本发明公开了一种水基玻璃切削液。该切削液由以下质量百分含量的组分组成:润滑防锈剂(1)8~16%,润滑防锈剂(2)8~16%;十二烷基苯磺酸钠6~20%;脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚6~10%;螯合剂3~5%;丙二醇12~18%;消泡剂0.2%;余量为水。本发明改善了玻璃加工工序中润滑、冷却、渗透和玻璃粉末沉降效果,防锈性和耐腐蚀性良好,且环保、对人体无毒、无害,并降低切削液价格。

一种水基玻璃切削液
技术领域
本发明涉及一种水基玻璃切削液,属于切削液领域。
背景技术
目前,IDC发布了2017年全球智能手机市场报告,报告数据显示,2017年全球智能手机总出货量为14.62亿部,预计2018年将达到16.8亿部的规模。2018年也将是大屏手机首次超过小屏手机的时刻,同时高端手机市场占据大约20%。手机盖板玻璃加工属于玻璃加工的高端领域,触屏玻璃为了达到高强度的要求,多采用强化玻璃作为基板材质,强化玻璃切割加工难度较大,加工时容易产生崩边,而这些崩边又容易造成玻璃强度降低,需要对触摸屏玻璃进行精密加工。随着现代触摸屏显示技术与成像技术的发展,手机触摸屏玻璃加工逐渐向着“高加工精度、高生产效率、高品质良率”的方向发展,因此对玻璃切削液的性能也提出了更高的要求,同时手机盖板玻璃加工企业也迫切要求进一步降低玻璃切削液价格。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种水基玻璃切削液,本发明改善了玻璃加工工序中润滑、冷却、渗透和玻璃粉末沉降效果,防锈性和耐腐蚀性良好,且环保、对人体无毒、无害,并降低切削液价格。
本发明提供的一种水基玻璃切削液,由以下质量百分含量的组分组成:润滑防锈剂(1)8~16%,润滑防锈剂(2)8~16%;十二烷基苯磺酸钠6~20%;脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚6~10%;螯合剂3~5%;丙二醇12~18%;消泡剂0.2%;余量为水。
上述的水基玻璃切削液可由以下质量百分含量的组分组成:润滑防锈剂(1)8~10%,润滑防锈剂(2)10~15%;十二烷基苯磺酸钠6~15%;脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚6~8%;螯合剂3~5%;丙二醇15~18%;消泡剂0.2%;余量为水。
上述的水基玻璃切削液中,所述润滑防锈剂(1)为三乙醇胺硼酸酯、山梨醇单油酸酯、季戊四醇单油酸酯和羊毛脂中的一种或几种。
上述的水基玻璃切削液中,上述润滑防锈剂(2)为三乙醇胺、大豆油脂肪酸单乙醇酰胺和硬脂酸酰胺中的一种或几种。
上述的水基玻璃切削液中,所述螯合剂为乙二胺四乙酸、乙二胺琥珀酸和草酸中的一种或几种。
上述的水基玻璃切削液中,所述消泡剂为有机硅消泡剂。
上述的水基玻璃切削液中,所述脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚RO(CH2CH2O)nH,其中R为C12,n可为7~15,优选n为7~9。
上述的水基玻璃切削液中,所述水为去离子水。
本发明提供的一种水基玻璃切削液,具体可由以下质量百分含量的组分组成:
1、润滑防锈剂(1)8%,润滑防锈剂(2)12%;十二烷基苯磺酸钠6%;脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚6%;螯合剂3%;丙二醇15%;消泡剂0.2%;余量为去离子水49.6%;
2、润滑防锈剂(1)10%,润滑防锈剂(2)12%;十二烷基苯磺酸钠6%;脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚6%;螯合剂3%;丙二醇15%;消泡剂0.2%;余量为去离子水45.8%;
3、润滑防锈剂(1)10%,润滑防锈剂(2)12%;十二烷基苯磺酸钠6%;脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚8%;螯合剂3%;丙二醇18%;消泡剂0.2%;余量为去离子水42.8%。
本发明水基玻璃切削液的制备方法如下:按照各组分的质量百分比将所述润滑防锈剂(1)、所述润滑防锈剂(2)、所述十二烷基苯磺酸钠、所述脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、所述螯合剂、所述丙二醇、所述消泡剂和水混合,搅拌,即得到所述水基玻璃切削液。
本发明具有以下优点:
本发明能改善玻璃加工工序中润滑、冷却、渗透和玻璃粉末沉降效果,提高手机触摸屏玻璃的加工效率和表面光洁度,保证良好的加工精度;防锈性和耐腐蚀性良好,可防止金刚石工具磨具钝化,对磨具具有良好的自锐作用,延长磨具使用寿命,显著降低磨削烧伤、崩边和划伤等不良影响,且环保、对人体无毒、无害,成本低廉。
具体实施方式
下述实施例中所使用的实验方法如无特殊说明,均为常规方法。
下述实施例中所用的材料、试剂等,如无特殊说明,均可从商业途径得到。
下述实施例中,羊毛脂商购于百灵威科技有限公司,产品编号:575127;脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚RO(CH2CH2O)nH,其中R为C12,聚合度n=9。
实施例1、
本实施例提供的水基玻璃切削液,包括以下质量百分含量的组分:三乙醇胺硼酸酯8%,三乙醇胺12%;十二烷基苯磺酸钠6%;脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚6%;乙二胺四乙酸3%;丙二醇15%;有机硅消泡剂0.2%,去离子水49.8%。
实施例2、
本实施例提供的水基玻璃切削液,包括以下质量百分含量的组分:山梨糖醇单油酸酯10%,三乙醇胺12%;十二烷基苯磺酸钠8%;脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚6%;乙二胺琥珀酸3%;丙二醇15%;有机硅消泡剂0.2%,去离子水45.8%。
实施例3、
本实施例提供的水基玻璃切削液,包括以下质量百分含量的组分:三乙醇胺硼酸酯10%,三乙醇胺12%;十二烷基苯磺酸钠6%;脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚8%;乙二胺四乙酸3%;丙二醇18%;有机硅消泡剂0.2%,去离子水42.8%。
上述实施例中将组分直接混合搅拌,即得到水基玻璃切削液。
对比例、
对比例提供的水基玻璃切削液,包括以下质量百分含量的组分:三乙醇胺12%;十二烷基苯磺酸钠6%;脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚6%;乙二胺四乙酸3%;丙二醇15%;有机硅消泡剂0.2%,去离子水57.8%。
下面对本发明实施例中得到的水基玻璃切削液的表面张力、防锈性及耐腐蚀性进行测定,表面张力、防锈性及耐腐蚀性实验根据GB/T 6144—2010《合成切削液》测定方法测试。
表1水基切削液性能测定结果
由表1的结果表明,本发明水基玻璃切削液具有低的表面张力,故其在玻璃加工中具有良好的润湿、渗透、增溶作用,可有效防止玻璃粉末沉降,提高手机触摸屏玻璃的表面光洁度。另外表1中也可知本发明水基玻璃切削液的防锈性和耐腐蚀性良好,能够防止磨具钝化,延长磨具使用寿命,提高加工精度,降低磨削烧伤、崩边和划伤等不良影响。

