Abstract
本发明公开了一种乳化型切削液及其制备工艺,该产品组分及重量百分比分别为:基础油50‑70%、表面活性剂14‑25%、防锈剂1‑4%、防腐剂0.2‑1%、复合润滑剂3‑7%,有机醇胺2‑10%、杀菌剂2‑3%、抗硬水剂2‑4%、抗泡剂0.1%,余量为软化水。将上述原材料按照一定顺序和比例加入后搅拌,即可获得所述乳化型切削液。相比传统的乳化油制作工艺,该切削液无需添加经过化学反应的中间体、生产制备工艺简单、易操作。本发明提供的切削液具有良好的润滑性能,可用于加工铸铁、钢、不锈钢、铜及铜合金、镁合金等材料。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于化工产品领域,特别涉及一种乳化型切削液及其制备工艺。
背景技术
切削油液是金属切削过程中使用的润滑介质,其最重要的功能是润滑、冷却、排屑和防锈,以获得良好的表面精度和工件质量,同时延长机床的使用寿命。油基的切削油常用于加工难度较高或对润滑性有较高要求的切削工艺,随着硬质合金刀具的使用以及机床转速的提高,水基切削液应用而生。水基切削液分为三大类:乳化型、微乳型、以及全合成型。其中,相比其他两种切削液,乳化型切削液(乳化油)的润滑性能更为优异,且具有更高的性价比,是目前应用最多的加工液类型,据粗略统计,乳化型切削液占水基加工液总量的60%以上。
乳化型切削液因含油量较高而在水基切削液中具有更好的润滑性,但在使用中也存在一些缺点。因其稀释使用,对黑色金属和有色金属的防锈防腐性远不如油基切削油。尤其是一些需要工序间临时存放的工件,或对工件表面质量要求较高的工艺,对防锈性防腐性要求尤其苛刻。乳化型切削液还面临最大的挑战是在硬水和细菌的攻击下出现乳液析油析皂的不稳定问题。
国内外关于乳化型切削液有众多的报道和专利文献。专利CN104927982A报道了一种乳化切削液组合物,该组合物由曼尼希碱、乳化剂、水和基础油组成,在抗硬水性和防锈性上表现突出。但其需要合成中间产物,生产工艺繁琐,容易导致批次质量不稳定等现象。专利CN104927983A公开了一种乳化切削液组合物,其采用硼酸酯、硼酸盐、酰胺和醇胺作为防锈剂,异氰酸酯作为钙皂分散剂,以解决乳化油的防锈和抗硬水问题。专利CN104120014A公开了一种防锈效果优异的环保水性切削液及其制备方法,选用1,2—二乙氧基硅酯基乙烷作为防锈剂来提高防锈性能。专利CN105670738A报道了一种防锈乳化型金属切削液,选用的防锈剂为硼酸、对叔丁基苯甲酸、十到十二碳二元羧酸类与不同醇胺中的一种或几种混合物。专利CN107629855A公开了一种水溶性切削液,以硼酸、癸二酸、三元酸复配作为防锈剂来提升防锈性能。专利CN103666719A公开了一种自乳化切削液及其制备方法,选用EDTA二钠盐提高乳液的抗硬水性能。专利CN106893622A报道了一种水性切削液的醚羧酸复配剂、制备方法剂水性切削液,选用三种市售的醚羧酸来提升乳液的抗硬水性能。
现有技术中常用到的防锈剂,如硼酸、硼酸酯、磺酸钡、癸二酸、脂肪酸酰胺、酰胺己酸盐等在软水中的防锈性比较突出,但在含钙镁离子的硬水中,尤其是在含氯离子的水中,防锈性能急剧下降,往往不能满足现场工况的需求。而且有些防锈剂通常在加量较大时才具有良好的防锈性能,这从一定程度上降低了切削液的性价比。此外,抗硬水性能不佳也是目前许多乳化型切削液普遍存在的问题和难以攻克的壁垒之一。由于这项性能的提升涉及的方面较为复杂,现有技术报道中很少有专门的添加剂来解决乳液的抗硬水性能。目前采用EDTA或EDTA钠盐来解决这项难题的较为常见。EDTA或EDTA钠盐在全合成体系中表现优异,且具有较高的性价比,但在乳化油体系中,即便加量很大,抗硬水性能也不突出,而且还容易导致体系出现不稳定现象。