Abstract
本发明公开了一种斑节对虾固壳配合饲料,包括以下组分:南极磷虾粉、虾壳粉、磷酸二氢钙、胆固醇、维生素C‑磷酸酯、维生素D3、虾青素、几丁质、蜕壳素、进口鱼粉、鸡肉粉、血浆蛋白粉、大豆浓缩蛋白、发酵豆粕、面粉、鱼油、大豆磷脂、虾膏、啤酒酵母水解物、螺旋藻粉、氯化钠、维生素预混料、矿物质预混料、抗氧化剂、防霉剂;本发明还公开了所述配合饲料在斑节对虾养殖中的应用。本发明通过合理的饲料配方搭配,有效地满足了斑节对虾蜕换壳特殊时期对营养物质的全面需求,使斑节对虾能够获得均衡的营养,从而帮助对虾顺利完成蜕壳,还可提高斑节对虾的成活率和生长速度,增强其抗病力和免疫机能,提高其活力,改善其色泽。

技术领域
本发明涉及水产虾类饲料领域,具体涉及一种斑节对虾固壳配合饲料及其应用。
背景技术
对虾的生长发育总是与蜕皮联系在一起。斑节对虾蜕皮的整个过程为先蜕去旧甲壳,然后个体吸水迅速增大,最后形成新甲壳并逐渐硬化。在斑节对虾整个蜕皮过程中不但需要消耗大量的能量,而且也需要矿物质和激素的储备,其中任何一项缺乏,都会影响到对虾顺利蜕壳。因此保证对虾摄食营养均衡是满足对虾顺利蜕壳所必需考虑的因素之一。
但是,目前市场上的斑节对虾饲料质量良莠不齐,缺乏品质高、养殖效果佳的斑节对虾专用饲料产品。例如,斑节对虾在蜕壳过程中出现的异常症状,如果不采取正确的措施往往导致对虾减产、绝产,给养殖者造成不可估量的损失。
因此,有必要开发一种斑节对虾固壳饲料产品,用以改善斑节对虾在养殖过程中出现的软壳或蜕壳不遂等状况,从而提高斑节对虾的养殖成功率。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明旨在提供一种斑节对虾固壳配合饲料及其应用,所述饲料能够满足斑节对虾生长所需的营养需求,提高对虾的生长速度和成活率,有效改善斑节对虾固壳的效果。
为达到上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种斑节对虾固壳配合饲料,包括以下组分:南极磷虾粉、虾壳粉、磷酸二氢钙、胆固醇、维生素C-磷酸酯、维生素D3、虾青素、几丁质、蜕壳素。
本发明饲料利用以上组分保证产品的质量,通过上述组分原料合理配伍,满足斑节对虾蜕壳时期的营养需求,提高对虾抗病及免疫能力,另外可提高对虾对钙、磷等矿物营养素的消化吸收,保障斑节对虾蜕壳顺利完成。
维生素C-磷酸酯可增强机体免疫力和抗应激能力,缺乏时会导致蜕壳频率降低、虾壳松软、鳃混浊、死亡率高等问题;维生素D3具有促进甲壳动物外骨骼矿化的功能,可促进肠道钙磷吸收,提高免疫机能,促进骨骼形成的钙磷代谢过程,促进肠胃对钙磷的吸收等。维生素C-磷酸酯由维生素C经高效催化磷酸酯化而成,具有高含量、细粒度的特点,对高温高压稳定,可在动物体内游离,并能被有效地吸收利用。而维生素D3(胆钙化醇)是维生素D中生物代谢率最高的一种活性形式。本发明特别选用维生素C-磷酸酯和维生素D3组合,由于其两者的高效性,可帮助斑节对虾顺利完成蜕壳固壳,提高其成活率。
作为一种优选的技术方案,各组分的重量份数如下:南极磷虾粉5~8份、虾壳粉4~8份、磷酸二氢钙0.5~3份、胆固醇0.1~0.5份、维生素C-磷酸酯0.1~0.5份、维生素D30.05~0.1份、虾青素0.1~0.5份、几丁质0.1~0.5份、蜕壳素0.05~0.5份。
