Abstract
本发明公开了一种低气味低毒玻璃切削液,该玻璃切削液由有机醇胺、有机羧酸、聚醚、二元醇和/或多元醇、螯合剂、分散剂和具有杀菌功能的阳离子表面活性剂溶于水中构成,该玻璃切削液具有润滑效果和沉降性能好、使用时间长,安全低毒、环保,使用成本低等特点,能广泛应用于玻璃加工行业,适于大量推广应用。

技术领域
本发明涉及到一种低气味低毒玻璃切削液,属于硬脆材料加工技术领域。
背景技术
切割是玻璃生产和深加工过程中必不可少的基本工序。其质量要求为 :尺寸准确、断面平整垂直、无崩边掉角。近年来,随着信息行业的发展,信息显示用的高技术玻璃迅猛发展,玻璃加工行业也随着迅速壮大。玻璃切削加工时,传统的方法是采用煤油作为润滑剂和冷却剂,该方法存在的缺点为:煤油闪点比较低且易挥发,易燃易爆;另外煤油对操作工人身体有害,蒸气可引起眼及呼吸道刺激症状。有鉴如此,实在有必要开发一款可以代替煤油的玻璃切削液。
专利(公开号CN102627999 A)公开了一种微晶玻璃加工用水基切削液及其制备方法,其主要是针对现有技术中金刚石线锯切割过程中只能用清水进行冷却和清洗,存在清洗不到位,切削效率低的问题,提供一种能提高切削效率的同时能降低加工粗糙度并具有良好清洗效果的微晶玻璃加工用水基切削液。该切削液能在一定程度上提高切削效率和清洗效果,但是对加工粗糙度降低有限。
专利公开了一种微晶玻璃加工用微乳化切削液及其制备方法,该切削液主要针对现有技术中一些水溶性切削液虽然冷却性能好,但又存在润滑性和防锈效果差的问题,研发的一种具有较好防锈效果好,且具有相对水较好润滑效果的切削液,但是润滑性能还不够理想。
发明内容
针对现有技术中玻璃切削液存在的缺陷,本发明的目的是在于提供一种润滑效果和沉降性能好、使用时间长,安全低毒、环保、使用成本低的玻璃切削液。
本发明提供了一种低气味低毒玻璃切削液,该玻璃切削液由以下质量份组分溶于水中构成 :有机醇胺4~8份 ;有机羧酸2~4份 ;聚醚2~4份 ;二元醇和/或多元醇2~4份 ;螯合剂 0.1 ~ 1 份 ;分散剂 0.1 ~ 1 份 ;具有杀菌功能的表面活性剂 0.1 ~ 1份。
本发明的低气味低毒玻璃切削液还包括以下优选方案 :
优选的有机醇胺为一乙醇胺、二乙醇胺、三乙醇胺、异丙醇胺、二异丙醇胺、三异丙醇胺中的至少一种。
优选的有机羧酸为异壬酸、新癸酸、癸二酸、十一碳二元酸、硬脂酸、植物油酸、妥尔油脂肪酸、异硬脂酸、36 碳二元酸中的至少一种。
优选的聚醚为 EO-PO-EO 嵌段共聚物和 / 或 PO-EO-PO 嵌段共聚物。
进一步优选的EO-PO-EO嵌段共聚物中PO段的分子量为1750~3250。如BaSF公司相应的牌号对应为 :PE6200、PE6400、PE8100、PE9400 或 PE10100。
进一步优选的PO-EO-PO嵌段共聚物中PO段的分子量为2150~4100。如BaSF公司相应的牌号对应为 :RPE1720、RPE1740 或 RPE2520。
优选的二元醇为乙二醇和 / 或丙二醇。
优选的三元醇为丙三醇。
优选的螯合剂为氮川三乙酸、乙二胺四乙酸、二乙基三胺五乙酸、羟乙基乙二胺三乙酸三钠、甲基甘氨酸二乙酸三钠中的至少一种。
优选的分散剂为分子量为4000~8000的丙烯酸均聚物,或分子量为60000~80000的马来酸 - 丙烯酸共聚物钠盐。
优选的具有杀菌功能的表面活性剂为十八烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵和/或十四烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵。
优选的无味低毒玻璃切削液由溶质与水按质量比 15 ~ 25:75 ~ 85 复配组成。
本发明的切削液由有机醇胺、有机羧酸、聚醚、二元醇和/或多元醇、螯合剂、分散剂和具有杀菌功能的表面活性剂通过搅拌分散在溶液水中配制得到。
本发明配方中采用的化学原料都是市售的常规原料。
本发明的有益效果 :
1、本发明的玻璃切削液各组分配方都低毒或无毒,对操作工人的身体刺激性小,安全性高;
2、该配方使用周期长,可以减少玻璃加工厂家的废水排放量,有利于环境保护,节约使用成本 ;
3、此配方产生的废水处理简单,有利于降低使用成本 ;
4、各组分之间的复配协同增效作用强,具有很好的润滑效果和沉降性能。
