技术领域
本发明涉及涂料技术领域,具体涉及一种用在有色金属上的通用底漆,同时,本发明还涉及该涂料的制备方法。
背景技术
当前涂料的使用底材大都是钢铁,木材,混凝土面,塑料,玻璃,还有就是用在有色金属上的防腐涂料,不只是有装饰性,还要有优异的机械性能和防腐性。可是一般的树脂涂料在钢铁,木材,混凝土面上的附着力和性能可以。而在有色金属上就不理想了,采用了新材料和复合材料,经过配方不断的实验筛选,制成一种用在有色金属上的通用底漆。这种涂料,采用多种树脂复合、防锈颜填料、溶剂、附着里助剂等以及改性胺固化剂组成,产品具有优良的物理机械性能,不仅适用于钢铁、轻金属及玻璃钢等种基材的通用型底漆。还适用于品适用于铜材、不锈钢、铝材、铝合金、镀锌板等有色金属基材涂装。
发明内容
本发明提供一种用在有色金属上的通用底漆,该涂料在非铁金属上具有优异的附着力和防腐性能。
一种用在有色金属上的通用底漆,所述涂料包含组分A和组分B,其中组分A由以下重量份数的原材料组成:双酚A型环氧树脂:20-25份,双酚F型环氧树脂:5-10份,柔性树脂:5-10份,防沉助剂:2-4份,分散剂:0.3-1.0份,溶剂:8-15份,沉淀硫酸钡:20-30份,防锈颜料:20-30份,附着力助剂:1.0-2.0份,消泡剂:0.1-1.0份,流平剂:0.3-1份;组分B:改性聚酰胺聚合物:50-70份,溶剂:30-50份;组分A与组分B的质量比为4:1。
进一步的,所述附着力助剂为γ-缩水甘油醚氧丙基三甲氧基硅烷、γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷、双-(γ-三甲氧基硅丙基)胺。
进一步的,所述的防锈颜料为磷酸锌和氧化铁红。
进一步的,所述的柔性树脂为聚氨酯改性环氧树脂。
进一步的,所述的聚氨酯改性环氧树脂由以下重量份数的原料制备得到:
1,4丁二醇二缩水甘油醚:202份
乙二醇胺:38.5份
IPDI:222份
聚丙二醇(PPG400):400份。
上述的聚氨酯改性环氧树脂采用以下方法制备而成:按照配方量将1,4-丁二醇二缩水甘油醚置于三口烧瓶中,滴加乙二醇胺,升温至85℃反应2小时,加入IPDI,加入催化剂二月桂酸二丁基锡反应1h,得到侧基含有-NCO基团的环氧树脂;加入PPG400在氮气保护下继续反应4h即得到聚氨酯改性环氧树脂。
进一步的,所述的防沉助剂为气相二氧化硅和氢化蓖麻油衍生物,所述气相二氧化硅的重量份数为1.4份,所述氢化蓖麻油衍生物的重量份数为1.0份。
进一步的,所述的分散剂为AFCONA-PF502,所述的双酚A型环氧树脂为南亚NPSN901X75,所述的双酚F型环氧树脂为迈图EPIKOTE Resin240,改性聚酰胺聚合物为上海君江的D0115。
进一步的,所述组分一由以下重量份数的原材料组成:
双酚A型环氧树脂:25份,双酚F型环氧树脂:5份,柔性树脂:5份,分散剂:0.5份,溶剂:15份,防沉助剂:2.8份,沉淀硫酸钡:20份,磷酸锌:10份,氧化铁红:15份,附着力助剂:1.7份,消泡剂:0.5份,流平剂:0.5份,组分B:改性聚酰胺聚合物:55份,溶剂:45。
上述的用在有色金属上的通用底漆制备方法,按原材料配方依次将双酚A型环氧树脂、双酚F型环氧树脂、柔性树脂、分散剂、防沉助剂,沉淀硫酸钡、防锈颜料、溶剂,加入搅拌罐中,1200r/min高速搅拌50min,倒砂磨机中进行研磨,研磨温度为40℃-60℃,研磨细度至35μ时过滤,研磨后加入消泡剂,流平剂,附着力助剂搅拌均匀,调整合适粘度,即得到组分A;组分B为改性聚酰胺聚合物和溶剂均匀搅拌。
本发明所述的一种用在有色金属上的通用底漆具有以下有益效果:
(1)本发明采用了双酚A型环氧树脂和双酚F型环氧树脂复配体系来提高产品的交联密度性从而达到附着力性能的要求。与低粘度的柔性环氧树脂、复配,来提高产品的柔韧性从而达到抗弯曲性能的要求。聚氨酯改性环氧树脂其分子结构的特点能够提供很好的柔韧性,并且聚氨酯改性环氧树脂的环氧值较低,粘度低,能够完全参与固化反应从而达到良好的耐化学品性能和优异抗弯曲性能,与双酚A型环氧树脂和双酚F型环氧树脂结合,实现在非铁金属上的附着。耐盐雾实验大于1000小时,柔韧性小于1mm,和各种环氧涂料,丙烯酸聚氨酯涂料,氟碳涂料,有机硅涂料高氯化涂料都有很好的配套性。