作为一种优选的技术方案,所述配合饲料还包括以下组分:进口鱼粉、鸡肉粉、血浆蛋白粉、大豆浓缩蛋白、发酵豆粕、面粉、鱼油、大豆磷脂、虾膏、啤酒酵母水解物、螺旋藻粉、氯化钠、维生素预混料、矿物质预混料。
作为一种优选的技术方案,所述配合饲料还包括以下组分:抗氧化剂、防霉剂。
作为一种优选的技术方案,以上各组分的重量份数如下:进口鱼粉30~50份、鸡肉粉4~8份、血浆蛋白粉0.5~2份、大豆浓缩蛋白3~7份、发酵豆粕6~10份、面粉19~22份、鱼油0.1~0.3份、大豆磷脂0.1~0.4份、虾膏0.3~0.6份、啤酒酵母水解物0.2~0.4份、螺旋藻粉0.1~0.5份、氯化钠0.1~0.3份、维生素预混料0.1~0.3份、矿物质预混料0.3~0.6份、抗氧化剂0.01~0.05份、防霉剂0.1~0.3份。
作为一种优选的技术方案,以重量份数计,所述配合饲料包括以下组分:南极磷虾粉7份、虾壳粉6份、磷酸二氢钙0.5份、维生素C-磷酸酯0.2份、胆固醇0.15份、维生素D30.05份、虾青素0.15份、几丁质0.15份、蜕壳素0.3份、进口鱼粉42份、鸡肉粉5份、血浆蛋白粉2份、大豆浓缩蛋白5份、发酵豆粕8份、面粉21.49份、鱼油0.15份、大豆磷脂0.25份、虾膏0.5份、啤酒酵母水解物0.2份、螺旋藻粉0.2份、氯化钠0.15份、维生素预混料0.15份、矿物质预混料0.3份、抗氧化剂0.01份、防霉剂0.1份。
作为一种优选的技术方案,每千克所述维生素预混料含有:VA 6.00g、VB115.00g、VB2 15.00g、VB6 10.00g、VB12 2.20g、VC 10.00g、VD3 10.00g、VE 72.00g、VK36.00g、泛酸钙92.00g、烟酸112.00g、叶酸9.25g、D-生物素2.4g、肌醇109.12g;
每千克所述矿物质预混料含有:Ca(H2PO4)2·H2O 5.0g、CuSO4·5H2O 20.70g、FeC6H5O7 9.90g、ZnSO4·7H2O 40.50g、MnSO4·7H2O 0.98g、KIO4 0.41g、CoC I2·6H2O4.02g、NaH2PO4 102.00g、MgSO4·H2O 6.20g、KCI 18.10g、Na2SeO3 3.00g。
作为一种优选的技术方案,所述饲料的制备方法包括:按重量份数称取各组分原料,将除鱼油外的组分原料送入混合机进行一次混合,混合均匀度变异系数要求≤5%,再经过超微粉碎,达到95%以上物料通过80目筛网,然后将超微粉碎后的物料按批次送入混合机进行二次混合,混合过程中添加鱼油和适量水,要求混合后的物料水分含量达到11.0~12%,混合均匀度变异系数要求≤5%,物料经过二次混合后进入调质工段,物料在调质器中加入饱和蒸汽,饱和蒸汽的压力为0.2~0.3MP,通过调质器主轴旋转使物料搅拌混合并与蒸汽充分接触,物料迅速升温至95~100℃,物料水分含量达到15.0~16.0%,通过保质器延长调质时间至5~6min,物料淀粉糊化,蛋白变性,显著提高物料的可加工性和适口性;经过充分熟化的物料进入制粒室,通过压辊挤压力使物料从环模孔呈圆柱状挤出,通过切刀切断成适当长度,环模的压缩比要求达到24以上;成型的颗粒物料经过后熟化,保温45~60mi n,物料进一步熟化,提高颗粒的耐水性;最后半成品冷却至室温,筛分去除粉末杂质,包装后即得。
本发明另一方面还提供如上所述的斑节对虾固壳配合饲料在斑节对虾养殖中的应用。