也有很少的报道采用醇醚羧酸来提升硬水性能。醇醚羧酸能有效地提高乳化油体系的抗硬水性能,尤其是长链的醇醚羧酸,能更好的分散硬水中的钙镁离子。但此类添加剂的引入需要适宜的乳化剂作为后盾。只有在种类和比例均适宜的乳化剂下,引入一定量的醇醚羧酸,体系的抗硬水稳定性和高低温稳定性才能达到最佳。反之,即便加入大量的醇醚羧酸,若乳化剂的选用不当,即使在软水中,乳液室温下的析皂现象也会非常普遍,在高温下甚至会出现析油现象。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述现有技术中的不足之处,提供了一种防锈和抗硬水性能优异的乳化型切削液。它具有较高的性价比,良好的润滑性和乳液稳定性,生产制备工艺简单等特点。
本发明具有两方面突出的优势,一是极佳的防锈防腐性,能在高硬度水质和高氯离子含量的水质下提供优异锈蚀保护作用。二是优异的抗硬水性能,可用于水质硬度大于1000mg/L以上的地区,且配置的稀释液即便在高温下也均一稳定,不析油析皂。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:

其中,所述防锈剂为无机物和有机物的混合物;
所述无机物为钼酸钠、亚硝酸钠和硅酸钠中的至少一种;
所述有机物为十二烯基丁二酸、十一碳二元酸、月桂二酸、十二碳格尔伯特酸、咪唑啉盐和苯甲酸钠的至少一种。
本发明所述的乳化型切削液,其中:所述基础油为尼纳斯T9、T22、环烷基油KR2832、10号变压器油、25号变压器油、45号变压器油、MVI150和HVI150中的一种或两种混合物。
本发明所述的乳化型切削液,其中:所述表面活性剂为石油磺酸钠、聚异丁烯丁二酸酰胺、太古油、脂肪酸聚氧乙烯酯、异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚、辛基苯酚聚氧乙烯醚、失水山梨醇油酸酯和琥珀酸衍生物中的至少两种或两种以上混合物。

本发明还提供一种乳化型切削液的制备方法,其是上述乳化型切削液的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
在10-35℃下,在软化中先添加防锈剂、防腐剂,接着依次加入有机醇胺、基础油、表面活性剂、复合润滑剂、杀菌剂、抗硬水剂,最后添加抗泡剂,搅拌至体系均一透亮即得到所述的乳化型切削液。

一种乳化型切削液及其制备工艺,包括以下组分及重量百分比:

所述的有机醇胺为单乙醇胺、三乙醇胺、二甘醇胺、一异丙醇胺、二异丙醇胺中的一种或几种的混合物。
所述的杀菌剂为六氢三嗪、吗啉、苯骈异噻唑啉酮(BIT)、异噻唑啉酮类化合物(BBIT)一种或几种的混合物。
所述的抗硬水剂为碳原子数为16~20,且含5~10个EO集团的长链醇醚羧酸、碳原子数为5~8,且含3~7个EO集团的短链醇醚羧酸、混合型醇醚羧酸中的一种或几种的混合物。
所述的抗泡剂为硅氧烷型消泡剂。
所述的制备工艺是在室温下(10-35℃),将上述原材料在软化水中先添加防锈剂、防腐剂,接着依次加入有机醇胺、基础油、表面活性剂、复合润滑剂、杀菌剂、抗硬水剂,最后添加抗泡剂,搅拌至体系均一透亮即得到所述的乳化型切削液。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有两大优势:
一是通过无机盐与有机酸复配作为防锈剂组分,有效地提高了油品在高硬度、高氯离子含量下的防锈性能。同时解决了无机盐的引入对体系稳定性造成的破坏问题,提高了配方的经济性。
