技术领域
本发明涉及纺织印染技术领域,具体说是一种涤棉混纺织物面料特深色染色生产工艺。
背景技术
涤棉混纺织物是我国在20世纪60年代初期开发的一个纺织品种,是由涤纶纤维与棉纤维混合纺织而成。这种纺织品服用面料既有涤纶的风格又有棉织物的长处,具有挺拔、不易皱折、易洗、快干、耐穿的特点,深受广大消费者的喜爱;在干、湿情况下弹性和耐磨性都较好,尺寸稳定,缩水率小,所以成为普通服装面料的首选。当前,此种混纺面料已由原先的65%涤纶与35%棉的比例,发展出60:40、55:45、50:50、40:60、35:65以及20:80等多种不同比例的产品,分别应用于服装外衣、衬衣、家纺床品等。
但由于涤纶纤维与棉纤维上染的特性不同,其混纺织物需分别对涤纶纤维和棉纤维进行染色,在染涤纶纤维时,对棉纤维的上染得色造成影响;对棉纤维上染时,对涤纶纤维的得色造成影响,使得涤棉混纺织物不容易获得完美的特深色如黑色、深藏青等。而为了达到这一目的,很多印染企业往往会采取加大染料处方中染化料用量的方式,在经过两步两浴法的生产流程获得;但这一方法虽然能够勉强利用染化料的堆积上染获得特深色的产品,却存在着后续家庭洗涤掉色、氯漂褪色严重等色牢度较差的弊病;同时,两步两浴法的生产流程,工艺繁琐复杂,生产能源成本高,生产周期长,排污量大。
发明内容
本发明的目的是改善目前印染行业中涤棉混纺织物特深色面料生产工艺以及产品存在的不足,利用市场现有且容易获得的染化料,研发出一种能够对涤棉混纺织物面料特深色生产工艺,该工艺具有染化料用量低、生产成本低,生产周期短效率高(两浴一步法)、色牢度好,耐氯漂、染色稳定性好等显著优点;经此工艺染出的特深色产品能具有良好的色深度及很好的色牢度与耐氯漂的性能指标。
本发明的技术方案是:一种涤棉混纺织物面料特深色生产工艺,包括放缝、退浆、氧漂、丝光、定型、热熔、轧染、皂洗、热水洗、拉幅、预缩;其中热熔、轧染工序主要包括:浸轧染液→红外线预烘→1#热风预烘→2#热风预烘→烘干机烘干→高温焙烘→浸轧同浴液→湿蒸箱(促染液)→干蒸箱(还原液)→1#室温水洗→2#室温水洗→1#氧化→2#氧化→1#高温皂洗→2#高温皂洗→1#热水洗→2#热水洗→3#热水洗→烘干工艺步骤。
所述的一种涤棉混纺织物面料特深色生产工艺,在涤棉混纺织物上染特深色时,优选市场易购的分散、还原及特殊的液体硫化染料等,按照染料处方分别制成染液,其中还原料与特殊的液体硫化染料混合到一起制成同浴染液,然后经过热熔轧染两浴一步法工艺后,获得特深色的涤棉混纺织物产品。该工艺可以通过调整几种染料用量的比例,适用于不同比例的涤棉混纺织物上染特深色。
所述的一种涤棉混纺织物面料特深色生产工艺,其方法步骤如下:
1、放缝:将涤棉混纺织物的坯布用包缝机缝接在一起,针码为30-35针/10CM;
2、烧毛:气体烧毛,火口一正一反,车速90-100米/分; 3、低温退浆氧漂:用烧碱NaOH(28°Be′)350L加低温精炼剂10KG加双

4、丝光:NaOH 200-24g/L,室温两浸两轧,再次浸轧50-55℃、80-90 g/LNaOH,扩幅,80-85℃去碱箱去碱,4格80-85℃热水洗,再经室温水洗(加醋酸调节织物PH6-8),烘干;
5、定型:烘房温度:180-200℃,时间50-60秒,下机幅宽按工艺要求;
6、热熔:织物浸轧分散染料染液经过红外线预烘、热风箱烘燥、烘干机烘干、焙烘箱焙烘;热风烘燥温度90-105℃;焙烘温度:205-210℃;
7、悬浮体轧染:织物浸轧染液由还原染料与硫化染料混合配置成的同浴液,然后进入湿蒸箱(湿蒸箱内有用适量同浴液与硫化碱、棉用匀染剂、渗透剂BBN混合制成的促染液),湿蒸箱温度95-98℃;然后进入有还原液封口的干蒸箱,干蒸箱温度:100-102℃;出干蒸箱经过两个常温水洗槽洗去织物表面残液后进入两个氧化槽充分氧化,两个氧化槽内有氧化液,氧化液浓度【O】2.0-2.2g/L;
8、高温皂洗:在温度为90-95℃、酸性皂洗剂10KG+螯合分散剂2KG合成400L皂洗液的两个高温皂洗箱内皂洗,保持皂洗液续料;
9、热水洗:1#水洗槽温度90-95℃,2#水洗槽温度85-90℃,3#水洗槽温度80-85温度℃;上淋下溢、充分水洗,烘干机烘干;
10、拉幅:幅宽按照用户要求;拉幅的同时可根据用户要求对织物进行功能性整理;
11、预缩:按照用户要求或标准要求进行预缩;最后进行成品检验。
本发明的有益效果是:一种涤棉混纺织物面料特深色生产工艺,是利用市场现有且容易获得的染化料,经过多种染料进行不同比例的配伍混合,并对相应工艺参数和路线进行优化,生产工艺科学合理,生产周期短、效率高,成功改善目前印染行业中对涤棉混纺织物特深色产品存在的缺陷与不足,解决了印染行业对涤棉混纺织物特深色产品色牢度差的技术难题,可节约常规特深色染色方法所用分散染料及还原染料的30%-40%,且原材料获得渠道容易,同时能够减少印染污水的排放,降低污水中的废染液含量,提高涤棉混纺织物面料特深色产品的质量和企业产品竞争力。