本发明通过合理的饲料配方搭配,有效地满足了斑节对虾蜕换壳特殊时期对营养物质的全面需求,使斑节对虾可以获得均衡的营养,从而帮助斑节对虾顺利完成蜕壳,提高其成活率。本发明有利于我国斑节对虾饲料产业和养殖行业的健康发展。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下优点:
1、通过南极磷虾粉、虾壳粉、磷酸二氢钙、胆固醇、维生素C-磷酸酯、维生素D3、虾青素、几丁质、蜕壳素等原料组分的合理配伍,使得斑节对虾营养吸收均衡,充分提高了斑节对虾对钙、磷等矿物营养素的消化利用率,提高其生长速度和成活率,保障斑节对虾蜕壳过程顺利完成;
2、通过南极磷虾粉、虾膏、血浆蛋白粉、发酵豆粕、啤酒酵母水解物、螺旋藻粉等原料组分的合理配伍,满足了斑节对虾蜕壳特殊时期对营养物质的全面需求,有效提高了斑节对虾的抗病、免疫机能,强健对虾的体质,提高对虾的活力,改善对虾的色泽;
3、可降低斑节对虾氮、磷等的排放量,改善养殖水环境。

下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步详细的描述,但本发明的实施方式不限于此。在未作说明的情况下,本发明所采用的试剂、设备和方法均为本技术领域常规市购的试剂、设备和常规使用的方法。
实施例1
一种斑节对虾固壳配合饲料,以重量份数计,包括以下组分:南极磷虾粉7份、虾壳粉6份、磷酸二氢钙0.5份、维生素C-磷酸酯0.2份、胆固醇0.15份、维生素D3 0.05份、虾青素0.15份、几丁质0.15份、蜕壳素0.3份、进口鱼粉42份、鸡肉粉5份、血浆蛋白粉2份、大豆浓缩蛋白5份、发酵豆粕8份、面粉21.49份、鱼油0.15份、大豆磷脂0.25份、虾膏0.5份、啤酒酵母水解物0.2份、螺旋藻粉0.2份、氯化钠0.15份、维生素预混料0.15份、矿物质预混料0.3份、抗氧化剂0.01份、防霉剂0.1份。

本实施例所得到的饲料的蛋白含量约为48.0%,粗脂肪含量约为8.0%,赖氨酸含量约为3.0%,蛋氨酸含量约为0.95%,能充分满足斑节对虾的营养需求。
实施例2
一种斑节对虾固壳配合饲料,以重量份数计,包括以下组分:南极磷虾粉5份、虾壳粉7份、磷酸二氢钙0.5份、维生素C-磷酸酯0.2份、胆固醇0.2份、维生素D3 0.05份、虾青素0.2份、几丁质0.1份、蜕壳素0.15份、进口鱼粉42.41份、鸡肉粉5份、血浆蛋白粉2份、大豆浓缩蛋白5份、发酵豆粕8份、面粉21.00份、鱼油0.15份、大豆磷脂0.25份、虾膏0.5份、啤酒酵母水解物0.2份、螺旋藻粉0.2份、氯化钠0.15份、维生素预混料0.15份、矿物质预混料0.3份、抗氧化剂0.01份、防霉剂0.1份。
制备方法同实施例1,在此不赘述。
本实施例所得到的饲料的蛋白含量约为47.9%,粗脂肪含量约为7.9%,赖氨酸含量约为2.96%,蛋氨酸含量约为0.94%,能充分满足斑节对虾的营养需求。
对比例
一种普通商用斑节对虾饲料,以重量份数计,包括以下组分:进口鱼粉48份、血浆蛋白粉2份、鸡肉粉5份、大豆浓缩蛋白5份、发酵豆粕8份、面粉21.44份、鱼油0.15份、大豆磷脂0.25份、虾膏0.5份、啤酒酵母水解物0.2份、螺旋藻粉0.2份、氯化钠0.15份、维生素预混料0.15份、矿物质预混料0.3份、抗氧化剂0.01份、防霉剂0.1份、虾壳粉8份、磷酸二氢钙0.25份、氯化胆碱0.3份。
