本发明公开了一种铝合金专用长效切削液,主要涉及金属切削液技术领域,包括按质量百分比计的组分如下,46#机械油、12%‑13%;AC28、1%‑2%;CP‑50、3%‑4%;杀菌剂、1.5%‑3.0%;甘油、4%‑5%;水、45%‑55%;亚硝酸钠、3.5%‑4.5%;T‑80、4%‑5%;S‑80、7%‑9%;JHP‑E9600、1.5%‑3.0%;T706、0.15%‑0.2%;三乙醇胺、1%‑2%;消泡剂、0.1%‑0.2%;三乙二醇丁醚、7%‑8%,微乳液更稳定,无阴离子设计更抗硬水,配出的稀释液长期有效,机械油析出后稀释液仍有效,不影响切削、不用清理,奇妙设计的第二套润滑方案让使用方能一直使用下去,满足了使用方降低成本的目的,节能、维护费用低、清理周期长、节约节省大量原材。

本发明主要涉及金属切削液技术领域,具体是一种铝合金专用长效切削液。
背景技术
现在市面上切削铝的产品绝大部分是全油乳化油,切削纯铝还行,切削铝合金再用这种产品就不太合适,铝合金是当前在汽车发动机、变速器、航空设备和其它机械设备等行业均被广泛使用的金属材质,因此对铝合金加工专用切削液的需求日益增长,要求铝合金切削液能够提供铝材加工时高切削速度和高进给率所要求的优异润滑性和冷却性,大幅提高刀具的使用寿命和工件的表面光洁度,传统的铝合金切削液易粘屑、防锈效果差、乳液不稳定、切削时间短、经济效益差、不能长期使用、清理残液频繁、增加产品成本,还产生了废液处理问题。
发明内容
鉴于现有技术中存在的不足和缺陷,本发明的目的在于提供一种铝合金专用长效切削液。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明采用如下技术方案:一种铝合金专用长效切削液,其特征在于:包括按质量百分比计的组分如下,
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述AC 28为妥尔油酰胺浓缩液,是一种助乳化剂。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述CP-50是一种三元酸防锈剂,由三元酸:三乙醇胺:水,按比例为1:2.8:1配制,三元酸为含量50%的三元酸,三乙醇胺为混胺85%的三乙醇胺,水为硬水为0--500mg/L中性水,先加三乙醇胺,再加三元酸搅拌均匀,加热70-80℃,当三元酸消失、无皂沫,即为反应完毕,加入所需水,再搅拌半小时经检验合格,即为成品。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述杀菌剂为含量75%以上的BK广普杀菌剂。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述甘油是含量96%--99%的丙三醇。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述T-80为聚氧乙烯失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯,含量≥98%,HLB值15。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述S-80为失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯,含量≥ 98.5。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述JHP-E9600为壬基酚醚磷酸酯。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述T706是苯并三氮唑,有色金属缓蚀剂。

(1)微乳液更稳定,无阴离子设计更抗硬水;
(2)配出的稀释液长期有效,机械油析出后稀释液仍有效,不影响切削、不用清理,奇妙设计的第二套润滑方案让使用方能一直使用下去,满足了使用方降低成本的目的;
(3)节能、维护费用低、清理周期长、节约节省大量原材。

