The suspension system 300 comprises a suspension platform 310, a safety lock 350, a hoist 330 and an electric cabinet 340, the electric cabinet 340 being mounted on the suspension platform 310. The suspension platform 310 comprises one or a plurality of rail bottoms 311 arranged in sequence along the length direction, first rail pieces 312 connected to the front ends of the rail bottoms 311, second rail pieces 313 connected to the rear ends of the rail bottoms 311, and two head mounting frames 314 connected to the two tail ends of the rail bottoms 311, wherein the number of the first rail pieces 312 and the number of the second rail pieces 313 are respectively the same as the number of the rail bottoms 311, the first rail pieces 312 and the rail bottoms 311 are connected in a one-to-one correspondence manner, the second rail pieces 313 and the rail bottoms 311 are connected in a one-to-one correspondence manner, and adjacent first rail pieces 312, adjacent second rail pieces 313, adjacent first rail pieces 312 and head mounting frames 314, and adjacent second rail pieces 313 and head mounting frames 314 are connected with each other. The suspension platform 310 can meet the requirements of hanging baskets with different lengths by assembling different numbers of the fence bottom 311, the high fence pieces and the low fence pieces. Each seal head mounting bracket 314 is connected with a safety lock 350 and a lifter 330, the hanging working steel wire rope 170 passes through the safety lock 350 and passes through the lifter 330, and the hanging safety steel wire rope 180 passes through the safety lock 350.
The number of the fence bottom 311 is one, two or three, and can be specifically selected according to construction requirements. The front end and the rear end of the rail bottom 311 are respectively provided with a horizontal mounting rack 315 and vertical mounting racks 316 positioned at two ends of the horizontal mounting rack 315. First section 312 and second section 313 all include first horizontal railing 317 and the first vertical railing 318 that is located first horizontal railing 317 both ends respectively, and first horizontal railing 317 is connected with horizontal mounting bracket 315, and first vertical railing 317 is connected with vertical mounting bracket 316. The adjacent first vertical rails 321 and the adjacent first vertical rails 317 and second vertical rails 320 are connected with each other.
The first roller 351 on the safety lock 350 faces the inner side of the suspension platform 310, the second roller 322 is connected to the end enclosure mounting frame 314, the second roller 322 faces the inner side of the suspension platform 310, the working steel wire rope 170 comes out of the safety lock 350 and extends into the lifting machine 330 after passing through the second roller, and the lifting machine 330 is mounted on the inner side of the end enclosure mounting frame 314.
The height of the first hurdle 312 is greater than the height of the second hurdle 313. The electric cabinet 340 is arranged on the first hurdle 312, and the surface of the electric cabinet 340 with the buttons faces the interior of the suspended platform 310, so that manual operation is facilitated.
The front support 111 is spaced from the edge of the building 200, and the front end of the front beam 117 extends from the edge of the building 200 to prevent the suspended platform 310 from scraping against the front face of the building 200. The edge of the building 200 is provided with or without a parapet wall 210, and when the parapet wall 210 is provided, the front beam 117 spans from above the parapet wall 210.
The distance between the headers 120 of the two suspension systems 100 is greater than or equal to the distance between the two head mounts 314 in the suspension system 300.
In the embodiment, the connected components are fixedly connected through bolts and nuts.
The using method of the hanging basket for the building outer wall in the embodiment can comprise the following steps:
1. assembled suspension structure
(1) All components of the suspension structure 110 are transported to the installation platform on the roof surface.
(2) The adjusting seats are respectively inserted into the front support 111 and the rear support 112, and are preliminarily adjusted according to the height of the parapet wall 210, and fixing bolts are installed.
(3) The front beam 117 is placed in the adjusting seat on the front support 111, and simultaneously placed in the upper support 115, and fixed by bolts.
(4) Inserting the center sill 118 into the front sill 117 and installing bolts; the rear beam 119 is inserted into the center beam 118, and the fixing bolts are installed. The other end of the back beam 119 is placed into an adjustment seat on the back support 112, and a fixing bolt is installed.
(5) The rear pull tab 122 is mounted at the end of the rear beam 119 coincident with the rear mount 112 and is bolted thereto.
