Abstract
本发明公开了一种环境友好型液压支架用乳化油及其制备方法,该乳化油由以下重量百分比组分组成:植物基础油35%~40%,重烷基苯磺酸钠20%~23%,1:1吐温80与蓖麻油与环氧乙烷缩合物的复合物10%~13%,烷基酚与环氧乙烷缩合物5%~7%,三乙醇胺3%~4%,亚硝酸钠1%~1.5%,氢氧化钠2%~5%,纳米氧化锌0.4%~0.8%,苯骈三氮唑0.1%~0.2%,丙三醇3%~5%,余量为蒸馏水。本发明选用原料来源广泛,工艺简单,具有良好的耐冻融性、润滑性和乳化稳定性,有效减少了析油、析皂问题,不堵塞滤网。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种乳化油,具体涉及一种环境友好型液压支架用乳化油及其制备方法。
背景技术
液压支架用乳化油主要用于煤矿液压支架、单体液压支柱等系统,作为动力传递介质,需要具有良好的稳定性、防锈性、耐腐性和耐冻融性,能有效地保护液压系统,延长其使用寿命。现有的乳化油生产主要有环烷酸和松香两种配方,环烷酸配方选用环烷酸钠作为主要的表面活性剂,环烷酸钠是由石油(主要是环烷基原油)炼制过程中得到的环烷酸经过精制后用氢氧化钠中和得到的产物,随着炼油工艺的改进和提高,环烷酸的产量越来越低,资源出现严重枯竭,成为影响乳化油生产的主要障碍;松香配方选用阴离子型的松香钾皂作为主要的表面活性剂,虽原料易得,但松香钾皂生产工艺采用加热的方式进行,在生产过程中易挥发有机物,刺激人体呼吸道,又污染环境,且生产出的乳化油抗氧化安定性差,色泽较深,乳化液的润滑性较以环烷酸钠生产的乳化油的乳化液润滑性差。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种环境友好型液压支架用乳化油,采用混合的非离子表面活性剂作为乳化剂,来源广泛,耐冻融性好,润滑性高,乳化稳定性好。
本发明的另一目的是提供上述环境友好型液压支架用乳化油的制备方法,工艺简单,成本低廉,环境友好。
为了实现上述目的,本发明的一种环境友好型液压支架用乳化油,由以下重量百分比的组分组成:植物基础油35%~40%,重烷基苯磺酸钠20%~23%,1:1吐温80与蓖麻油与环氧乙烷缩合物的复合物10%~13%,烷基酚与环氧乙烷缩合物5%~7%,三乙醇胺3%~4%,亚硝酸钠1%~1.5%,氢氧化钠2%~5%,纳米氧化锌0.4%~0.8%,苯骈三氮唑0.1%~0.2%,丙三醇3%~5%,余量为蒸馏水。
优选的,所述环境友好型液压支架用乳化油,由以下重量百分比的组分组成:植物基础油38%,重烷基苯磺酸钠21%,1:1吐温80与蓖麻油与环氧乙烷缩合物的复合物12%,烷基酚与环氧乙烷缩合物6%,三乙醇胺3.5%,亚硝酸钠1%,氢氧化钠3%,纳米氧化锌0.6%,苯骈三氮唑0.2%,丙三醇4%,余量为蒸馏水。
所述环境友好型液压支架用乳化油的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将吐温80、蓖麻油与环氧乙烷缩合物按照质量比1:1依次投入反应釜中搅拌,使其充分反应至均匀,放料入桶,制得1:1吐温80与蓖麻油与环氧乙烷缩合物的复合物,待用;
(2)将烷基酚投入不锈钢反应釜中,加入氢氧化钠作催化剂,抽真空,并用氮气将不锈钢反应釜中空气赶尽,升温至80±5℃真空脱水,脱水后升温至90~110℃时通入环氧乙烷,同时保持0.25MPa压力,以浊点控制在68~78℃作为反应终点,检验合格并待冷却后放料入桶,制得烷基酚与环氧乙烷缩合物,待用;其中,烷基酚与环氧乙烷的质量比为1:1.88;
(3)将植物基础油和重烷基苯磺酸钠投入反应釜中搅拌均匀,加入已制备的1:1吐温80与蓖麻油与环氧乙烷缩合物的复合物,搅拌均匀,依次加入已制备的烷基酚与环氧乙烷缩合物、三乙醇胺、亚硝酸钠、氢氧化钠、苯骈三氮唑、纳米氧化锌、丙三醇,搅拌均匀;
(4)向反应釜中加入蒸馏水,搅拌均匀,以pH值控制在8.5~9作为反应终点,并至油液透明,然后按照产品标准进行检验,合格后放油入罐。
优选的,调整所述反应液的pH值为8.5。
本发明选用非离子表面活性剂(1:1吐温80与蓖麻油与环氧乙烷缩合物的复合物、烷基酚与环氧乙烷缩合物)代替环烷酸钠作为主要乳化剂,解决了环烷酸资源枯竭的问题;采用常温常压的生产工艺,解决了松香钾皂加热生产工艺对环境造成污染的问题。
本发明制备的环境友好型液压支架用乳化油,具有良好的耐冻融性、润滑性和密封材料相溶性,特别适用于我国冬季气候寒冷的北方和西部地区,有效解决了油品储存和使用受冻问题;利用多种乳化剂的协同效应,提高了乳化液的稳定性,有效减少了乳化液在使用过程中析油、析皂问题,不会造成堵塞滤网的情况,降低了维护和使用成本。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明做进一步详细说明。以下实施例均采用中华人民共和国煤炭行业标准MT 76-2011《液压支架用乳化油、浓缩油及其高含水液压液》检测。
实施例1
一种环境友好型液压支架用乳化油,由以下重量百分比的组分组成:植物基础油38%,重烷基苯磺酸钠21%,1:1吐温80与蓖麻油与环氧乙烷缩合物的复合物12%,烷基酚与环氧乙烷缩合物6%,三乙醇胺3.5%,亚硝酸钠1%,氢氧化钠3%,纳米氧化锌0.6%,苯骈三氮唑0.2%,丙三醇4%,蒸馏水10.7%。
上述环境友好型液压支架用乳化油的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将吐温80、蓖麻油与环氧乙烷缩合物按照质量比1:1依次投入反应釜中搅拌,使其充分反应至均匀,放料入桶,制得1:1吐温80与蓖麻油与环氧乙烷缩合物的复合物,待用;
(2)将烷基酚投入不锈钢反应釜中,加入氢氧化钠作催化剂,抽真空,并用氮气将不锈钢反应釜中空气赶尽,升温至80±5℃真空脱水,脱水后升温至90~110℃时通入环氧乙烷,同时保持0.25MPa压力,以浊点控制在68~78℃作为反应终点,检验合格并待冷却后放料入桶,制得烷基酚与环氧乙烷缩合物,待用;其中,烷基酚与环氧乙烷的质量比为1:1.88;
(3)将植物基础油和重烷基苯磺酸钠投入反应釜中搅拌均匀,加入已制备的1:1吐温80与蓖麻油与环氧乙烷缩合物的复合物,搅拌均匀,依次加入已制备的烷基酚与环氧乙烷缩合物、三乙醇胺、亚硝酸钠、氢氧化钠、苯骈三氮唑、纳米氧化锌、丙三醇,搅拌均匀;
(4)向反应釜中加入蒸馏水,搅拌均匀,以pH值控制在8.5~9作为反应终点,并至油液透明,然后按照产品标准进行检验,合格后放油入罐。
经检验,本实施例获得的环境友好型液压支架用乳化油的性能参数见表1。

