The invention can be applied to the rice straw seedling raising substrate, can also be widely applied to substrates of facility crops, gardening, flowers and the like, has simple use method, can improve the fertilizer absorption level and the fertilizer utilization rate of the crops, reduces the stress of agricultural chemical input products on the environment, increases the yield of agricultural products and improves the quality, and has good application prospect.

(1) dissolving 50g to 1000g of humic acid in an alkaline solution, adding 20g to 800g of a zinc citrate solution while stirring, wherein the humic acid and the zinc citrate form a proportion, then treating the mixed solution for 1 hour under the condition of 19kHz to 25kHz by using an ultrasonic cell crusher, carrying out ultrasonic treatment in a high-purity oxygen atmosphere at an oxygen flow rate of 15 ml/min to 35ml/min, and after the reaction is finished, filtering and drying to obtain chelated zinc;
(2) uniformly mixing chelated zinc, ammonium sulfate, monopotassium phosphate, brassinolide and indoleacetic acid according to the proportion of 45:30:20:3:2, slowly adding water with the mass being 10 times of that of the chelated zinc, uniformly stirring, and adjusting the pH value of the solution to 6-7 to obtain the aroma-enhanced zinc fertilizer.
In the step (1), the alkaline solution is one of sodium hydroxide and potassium hydroxide, and the concentration of the alkali is 0.05-0.3 mol/L.
The ratio of the consumption of the humic acid to the consumption of the zinc citrate in the step (1) is 5: 2-5: 4.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the preparation method of the aroma-enhancing zinc fertilizer suitable for the rice straw matrix provided by the invention is simple and convenient, can provide medium and trace element nutrients for rice straw matrix seedlings, provides an excellent root micro-ecological environment for the seedlings by matching with the straw matrix, promotes the absorption of nutrient elements by a root system, improves the synthesis and accumulation of aroma substances in rice bodies, can promote the growth of the rice seedlings, can further improve the content of the trace elements and the stress resistance of the rice, and can also improve the content of the aroma substances of rice grains. example 1
A preparation method of a rice aroma-enhancing zinc fertilizer comprises the following steps:
(1) dissolving 50g of humic acid in 150ml of 0.1mol/L NaOH solution, adding 40g of zinc citrate while stirring, then treating the mixed solution for 1 hour under the condition of 25kHz by using an ultrasonic cell crusher, carrying out ultrasonic treatment in the high-purity oxygen atmosphere at the oxygen flow rate of 25ml/min, and filtering and drying after the reaction is finished to obtain the chelated zinc.
(2) Uniformly mixing 45g of chelated zinc, 30g of ammonium sulfate, 20g of monopotassium phosphate, 3g of brassinolide and 2g of indoleacetic acid, slowly adding 1L of distilled water by mass, uniformly stirring, and adjusting the pH value of the solution to 6.8 to obtain the aroma-enhanced zinc fertilizer.
The method comprises the steps of taking Yannongxiang 28 of a rice variety as a test material, uniformly sowing 80g of soaked, sterilized and pregerminated rice seeds on each straw substrate disc, performing darkening treatment for 48 hours, placing the disc in a seedling bed, normally raising seedlings for 25 days according to the habit of farmers, taking the non-applied rice aroma-increasing fertilizer as a control CK treatment, and taking the applied rice aroma-increasing fertilizer as T1. After being diluted by 50 times, the flavoring zinc fertilizer raw material solution is uniformly sprayed on a dry straw matrix disc used per mu according to the dosage of 10.0 kg/mu, and is sown after being covered with thin fine soil, and then a layer of fine soil is covered. When the rice seedlings are transplanted, sampling is carried out to determine the physical and chemical properties of the root system and the plant. The rice fragrance-increasing fertilizer is beneficial to the development of the root system and the overground part of the rice seedling raised by the rice straw substrate blanket seedling and the content of key zinc in the synthesis of fragrance substances.