(6) The boom strap 124 is secured to the back beam 119. One end of the circular ring of the turnbuckle 123 is fixed with the big arm rope clip 124.
(7) The hanging head 120 is mounted at the end of the front beam 117.
(8) One end of the climbing rope 121 is connected with one end of a hook of the turnbuckle 123 through a rope clamp to form a circular ring, the climbing rope 121 goes around a roller of the rear pulling climbing rope 122 and passes through a roller at the top end of the upper pillar, the other end of the climbing rope is also connected with the hanging head 120 through the rope clamp to form a circular ring.
(9) The turnbuckle 123 is screwed to raise the front beam 117, and then the bolts at other positions are screwed.
(10) According to the steps (1) to (9), another suspension structure 110 is assembled.
(11) The front beam 117 is extended out of the work wall. The distance between the two front beam 117 suspension ends is longer than the length of the suspended platform 310.
(12) The counterweights 116 are respectively placed on the struts of the rear support 112, and can be fixed by wire ropes and mounted with bolts.
(13) One end of the working cable 170 is looped around the boom clamp 124 to form a flat ring near the suspension platform 310 and fixed by a cable clamp, and the other end is threaded out of the suspension head 120 and hung on the ground.
(14) One end of the safety steel wire 180 is looped around the large arm rope clip 124 to form a flat ring away from the suspension platform 310 and fixed by a rope clip, and the other end of the safety steel wire is threaded out of the suspension head 120 and hung on the ground.
(15) The stroke limiting disc 150 is installed on the safety wire rope 180 near the outer side to prevent the working wire rope 170 from being wound around the safety wire rope 180.
2. Assembling a suspended platform 310
(1) The bottom 311 of the rail with the required length is placed on a flat ground in a straight line shape, and the cross sections are close to and aligned with each other.
(2) The first rail piece 312 is placed at one end of the rail bottom 311 far away from the structural surface, and a fixing bolt is arranged in the middle of the first rail piece 312 and used for fixing the first rail piece 312 and the rail bottom 311.
(3) The second rail piece 313 is arranged at one end of the rail bottom 311 close to the structural surface, and a fixing bolt is arranged in the middle of the second rail piece 313 for fixing the second rail piece 313 and the rail bottom 311.
(4) Bolts are arranged at the joint of the two adjacent rail bottoms 311 and the first rail piece 312 and the second rail piece 313. If the loading is difficult, the first rail piece 312 and the second rail piece 313 can be slightly shaken to align the hole positions.
(5) Bolts are arranged between the adjacent first rail pieces 312 and between the second rail pieces 313, so that the first rail pieces 312 are integrated into a whole, and the second rail pieces 313 are integrated into a whole.
(6) The head mounts 314 are placed on both ends of the suspended platform 310 so that the roller-bearing side of the "L" plate faces into the suspended platform 310. Two people lift one end of the suspended platform 310 slightly and put in the bolts.
(7) Another head mount 314 is mounted in the same manner.
(8) An electric control box 340 is hung in the middle of the high hurdle sheet, and the side with the button faces the suspension platform 310.
(9) The safety lock 350 is installed into two "L" shaped cleats at the top of the head mount 314 with the roller ends facing into the suspended platform 310.
(10) The lifters 330 are lifted into the suspended platform 310 and erected on both ends of the suspended platform 310. The connecting bolts are unscrewed, the connecting pins are removed, and the elevator 330 is lifted and loaded into the head mount 314.
(11) The limit wire is fixed on the safety lock 350, the motor connecting wire is connected into the electric control box 340, the handle connecting wire is connected into the electric control box 340, and the main power line is connected into the electric control box 340.
3. Power on
(1) The installed suspended platform 310 is raised to a ground position directly opposite the suspended structure 110.
(2) And after the check is reliable, the main power supply is switched on.
4. Threading wire rope
(1) The working cable 170 is threaded through the safety lock 350 roller (small roller facing into the suspension platform 310) and the seal mounting bracket 314 roller, enters the elevator 330, and is inserted tightly by force.
(2) The change-over switch is turned to the side to be threaded.
(3) The handle switch is inching to make the working steel wire rope 170 pass through the lifter 330, and the passed working steel wire rope 170 is straightened.