二是醇醚羧酸引入后通过对主乳化剂的有效调整,使得抗硬水性和稳定性达到最佳状态。醇醚羧酸不仅可作为抗硬水剂,还可以作为阴离子型的助乳化剂,增强体系的稳定性。但其对体系的HLB值影响较大,引入后需要对体系的主乳化剂做出较大的调整。若调整不适当,稀释液在常温下也有可能发生析油析皂现象。通过对主乳化剂和醇醚羧酸种类和加量的有效调整,使得研制的乳化油浓缩液与750mg/L硬度的硬水配置的稀释液,可在高温50~70℃放置7~10天,无析油情况,100ml乳液的析皂量最大不超过0.1ml。
此外,本技术研制的油品具有良好的润滑性能和冷却性能,可满足一般切削加工的需求。该乳化型切削液无需添加任何中间体,原材料常见、生产制备工艺简单,且性价比较高。
本发明提供的乳化型切削液具体技术指标见表1。

注[a]:稀释液在未做说明的情况下,均采用蒸馏水配置。稳定性和防锈性的考察试验均采用10号硬水配置,其中10号硬水的配置方法见MT76-2011。
从表1中可以看出,本发明提供的乳化型切削液具有良好的分散性、润滑性以及消泡性,适宜的pH值,优异的防锈防腐性和硬水稳定性。
具体实施方式
以下对本发明的实施例作详细说明:本实施例在以本发明技术方案为前提下进行实施,给出了详细的实施方式和过程,但本发明的保护范围不限于下述的实施例,下列实施例中未注明具体条件的实验方法,通常按照常规条件。
乳化型切削液组分含量(以下按照重量百分比计):
基础油含量
在本发明中,对基础油含量并无特殊要求,通常基础油含量占50-70%;
如果基础油含量小于50%,由于基础油含量过小,可能去离子水的含量会增加,在同等乳化剂含量下,容易导致浓缩液出现不稳定现象;而基础油含量大于70%,由于基础油用量过大,其他功能添加剂加量减少,可能导致润滑性、碱保持性、抗硬水性不足等现象,并无其他有益效果。
表面活性剂含量
在本发明中,对表面活性剂含量并无特殊要求,通常表面活性剂含量占14-25%;
如果表面活性剂含量小于14%,由于表面活性剂含量过小,容易造成乳化效率低下,浓缩液出现不稳定现象,如分层,析油等;而表面活性剂含量大于25%,由于表面活性剂用量过大,浓缩液的稳定性会增强,但会带来一些负面的影响,一是稀释液的析皂现象可能会比较严重,二是浓缩液的粘度可能增大,三是产品成本增加。同时,由于抗硬水剂醇醚羧酸在体系中也起到助乳化的作用。其和主表面活性剂一起作用,共同承担其体系的稳定职责,因此,抗硬水剂的种类和加量不同,表面活性剂的加量也需要相应的发生有效地变动,才能使抗硬水剂的硬水稳定性能发挥最佳作用。
防锈剂含量
在本发明中,对防锈剂含量并无特殊要求,通常防锈剂含量占1-4%;
如果防锈剂含量小于1%,由于防锈剂含量过小,容易造成防锈性能无法满足工况需求;而防锈剂含量大于4%,不同类型的防锈剂会对体系造成不同的影响,有些防锈剂用量过大,会导致体系出现不稳定现象;有些防锈剂会对体系粘度造成很大的影响,还有些防锈剂用量过大,会导致体系乳化效率下降,极大地增加表面活性剂的用量。
防腐剂含量
在本发明中,对防腐剂含量并无特殊要求,通常防腐剂含量占0.2-1%;
如果防腐剂含量小于0.2%,由于防腐剂含量过小,容易造成防腐性能不足;而防腐剂含量大于1%,由于防腐剂含量过大,容易导致浓缩液出现不稳定现象;或增加表面活性剂的用量。
复合润滑剂含量
在本发明中,对复合润滑剂含量并无特殊要求,通常复合润滑剂含量占3-7%;
如果复合润滑剂含量小于3%,由于复合润滑剂含量过小,容易造成体系润滑性能不足;而复合润滑剂含量大于7%,由于复合润滑剂用量过大,造成乳化效率下降,或体系粘度增大等现象,并无其他有益效果。
有机醇胺含量
在本发明中,对有机醇胺含量并无特殊要求,通常有机醇胺含量占2-10%;
