Abstract
本发明公开了一种环保牛卡纸的生产方法,纸浆经挤浆浓缩、高浓磨浆、低浓磨浆、流送调料、网前筛选、上网成形、压榨、干燥、卷取、复卷、打包而成,所述挤浆浓缩是将由竹片、针叶木片组成的混合木片经硫酸盐法蒸煮得到混合浆料并浓缩至浓度为32‑35%;高浓磨浆是将混合浆料打浆至叩解度为15‑17°SR;低浓磨浆是将高浓磨浆后的混合浆料稀释至浓度为4‑6%,然后经打浆至叩解度为33‑35°SR;网前筛选的上网浓度为0.45%‑0.65%,上网PH值为6.0‑7.0;上网成形过程中,纸页经三层网成形并复合;压榨过程经过盲孔辊压榨和靴型压榨;所述干燥完成后,纸页经可控中高热压光机处理。本发明所得新型环保牛卡纸定量为118‑127g/㎡、耐破指数4.05‑4.3 Kpa.㎡/g、紧度0.80‑0.83 g/m³、环压指数6.93‑7.16 N.m/g、表面吸水性能37.9‑39.1g/㎡。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及纸张生产技术领域,尤其涉及一种环保牛卡纸的生产方法。
背景技术
在日常生活生产中牛卡纸在印刷包装上的应用较为广泛,常见的应用有纸盒、礼品包装盒、手机盒等。牛卡纸的质地必须坚韧,耐破度、环压强度要高,此外成纸表面还需要有较好的适印性和抗水性能。现国内牛卡纸生产多以废纸作为主要原料,少量添加木浆,其中进口废纸的比例较大。中国严禁固废进口后,国内废纸的质量呈现逐步下降,牛卡纸的质量也随着下降。本发明涉及的新型环保牛卡纸,耐破强度高、表面适印性好,适合牛卡纸的市场要求。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种低成本、高耐破强度的牛卡纸的生产方法。
为解决上述问题,本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种环保牛卡纸的生产方法:纸浆经挤浆浓缩、高浓磨浆、低浓磨浆、流送调料、网前筛选、上网成形、压榨、干燥、卷取、复卷、打包而成,其中,所述挤浆浓缩是将由竹片、针叶木片组成的混合木片经硫酸盐法蒸煮得到混合浆料,然后将混合浆料浓缩至浓度为32-35%;所述高浓磨浆是将浓度为32-35%的混合浆料打浆至叩解度为15-17°SR;所述低浓磨浆是将高浓磨浆后的混合浆料稀释至浓度为4-6%,然后经打浆至叩解度为33-35°SR;所述网前筛选的上网浓度为0.45%-0.65%,上网PH值为6.0-7.0;所述上网成形过程中,纸页经三层网成形并复合;所述压榨过程经过盲孔辊压榨和靴型压榨;所述干燥完成后,纸页经可控中高热压光机处理。
进一步的,所述混合木片中的竹片与针叶木片的质量比为6:4。
进一步的,进行干燥之前的纸页水分为40-42%
进一步的,所述盲孔压榨的线压力为170KN/M,靴型压榨的线压为970KN/M。
进一步的,可控中高热压光机处理过程,保持加热水温100-110℃,线压28-40 KN/M,控制中高油压,保持成纸正面平滑度为3.0-4.0 S。
本发明的有益效果:本发明可生产符合牛卡纸技术要求而成本更低的新型环保牛卡纸。纸页进入干燥前水分越低消耗的蒸汽越少,能源得到节约。另外,本发明选取高浓磨浆浓度32-35%,高浓叩后叩解度15-17°SR,低浓磨浆浓度4-6%,低浓叩后叩解度33-35°SR ,浆料稀释上网过程中加入1.5%干强剂、1.5%硫酸铝、1.0%中性胶可获得新型环保牛卡纸,所得新型环保牛卡纸定量为118-127g/㎡、耐破指数4.05-4.3 Kpa.㎡/g、紧度0.80-0.83 g/m³、环压指数6.93-7.16 N.m/g、表面吸水性能37.9-39.1 g/㎡ 。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种环保牛卡纸的生产方法:使用比例为竹片:针叶木片=6:4的混合木片经硫酸盐法蒸煮获得混合浆料,浓缩至浓度为33%,经高浓磨浆至叩解度为17°SR然后稀释至浓度5%,再经打浆至叩解度35°SR,浆料经稀释后添加1.5%干强剂,再加入造纸白水和1.5%的硫酸铝以及1.0%的施胶剂,控制上网浓度0.45%,上网PH值6.5,面层添加黄色、红色、黑色染料调色,经三层网成形及复合,经过线压力为170KN/M的盲孔辊压榨以及线压为970KN/M的靴型压榨,干燥之前的纸页水分为41%,纸页经后干燥烘干至水分含量为9.0%,通过可控中高热压光辊处理,保持加热水温105℃,线压35KN/M,控制中高油压,保持成纸正面平滑度为3.0 S,经卷取、复卷、打包而成。