具体实施方式
在本发明给出图1的实施例生产工艺步骤中,以32×32T65/C35涤棉黑色斜纹布为例,其具体方法步骤如下:
1、放缝:将涤棉混纺面料坯布用包缝机缝接在一起,针码为30-35针/10CM;
2、烧毛:气体烧毛,火口一正一反,车速90-100米/分; 3、低温退浆氧漂:用烧碱NaOH(28°Be′)350L加低温精炼剂10KG加双
氧水(H2O2)50KG合成1000L配置成氧漂工作液(pH值9-10),织物充分浸透常温工作液后经均匀轧压进入汽蒸箱汽蒸,汽蒸箱温度为60-80℃,汽蒸时间50-60分钟,80-85℃充分水洗,烘干;
4、丝光:NaOH 200-24g/L,室温两浸两轧,再次浸轧50℃、80-90 g/LNaOH,扩幅,80-85℃去碱箱去碱,4格80-85℃热水洗,再经室温水洗(加醋酸调节织物PH6-8),烘干;
5、定型:烘房温度:190-200℃,时间50-60秒,下机幅宽按工艺要求;
6、热熔:织物浸轧染液,经红外线预烘、热风预烘、烘干机、焙烘箱焙烘;
a、在配置分散染料染液时,按照小样处方分别称量分散染料进行配制,配制的分散染液中加入渗透剂BBN 及匀染剂BOF适量,分别称重混合搅拌均匀制成分散染液;
b、配置分散染液配方见下表:
C、2组红外线预烘全开,1#热风烘干温度90-95℃,2#热风烘干温度100-105℃;烘干机汽压1-1.2MPa;焙烘箱焙烘温度208-210℃;
7、悬浮体轧染:织物浸轧染液,经湿蒸箱、干蒸箱、室温水洗槽、氧化槽、皂洗箱、水洗槽、烘干机工序;
a、在配置轧染同浴染液时,按照小样处方分别称量还原染料及特殊的液体硫化染料配制混合成同浴染液;选取配制的还原/硫化染料同浴染液适量,加入渗透剂BBN及棉纤维用匀染剂适量,混合搅拌均匀配置成湿蒸箱促染液;还原液由烧碱(28°Bé)、保险粉(Na2S2O4)以及绿色还原剂T-50加水配置而成;
b、轧染机所用各类染液配方见下表:
c、湿蒸箱采取高给液方式,温度95-98℃,时间10-15分钟;干蒸箱用还原液封口,温度105-110℃,湿度70-80%,汽蒸时间30-35分钟;
d、织物进入氧化槽充分氧化,氧化浓度【O】2.0-2.2g/L;
8、高温皂洗:在温度为90-95℃、酸性皂洗剂10KG+螯合分散剂2KG合成400L皂洗液的两个高温皂洗箱内皂洗,保持皂洗液续料;
9、热水洗:1#水洗槽温度90-95℃,2#水洗槽温度85-90℃,3#水洗槽温度80-85温度℃;上淋下溢、充分水洗,烘干机烘干;
10、拉幅:幅宽按照用户要求确定,拉幅的时可对织物进行普通功能性整理;
11、预缩:根据用户要求或标准要求对产品进行预缩整理,进行成品检验。
Claims (1)
1.一种涤棉混纺织物面料特深色生产工艺,其方法步骤如下:
(1)放缝:将涤棉混纺织物的坯布用包缝机缝接在一起,针码为30-35针/10CM;
(2)烧毛:气体烧毛,火口一正一反,车速90-100米/分;
(3)低温退浆氧漂:用烧碱NaOH(28°Be′)350L加低温精炼剂10KG加双
氧水(H2O2)50KG合成1000L配置成氧漂工作液(pH值9-10),织物充分浸透常温工作液后经均匀轧压进入汽蒸箱汽蒸,汽蒸箱温度为60-80℃,汽蒸时间50-60分钟,80-85℃充分水洗,烘干;

(5)定型:烘房温度:180-200℃,时间50-60秒,下机幅宽按工艺要求;
(6)热熔:织物浸轧分散染料染液经过红外线预烘、热风箱烘燥、烘干机烘干、焙烘箱焙烘;热风烘燥温度90-105℃;焙烘温度:205-210℃;
(7)悬浮体轧染:织物浸轧由还原染料与硫化染料混合配置成的同浴液,然后进入湿蒸箱;湿蒸箱内有用适量同浴液与硫化碱、棉用匀染剂、渗透剂BBN混合制成的促染液,湿蒸箱温度95-98℃;然后进入有还原液封口的干蒸箱,干蒸箱温度:100-102℃;出干蒸箱经过两个常温水洗槽洗去织物表面残液后进入两个氧化槽充分氧化,两个氧化槽内有氧化液,氧化液浓度【O】2.0-2.2g/L;
(8)高温皂洗:在温度为90-95℃、酸性皂洗剂10KG+螯合分散剂2KG合成400L皂洗液的两个高温皂洗箱内皂洗,保持皂洗液续料;
(9)热水洗:1#水洗槽温度90-95℃,2#水洗槽温度85-90℃,3#水洗槽温度80-85温度℃;上淋下溢、充分水洗,烘干机烘干;
(10)拉幅:幅宽按照用户要求;拉幅的同时可根据用户要求对织物进行功能性整理;
(11)预缩:按照用户要求或标准要求进行预缩;最后进行成品检验。
