本发明涉及调理食品领域,尤其是涉及一种预防及调理糖尿病及肥胖的低碳水化合物组合代餐。
背景技术
大米、小麦含有丰富的植物脂肪、蛋白质、维生素、矿物质、膳食纤维,这些成份存在于表皮上,由于人们追求口感经精加工后,上述五类营养素损失80%以上,因此,精大米精面只含碳水化合物。精面、精白米饭是营养单一的食品,接近垃圾食品。

第三个组合代餐配方为:苦荞黄酮、海参、肉桂、黄精、叶黄素、牛磺酸、叶酸、维生素C、维生素B1、维生素B2、维生素B6、维生素B12。

与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:通过科学营养成分的配制加工,减少了碳水化合物的摄入量、增加膳食纤维及蛋白质等物质的含量来改变患者的饮食结构,能减轻患者体重、改善胰岛素抵抗,对血糖、血脂及尿酸、血压均有不同程度的益处。同时配合生活方式的管理,可以达到使血糖、血压、血脂长期稳定的目的,减少患者用药,减轻了患者及医保的负担。其食用方便,价格合理,主要适合用于肥胖及糖尿病等代谢综合征患者代替部分主食。

菊花:疏风清热;清肝明目;解毒消肿;眼目昏花。
桑椹子:中医认为,肝主藏血、肾主生髓,桑椹子入肝、肾经,具有 “滋肝肾,充血液,祛风湿,健步履,熄虚风,清虚火”,可以治疗肝肾阴虚所致的头晕目眩、耳鸣盗汗。
绿豆:绿豆可解酒毒、野菌毒、砒霜毒、有机磷农药毒、铅毒、丹石毒、鼠药毒等。绿豆含丰富胰蛋白酶抑制剂,抗肿瘤、保肝护肾。

根据实施例一所述的,在第二个组合代餐中,当患者存在因糖尿病引起的肝脏受损时;
第二个组合代餐配方还可包括以下重量配比原材料:小麦苗5-10份、乳清蛋白20-25份、酵母3-5份、L-赖氨酸1-3份、酪蛋白磷酸肽1-3份,该组份为补充组份,用于因糖尿病引起的肝脏受损提供自我修复所需要的营养。
该配方为补充代餐,根据患者的自身情况进行选择使用;
其中:
小麦苗:主要成份是叶绿素,有清肝、清血作用,抑制癌细胞滋生、其丰富的碱性物质改善酸性体液,是肝脏、心脏、及血液的保卫神。
乳清蛋白:丰富的蛋白质可修复受损肝。乳清蛋白属于优质的完全蛋白质,含有人体必需的8种氨基酸,含有β-乳球蛋白、α-乳白蛋白、免疫球蛋白,是人体生长、发育、抗衰老、骨骼健康等生命活动不可缺少的精华物质,
酵母:酵母是一种营养丰富的单细胞微生物,被称为“取之不尽的营养源”。除了含丰富的维生素B族群、硒、铬外,还有蛋白质、多种维生素矿物质和酶类。保护肝脏,抗衰老、抗肿瘤、抗动脉硬化
L-赖氨酸:提高智力、促进生长、增强体质;增进食欲、改善失眠,提高记忆力、帮助产生抗体、激素和酶,提高免疫力、增加血色素、帮助钙的吸收、降低甘油三酯,预防心脑血管疾病的产生。
酪蛋白磷酸肽(CPP):有效提高人体钙、铁、锌等二价矿物质的摄入量以及吸收和利用率,有固齿、健齿、修复龈齿的作用。
对于本领域技术人员而言,显然本发明不限于上述示范性实施例的细节,而且在不背离本发明的精神或基本特征的情况下,能够以其他的具体形式实现本发明。因此,无论从哪一点来看,均应将实施例看作是示范性的,而且是非限制性的,本发明的范围由所附权利要求而不是上述说明限定,因此旨在将落在权利要求的等同要件的含义和范围内的所有变化囊括在本发明内。
【实施例三】
1、实验目的:观察三个组合代餐对糖尿病合并肥胖患者的临床作用。
2、实验方法: 将我院门诊或者住院部的120例符合入组标准的患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组60例。观察组:三餐时服用第一、二、三组代餐各一份,以代替主食,进食菜和以前不变。对照组:饮食习惯维持不变。两组药物及其它生活习惯不变。观察两组治疗前后的血糖、血脂及体重等变化情况。
3、两组治疗前在性别、年龄、身高、病程等指标比较差别无统计学意义( P >0.05),具有可比性。具体如表3.1)

4、结论:可明显降低患者体重、腹围, 改善血脂相关指标、降低血糖、改善胰岛素。
【实施例四】
1、实验目的:观察第二个组合代餐对糖尿病合并脂肪肝的作用。
2、实验方法: 将我院门诊或者住院部的60例糖尿病合并脂肪肝的患者入组,给予第二个组合代餐治疗,其余生活方式不变。观察治疗前后脂肪肝的变化情况。

3、结论:第二个组合代餐可以改善脂肪肝的严重程度,减轻脂肪肝。
Claims (5)
1.一种预防及调理糖尿病及肥胖的低碳水化合物组合代餐,其特征在于,包括三个组合代餐,第一个组合代餐配方为:燕麦、海参、乳清蛋白、海带、小麦草、芹菜、菠菜、苦荞、薏茨仁、魔芋、桑叶、山药、茯苓、葛根、肉桂、牛磺酸、维生素C;
第二个组合代餐配方为:枸杞子、酸枣仁、菊花、桑椹子、绿豆、纳豆、红曲米、山楂、磷脂、叶酸;
第三个组合代餐配方为:苦荞黄酮、海参、肉桂、黄精、叶黄素、牛磺酸、叶酸、维生素C、维生素B1、维生素B2、维生素B6、维生素B12。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种预防及调理糖尿病及肥胖的低碳水化合物组合代餐,其特征在于,第一个组合代餐的配方重量配比为:燕麦80-100份、海参10-15份、乳清蛋白5-8份、海带3-5份、小麦草10-20份、芹菜10-15份、菠菜10-20份、苦荞10-15份、薏茨仁20-25份、魔芋5-10份、桑叶3-5份、山药5-8份、茯苓3-4份、葛根1-2份、肉桂5-8份、牛磺酸1-2份、维生素C5-6份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种预防及调理糖尿病及肥胖的低碳水化合物组合代餐,其特征在于,第二个组合代餐的配方重量配比为:枸杞子10-15份、酸枣仁5-8份、菊花5-10份、桑椹子3-5份、绿豆20-30份、纳豆10-15份、红曲米50-80份、山楂5-10份、磷脂5-8份、叶酸3-5份。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种预防及调理糖尿病及肥胖的低碳水化合物组合代餐,其特征在于,第二个组合代餐配方还包括以下重量配比原材料:小麦苗5-10份、乳清蛋白20-25份、酵母3-5份、L-赖氨酸1-3份、酪蛋白磷酸肽1-3份。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种预防及调理糖尿病及肥胖的低碳水化合物组合代餐,其特征在于,第三个组合代餐的配方重量配比为:苦荞黄酮20-23份、海参10-15份、肉桂5-10份、黄精3-5份、叶黄素3-5份、牛磺酸2-3份、叶酸2-5份、维生素C10-15份、维生素B1 3-5份、维生素B2 2-3份、维生素B6 2-3份、维生素B12 3-5份。