经测试,所得新型环保牛卡纸定量为126g/㎡、耐破指数4.3Kpa.㎡/g、紧度0.82g/m³、环压指数7.1N.m/g、表面吸水性能38.4 g/㎡ 。
实施例2
一种环保牛卡纸的生产方法:使用比例为竹片:针叶木片=6:4的混合木片经硫酸盐法蒸煮获得混合浆料,浓缩至浓度为32%,经高浓磨浆至叩解度为15°SR然后稀释至浓度4%,再经打浆至叩解度33°SR,浆料经稀释后添加1.5%干强剂,再加入造纸白水和1.5%的硫酸铝以及1.0%的施胶剂,控制上网浓度0.45%,上网PH值6.5,面层添加黄色、红色、黑色染料调色,经三层网成形及复合,经过线压力为170KN/M的盲孔辊压榨以及线压为970KN/M的靴型压榨,干燥之前的纸页水分为40%,纸页经后干燥烘干至水分含量为9.0%,通过可控中高热压光辊处理,保持加热水温100℃,线压28 KN/M,控制中高油压,保持成纸正面平滑度为3.5S,经卷取、复卷、打包而成。
经测试,所得新型环保牛卡纸定量为118g/㎡、耐破指数4.25Kpa.㎡/g、紧度0.80g/m³、环压指数7.16 N.m/g、表面吸水性能37.9 g/㎡ 。
实施例3
一种环保牛卡纸的生产方法:使用比例为竹片:针叶木片=6:4的混合木片经硫酸盐法蒸煮获得混合浆料,浓缩至浓度为35%,经高浓磨浆至叩解度为16°SR然后稀释至浓度6%,再经打浆至叩解度34°SR,浆料经稀释后添加1.5%干强剂,再加入造纸白水和1.5%的硫酸铝以及1.0%的施胶剂,控制上网浓度0.45%,上网PH值6.5,面层添加黄色、红色、黑色染料调色,经三层网成形及复合,经过线压力为170KN/M的盲孔辊压榨以及线压为970KN/M的靴型压榨,干燥之前的纸页水分为42%,纸页经后干燥烘干至水分含量为9.0%,通过可控中高热压光辊处理,保持加热水温110℃,线压40 KN/M,控制中高油压,保持成纸正面平滑度为4.0S,经卷取、复卷、打包而成。
经测试,所得新型环保牛卡纸定量为127g/㎡、耐破指数4.05 Kpa.㎡/g、紧度0.83g/m³、环压指数6.93N.m/g、表面吸水性能39.1 g/㎡ 。
Claims (5)
1.一种环保牛卡纸的生产方法,纸浆经挤浆浓缩、高浓磨浆、低浓磨浆、流送调料、网前筛选、上网成形、压榨、干燥、卷取、复卷、打包而成,其特征在于:所述挤浆浓缩是将由竹片、针叶木片组成的混合木片经硫酸盐法蒸煮得到混合浆料,然后将混合浆料浓缩至浓度为32-35%;
所述高浓磨浆是将浓度为32-35%的混合浆料打浆至叩解度为15-17°SR;
所述低浓磨浆是将高浓磨浆后的混合浆料稀释至浓度为4-6%,然后经打浆至叩解度为33-35°SR;
所述网前筛选的上网浓度为0.45%-0.65%,上网PH值为6.0-7.0;
所述上网成形过程中,纸页经三层网成形并复合;
所述压榨过程经过盲孔辊压榨和靴型压榨;
所述干燥完成后,纸页经可控中高热压光机处理。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保牛卡纸的生产方法,其特征在于:所述混合木片中的竹片与针叶木片的质量比为6:4。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保牛卡纸的生产方法,其特征在于:进行干燥之前的纸页水分为40-42%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保牛卡纸的生产方法,其特征在于:所述盲孔压榨的线压力为170KN/M,靴型压榨的线压为970KN/M。
5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种环保牛卡纸的生产方法,其特征在于:可控中高热压光机处理过程,保持加热水温100-110℃,线压28-40 KN/M,控制中高油压,保持成纸正面平滑度为3.0-4.0 S。