具体实施方式
以下实施例旨在进一步说明本发明内容,而不是限制本发明权利要求保护的范围。
实施例 1
配方 1 :以总质量为 100%计。
三乙醇胺 8%,癸二酸 2%,新癸酸 2%,RPE1740 2%,PE6400 2%,丙三醇 2%,乙二胺四乙酸0.6%,分子量为4000丙烯酸均聚物0.8%,十八烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵0.5%,余量为水。
采用湖南省机械研究所研制生产的AW润滑磨损试验机测试该玻璃磨削液的润滑性能和抗磨性能,润滑性测试结果为 :能通过12个砝码,所得到的磨斑面积为:17.1mm2。将原液进行稀释,稀释到5%浓度进行铁屑进行沉降性测试,测试结果为:铁屑全部沉降所用时间为 3 ~ 5s。
实施例 2
配方 2 :以总质量为 100%计。
异丙醇胺 6%,硬脂酸 2%,异壬酸 1%,RPE1720 2%,PE6400 1.5%,乙二醇2%,氮川三乙酸0.6%,分子量为8000丙烯酸均聚物0.8%,十四烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵0.5%,余量为水。
采用湖南省机械研究所研制生产的AW润滑磨损试验机测试该玻璃磨削液润滑性能和抗磨性能,润滑性测试结果为 :能通过12个砝码,所得到的磨斑面积为:11.4mm2。将原
液进行稀释,稀释到5%浓度进行铁屑进行沉降性测试,测试结果为:铁屑全部沉降所用时间为 3 ~ 5s。
实施例 3
配方 3 :以总质量为 100%计。
三异丙醇胺 8%,妥尔油脂肪酸 1%,十一碳二元酸 2%,RPE2520 2%,PE101002%,丙三醇2%,羟乙基乙二胺三乙酸三钠0.6%,分子量为4000丙烯酸均聚物0.8%,十八烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵 0.5%,余量为水。
采用湖南省机械研究所研制生产的AW润滑磨损试验机测试该玻璃磨削液的润滑性能和抗磨性能,润滑性测试结果为 :能通过12个砝码,所得到的磨斑面积为:10.1mm2。将
原液进行稀释,稀释到5%浓度进行铁屑进行沉降性测试,测试结果为:铁屑全部沉降所用时间为 3 ~ 5s。
Claims (10)
1.一种低气味低毒玻璃切削液,其特征在于,由以下质量份组分溶于水中构成 :
有机醇胺4~8份;
有机羧酸2~4份;
聚醚2~4份;
二元醇和/或多元醇2~4份;
螯合剂0.1~1份;
分散剂0.1~1份;
具有杀菌功能的表面活性剂 0.1 ~ 1 份。
2.如权利要求1所述的低气味低毒玻璃切削液,其特征在于,所述的有机醇胺为一乙醇胺、二乙醇胺、三乙醇胺、异丙醇胺、二异丙醇胺、三异丙醇胺中的至少一种。
3.如权利要求1所述的低气味低毒玻璃切削液,其特征在于,所述的有机羧酸为异壬酸、新癸酸、癸二酸、十一碳二元酸、硬脂酸、植物油酸、妥尔油脂肪酸、异硬脂酸、36碳二元
酸中的至少一种。
4.如权利要求1所述的低气味低毒玻璃切削液,其特征在于,所述的聚醚为EO-PO-EO嵌段共聚物和 / 或 PO-EO-PO 嵌段共聚物。
5.如权利要求4所述的低气味低毒玻璃切削液,其特征在于,所述的EO-PO-EO嵌段共聚物中PO段的分子量为1750~3250;所述的PO-EO-PO嵌段共聚物中PO段的分子量为2150 ~4100。
6.如权利要求1所述的低气味低毒玻璃切削液,其特征在于,所述的二元醇为乙二醇和/ 或丙二醇 ;所述的三元醇为丙三醇。
7.如权利要求1所述的低气味低毒玻璃切削液,其特征在于,所述的螯合剂为氮川三乙酸、乙二胺四乙酸、二乙基三胺五乙酸、羟乙基乙二胺三乙酸三钠、甲基甘氨酸二乙酸三钠中的至少一种。
8.如权利要求1所述的低气味低毒玻璃切削液,其特征在于,所述的分散剂为分子量
为4000~8000的丙烯酸均聚物,或分子量为60000~80000的马来酸-丙烯酸共聚物钠
盐。
9.如权利要求1所述的低气味低毒玻璃切削液,其特征在于,所述的具有杀菌功能的
表面活性剂为十八烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵和 / 或十四烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵。