(4) When the working cable 170 is fully tensioned, the safety cable 180 is inserted through the central hole of the safety lock 350.
(5) Note that the working wire rope 170 and the safety wire rope 180 must be straightened out before being inserted into the hoist 330 and the safety lock 350, respectively, so as to prevent the working wire rope 170 and the safety wire rope 180 from being twisted.
(6) Two steel wire ropes on the other side are penetrated according to the step-A.
5. Mounting of the weight 160
The weight 160 is fixed at the lower ends of the working cable 170 and the safety cable 180 for tightening and stabilizing the working cable 170 and the safety cable 180, and preventing the working cable 170 and the safety cable 180 from being pulled up together when the suspension platform 310 is lifted to affect the normal operation of the suspension platform 310. When the steel wire rope clamp is installed, the two half pieces are clamped at the lower ends of the working steel wire rope 170 and the safety steel wire rope 180 to be separated from the ground by cm, then the two half pieces are fastened on the working steel wire rope 170 and the safety steel wire rope 180 through bolts, and the working steel wire rope 170 and the safety steel wire rope 180 are vertically tightened.
6. Installation of safety line and cord clamp 124
Before the hanging basket is installed and used, an independent safety rope is hung from the roof, the safety rope is required to be firm at a climbing point of the roof, the safety rope cannot be climbed on a hanging mechanism, the safety rope is placed in the middle of the hanging basket after the hanging of the roof is finished, a self-locking device is directly installed on the safety rope, and a constructor is required to hang a safety belt on the self-locking device on the safety rope in construction.
7. Inspection of electrical conduction
(1) Check before power-on
The suspension mechanism is stably arranged, and the counterweight block 116 is reliably arranged; the clamping of the rope clamping head at the joint of the climbing rope 121 is correct; the working wire rope 170 and the safety wire rope 180 are separated without twisting, winding and bending; the lifting machine 330, the safety lock 350 and the suspension platform 310 are installed correctly and connected reliably; the connecting bolt is not loosened or tightened, and the components at the connecting part are not deformed or cracked; the cable connector is correct and has no looseness, and the safety lock catch is reliably locked; the cable construction facade has no obvious protrusions or other barriers.
(2) Post-power-on inspection and request
And closing a switch in the electric box, and electrifying the electric system. The examination items include: whether the motors of the left and right elevators 330 operate normally or not; whether the emergency stop button works normally or not; whether each stroke switch works normally or not; whether the suspended platform 310 is operating properly and whether the attachment points are installed properly. After all items are normal, the next step can be performed.
8. Delivery for use
(1) Before delivery and use, safety technology must be carried out to meet the background, and practical safe operation regulations are formulated. Guard rails or striking warning ropes and warning boards are required to be arranged in the hanging basket installation and operation range. And doing good after-service and maintenance work in the lease construction period.
(2) After the installation is finished, the following inspection, test and acceptance are carried out by the hanging basket construction unit, the company safety and environmental protection department, the construction management department, the construction unit and the supervision unit together, and the hanging basket can be put into use after the normal operation is confirmed.
9. Displacement of
(1) Before displacement, the gondola hanging platform 310 must be lowered to the ground or a reliable platform, the work wire 170 and the safety wire 180 are pulled out of the hoist 330 and the safety lock 350, and the roof is pulled back, and the main power is cut off.
(2) The weight 116 must be removed prior to shifting the suspension mechanism. If the roof is translated on the same roof, the roof can be moved integrally; if the hanging mechanism is moved up and down at different heights, the hanging mechanism must be disassembled, reassembled according to the relevant steps in the "basket installation and erection process", and the basket hanging platform 310 is moved accordingly.
10. Demolition work
(1) Carrying out comprehensive inspection on the hanging basket before dismantling, and recording the damage condition; and pulling a warning line under the disassembled part and carrying out patrol below by a specially-assigned person.