试验例1
采用实施例1制得的配合饲料与对比例的普通商用斑节对虾饲料进行为期8周的对比养殖试验。
挑选活力好、规格整齐、体长约为1cm的同批次斑节对虾苗为实验对象,在水泥池(池长2米,池宽2米,池深1.8米)中进行对比试验。试验设有2个处理组,每个处理组设6个平行,每个水池(平行组)放苗300尾。处理组1投喂实施例1制得的斑节对虾饲料,处理组2投喂对比例的普通商业斑节对虾饲料。每天投喂4次饲料,投喂时间分别是早上7点、中午11点、下午5点、晚上10点。试验结果如下表1所示。

脱壳率=生长速度/生长增重率(每次脱壳后下次脱壳前的增重),且脱壳成功与否将会影响存活率,故成活率也可间接反应脱壳率。
从表1的结果表明:实施例1的配合饲料可促进对虾生长,提高对虾的增重率和存活率,有效保障斑节对虾蜕壳过程的顺利进行。
试验例2
采用实施例2制得的配合饲料与对比例的普通商业斑节对虾饲料进行为期4个月的对比养殖试验。
挑选活力好、规格整齐、体长约为1cm的同批次斑节对虾苗为实验对象,在池塘池中进行对比试验。试验设有2个处理组,每个处理组设5个平行,每个水池(平行组)放苗300尾。处理组1投喂实施例1制得的斑节对虾饲料,并选取广东湛江市场的5口高位池进行饲养;处理组2投喂对比例的普通商业斑节对虾饲料,并另选取5口高位池进行饲养。每天投喂4次饲料,投喂时间分别是早上7点、中午11点、下午5点、晚上10点。试验结果如下表2所示。

养殖120天,处理组1斑节对虾的存活率为80%,出虾规格为25g/尾;处理组2斑节对虾的存活率为74%,出虾规格22g/尾;脱壳率=生长速度/生长增重率(每次脱壳后下次脱壳前的增重),且脱壳成功与否将会影响存活率,故成活率也可间接反应脱壳率。
从表2的结果表明:可以得知,实施例2的配合饲料可提高斑节对虾的生长速度,提升其增重率,还可提高其免疫力,减少死亡率,有效保障斑节对虾蜕壳过程的顺利进行。
试验例3
采用实施例2制得的配合饲料与对比例的普通商业斑节对虾饲料进行为期8周的对比养殖试验。
挑选活力好、规格整齐、体长约为1cm的同批次斑节对虾苗为实验对象,在池塘池中进行对比试验。处理组1投喂实施例2制得的斑节对虾饲料,并选取广东湛江市的5口高位池进行饲养;处理组2投喂对比例的普通商业斑节对虾饲料,并另选取5口高位池进行饲养。每天投喂4次饲料,投喂时间分别是早上7点、中午11点、下午5点、晚上10点。试验结果如下表3所示。

从表3的结果表明:处理组1池塘水质中的总氮、总磷和化学需氧量均低于处理组2,说明实施例2的配合饲料可降低斑节对虾氮、磷等的排放量,从而改善养殖水环境。

Claims (10)
1.一种斑节对虾固壳配合饲料,其特征在于,包括以下组分:南极磷虾粉、虾壳粉、磷酸二氢钙、胆固醇、维生素C-磷酸酯、维生素D3、虾青素、几丁质、蜕壳素。
2.根据权利要求1所述的斑节对虾固壳配合饲料,其特征在于,还包括以下组分:进口鱼粉、鸡肉粉、血浆蛋白粉、大豆浓缩蛋白、发酵豆粕、面粉、鱼油、大豆磷脂、虾膏、啤酒酵母水解物、螺旋藻粉、氯化钠、维生素预混料、矿物质预混料。

4.根据权利要求1所述的斑节对虾固壳配合饲料,其特征在于,各组分的重量份数如下:南极磷虾粉5~8份、虾壳粉4~8份、磷酸二氢钙0.5~3份、胆固醇0.1~0.5份、维生素C-磷酸酯0.1~0.5份、维生素D3 0.05~0.1份、虾青素0.1~0.5份、几丁质0.1~0.5份、蜕壳素0.05~0.5份。