实施例1
一种铝合金专用长效切削液,包括按质量百分比计的组分如下,46#机械油、12.28%;AC28、1.23%;CP-50、3.07%;杀菌剂(BK)、1.84%;甘油、4.00%;水、50.37%;亚硝酸钠、3.84%;T-80、4.48%;S-80、8.00%;JHP-E9600、1.84%; T706、0.18%;三乙醇胺、1.23%;消泡剂、0.12%;三乙二醇丁醚、7.52%。
实施例2
一种铝合金专用长效切削液,包括按质量百分比计的组分如下,46#机械油、12.50%;AC28、1.5%;CP-50、3.5%;杀菌剂、3%;甘油、4%;水、50.1%;亚硝酸钠、3.5%;T-80、4%;S-80、7%;JHP-E9600、1.5%;T706、0.2%;三乙醇胺、1%;消泡剂、0.2%;三乙二醇丁醚、8%。
实施例3
一种铝合金专用长效切削液,包括按质量百分比计的组分如下,46#机械油、13%;AC28、1%;CP-50、3%;杀菌剂、1.5%;甘油、4%;水、47.25%;亚硝酸钠、4.5%;T-80、5%;S-80、9%;JHP-E9600、2.5%;T706、0.15%;三乙醇胺、2%;消泡剂、0.1%;三乙二醇丁醚、7%。
所述46#机械油为非标机械油,这种机械油润滑性好、粘度适中。
所述AC28为妥尔油酰胺浓缩液,是一种助乳化剂,在本方中起到稳定体系的作用,防止原液产生变态、析油。
所述CP-50是一种三元酸防锈剂,由三元酸:三乙醇胺:水,按比例为1:2.8:1 配制,三元酸为含量50%的三元酸,三乙醇胺为混胺85%的三乙醇胺,水为硬水为0--500mg/L中性水,先加三乙醇胺,再加三元酸搅拌均匀,加热70-80℃,当三元酸消失、无皂沫,即为反应完毕,加入所需水,再搅拌半小时经检验合格,即为成品。
所述杀菌剂为含量75%以上的BK广普杀菌剂,对真菌、细菌油特别好的杀灭作用,具有长效、低毒、广谱的特点,主要成分为三嗪化合物,有非常好的抑菌灭菌作用,还能较好的稳定体系的pH值,对清除异味有一定的作用,杀菌剂在冬天加入配方2%、夏天加入3%,保证乳液一年都不会发臭,这是乳液长效的基础。
所述甘油是含量96%--99%的丙三醇,起到冬天防止原油上冻的作用,纯化亚硝酸钠与铝合金起反应。
亚硝酸钠是含量99%的亚硝酸钠,作用是防止设备生锈,亚硝酸钠对纯铝是有腐蚀作用的,对铝合金的影响就小多了,使用亚硝酸钠得当是完全可以防止它的腐蚀作用,还能起到很好的防止设备生锈问题,亚硝酸钠也可用二元酸防锈剂取代,二元酸防锈剂生产方法:十二碳二元酸:三乙醇胺:水,比例为 1:2.8:1,三乙醇胺与十二碳二元酸加到一起,边搅拌边加热,温度控制在 70--80℃,直到二元酸消失、皂沫归零,加入纯净水再搅拌半小时,经检验防锈合格后分装备用。
所述T-80为聚氧乙烯失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯,含量≥98%,HLB值15,用T-80 做乳化剂有以下作用,酯类产品可以做为切削铝合金润滑剂;非离子乳化剂具有抗硬水作用;T-80具有很好的分散性、清洗性;T-80具有一定的防锈剂; T-80具有很好的粘温性,低温不混、高温不变色,温差在-15℃--40℃原液外观不变。
所述S-80为失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯,含量≥98.5,是高级亲油性乳化剂、非离子乳化剂,具有很好的润滑性、防锈性。
所述JHP-E9600为壬基酚醚磷酸酯,是一种很好的铝缓蚀剂,与三乙醇胺加热反应后变成水性产品,可保证铝或铝合金高温、室温不变黑、不出水印、不出白斑,同时它会在铝或铝合金上形成一层严密的极压膜,严密的极压膜一方面保护了铝材,另一方面阻止了亚硝酸钠与铝材接触,最要的是,这种致密的极压膜提供了很好的润滑性,加上T-80也是溶于水的酯类,有了它们的相互作用,更加提高了水的润滑性,就算46#机械油析出,S-80酯损失一部分,只要有JHP-E9600与T-80提供的润滑,完全满足了铝合金的切削,只要有稀释液在就可正常工作,这就是本方长效的原因所在。
铝合金切削润滑性与切削效果是一个抛物线结构,当润滑度到一定峰值再加,切削就会出现不良反应,主要的就是粘屑,尤其钻眼的时候,必须用气或水冲掉,增加了不适感。本发明的润滑性已到峰值。
所述T706是苯并三氮唑,有色金属缓蚀剂,对防止铜变色有很好的作用,也是铝产品的附助缓蚀剂。
三乙醇胺为85%混胺三乙醇胺,一个作用是保持碱值,另一个作用与 JHP-E9600起反应变水性磷酸酯。
所述消泡剂为乳化硅油。
三乙二醇丁醚,一个作用是调整油的粘度,二个作用是增容作用,增加乳液的抗硬水能力,三个作用是调透明。
该铝合金长效切削液的制备工艺如下:
(1)在调和釜1内制备CP-50,按质量百分比计的组分如下,三元酸:三乙醇胺(混胺85%):纯净水=1:2.8:1,先加三乙醇胺,再加三元酸,加热至70-80℃,边加热边搅拌,三元酸溶完无泡沫,去火再搅拌半小时,再加纯净水搅拌均匀,备用;
(2)在调和釜2内,HP-E9600与三乙醇胺加热60-65℃,搅拌20-30分钟,成水色,再把T706加入搅拌成无色液体;
(3)在调和釜3内,取水、加入亚硝酸钠,搅拌化完后,加入46#机械油、 AC28、T-80搅拌均匀后,再加甘油、杀菌剂、搅拌均匀后,加入S-80,用三乙二醇丁醚调透明,再搅拌30分钟,加入消泡剂再搅拌30分钟,制得混合液;
(4)将调和釜1、调和釜2、调和釜3的混合液进行搅拌混合均匀,合格后过滤包装。

杀菌剂 1.5%-3.0%;
甘油 4%-5%;
水 45%-55%;
亚硝酸钠 3.5%-4.5%;
T-80 4%-5%;
S-80 7%-9%;
JHP-E9600 1.5%-3.0%;
T706 0.15%-0.2%;
三乙醇胺 1%-2%;
消泡剂 0.1%-0.2%;
三乙二醇丁醚 7%-8%;
