本发明公开了一种新型玻璃球生产专用切削液,主要涉及玻璃球材料生产技术领域,包括妥尔油5.43%;三乙醇胺3.26%;CP‑50 2.71%;BS3.26%;水54.25%;EDTA 2.17%;NaoH 1.63%;甘油9.22%;亚硝酸钠5.42%;杀菌剂3.26%;NP‑10 2.17%;POEA‑15 2.71%;三乙醇胺3.26%;三乙二醇丁醚1.09%;消泡剂0.16%,本发明采用高档酯类润滑、润滑度高,不产生烟类废气,切削不粘刀、效率高;稳定性极强,本产品在水中表现为纯水色,比微乳产品的抗硬水度都强,而且抗硬水度可随意调整,它是一款高稳定性半合成切削液;经厂家使用,性能远高于同类产品,废液清理周期大大延长;不会产生油类废气,对工人身体健康有了保证;无析油析皂现象,经济效益高。

技术领域
本发明主要涉及玻璃球材料生产技术领域,具体是一种新型玻璃球生产专用切削液。
背景技术
现在生产玻璃球厂家,绝大部分都是使用的是乳化油,好一点的是防锈乳化油,都不是专用油液,使用这种乳化油大量消耗石油资源,有的厂家使用氯、磷、硫做为润滑挤压剂,都不环保。比较先进一些的产品机械油加牛油做润滑。缺点极易产生腐败变质,产量受限,润滑性不好,切削时易产生烟雾,危害工人身体健康。做玻璃球生产的厂家,配液池都是挺大的,一般是不能清理池子的,清理费用非常高。这就要求油液要稳定,现在使用的全油乳化油的最大缺点就是稳定性差,易析油析皂,对清理带来风险。
发明内容
鉴于现有技术中存在的不足和缺陷,本发明的目的在于提供一种新型玻璃球生产专用切削液。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明采用如下技术方案:一种新型玻璃球生产专用切削液,其特征在于:包括按质量百分比计的组分如下,

作为本发明的进一步改进,所述妥尔油为精制妥尔油,树脂酸含量10%-30%,所述三乙醇胺为85%混胺三乙醇胺,NaoH为含量99%的氢氧化钠、亚硝酸钠是含量99%的亚硝酸钠。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述CP-50是一种三元酸生产的防锈剂,按质量百分比计的组分如下,三元酸:三乙醇胺(混胺85%):纯净水=1:2.8:1,先加三乙醇胺再加三元酸,加热70-80℃三元酸溶完无泡沫,再加纯净水。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述BS为高分子醇脂肪酸聚合脂。
作为本发明的进一步改进,EDTA为含量99%的乙二胺四乙酸。
作为本发明的进一步改进,甘油含量96%-99%的丙三醇。

与现有技术相比,本发明具有的有益效果为:本发明采用高档酯类润滑、润滑度高,不产生烟类废气,切削不粘刀、效率高;稳定性极强,本产品在水中表现为纯水色,比微乳产品的抗硬水度都强,而且抗硬水度可随意调整,它是一款高稳定性半合成切削液;经厂家使用,性能远高于同类产品,废液清理周期大大延长;不会产生油类废气,对工人身体健康有了保证;无析油析皂现象,经济效益高。

实施例
玻璃球生产专用切削液的配比如下:妥尔油5.43%;三乙醇胺3.26%;CP-502.71%;BS3.26%;水54.25%;EDTA 2.17%;NaoH 1.63%;甘油9.22%;亚硝酸钠5.42%;杀菌剂3.26%;NP-10 2.17%;POEA-15 2.71%;三乙醇胺3.26%;三乙二醇丁醚1.09%;消泡剂0.16%。
所述妥尔油为精制妥尔油,树脂酸含量10%-30%,所述三乙醇胺为85%混胺三乙醇胺,水为硬度0-500mg/L,太硬的水影响产品质量。
所述cp-50是一种三元酸生产的防锈剂,按质量百分比计的组分如下,三元酸:三乙醇胺(混胺85%):纯净水=1:2.8:1,先加三乙醇胺再加三元酸,加热70-80℃三元酸溶完无泡沫,再加纯净水。
所述BS为高分子醇脂肪酸聚合脂,BS润滑性Pb值为150kgf,接近1500N,是一款极佳的润滑剂,它代替硫、磷、氯挤压剂,规避了对环境的污染,而且效果好,在1180℃的玻璃球切削液时不粘刀,切得快对刀具保护好,而且不产生高温油烟雾,不伤害操作者的身体。
EDTA为含量99%的乙二胺四乙酸,NaoH为含量99%的氢氧化钠,EDTA与NaoH反应变成EDTA二钠或EDTA四钠,在配方中起到主要抗硬水的作用。
甘油含量96%-99%的丙三醇,主要起到抗冻和保护配方中各组分不再相互反应的作用。
亚硝酸钠是含量99%的亚硝酸钠,防锈剂,价格便宜,防锈好。
杀菌剂为含量75%以上的BK广普杀菌剂,确保本液长期使用不会变质发臭,
NP-10为烷基酚与环氧乙烷缩合物,POEA-15为脂肪酸胺与环氧乙烷的缩合物,NP-10与POEA-15都是很好的清洗剂。确保清洗性优越,都是非离子乳化剂,也起到抗硬水的作用,加固了配方的稳定性。
三乙二醇丁醚一是调节油品的粘度,二是利用它的增溶性确保使用起来稀释液更加稳定,消泡剂为耐高温的乳化硅油。
该玻璃球生产专用切削液的制备工艺如下:
(1)在调和釜1内制备CP-50,按质量百分比计的组分如下,三元酸:三乙醇胺(混胺85%):纯净水=1:2.8:1,先加三乙醇胺,再加三元酸,加热至70-80℃,边加热边搅拌,三元酸溶完无泡沫,去火再搅拌半小时,再加纯净水搅拌均匀,备用;
(2)在调和釜2内,加入妥尔油,将NaoH质量的三分之一与三乙醇胺一起加入到妥尔油中,温度控制到80-85℃搅拌反应,当NaoH完全消失后,这个反应即已完成,反应物备用。把NaoH做为一种反应指示剂,让工序控制有章可寻;
(3)在调和釜3内,依次将水、EDTA、剩余的NaoH、当EDTA与NaoH化成清水,再加甘油、杀菌剂、NP-10、POEA-15、三乙醇胺、三乙二醇丁醚、最后加亚硝酸钠、消泡剂,制得混合液,
(4)将调和釜1、调和釜2、调和釜3的混合液进行搅拌混合均匀,合格后过滤包装。

1.一种新型玻璃球生产专用切削液,其特征在于:包括按质量百分比计的组分如下,

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型玻璃球生产专用切削液,其特征在于:所述妥尔油为精制妥尔油,树脂酸含量10%-30%,所述三乙醇胺为85%混胺三乙醇胺,NaoH为含量99%的氢氧化钠、亚硝酸钠是含量99%的亚硝酸钠。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型玻璃球生产专用切削液,其特征在于:所述CP-50是一种三元酸生产的防锈剂,按质量百分比计的组分如下,三元酸:三乙醇胺(混胺85%):纯净水=1:2.8:1,先加三乙醇胺再加三元酸,加热70-80℃三元酸溶完无泡沫,再加纯净水。
