Description

具有食品解冻装置的冰箱
技术领域
本发明涉及一种冰箱，具体地说，涉及具有对冷冻室中已冷冻的食品进行解冻的装置的冰箱。
背景技术
冰箱包括一个用于冷冻食品的冷冻室和一个用于使食品保持在新鲜状态的食品保鲜室。通常，食品保鲜室维持在约2至3摄氏度的温度，冷冻室维持在零下15至20摄氏度的温度。如肉类等食品需要长时间保存，所以一般储存在冷冻室中。
由于储存在冷冻室中的食品是在冷冻室的低温下冷冻的，所以不能直接烹调。为了使在冷冻室中储存过的食品解冻，使用者必须用附加的解冻装置或把食品在室温下放置很长时间。
发明内容
本发明旨在克服已有技术的上述缺陷，因此本发明的目的在于提供一种具有食品解冻装置的冰箱，以便快速使用储存在冷冻室中的食品进行烹调。
为了实现上述目的，本发明提供的冰箱包括：一个安装在冷却室壁上的食品盒，用于装冷冻食品；用于把食品盒可拆卸地固定的装置。所述冰箱还包括：一个用于对装在所述食品盒中的食品进行解冻的加热器；一个用于把所述加热器产生的热排到所述食品盒中的风扇；所述的加热器装在将各冷却室彼此隔开的分隔板上的容纳槽中；所述的冰箱还包括一个设置在所述的分隔板上的循环风道，所述风道使所述食品盒内部空间与所述加热器连通，所述循环风道提供一条通道，在解冻所述食品盒中装的食品以后，所述风扇排出的空气通过该通道流到所述加热器。
风扇设置在该加热器和该食品盒之间。
由计时器控制该加热器的加热时间。
该加热器最好装在将各冷却室彼此隔开的分隔板上的安装槽中。
另外，在分隔板上开有一个使食品盒内部空间与该加热器连通的循环风道。该循环风道提供一条通道，在解冻该食品盒中装的食品以后，风扇排出的空气通过该通道流到加热器。
根据本发明，在冷冻室中的冷冻食品得到迅速解冻，因而可以直接用来烹调。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图详细描述本发明。
通常冰箱有两个冷却室。冷却室包括一个冷冻室和一个食品保鲜室，一般冷冻室设置在冰箱的上部，食品保鲜室设置在冰箱的下部。
图1是本发明冰箱的解冻装置的分解透视图，图2是图1装置在组装后的侧剖视图。用一块分隔板32将冷冻室10和食品保鲜室20彼此隔开。本发明的冰箱包括一个安装在分隔板32的下部装冷冻食品的食品盒70，一个加热食品盒70中的食品的加热器90和一个把加热器90产生的热排到食品盒70中的送风装置80。
在食品盒70内形成一个盛放冷冻食品的空间72。食品盒的上部形成一个用于把食品盒70固定到分隔板32上的固定肋74。分隔板32的底侧构成用于固定食品盒70的固定轨40。食品盒70的固定肋74插入到固定轨40中。这样，利用固定肋74和固定轨40可拆卸地固定食品盒70。
将加热器90装在加热器盒50中。加热器盒50内有一个容纳加热器90的空间54，其上下侧是开口的。加热器盒50的上部形成向外延伸的螺孔部件53，在螺孔部件53上开有若干螺孔55。
用一个盖56将加热器盒50盖住。盖56上开有若干与加热器盒50的螺孔55对应的螺孔58。将螺丝57穿过盖56上的螺孔58和加热器盒50上的螺孔55，使盖56固定在加热器盒50上。
在加热器盒50的侧部开有若干空气流动孔52。加热器盒50的下部装有一个密封件51。
在加热器90的上侧开有让螺丝57拧入的螺槽94。导线96与加热器90相连。在加热器90的侧部设有若干散热用的叶片92。
送风装置80包括一个风扇84和一个用于支撑风扇84的框架82。导线86与送风装置80相连。
容纳加热器盒50的容纳槽30形成在分隔板32上。在容纳槽30的上部边缘开有一个槽口34，加热器盒50上部的螺孔部件53由此槽口支撑。槽口34上形成有用于固定加热器盒50和盖56的固定槽38。在容纳槽30的下侧开有若干用于排放加热器90产生的热的排气口39，排气口39的周围设置有支撑加热器盒50的导向肋42。
在容纳槽30的两侧形成有用于使容纳槽30与食品盒70彼此连通的风道36。在解冻装在食品盒70中的食品以后，由送风装置80送出的空气通过风道36提供的通道流到加热器90。
在加热器盒50的下内侧周边，一个支撑肋59伸向内部。当加热器盒50装在容纳槽30中时，支撑肋59支撑在导向肋42上。支撑肋59支撑容纳加热器盒50中的送风装置80的框架82。
图3是用于控制加热器90的电路示意图。送风装置80的导线86和加热器90的导线96与开关110相连，而开关110与计时器100相连。在计时器100中设定解冻食品所需要的时间。最好由使用者设定时间。当使用者合上开关110时，送风装置80和加热器90就接通电源，由此送风装置80和加热器90开始运行。计时器100计算送风装置80和加热器90的运行时间。当运行时间到达使用者设定的时间时，计时器100切断开关110。所以送风装置80和加热器90停止工作。
下面描述具有这种结构的本发明冰箱的工作和效果。
先把冷冻食品装进食品盒70中，然后将食品盒70固定到固定轨40上，这样食品盒70就装到了分隔板32的下面。当使用者对计时器100设定了某一时间后，合上开关110，送风装置80和加热器90开始运行。从而装在食品盒70中的食品得到解冻。
在解冻食品期间，送风装置80的风扇84排出的热得到冷却。冷空气流过风道36后，通过加热器盒50的空气流动孔52循环到达加热器90。循环空气又被加热器90加热，再通过送风装置80排到食品盒70中。
当超过计时器100设定的时间时，开关110断开，送风装置80和加热器90停止运行。于是结束解冻操作。使用者可以开始烹调解冻了的食品。
如上所述，根据本发明，由于冰箱具有解冻装置，就可以方便迅速地对冷冻室10中冷冻的食品进行解冻。
尽管详细描述了本发明，但仅通过实例和图例进行描述，而非局限于此，本发明的构思和保护范围只由所附的权利要求书限定。

Claims (5)

1.一种冰箱，包括：
一个安装在冷却室壁上的食品盒，用于装冷冻食品；
用于把食品盒可拆卸地固定的装置；
其特征在于，所述冰箱还包括：
一个用于对装在所述食品盒中的食品进行解冻的加热器；
一个用于把所述加热器产生的热排到所述食品盒中的风扇；
所述的加热器装在将各冷却室彼此隔开的分隔板上的容纳槽中；
所述的冰箱还包括一个设置在所述的分隔板上的循环风道，所述风道使所述食品盒内部空间与所述加热器连通，所述循环风道提供一条通道，在解冻所述食品盒中装的食品以后，所述风扇排出的空气通过该通道流到所述加热器。
2.根据权利要求1所述的冰箱，其特征在于，所述风扇设置在所述加热器和所述食品盒之间。
3.根据权利要求1所述的冰箱，还包括一个用于控制所述加热器的加热时间的计时器。
4.一种如权利要求1所述的冰箱，其特征在于，
所述食品盒安装在将各冷却室彼此隔开的分隔板上；
所述冰箱还包括
一个用于控制所述加热器的加热时间的计时器。
5.根据权利要求4所述的冰箱，其特征在于，所述风扇设置在所述加热器和所述食品盒之间。
