滚筒和刮刀的清洗,当清洗完毕时,又可以用气缸带动刮刀靠近上胶滚筒方向移动,使得刮刀刚好能够刮刀上胶滚筒外表面的胶水。
通过刮刀刮去多余的胶水,能够避免胶水过多在纸张上形成堆积硬化形成胶块,藏胶槽内的胶水不会被刮掉,能够较为精准地控制胶水量。
S4.在所述移印滚筒外表面设置海绵;
海绵的设置步骤包括:
第一步:将海绵剪裁至需要上胶纸张的尺寸;
第二步:将剪裁后的海绵粘贴于移印滚筒外表面,使海绵覆盖在移印滚筒的范围与纸张需上胶的范围相适应。

S5.在叼纸滚筒上设置用于叼纸的叼牙;将纸张置于移印滚筒和叼纸滚筒之间,叼纸滚筒的叼牙卡住纸张;
S6.分别使移印滚筒和叼牙滚筒以相反方向运动,当叼牙滚筒上的纸张通过时,所述移印滚筒上的海绵将胶水附着于纸张表面,从而完成上胶。
叼牙用于叼住需要上胶的纸张,能够避免纸张掉落,移印滚筒的海绵将胶水移印至纸张上时,上胶更加准确。

1.一种局部印刷胶水的移印方法,所述局部印刷胶水的移印方法所采用的装置包括上胶机构,其特征在于:所述上胶机构设置有胶水槽、上胶滚筒、移印滚筒和叼纸滚筒,所述上胶滚筒外表面蚀刻有若干的藏胶槽,所述上胶滚筒两侧边分别设置有堵头;
所述局部印刷胶水的移印方法包括以下步骤:
S1.将胶水导入胶水槽内,并转动上胶滚筒,当所述上胶滚筒经过所述胶水槽内时,胶水槽内的胶水附着于上胶滚筒外表面和藏胶槽内;
S2.在胶水槽上下两侧边设置刮刀,使得上胶滚筒转动时,所述刮刀刚好刮到上胶滚筒外表面的胶水;
S3.采用刮刀将上胶滚筒外表面附着的胶水刮除,藏胶槽内保持有胶水;
S4.所述移印滚筒外表面设置有海绵,转动上胶滚筒和移印滚筒,当所述移印滚筒的海绵与所述上胶滚筒接触时,海绵将藏胶槽内的胶水吸附至海绵上;
所述海绵设置于移印滚筒的局部;
所述海绵的设置步骤包括:
第一步:将海绵剪裁至需要上胶纸张的尺寸;
