A. support scaffold platform erection
The method comprises the steps that a scaffold platform is supported for stress calculation, the calculation width is determined according to the length of a hanging basket after front, middle and rear beams are assembled, the calculation height is the height of a flower shelf beam plus a front support, and the calculation length is the roof length of the mounting range of a steel wire rope extension rear support hanging basket;
the front beam is arranged on a front support of the steel rectangular tube, the front support of the steel rectangular tube is fixed on a basket beam, the position of a front support arm of the basket is reinforced by double vertical columns, the rear beam is arranged on the steel tube frame, the front beam and the rear beam are pressed on the steel tube frame by steel tubes, the two sides of the front beam and the rear beam are clamped by fasteners, the middle support is reinforced again by double vertical rods, horizontal cross braces are added at the bottom and the top of the scaffold, and a counterweight balance load is arranged at the rear;
B. mounting of suspension mechanism
Adjusting the front, middle and rear beams to proper lengths, fixing the beams by bolts, and mounting a bracket;
the adjustable suspension bracket enables the lower side surface of the front beam to be higher than the height of the outer curtain wall by adjusting the height of the support, and after the suspension mechanism is positioned, a cushion wood block is additionally arranged between the lower side surface of the extending end of the front beam and the flower stand beam for fixing;
the hanging basket support arm is fixed by angle steel to prevent the hanging basket suspension mechanism from horizontally moving, then steel pipes are placed on front and rear beams of the suspension mechanism, and the steel pipes are locked by fasteners to prevent the hanging basket suspension mechanism from vertically moving;
C. steel wire rope lengthening rear support
After being weighted, the suspension mechanism is placed on the rear support and then locked, and then the rear support and the rear beam inserted bar are connected by a steel wire; the rear bracket and the rear beam inserted bar are respectively provided with a high-strength bolt, steel wire rope guide wheels are arranged on two sides of the bolt, a connecting steel wire rope is sleeved in the guide wheels on two sides of the rear bracket and the inserted bar high-strength bolt, and the steel wire rope is fixed by a rope clamp to prevent falling off;
D. wire rope installation
When the reinforced steel wire rope is tensioned, the front beam is upwarped by 3-5 cm to generate prestress, and the rigidity of the front beam is improved;
when the steel wire rope is clamped, the number of the rope clamps is 4, the U-shaped openings are arranged on the opposite side of the tail end of the steel wire rope, the directions of the U-shaped openings are consistent, the distance between the first 3 rope clamps is 50mm to 60mm, the distance between the third 3 rope clamps and the fourth 4 rope clamps is 60mm to 80mm, the safety bending height is kept about 40mm, and finally 140mm of allowance is reserved behind the fourth 4 rope clamps;
when the steel wire rope is vertically placed, the steel wire rope is freely coiled on the floor, the rope head is carefully drawn out and slowly slides downwards along the wall surface, the tangled rope is separately pressed after the steel wire rope is completely coiled, and redundant steel wire ropes on the ground are carefully coiled and tightened;
E. installing a safety rope and a rope clamp;
F. mounting a suspension platform;
G. installing a safety lock and a hoist;
H. installing an electric appliance box;
I. mounting a heavy hammer;
J. installing a limiter;
K. and (5) trial operation of the hanging basket.
2. The construction method of a steel wire rope lengthening rear support type hanging basket according to claim 1, wherein in the step A, a front support of the steel rectangular pipe is fixed on the flower frame beam by adopting a chemical anchor bolt.

The construction method of a steel wire rope lengthened rear support type hanging basket according to claim 1, wherein in the step A, after the supporting scaffold platform is erected, the auxiliary scaffold is connected with the lightning protection reserved steel bars of the roof by using round steel.

A steel wire rope lengthening and support hanging basket construction method according to claim 1, wherein the step E comprises hanging two independent safety ropes from a roof layer before the hanging basket is installed and used, the safety ropes are all firmly tied to a climbing point of the roof on the roof, the safety ropes are placed in the middle of the hanging basket after the hanging of the roof is finished, the self-locking device is directly installed on the safety ropes, and the safety ropes are all tied to the steel wire rope after the steel wire rope is firmly bound with the structural column.
