本发明属于涂料技术领域。一种无溶剂耐候型环氧防腐涂料,包括A组分和B组分,所述A组分包括以下按质量份数计算的组分:四酚基乙烷四缩水甘油醚环氧树脂30‑40份、端反应基聚丁二烯聚氨酯改性环氧树脂60‑80份、活性稀释剂15‑45份、纳米无机填料1‑5份、硅烷偶联剂3‑5份、助剂1‑5份;所述B组分包括以下按质量份数计算的组分:固化剂15‑35份。本发明涂料具有良好的耐候性、耐腐蚀性和机械性能。

一种无溶剂耐候型环氧防腐涂料及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明属于涂料技术领域,具体涉及一种无溶剂耐候型环氧防腐涂料及其制备方法。
背景技术
无溶剂涂料每层可厚涂,施工效率高,无溶剂挥发,可形成无孔涂层,提高涂层的致密性、防腐性能和隔离屏蔽性能,施工时无VOC,安全环保,涂料组分充分转化成膜,每单位厚度的原料成本低。
环氧涂料具有优异的粘结力、耐水性和防腐性能,可广泛应用于金属的防腐保护上,但环氧树脂中含有醚键,涂料经紫外线照射后易降解断链,涂膜耐候性差,易粉化。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种无溶剂耐候型环氧防腐涂料,该涂料具有良好的耐候性、耐腐蚀性和机械性能。
本发明的技术方案如下:
一种无溶剂耐候型环氧防腐涂料,包括A组分和B组分,所述A组分包括以下按质量份数计算的组分:四酚基乙烷四缩水甘油醚环氧树脂30-40份、端反应基聚丁二烯聚氨酯改性环氧树脂60-80份、活性稀释剂15-45份、纳米无机填料1-5份、硅烷偶联剂3-5份、助剂1-5份;所述B组分包括以下按质量份数计算的组分:固化剂15-35份。
进一步的,端反应基聚丁二烯聚氨酯改性环氧树脂为端氨基聚丁二烯聚氨酯改性环氧树脂。
进一步的,所述纳米无机填料为氮化钛、磷酸锆和钼酸锌。
进一步的,所述硅烷偶联剂为2-(3,4-环氧环己基)乙基三乙氧基硅烷。
进一步的,所述助剂包括分散剂、消泡剂、流平剂、防沉剂、流变助剂。
进一步的,所述活性稀释剂为1,6-己二醇二缩水甘油醚和4-叔丁基苯基缩水甘油醚。
进一步的,所述固化剂为酚醛胺环氧固化剂。
一种所述的无溶剂耐候型环氧防腐涂料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
a.将四酚基乙烷四缩水甘油醚环氧树脂与助剂混合,600-800r/min分散15-30min;
b.将端反应基聚丁二烯聚氨酯改性环氧树脂、硅烷偶联剂与纳米无机填料混合,800-1000r/min分散15-30min;
c.将步骤a所得物料与步骤b所得物料混合,搅拌均匀后研磨至细度小于50μm,即得A组分。
本发明具有如下有益效果:
本发明选用端反应基聚丁二烯聚氨酯改性环氧树脂为主要成膜物质,端反应基聚丁二烯聚氨酯弹性体与环氧树脂相容性好,对环氧树脂的增韧效果明显,固化过程中可形成相互穿插的网格结构,固化膜具有良好的韧性、耐抗性和耐腐蚀性。四酚基乙烷四缩水甘油醚环氧树脂玻璃化温度高、可耐受温度高、耐化学品性能佳,其分子结构中含有的大量苯环可有效提高固化膜的热稳定性和耐腐蚀性。选用的活性稀释剂可有效降低涂料粘度,提高涂料的施工性能,同时可提高固化膜的附着力和柔韧性。选用的固化剂不含易水解基团,耐水解性和耐化学品性好,固化速度快,成膜性能好,与主体树脂交联固化后固化膜交联密度大,可有效提高固化膜的力学性能和耐腐蚀性。选用的纳米无机填料可提高固化膜的机械性能、耐热稳定性和防腐蚀性能,其在硅烷欧联剂作用下可均匀分散,不易聚团沉降,提高了体系的稳定性。

一种所述的无溶剂耐候型环氧防腐涂料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
a.将四酚基乙烷四缩水甘油醚环氧树脂与助剂混合,600-800r/min分散15-30min;
b.将端反应基聚丁二烯聚氨酯改性环氧树脂、硅烷偶联剂与纳米无机填料混合,800-1000r/min分散15-30min;
c.将步骤a所得物料与步骤b所得物料混合,搅拌均匀后研磨至细度小于50μm,即得A组分。
对比例
下表为本发明无溶剂耐候型环氧防腐涂料5个对比例的配方表(单位:份):

测试本发明无溶剂耐候型环氧防腐涂料3个实施例和5个对比例的各项性能,将样品中A、B组分混合均匀后进行喷涂施工,喷涂前钢结构表面进行喷砂处理达到Sa2.5级,涂膜厚度为500-600μm。测试结果见表1-2:

可见,本发明涂料附着力好,硬度高,漆膜具有良好的柔韧性、抗冲击性、耐碱性、耐盐雾性、耐温性和耐磨性。

Claims (7)

1.一种无溶剂耐候型环氧防腐涂料,其特征在于,包括A组分和B组分,所述A组分包括以下按质量份数计算的组分:四酚基乙烷四缩水甘油醚环氧树脂30-40份、端反应基聚丁二烯聚氨酯改性环氧树脂60-80份、活性稀释剂15-45份、纳米无机填料1-5份、硅烷偶联剂3-5份、助剂1-5份;所述B组分包括以下按质量份数计算的组分:固化剂15-35份;所述固化剂为酚醛胺环氧固化剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的无溶剂耐候型环氧防腐涂料,其特征在于,端反应基聚丁二烯聚氨酯改性环氧树脂为端氨基聚丁二烯聚氨酯改性环氧树脂。
3.根据权利要求1所述的无溶剂耐候型环氧防腐涂料,其特征在于,所述纳米无机填料为氮化钛、磷酸锆和钼酸锌。
4.根据权利要求1所述的无溶剂耐候型环氧防腐涂料,其特征在于,所述硅烷偶联剂为2-(3,4-环氧环己基)乙基三乙氧基硅烷。
5.根据权利要求1所述的无溶剂耐候型环氧防腐涂料,其特征在于,所述助剂包括分散剂、消泡剂、流平剂、防沉剂、流变助剂。
6.根据权利要求1所述的无溶剂耐候型环氧防腐涂料,其特征在于,所述活性稀释剂为1,6-己二醇二缩水甘油醚和4-叔丁基苯基缩水甘油醚。
7.一种权利要求1-6任一项所述的无溶剂耐候型环氧防腐涂料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
a.将四酚基乙烷四缩水甘油醚环氧树脂与助剂混合,600-800r/min分散15-30min;
b.将端反应基聚丁二烯聚氨酯改性环氧树脂、硅烷偶联剂与纳米无机填料混合,800-1000r/min分散15-30min;
c.将步骤a所得物料与步骤b所得物料混合,搅拌均匀后研磨至细度小于50μm,即得A组分。
