本发明公开了废轮胎颗粒、胶带分切一体机,包括切条机构和分切机构,所述切条机构包括切刀机构、牵拉机构和驱动机构,切刀机构设于牵拉机构的右侧,切刀机构包括切刀和刀座,切刀安装在刀座内,切刀机构设有数个,底部安装在切刀底座上,牵拉机构包括上压辊和下压辊,上压辊与下压辊的表面均设有均匀排布的压齿,上压辊安装在上压辊轴上,下压辊安装在下压辊轴上,驱动机构包括切条减速电机;牵拉机构的左侧设有分切机构;该废轮胎颗粒、胶带分切一体机能够将废旧轮胎分切成均等大小的颗粒,有利于轮胎颗粒的直接利用和轮胎颗粒的下一步的粉碎,值得大力推广。

技术领域
本发明涉及车辆工程技术领域,具体涉及一种废轮胎颗粒、胶带分切一体机。
背景技术
随着我国汽车数量的猛增而带来废旧轮胎数量与日聚增,这些废旧轮胎除小部分用作翻新再利用和船舶用靠垫外,绝大部分轮胎因其橡胶中有多层纤维布而不能直接回收再生,大量的废旧轮胎只能露天占地堆放,从环保角度又不能焚烧,一般的处理利用方法是将其粉碎后直接利用或进一步粉磨重新加工;传统的轮胎初步粉碎时无法得到较为整齐的颗粒,不利于其直接利用,另外传统的直接将轮胎分割成块后进行粉碎的做法对于粉碎机的要求较高,粉磨效率低下,质量较差。
发明内容
本发明旨在提供一种能够将废旧轮胎分切成均等大小的颗粒的废轮胎颗粒、胶带分切一体机。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:废轮胎颗粒、胶带分切一体机,包括切条机构和分切机构,所述切条机构包括切刀机构、牵拉机构和驱动机构,切刀机构设于牵拉机构的右侧,切刀机构包括切刀和刀座,切刀安装在刀座内,切刀机构设有数个,底部安装在切刀底座上,牵拉机构包括上压辊和下压辊,上压辊与下压辊的表面均设有均匀排布的压齿,上压辊安装在上压辊轴上,下压辊安装在下压辊轴上,驱动机构包括切条减速电机,切条减速电机的输出轴上安装主动齿轮,主动齿轮与下压辊轴上的从动齿轮啮合,下压辊轴和上压辊轴上均设有传动齿轮,下压辊轴和上压辊轴上的传动齿轮啮合;牵拉机构的左侧设有分切机构,分切机构包括分切台面、分切减速电机、分切刀片和风机,分切减速电机的输出轴上安装分切刀片,分切刀片的后侧安装风机,分切台面上设有与分切刀片配合的槽口,风机安装在分切台面上。

作为本发明的进一步方案:所述分切台面所在平面位于上压辊和下压辊之间。

与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:该废轮胎颗粒、胶带分切一体机能够将废旧轮胎分切成均等大小的颗粒,有利于轮胎颗粒的直接利用和轮胎颗粒的下一步的粉碎,解决了传统的轮胎初步粉碎时无法得到较为整齐的颗粒,不利于其直接利用的问题,并且投入进一步的粉磨时能够提高粉末效率和质量。

请参阅图1,本发明实施例中,废轮胎颗粒、胶带分切一体机,包括切条机构和分切机构,所述切条机构包括切刀机构、牵拉机构和驱动机构,切刀机构设于牵拉机构的右侧,切刀机构包括切刀1和刀座2,切刀1安装在刀座2内,切刀机构设有数个,底部安装在切刀1底座上,牵拉机构包括上压辊3和下压辊4,上压辊3与下压辊4的表面均设有均匀排布的压齿5,上压辊3安装在上压辊轴上,下压辊4安装在下压辊轴上,驱动机构包括切条减速电机6,切条减速电机6的输出轴上安装主动齿轮7,主动齿轮7与下压辊轴上的从动齿轮8啮合,下压辊轴和上压辊轴上均设有传动齿轮9,下压辊轴和上压辊轴上的传动齿轮9啮合;
牵拉机构的左侧设有分切机构,分切机构包括分切台面10、分切减速电机11、分切刀片12和风机13,分切减速电机11的输出轴上安装分切刀片12,分切刀片12的后侧安装风机13,分切台面10上设有与分切刀片12配合的槽口,风机13安装在分切台面10上。

本发明的结构特点及其工作原理:切条机构将轮胎分为数条,然后通过牵拉机构将初步分切后的轮胎条送至分切机构的分切刀片12处,切条减速电机6带动扇形的分切刀片12转动,将轮胎条分切成均等大小的颗粒,然后通过分机吹落分切平台,统一收集。本发明能够将废旧轮胎分切成均等大小的颗粒,有利于轮胎颗粒的直接利用和轮胎颗粒的下一步的粉碎。

1.一种废轮胎颗粒、胶带分切一体机,包括切条机构和分切机构,其特征在于,所述切条机构包括切刀机构、牵拉机构和驱动机构,切刀机构设于牵拉机构的右侧,切刀机构包括切刀(1)和刀座(2),切刀(1)安装在刀座(2)内,切刀机构设有数个,底部安装在切刀(1)底座上,牵拉机构包括上压辊(3)和下压辊(4),上压辊(3)与下压辊(4)的表面均设有均匀排布的压齿(5),上压辊(3)安装在上压辊轴上,下压辊(4)安装在下压辊轴上,驱动机构包括切条减速电机(6),切条减速电机(6)的输出轴上安装主动齿轮(7),主动齿轮(7)与下压辊轴上的从动齿轮(8)啮合,下压辊轴和上压辊轴上均设有传动齿轮(9),下压辊轴和上压辊轴上的传动齿轮(9)啮合;牵拉机构的左侧设有分切机构,分切机构包括分切台面(10)、分切减速电机(11)、分切刀片(12)和风机(13),分切减速电机(11)的输出轴上安装分切刀片(12),分切刀片(12)的后侧安装风机(13),分切台面(10)上设有与分切刀片(12)配合的槽口,风机(13)安装在分切台面(10)上。