如果有机醇胺含量小于2%,由于有机醇胺含量过小,容易造成碱保持性下降,使用过程中pH值下降较快;而有机醇胺含量大于10%,由于有机醇胺用量过大,容易造成在既定的表面活性剂加量下,体系的油水平衡困难,出现浓缩液不稳定等现象,并无其他有益效果。
杀菌剂含量
在本发明中,对杀菌剂含量并无特殊要求,通常杀菌剂含量占2-3%;
抗硬水剂含量
在本发明中,对抗硬水剂含量并无特殊要求,通常抗硬水剂含量占2-4%;
如果抗硬水剂含量小于2%,由于抗硬水剂含量过小,容易造成抗硬水性能不能满足指标要求;而抗硬水剂含量大于4%,由于抗硬水剂用量过大,造成体系可能粘度增大、表面活性剂加量增加、浓缩液出现分层等现象,并无其他有益效果。
抗泡剂含量
在本发明中,对抗泡剂含量并无特殊要求,通常抗泡剂含量占0.1%;
基础油种类
在本发明中,对基础油的种类并无特殊限定,通常为尼纳斯T9、T22、环烷基油KR2832、10号变压器油、25号变压器油、45号变压器油、MVI150和HVI150中的一种或两种混合物。
表面活性剂种类
在本发明中,对表面活性剂种类并无特殊限定,通常表面活性剂为石油磺酸钠、聚异丁烯丁二酸酰胺、太古油、脂肪酸聚氧乙烯酯、异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚、辛基苯酚聚氧乙烯醚、失水山梨醇油酸酯和琥珀酸衍生物中的至少两种或两种以上混合物。
防腐剂种类
在本发明中,对防腐剂种类并无特殊限定,通常防腐剂为苯并三氮唑、甲基苯丙三氮唑衍生物和磷酸酯中的一种或几种的混合物。
复合润滑剂种类
在本发明中,对复合润滑剂种类并无特殊限定,通常复合润滑剂为妥尔油脂肪酸、硫化脂肪酸酯、二烷基硫化物、蓖麻油酸脂和聚合酯的一种或两种的混合物。
有机醇胺
在本发明中,对有机醇胺种类并无特殊限定,通常有机醇胺为单乙醇胺、三乙醇胺、二甘醇胺、一异丙醇胺和二异丙醇胺中的一种或几种的混合物。
杀菌剂
在本发明中,对杀菌剂种类并无特殊限定,通常杀菌剂为六氢三嗪、吗啉、苯骈异噻唑啉酮和异噻唑啉酮类化合物一种或几种的混合物。
抗硬水剂种类
在本发明中,对抗硬水剂种类并无特殊限定,通常抗硬水剂为碳原子数为16~20,且含5~10个EO集团的长链醇醚羧酸、碳原子数为5~8,且含3~7个EO集团的短链醇醚羧酸、混合型醇醚羧酸中的一种或几种的混合物。
抗泡剂种类
在本发明中,对抗泡剂种类并无特殊限定,通常所述抗泡剂为硅氧烷型消泡剂。
乳化型切削液的制备方法,体系温度控制
在本发明中,体系温度控制并无特殊限定,通常在10-35℃下,在软化中先添加防锈剂、防腐剂,接着依次加入有机醇胺、基础油、表面活性剂、复合润滑剂、杀菌剂、抗硬水剂,最后添加抗泡剂,搅拌至体系均一透亮即得到所述的乳化型切削液;
如果体系温度小于10℃,由于体系温度过低,容易造成搅拌困难,乳化油出现不稳定的现象;而体系温度大于35℃,由于体系温度过高,造成搅拌过程中水分挥发严重,质量分数不准确等,并无其他有益效果。
实施例1
一种乳化型切削液及其制备工艺,各组分、重量百分比及制备工艺为:
基础油为KR2832 40%、MVI150 14%,表面活性剂分别为聚异丁烯丁二酸酰胺6.7%、脂肪酸聚氧乙烯酯2.5%、失水山梨醇油酸酯6%,防锈剂为亚硝酸钠1.5%、十一碳二元酸0.9%、苯甲酸钠0.7%、防腐剂为苯丙三氮唑0.3%,复合润滑剂分别为妥尔油脂肪酸2.2%、聚合酯1.8%,有机醇胺分别为三乙醇胺9%、单乙醇胺0.5%,杀菌剂为吗啉1.5%、异噻唑啉酮类化合物0.8%,抗硬水剂为长链醇醚羧酸2.0%、短链醇醚羧酸1.3%,抗泡剂为硅氧烷消泡剂0.1%,软化水8.2%。