一种环境友好型液压支架用乳化油,由以下重量百分比的组分组成:植物基础油35%,重烷基苯磺酸钠23%,1:1吐温80与蓖麻油与环氧乙烷缩合物的复合物10%,烷基酚与环氧乙烷缩合物7%,三乙醇胺3%,亚硝酸钠1%,氢氧化钠5%,纳米氧化锌0.4%,苯骈三氮唑0.1%,丙三醇3%,蒸馏水15.5%。
上述环境友好型液压支架用乳化油的制备方法同实施例1。
经检验,本实施例获得的环境友好型液压支架用乳化油的性能参数见表2。

一种环境友好型液压支架用乳化油,由以下重量百分比的组分组成:植物基础油40%,重烷基苯磺酸钠20%,1:1吐温80与蓖麻油与环氧乙烷缩合物的复合物13%,烷基酚与环氧乙烷缩合物5%,三乙醇胺4%,亚硝酸钠1.5%,氢氧化钠2%,纳米氧化锌0.8%,苯骈三氮唑0.2%,丙三醇5%,蒸馏水8.5%。
上述环境友好型液压支架用乳化油的制备方法同实施例1。
经检验,本实施例获得的环境友好型液压支架用乳化油的性能参数见表3:

1.一种环境友好型液压支架用乳化油,其特征在于,由以下重量百分比的组分组成:植物基础油35%~40%,重烷基苯磺酸钠20%~23%,1:1吐温80与蓖麻油与环氧乙烷缩合物的复合物10%~13%,烷基酚与环氧乙烷缩合物5%~7%,三乙醇胺3%~4%,亚硝酸钠1%~1.5%,氢氧化钠2%~5%,纳米氧化锌0.4%~0.8%,苯骈三氮唑0.1%~0.2%,丙三醇3%~5%,余量为蒸馏水。
2.如权利要求1所述的环境友好型液压支架用乳化油,其特征在于,由以下重量百分比的组分组成:植物基础油38%,重烷基苯磺酸钠21%,1:1吐温80与蓖麻油与环氧乙烷缩合物的复合物12%,烷基酚与环氧乙烷缩合物6%,三乙醇胺3.5%,亚硝酸钠1%,氢氧化钠3%,纳米氧化锌0.6%,苯骈三氮唑0.2%,丙三醇4%,余量为蒸馏水。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的环境友好型液压支架用乳化油的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将吐温80、蓖麻油与环氧乙烷缩合物按照质量比1:1依次投入反应釜中搅拌,使其充分反应至均匀,放料入桶,制得1:1吐温80与蓖麻油与环氧乙烷缩合物的复合物,待用;
(2)将烷基酚投入不锈钢反应釜中,加入氢氧化钠作催化剂,抽真空,并用氮气将不锈钢反应釜中空气赶尽,升温至80±5℃真空脱水,脱水后升温至90~110℃时通入环氧乙烷,同时保持0.25MPa压力,以浊点控制在68~78℃作为反应终点,检验合格并待冷却后放料入桶,制得烷基酚与环氧乙烷缩合物,待用;其中,烷基酚与环氧乙烷的质量比为1:1.88;
(3)将植物基础油和重烷基苯磺酸钠投入反应釜中搅拌均匀,加入已制备的1:1吐温80与蓖麻油与环氧乙烷缩合物的复合物,搅拌均匀,依次加入已制备的烷基酚与环氧乙烷缩合物、三乙醇胺、亚硝酸钠、氢氧化钠、苯骈三氮唑、纳米氧化锌、丙三醇,搅拌均匀;
(4)向反应釜中加入蒸馏水,搅拌均匀,以pH值控制在8.5~9作为反应终点,并至油液透明,然后按照产品标准进行检验,合格后放油入罐。
4.如权利要求3所述的环境友好型液压支架用乳化油的制备方法,其特征在于,调整所述反应液的pH值为8.5。