A preparation process and a use method of an aroma-enhancing fertilizer suitable for a rice seedling raising matrix comprise the following steps:
(1) dissolving 100g of humic acid in 200ml of 0.1mol/L NaOH solution, adding 80g of zinc citrate while stirring, then treating the mixed solution for 1 hour under the condition of 25kHz by using an ultrasonic cell crusher, carrying out ultrasonic treatment in the high-purity oxygen atmosphere at the oxygen flow rate of 20ml/min, and filtering and drying after the reaction is finished to obtain the chelated zinc.
(2) Uniformly mixing 45g of chelated zinc, 30g of ammonium sulfate, 20g of monopotassium phosphate, 3g of brassinolide and 2g of indoleacetic acid, slowly adding 1L of distilled water by mass, uniformly stirring, and adjusting the pH value of the solution to 7.2 to obtain the aroma-enhanced zinc fertilizer.
The method comprises the steps of taking Yannongxiang 28 of a rice variety as a test material, uniformly sowing 90g of soaked, sterilized and pregerminated rice seeds on each straw substrate disc, performing darkening treatment for 48 hours, placing the disc in a seedling bed, normally raising seedlings for 25 days according to the habit of farmers, taking the non-applied rice aroma-increasing fertilizer as a control CK treatment, and taking the applied aroma-increasing fertilizer as T2. After the flavor-enhancing zinc fertilizer raw material solution is diluted by 80 times, the solution is uniformly sprayed on a dry straw matrix disc used per mu according to the dosage of 8.0 kg/mu, thin fine soil is covered on the disc, seeding is carried out, and a layer of fine soil is covered on the disc. When the rice seedlings are transplanted, sampling is carried out to determine the physical and chemical properties of the root system and the plant. The results show that after the rice aroma-increasing fertilizer is applied, the root length and the dry weight of the roots are respectively improved by 13.8 percent and 54.3 percent, the seedling height and the dry weight of the seedlings are respectively increased by 23.7 percent and 43.2 percent, the leaf area is improved by 69.7 percent, and the zinc content of the overground part is improved by 168.0 percent. The rice fragrance-increasing fertilizer is beneficial to the development of the root system and the overground part of the rice seedling raised by the rice straw substrate blanket seedling and the content of key zinc in the synthesis of fragrance substances.

Claims (3)
1. A preparation method of a zinc fertilizer suitable for enhancing flavor of a rice straw substrate is characterized by comprising the following steps:
(1) dissolving 50g to 1000g of humic acid in an alkaline solution, adding 20g to 800g of a zinc citrate solution while stirring, wherein the humic acid and the zinc citrate form a proportion, then treating the mixed solution for 1 hour under the condition of 19kHz to 25kHz by using an ultrasonic cell crusher, carrying out ultrasonic treatment in a high-purity oxygen atmosphere at an oxygen flow rate of 15 ml/min to 35ml/min, and after the reaction is finished, filtering and drying to obtain chelated zinc;
(2) uniformly mixing chelated zinc, ammonium sulfate, monopotassium phosphate, brassinolide and indoleacetic acid according to the proportion of 45:30:20:3:2, slowly adding water with the mass being 10 times of that of the chelated zinc, uniformly stirring, and adjusting the pH value of the solution to 6-7 to obtain the aroma-enhanced zinc fertilizer.

The preparation method of the zinc fertilizer suitable for rice straw matrix flavoring and the preparation and use methods of the fertilizer according to claim 1 are characterized in that: in the step (1), the alkaline solution is one of sodium hydroxide and potassium hydroxide, and the concentration of the alkali is 0.05-0.3 mol/L.

The preparation method of the zinc fertilizer suitable for rice straw matrix flavoring and the preparation and use methods of the fertilizer according to claim 1 are characterized in that: the ratio of the consumption of the humic acid to the consumption of the zinc citrate in the step (1) is 5: 2-5: 4.