(2)本发明采用了氢化蓖麻油衍生物和气相二氧化硅的复配体系来控制产品的一次成膜厚度并兼顾成膜的流平性。本发明经过大量的分散剂流平剂消泡剂筛选试验,最终确定采用聚酯改性高分子化合物AFCONA-PF502作为分散助剂使用,AFCONA-PL171作为流平剂使用,AFCONA-PD175作为消泡剂使用,这些助剂的混合应用一方面提高了产品的研磨效率,一方面有效的降低了产品的施工状态,增加了产品的流动性,并消除涂料的施工气泡问题。并且对产品的流挂流平性不影响。
(3)本发明的附着力助剂为γ-缩水甘油醚氧丙基三甲氧基硅烷、γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷、双-(γ-三甲氧基硅丙基)胺。γ-缩水甘油醚氧丙基三甲氧基硅烷一端含有环氧基团可以与固化剂交联固化形成羟基,另一端含有甲氧基硅烷结构水解形成羟基,可以与底材吸引,γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷一端的氨丙基可以和环氧基团反应生成羟基,另一端含有甲氧基硅烷结构水解形成羟基,可以与底材吸引,提供涂层优异的附着力,双-(γ-三甲氧基硅丙基)胺的甲氧基硅烷结构水解形成羟基,附着力助剂中含有的羟基之间以及与环氧树脂中的羟基之间可以脱水固化提供涂层优异的交联密度,提高涂层的耐化学性能及机械性能。本发明涂层因含有大量的羟基和醚键,在有色金属材料上附着力为1级。
具体实施方式
基于本发明的设计思想,下面,结合具体的实施例对本发明的一种用在有色金属上的通用底漆做进一步的详细描述:
实施例1-3
聚氨酯改性环氧树脂:
聚氨酯改性环氧树脂由以下重量分数的原料制备得到:
1,4丁二醇二缩水甘油醚:202份
乙二醇胺:38.5份
IPDI:222份
聚丙二醇(PPG400):400份。
聚氨酯改性环氧树脂采用以下方法制备而成:
按照配方量将1,4-丁二醇二缩水甘油醚置于三口烧瓶中,滴加乙二醇胺,升温至85℃反应2小时,加入IPDI,加入催化剂二月桂酸二丁基锡反应1h,得到侧基含有-NCO基团的环氧树脂;加入PPG400在氮气保护下继续反应4h即得到聚氨酯改性环氧树脂。
用在有色金属上的通用底漆组分A原料重量组成如下表所示:

组分B:上海君江的D0115:50-70份;溶剂:30-50份。
上述实施例的用在有色金属上的通用底漆制备方法,按原材料配方依次将南亚NPSN901X75、迈图EPIKOTE Resin240、聚氨酯改性环氧树脂、分散剂AFCONA-PF502、气相二氧化硅,氢化蓖麻油衍生物,沉淀硫酸钡、磷酸锌、氧化铁红、溶剂,加入搅拌罐中,1200r/min高速搅拌50min,倒砂磨机中进行研磨,研磨温度为40℃-60℃,研磨细度至35μ时过滤,研磨后加入消泡剂,流平剂,γ-缩水甘油醚氧丙基三甲氧基硅烷,γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷,双-(γ-三甲氧基硅丙基)胺,搅拌均匀,调整合适粘度,即得到组分A;组分B为改性聚酰胺聚合物(上海君江的D0115)和溶剂均匀搅拌。
组分A与组分B的质量比为4:1。
对上述制备得到的在有色金属上的通用底漆进行测试,测试结果如下表所示:

1.一种用在有色金属上的通用底漆,其特征在于,所述涂料包含组分A和组分B,其中组分A由以下重量份数的原材料组成:
双酚A型环氧树脂:20-25份,双酚F型环氧树脂:5-10份,柔性树脂:5-10份,防沉助剂:2-4份,分散剂:0.3-1.0份,溶剂:8-15份,沉淀硫酸钡:20-30份,防锈颜料:20-30份,附着力助剂:1.0-2.0份,消泡剂:0.1-1.0份,流平剂:0.3-1份;
组分B:改性聚酰胺聚合物:50-70份,溶剂:30-50份;
组分A与组分B的质量比为4:1。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用在有色金属上的通用底漆,其特征在于,所述附着力助剂为γ-缩水甘油醚氧丙基三甲氧基硅烷、γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷、双-(γ-三甲氧基硅丙基)胺。