制备工艺为:室温下(10-35℃),在8.2%的软化水中先添加苯丙三氮唑0.3%、苯甲酸钠0.7%、亚硝酸钠1.5%、十一碳二元酸0.9%、三乙醇胺9%、单乙醇胺0.5%,搅拌均匀,然后依次加入KR2832 40%、MVI15014%,聚异丁烯丁二酸酰胺6.7%、脂肪酸聚氧乙烯酯2.5%、失水山梨醇油酸酯6%,妥尔油脂肪酸2.2%、聚合酯1.8%,吗啉1.5%、异噻唑啉酮类化合物0.8%,长链醇醚羧酸2.0%、短链醇醚羧酸1.3%,最后加入硅氧烷消泡剂0.1%,搅拌均匀即可得到所述乳化型切削液。
实施例2
一种乳化型切削液及其制备工艺,各组分、重量百分比及制备工艺为:
基础油为25号变压器油50%,表面活性剂分别为石油磺酸钠6.5%、异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚2%、失水山梨醇油酸酯16%,防锈剂为钼酸钠0.5%、十二烯基丁二酸1%、防腐剂为甲基苯丙三氮唑衍生物0.2%,复合润滑剂分别为妥尔油脂肪酸2%、二烷基硫化物1%,有机醇胺分别为三乙醇胺7%、二甘醇胺1.5%,杀菌剂为吗啉2%,抗硬水剂为混合型醇醚羧酸3.5%,抗泡剂为硅氧烷消泡剂0.1%,软化水6.7%。
制备工艺为:室温下(10-35℃),在6.7%的软化水中先添加甲基苯丙三氮唑衍生物0.2%、钼酸钠0.5%、三乙醇胺7%、二甘醇胺1.5%,搅拌均匀,然后依次加入25号变压器油50%,石油磺酸钠6.5%、异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚2%,失水山梨醇油酸酯16%,十二烯基丁二酸1%,妥尔油脂肪酸2%、二烷基硫化物1%,吗啉2%,混合型醇醚羧酸3.5%,最后加入硅氧烷消泡剂0.1%,搅拌均匀即可得到所述乳化型切削液。
实施例3
一种乳化型切削液及其制备工艺,各组分、重量百分比及制备工艺为:
基础油为10号变压器油62%,表面活性剂分别为石油磺酸钠9.5%、辛基苯酚聚氧乙烯醚3.5%、琥珀酸衍生物3.4%,防锈剂为钼酸钠0.5%、十二碳格尔伯特酸0.7%、防腐剂为甲基苯丙三氮唑衍生物0.3%、磷酸酯0.5%,复合润滑剂分别为蓖麻油酸脂3%、硫化脂肪酸酯4%,有机醇胺为三乙醇胺2.5%,杀菌剂为吗啉2%,抗硬水剂为长链醇醚羧酸2%,抗泡剂为硅氧烷消泡剂0.1%,软化水6.0%。
制备工艺为:室温下(10-35℃),在6.0%的软化水中先添加钼酸钠0.5%、十二碳格尔伯特酸0.7%、三乙醇胺2.5%、甲基苯丙三氮唑衍生物0.3%,搅拌均匀,然后依次加入10号变压器油62%,石油磺酸钠9.5%、辛基苯酚聚氧乙烯醚3.5%,琥珀酸衍生物3.4%,蓖麻油酸脂3%、硫化脂肪酸酯4%,吗啉2%,磷酸酯0.5%,长链醇醚羧酸2%,最后加入硅氧烷消泡剂0.1%,搅拌均匀即可得到所述乳化型切削液。
对比例1
一种乳化型切削液及其制备工艺,各组分、重量百分比及制备工艺为:
基础油为KR2832 40%、MVI150 14%,表面活性剂分别为聚异丁烯丁二酸酰胺6.7%、脂肪酸聚氧乙烯酯2.5%、失水山梨醇油酸酯6%,防锈剂为十一碳二元酸2.4%、苯甲酸钠0.7%、防腐剂为苯丙三氮唑0.3%,复合润滑剂分别为妥尔油脂肪酸2.2%、聚合酯1.8%,有机醇胺分别为三乙醇胺9%、单乙醇胺0.5%,杀菌剂为吗啉1.5%、异噻唑啉酮类化合物0.8%,抗硬水剂为长链醇醚羧酸2.0%、短链醇醚羧酸1.3%,抗泡剂为硅氧烷消泡剂0.1%,软化水8.2%。

基础油为KR2832 40%、MVI150 14%,表面活性剂分别为聚异丁烯丁二酸酰胺6.7%、脂肪酸聚氧乙烯酯2.5%、失水山梨醇油酸酯6%,防锈剂为亚硝酸钠2.6%、钼酸钠0.5%、防腐剂苯丙三氮唑0.3%,复合润滑剂分别为妥尔油脂肪酸2.2%、聚合酯1.8%,有机醇胺分别为三乙醇胺9%、单乙醇胺0.5%,杀菌剂为吗啉1.5%、异噻唑啉酮类化合物0.8%,抗硬水剂为长链醇醚羧酸2.0%、短链醇醚羧酸1.3%,抗泡剂为硅氧烷消泡剂0.1%,软化水8.2%。
