Abstract
本发明公开了一种胎面分条机,包括支撑腿、侧板、传送带、传送带齿轮、轴承座、主动齿轮、钢板、板槽、下滚刀、固定架,所述支撑腿顶部焊接有侧板,前后所述侧板左端安装有传送带,所述传送带两端通过传送带齿轮和轴承座实现传动,所述传送带齿轮和轴承座安装于侧板外壁,所述主动齿轮与传送带齿轮右端啮合,前后所述侧板右端焊接有水平的钢板,所述钢板与传送带同高,所述钢板上下贯穿有多个等距的板槽,所述主动齿轮中心轴带动有多个等距的下滚刀,且下滚刀位于板槽中,所述侧板顶部焊接有固定架。本发明胎面返回分裁后可直接掺用,大大减少了来回运送的油气损耗和人员精力。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种分条机,尤其涉及一种胎面分条机。
背景技术
前期胎面生产过程中造成的返回统一返至密炼车间,通过密炼机压片处理后到部件进行掺用,工艺规程要求返回胶掺用比例不得超过总胶量的15%,压片后的整片胶料,对于掺用比例无法准确界定,掺用时常出现未按比例掺用问题,给产品带来质量隐患。返回胎面的回压,会对密炼机造成磨损消耗,减少设备使用寿命,同时对密炼车间产能造成不利影响。返回胎面需由叉车运送至密炼车间,压片后再行挑回,来回运送影响叉车司机工作效率及油气损耗。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种胎面分条机,以解决上述技术问题。
为实现上述目的本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种胎面分条机,包括支撑腿、侧板、传送带、传送带齿轮、轴承座、主动齿轮、钢板、板槽、下滚刀、固定架,所述支撑腿顶部焊接有侧板,前后所述侧板左端安装有传送带,所述传送带两端通过传送带齿轮和轴承座实现传动,所述传送带齿轮和轴承座安装于侧板外壁,所述主动齿轮与传送带齿轮右端啮合,前后所述侧板右端焊接有水平的钢板,所述钢板与传送带同高,所述钢板上下贯穿有多个等距的板槽,所述主动齿轮中心轴带动有多个等距的下滚刀,且下滚刀位于板槽中,所述侧板顶部焊接有固定架。
在上述技术方案基础上,所述固定架包括上滚刀齿轮、上滚刀、调节板、调节槽、定位螺栓、压辊,所述上滚刀齿轮与主动齿轮顶部啮合,所述上滚刀齿轮带动多个等距的上滚刀转动,所述上滚刀与下滚刀上下对应,所述调节板上部开有调节槽,所述定位螺栓与固定架螺纹连接,前后所述调节板之间安装有压辊。
在上述技术方案基础上,所述调节板通过调节槽上下移动,并通过定位螺栓固定。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下优点:本发明的主动齿轮能带动传送带齿轮和上滚刀齿轮转动,实现传送带于上下滚刀的同步转动,而且多个上下滚刀能够将胎面分成均匀的条状结构,操作人员按技术要求对分条后的胶条逐条掺用,精确掺用比例,提高产品质量,压辊能够上下调节便于胎面进入上下滚刀刀口中,消除了密炼机因压片而带来的设备消耗和人员投入,大大提升了密炼产能,胎面分条机位于部件车间压出线位置,胎面返回分裁后可直接掺用,大大减少了来回运送的油气损耗和人员精力。

下面结合附图和具体实施例对本发明作进一步详细阐述。
如图1-3所示,一种胎面分条机,包括支撑腿1、侧板2、传送带3、传送带齿轮4、轴承座5、主动齿轮6、钢板7、板槽8、下滚刀9、固定架10,所述支撑腿1顶部焊接有侧板2,前后所述侧板2左端安装有传送带3,所述传送带4两端通过传送带齿轮4和轴承座5实现传动,所述传送带齿轮4和轴承座5安装于侧板2外壁,所述主动齿轮6与传送带齿轮4右端啮合,前后所述侧板2右端焊接有水平的钢板7,所述钢板7与传送带3同高,所述钢板7上下贯穿有多个等距的板槽8,所述主动齿轮6中心轴带动有多个等距的下滚刀9,且下滚刀9位于板槽8中,所述侧板2顶部焊接有固定架10。
所述固定架10包括上滚刀齿轮11、上滚刀12、调节板13、调节槽14、定位螺栓15、压辊16,所述上滚刀齿轮11与主动齿轮6顶部啮合,所述上滚刀齿轮11带动多个等距的上滚刀12转动,所述上滚刀12与下滚刀9上下对应,所述调节板13上部开有调节槽14,所述定位螺栓15与固定架10螺纹连接,前后所述调节板13之间安装有压辊16。
所述调节板13通过调节槽14上下移动,并通过定位螺栓15固定。
本发明的工作原理:胎面从传送带运输至压辊底下,被压平整,进入上下滚刀刀口中,被滚刀分成多个条状,有工作人员进行细分掺和使用。

1.一种胎面分条机,包括支撑腿(1)、侧板(2)、传送带(3)、传送带齿轮(4)、轴承座(5)、主动齿轮(6)、钢板(7)、板槽(8)、下滚刀(9)、固定架(10),其特征在于:所述支撑腿(1)顶部焊接有侧板(2),前后所述侧板(2)左端安装有传送带(3),所述传送带(4)两端通过传送带齿轮(4)和轴承座(5)实现传动,所述传送带齿轮(4)和轴承座(5)安装于侧板(2)外壁,所述主动齿轮(6)与传送带齿轮(4)右端啮合,前后所述侧板(2)右端焊接有水平的钢板(7),所述钢板(7)与传送带(3)同高,所述钢板(7)上下贯穿有多个等距的板槽(8),所述主动齿轮(6)中心轴带动有多个等距的下滚刀(9),且下滚刀(9)位于板槽(8)中,所述侧板(2)顶部焊接有固定架(10)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种胎面分条机,其特征在于:所述固定架(10)包括上滚刀齿轮(11)、上滚刀(12)、调节板(13)、调节槽(14)、定位螺栓(15)、压辊(16),所述上滚刀齿轮(11)与主动齿轮(6)顶部啮合,所述上滚刀齿轮(11)带动多个等距的上滚刀(12)转动,所述上滚刀(12)与下滚刀(9)上下对应,所述调节板(13)上部开有调节槽(14),所述定位螺栓(15)与固定架(10)螺纹连接,前后所述调节板(13)之间安装有压辊(16)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种胎面分条机,其特征在于:所述调节板(13)通过调节槽(14)上下移动,并通过定位螺栓(15)固定。