Claims (8)

1.一种水基玻璃切削液,其特征在于:该切削液由以下质量百分含量的组分组成:润滑防锈剂(1)8~16%,润滑防锈剂(2)8~16%;十二烷基苯磺酸钠6~20%;脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚6~10%;螯合剂3~5%;丙二醇12~18%;消泡剂0.2%;余量为水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的水基玻璃切削液,其特征在于:该切削液由以下质量百分含量的组分组成:润滑防锈剂(1)8~10%,润滑防锈剂(2)10~15%;十二烷基苯磺酸钠6~15%;脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚6~8%;螯合剂3~5%;丙二醇15~18%;消泡剂0.2%;余量为水。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的水基玻璃切削液,其特征在于:所述润滑防锈剂(1)为三乙醇胺硼酸酯、山梨醇单油酸酯、季戊四醇单油酸酯和羊毛脂中的一种或几种。
4.根据权利要求1-3中任一项所述的水基玻璃切削液,其特征在于:上述润滑防锈剂(2)为三乙醇胺、大豆油脂肪酸单乙醇酰胺和硬脂酸酰胺中的一种或几种。
5.根据权利要求1-4中任一项所述的水基玻璃切削液,其特征在于:所述螯合剂为乙二胺四乙酸、乙二胺琥珀酸和草酸中的一种或几种。
6.根据权利要求1-5中任一项所述的水基玻璃切削液,其特征在于:所述消泡剂为有机硅消泡剂。
7.根据权利要求1-6中任一项所述的水基玻璃切削液,其特征在于:所述脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚RO(CH2CH2O)nH,其中R为C12,n可为7~15。
8.根据权利要求1-7中任一项所述的水基玻璃切削液,其特征在于:所述水为去离子水。