制备工艺为:室温下(10-35℃),在8.2%的软化水中先添加苯丙三氮唑0.3%、亚硝酸钠2.6%、钼酸钠0.5%、三乙醇胺9%、单乙醇胺0.5%,搅拌均匀,然后依次加入KR283240%、MVI150 14%,聚异丁烯丁二酸酰胺6.7%、脂肪酸聚氧乙烯酯2.5%、失水山梨醇油酸酯6%,妥尔油脂肪酸2.2%、聚合酯1.8%,吗啉1.5%、异噻唑啉酮类化合物0.8%,长链醇醚羧酸2.0%、短链醇醚羧酸1.3%,最后加入硅氧烷消泡剂0.1%,搅拌均匀即可得到所述乳化型切削液。

从表1中可看出,无机物和有机物复配做防锈剂,既能解决在高硬度水质和高氯离子含量下的防锈性能,同时也能使得体系的稳定性达到指标要求。若只用有机物作为防锈剂,即便加量较大,在防锈性能上也明显不如二者复配后的效果。若只用无机物防锈的话,加量较大时在防锈性上的确能达到很好的效果,但无机盐对体系来说具有破乳作用,用量较大会影响体系的稳定性。
Claims (8)
1.一种乳化型切削液,包括以下组分:
按照重量百分比计,
基础油50-70%、
表面活性剂14-25%、
防锈剂1-4%、
防腐剂0.2-1%、
复合润滑剂3-7%、
有机醇胺2-10%、
杀菌剂2-3%、
抗硬水剂2-4%、
抗泡剂0.1%、
余量为软化水;
其中,所述防锈剂为无机物和有机物的混合物;
所述无机物为钼酸钠、亚硝酸钠和硅酸钠中的至少一种;
所述有机物为十二烯基丁二酸、十一碳二元酸、月桂二酸、十二碳格尔伯特酸、咪唑啉盐和苯甲酸钠的至少一种;
所述抗硬水剂为碳原子数为16~20,且含5~10个EO基团 的长链醇醚羧酸、碳原子数为5~8,且含3~7个EO基团 的短链醇醚羧酸、混合型醇醚羧酸中的一种或几种的混合物;
所述表面活性剂为石油磺酸钠、聚异丁烯丁二酸酰胺、太古油、脂肪酸聚氧乙烯酯、异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚、辛基苯酚聚氧乙烯醚、失水山梨醇油酸酯和琥珀酸衍生物中的至少两种或两种以上混合物。
2.根据权利要求1所述的乳化型切削液,其特征在于:所述基础油为尼纳斯T9、T22、环烷基油KR2832、10号变压器油、25号变压器油、45号变压器油、MVI150和HVI150中的一种或两种混合物。
3.根据权利要求1所述的乳化型切削液,其特征在于:所述防腐剂为苯并三氮唑、甲基苯丙三氮唑衍生物和磷酸酯中的一种或几种的混合物。
4.根据权利要求1所述的乳化型切削液,其特征在于:所述复合润滑剂为妥尔油脂肪酸、硫化脂肪酸酯、二烷基硫化物、蓖麻油酸脂和聚合酯的一种或两种的混合物。
5.根据权利要求1所述的乳化型切削液,其特征在于:所述有机醇胺为单乙醇胺、三乙醇胺、二甘醇胺、一异丙醇胺和二异丙醇胺中的一种或几种的混合物。
6.根据权利要求1所述的乳化型切削液,其特征在于:所述杀菌剂为六氢三嗪、吗啉、苯骈异噻唑啉酮和异噻唑啉酮类化合物一种或几种的混合物。
7.根据权利要求1所述的乳化型切削液,其特征在于:所述抗泡剂为硅氧烷型消泡剂。
8.一种乳化型切削液的制备方法,其是权利要求1-7任一项乳化型切削液的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
在10-35℃下,在软化中先添加防锈剂、防腐剂,接着依次加入有机醇胺、基础油、表面活性剂、复合润滑剂、杀菌剂、抗硬水剂,最后添加抗泡剂,搅拌至体系均一透亮即得到所述的乳化型切削液。
