Abstract

一种用于提高氨纶纤维化学稳定性能的聚氨酯光稳定剂的制备方法通过不对称二甲肼加入到异氰酸酯的苯溶液中进行反应、离心分离和干燥获得,不对称二甲肼与异氰酸酯的比例为2∶1,反应时间4-5个小时,反应温度0℃-15℃,结构式为:右式,该聚氨酯光稳定剂可显著提高氨纶纤维的耐光稳定性和耐氧化能力,提高了氨纶的使用寿命。

Description

一种聚氨酯光稳定剂的制备方法
本发明涉及一种可有效提高氨纶纤维化学稳定性能的聚氨酯光稳定剂及其制造方法。
氨纶的用途十分广泛,用氨纶丝制作的针织内衣、紧身衣、泳装、体操服、弹力袜等产品,具有伸缩自如、弹性回复好、纤度细、柔软性好等特点,市场前景极为广阔。但氨纶有一个缺点,就是它的纤维耐光稳定性、耐氧化能力较差,长期使用容易泛黄,缩短了氨纶的使用寿命,这就需要在氨纶的生产中加入一种助剂,以改善氨纶的耐光稳定性和耐氧化能力。经检索发现,目前市场上的光稳定剂有两种,分别是北京化工研究院的聚酯稳定剂DW-2和化工部黎明化工研究院的聚氨酯塑料的光稳定剂,但它们分别用于聚酯纤维和聚氨酯塑料,与本发明的应用领域不同。
本发明的目的是提供一种能有效提高氨纶纤维耐光稳定性和耐氧化能力的聚氨酯光稳定剂及其制造方法,以提高氨纶的使用寿命。
为了实现上述目的,将异氰酸酯与不对称二甲肼加入到苯溶液中进行反应,经过一定时间的反应后进行离心分离、干燥,即可获得所述的聚氨酯光稳定剂。
在氨纶生产中加入这种聚氨酯光稳定剂,可有效提高纤维的耐光稳定性、耐氧化能力,长期使用不会泛黄,提高了氨纶的使用寿命。
下面结合具体实施方式对本发明作进一步详细的说明。
在搅拌状态下,将不对称二甲肼加入到反应釜中的异氰酸酯的苯溶液中进行反应,不对称二甲肼与异氰酸酯的比例为1∶2,反应温度0℃-15℃,经过4-5个小时的反应后,将整个混合液加入到离心机进行离心分离,然后进行干燥得到成品。成品的外观为白色粉末,熔点160℃-180℃,干燥减量≤0.7%,化学名称:双(N,N-二甲基酰肼、4-氨基苯基)甲烷;结构式为:(CH3)2NNHCONH NHCONHN(CH3)2

1、一种提高氨纶纤维化学稳定性能的聚氨酯光稳定剂的制备方法,该聚氨酯光稳定剂的外观为白色粉末,熔点160~180℃,干燥减量小于等于0.7%,其特征在于将不对称二甲肼与异氰酸酯在苯溶液中进行反应,不对称二甲肼与异氰酸酯的比例为1∶2,反应稳定0~15℃,反应时间4~5小时,然后进行分离、干燥,得到所需的化合物。
