The underframe 1 is fixed on a rail of a window cleaning machine (see fig. 12) and comprises an underframe beam connecting piece 20, four underframe beams 22 and four supporting rods 21. The frame beam connecting piece is arranged between two window cleaning machine rails 23, four frame beams are arranged around the frame beam connecting piece in an X shape, one end of each frame beam is erected on the window cleaning machine rail, the other end of each frame beam is inserted into the frame beam connecting piece and connected through a pin shaft (corresponding sockets are arranged on the frame beam connecting piece and omitted in the drawing), four supporting rods are arranged around the frame beam connecting piece in a rectangular shape, and two ends of each supporting rod are fixed with the two frame beams through hinging seats 21-1 (the hinging seats are outsourcing pieces).
The tower body is vertically fixed on the underframe, and is formed by vertically connecting a plurality of standard sections 2. The lifting arm and the balance arm are formed by connecting a plurality of tower arm sections (conventional structure). The cross section of the tower arm section is triangular, the upper chord member is made of round steel, the lower chord member is made of square tubes, the tower arm sections are connected through a pin shaft and a high-strength bolt, the tower arm sections are connected with the tower head through the pin shaft and the high-strength bolt, and the length of the tower arm section is 1.5 m, so that manual carrying can be met.
The crane boom (conventional structure) is formed by connecting 14 tower boom sections. The lifting arm is provided with a lifting limiter 16, an amplitude variation mechanism 17, a load trolley 18 and a lifting hook 19. The balance arm is formed by connecting 4 tower arm sections, a platform is fixed at the left end (direction of figure 1) of the balance arm, and the platform is formed by welding two H-shaped beams 34.1 and is connected with the balance arm through a pin shaft. 7) Fixing a boom seat of a boom on a lower chord member of a first section of a boom, installing the boom, then installing a load trolley on a second section of the boom, hoisting the tower section by using the boom, installing the tower section on the first section of the boom, connecting the upper chord of the tower section by using a pin shaft, installing a cotter pin, sleeving a hole sleeve of a lower chord connecting plate of the tower section into a pin shaft on a lower chord connecting plate of the first section of the boom, and fastening by using a bolt connection;
8) Hoisting and installing hanging baskets, connecting the hanging baskets with a pin shaft for a load trolley, installing cotter pins, and respectively installing two hanging baskets on two sides of the load trolley;
the pulley frame is hoisted by the same method and is arranged on a tower arm section of a first section of crane arm, the pulley frame is connected by a pin shaft, a hoisting load limiter (16) is arranged in a tower arm section of a second section of crane arm, the pulley frame is connected by a pin shaft, and a cotter pin is arranged; the tower arm sections of the rest lifting arms are lifted, an installer can move the hanging rods by means of hanging baskets, the two installers are respectively positioned in the hanging baskets at the two sides, and the installed tower arm sections are pulled to enable the load trolley to slowly move forwards, and the load trolley is stopped at a fixed position by means of the rope breakage preventing device on the load trolley;
9) A platform positioned on the balance arm is installed by a suspender, a counterweight and an electrical cabinet are then hoisted, the counterweight and the electrical cabinet are fixed on the platform by bolts, and the operation linkage platform is installed on the platform;

the standard joint is formed by enclosing four standard blocks, and each standard block comprises a first connecting rod (2.1) which is vertically arranged, a second connecting rod (2.2) which is vertically fixed at the middle part of the first connecting rod, and two third connecting rods (2.3) with two ends respectively fixed with the first connecting rod and the second connecting rod; in the standard section, all standard blocks are connected through hinging holes and bolts, and the top ends and the bottom ends of two adjacent first connecting rods are connected through angle steels (24);
the underframe comprises a underframe beam connecting piece (20) arranged in a rail of the window cleaning machine, four underframe beams (22) which are fixed around the underframe beam connecting piece in an X shape, and stay bars (21) connected between every two adjacent underframe beams; one end of the bottom frame beam is erected on the window cleaning machine track, and the other end of the bottom frame beam is inserted into the bottom frame beam connecting piece; the four stay bars are arranged in a rectangular shape;
a connecting stay bar (26) is arranged between the underframe and the standard joint at the bottom;
the platform is provided with a counterweight (32), a lifting mechanism (9) and an electrical cabinet (33); the lifting arm is provided with a lifting limiter (16), an amplitude variation mechanism (17), a load trolley (18) and a lifting hook (19); the tower head is provided with a moment limiter and a slewing mechanism (14);
the rotary seat comprises a lower support (6), a slewing bearing (7) and an upper support (8); the upper support consists of two upper support blocks; the lower support consists of four lower support blocks.