5.根据权利要求4所述的斑节对虾固壳配合饲料,其特征在于,以重量份数计,还包括以下组分:进口鱼粉30~50份、鸡肉粉4~8份、血浆蛋白粉0.5~2份、大豆浓缩蛋白3~7份、发酵豆粕6~10份、面粉19~22份、鱼油0.1~0.3份、大豆磷脂0.1~0.4份、虾膏0.3~0.6份、啤酒酵母水解物0.2~0.4份、螺旋藻粉0.1~0.5份、氯化钠0.1~0.3份、维生素预混料0.1~0.3份、矿物质预混料0.3~0.6份。
6.根据权利要求5所述的斑节对虾固壳配合饲料,其特征在于,以重量份数计,还包括以下组分:抗氧化剂0.01~0.05份、防霉剂0.1~0.3份。
7.根据权利要求6所述的斑节对虾固壳配合饲料,其特征在于,各组分的重量份数如下:南极磷虾粉7份、虾壳粉6份、磷酸二氢钙0.5份、维生素C-磷酸酯0.2份、胆固醇0.15份、维生素D3 0.05份、虾青素0.15份、几丁质0.15份、蜕壳素0.3份、进口鱼粉42份、鸡肉粉5份、血浆蛋白粉2份、大豆浓缩蛋白5份、发酵豆粕8份、面粉21.69份、鱼油0.15份、大豆磷脂0.25份、虾膏0.5份、啤酒酵母水解物0.2份、螺旋藻粉0.2份、氯化钠0.15份、维生素预混料0.15份、矿物质预混料0.3份、抗氧化剂0.01份、防霉剂0.1份。
8.根据权利要求5所述的斑节对虾固壳配合饲料,其特征在于,每千克所述维生素预混料含有:VA 6.00g、VB1 15.00g、VB2 15.00g、VB6 10.00g、VB12 2.20g、VC 10.00g、VD310.00g、VE 72.00g、VK3 6.00g、泛酸钙92.00g、烟酸112.00g、叶酸9.25g、D-生物素2.4g、肌醇109.12g;
每千克所述矿物质预混料含有:Ca(H2PO4)2·H2O 5.0g、CuSO4·5H2O 20.70g、FeC6H5O79.90g、ZnSO4·7H2O 40.50g、MnSO4·7H2O 0.98g、KIO4 0.41g、CoCI2·6H2O 4.02g、NaH2PO4102.00g、MgSO4·H2O 6.20g、KCI 18.10g、Na2SeO3 3.00g。
9.根据权利要求6所述的斑节对虾固壳配合饲料,其特征在于,制备方法包括:按重量份数称取各组分原料,将除鱼油外的组分原料送入混合机进行一次混合,混合均匀度变异系数要求≤5%,再经过超微粉碎,达到95%以上物料通过80目筛网,然后将超微粉碎后的物料按批次送入混合机进行二次混合,混合过程中添加鱼油和适量水,要求混合后的物料水分含量达到11.0~12%,混合均匀度变异系数要求≤5%,物料经过二次混合后进入调质工段,物料在调质器中加入饱和蒸汽,饱和蒸汽的压力为0.2~0.3MP,通过调质器主轴旋转使物料搅拌混合并与蒸汽充分接触,物料迅速升温至95~100℃,物料水分含量达到15.0~16.0%,通过保质器延长调质时间至5~6min,物料淀粉糊化,蛋白变性;经过充分熟化的物料进入制粒室,通过压辊挤压力使物料从环模孔呈圆柱状挤出,通过切刀切断成适当长度,环模的压缩比要求达到24以上;成型的颗粒物料经过后熟化,保温45~60min,物料进一步熟化;最后半成品冷却至室温,筛分去除粉末杂质,即得。
10.如权利要求1~9任一项所述的斑节对虾固壳配合饲料在斑节对虾养殖中的应用。