(2) Dismantling the hanging basket:
firstly, the suspension platform 310 is parked on a flat ground, and the heavy hammer 160 is detached;
secondly, the working steel wire rope 170 and the safety steel wire rope 180 are detached and pulled to the upper side, and are rolled into a disc to be tightened;
thirdly, cutting off the power supply, detaching the cable from the electric cabinet 340 and rolling the cable into a disc;
and fourthly, finally unloading the roof suspension mechanism and well performing protection work: the dismantling personnel must first be protected from damaging the existing roof structure when dismantling the suspension means.
Finally, it should be emphasized that the above-described embodiments are merely preferred examples of the invention, which is not intended to limit the invention. the suspension system comprises two groups, each group comprises a suspension structure, a stroke limiting disc, a heavy hammer, a working steel wire rope and a safety steel wire rope, the suspension structure is used for being installed at a top supporting position of a building, and the suspension structure comprises a front support, a rear support, a front adjusting seat, a rear adjusting seat, an upper support, a front beam, a middle beam, a rear beam, a hanging head, a climbing rope, a rear pulling climbing rope, a screw buckle, a rope clamp and a balancing weight; the front support is positioned in front of the rear support, and the rear support is connected with the balancing weight; the front support is connected with the front adjusting seat, the height of the front adjusting seat relative to the front support is adjustable, the rear support is connected with the rear adjusting seat, and the height of the rear adjusting seat relative to the rear support is adjustable; the front beam is connected to the front adjusting seat and extends forwards relative to the front adjusting seat, the rear beam is connected to the rear adjusting seat, and the front beam, the middle beam and the rear beam are sequentially connected and adjustable in connection length; the upper support is connected with the front adjusting seat; the rope clamp is arranged on the middle beam or the rear beam in front of the rear support, the rear pull tab is arranged at the rear end of the rear beam, and the lifting head is arranged at the front end of the front beam; the first end of the screw fastener is connected with the rear pull tab, the second end of the screw fastener is connected with the first end of the climbing rope, the climbing rope bypasses the rear pull tab and the top end of the upper support, and the second end of the climbing rope is connected with the hoisting head; the first end of the working steel wire rope and the first end of the safety steel wire rope are connected with the rope clamp, the working steel wire rope and the safety steel wire rope respectively bypass the hanging head and then fall, and the second end of the working steel wire rope and the second end of the safety steel wire rope are respectively connected with the heavy hammer; the stroke limiting disc is arranged on the falling safety steel wire rope;
the suspension system comprises a suspension platform, a safety lock, a lifter and an electric cabinet, wherein the electric cabinet is arranged on the suspension platform; the suspension platform comprises one or a plurality of rail bottoms, first rail pieces, second rail pieces and two end enclosure mounting frames, wherein the rail bottoms are sequentially arranged along the length direction, the first rail pieces are connected to the front ends of the rail bottoms, the second rail pieces are connected to the rear ends of the rail bottoms, the number of the first rail pieces and the number of the second rail pieces are respectively the same as the number of the rail bottoms, the first rail pieces are connected with the rail bottoms in a one-to-one correspondence manner, the second rail pieces are connected with the rail bottoms in a one-to-one correspondence manner, and the adjacent first rail pieces, the adjacent second rail pieces, the adjacent first rail pieces and the end enclosure mounting frames and the adjacent second rail pieces and the end enclosure mounting frames are mutually connected; each seal head mounting frame is connected with the safety lock and the elevator, the working steel wire rope which falls vertically penetrates through the safety lock and the elevator, and the safety steel wire rope which falls vertically penetrates through the safety lock.

step 2: assembling the suspension platform: placing the rail bottom according to the required length, respectively connecting the first rail piece and the second rail piece at the front end and the rear end of the rail bottom, connecting the adjacent first rail piece and the adjacent second rail piece, and connecting the first rail piece and the second rail piece with the end enclosure mounting frame at the two tail ends of the rail bottom; an electric cabinet is hung on the first rail sheet, and the safety lock and the hoister are arranged on the seal head mounting frame;
and step 3: rope threading: straightening the working steel wire rope and the safety steel wire rope; passing the working wire rope through the safety lock and the hoist; when the working steel wire rope is completely tightened and stressed, inserting the safety steel wire rope into a central hole of the safety lock; and fixing the heavy hammer at the lower ends of the working steel wire rope and the safety steel wire rope respectively.
