背景技术
汽车已经成为我们日常生活中熟悉不过的交通工具了,汽车前大灯我们也略知一二,汽车前大灯又称照明灯,是整车所有灯的焦点是汽车的心脏。大灯会变成驾驶员手中的“武器”,利用大灯提示其他车辆的驾驶行为。
在前大灯的生产过程中需要将各个组件进行安装结合,在进行灯罩与灯座之间的安装时,现有的技术往往是通过螺母螺钉之间的配合将灯罩与灯座之间结合,或是通过粘接将灯罩与灯座之间结合,前者费时费力,后者在当需要对内部的灯进行更换时,需要将灯罩强行与灯座分离容易造成灯罩损坏,因此较为不便,且现有的前大灯的灯罩与灯座之间的结合处密封性不佳易出现进水的情况,且现有的前大灯散热效果不佳,容易因高温损坏,当夜间行车时候汽车转弯的时候由于灯光光束是一条直线,不能跟随汽车的转动方向转动,易出现照明盲区导致出现事故,为此我们提出一种便于安装的汽车前大灯来解决这类问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中存在的缺点,而提出的一种便于安装的汽车前大灯。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:
设计一种便于安装的汽车前大灯,包括灯座,所述灯座的四周均固定安装有固定板,所述固定板的中部开设有安装孔,所述灯座的顶端左侧固定安装有四个立柱,四个所述立柱的顶端共同固定安装有顶板,所述顶板的顶端中部固定安装有安装架,所述安装架的上部通过连接轴活动安装有安装板,所述安装板的顶端的左右两侧分别固定安装有远光灯和近光灯,所述连接轴的前端穿过安装架延伸至其外部固定安装有第一伞齿轮,所述灯座的顶端且位于顶板的前方固定安装有第一电机,所述顶板的前侧中部固定安装有限位块,所述第一电机的输出轴竖向固定安装有转杆,所述转杆的顶端穿过限位块固定安装有与第一伞齿轮相啮合的第二伞齿轮,所述灯座的顶端右侧固定安装有转向灯,所述灯座的顶端四角均开设有凹槽,所述凹槽的内部设有与之相匹配的固定外壳,四个所述固定外壳的顶端共同固定安装有灯罩,所述灯座的四角且位于凹槽的下方均竖向开设有与凹槽相连通的固定孔,所述灯座的底端四角均开设有与固定孔相连通的固定槽,所述固定外壳的内腔顶壁固定安装有弹簧,所述弹簧的底端固定安装有连接板,所述连接板的底端中部竖向固定安装有固定杆,所述固定杆的底端向下穿过固定外壳及固定孔延伸至固定槽的内部固定安装有与固定槽相匹配的固定块,所述固定块的底端中部固定安装有拉环,所述灯座的顶端且位于顶板的正下方开设有圆形通孔,所述圆形通孔的左右两侧内壁均横向固定安装有支撑板,两个所述支撑板的相对一端共同固定安装有第二电机,所述第二电机的输出轴的左右两侧均固定安装有扇叶,所述顶板的顶端开设有多个散热孔,所述顶板的底端固定安装有连接罩,所述连接罩的底端固定连接在灯座的顶端且将圆形通孔笼罩在其内部,所述灯座的顶端且位于转向灯的右侧开设有出气口,所述出气口的底部设有第一过滤网。

本发明提出的一种便于安装的汽车前大灯,有益效果在于:使用时,将四个固定外壳放置在对应的凹槽内,且将固定块及固定杆一同穿过固定孔,在固定外壳的底部与凹槽底壁接触后,手拉拉环带动固定块及固定杆向下运动,从而带动连接板随之运动拉升弹簧使其形变产生作用力,当固定块到达固定槽内后,90度转动拉环使其带动固定块转动90度此时松开拉环,弹簧失去限制释放作用力带动连接板上升从而带动固定杆及固定块上升使得固定块卡接在固定槽内实现灯罩的固定,通过这样的固定方式使得灯罩的安装过程简单易操作,且省时省力,固定效果好,而后将灯座通过固定板上的安装孔与螺钉的配合可以将灯座固定在车上,在需要对灯罩内部的灯光组件进行维修时也便于将灯罩拆下,当车辆行驶过弯时,启动第一电机,第一电机输出轴转动带动转杆随之运动从而带动第二伞齿轮运动,第二伞齿轮带动第一伞齿轮转动,第一伞齿轮带动连接轴转动从而带动安装板转动,进而实现上方的远光灯及近光灯的随之摆动,可启动第一电机使其输出轴正转或反转实现远光灯及近光灯的摆动方向的变化,从而使得在过弯时,远光灯及近光灯能随车辆过弯方向摆动使得照射范围扩大,避免出现照明盲区,使得车辆过弯时更加安全,当需要对灯罩内部的灯光组件进行散热时,启动第二电机使其输出轴转动带动扇叶转动,将外界的气流通过第二过滤网及圆形通孔注入连接罩内,通过散热孔吹出对安装板及上方的灯光组件进行散热,避免过热导致烧毁,同时一部分气流进入集风罩,集风罩便于将进入连接罩内部的气流收集一部分经分流管从连接头排出,实现一部分气流的分流,这部分气流从连接头吹出顺着灯罩的弧形内壁运动可带走灯罩内壁上的热量起到降温作用,最终这部分气流顺着灯罩的内壁进入出气口内被排出,同时顺着灯罩内壁运动的气流可以引导对安装板及远光灯近光灯进行散热后的气流使得这部分气流被快速引导进入到出气口内排出,避免这部分气流留在灯罩内使得灯罩内部温度升高。
本发明对灯罩及灯座之间的安装过程简单,便于安装,省时省力,同时当需要对内部组件进行维修时也方便拆除,灯罩与灯座结合处的密闭性好有效的避免了渗水的情况出现,在保证自身密闭性的同时,可对内部进行散热,有效的避免了内部温度过高烧毁组件的情况出现,且在散热的同时避免了灰尘的进入,自身可以进行灯光照射方向的调节,避免了汽车过弯时由于照明盲区而出现事故的情况发生,使得汽车的行驶更加安全。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。
参照图1-6,一种便于安装的汽车前大灯,包括灯座1,灯座1的四周均固定安装有固定板2,固定板2的中部开设有安装孔3,灯座1的顶端左侧固定安装有四个立柱4,四个立柱4的顶端共同固定安装有顶板5,顶板5的顶端中部固定安装有安装架6,安装架6的上部通过连接轴活动安装有安装板7,安装板7的顶端的左右两侧分别固定安装有远光灯8和近光灯9,连接轴的前端穿过安装架6延伸至其外部固定安装有第一伞齿轮10,灯座1的顶端且位于顶板5的前方固定安装有第一电机11,顶板5的前侧中部固定安装有限位块42,第一电机11的输出轴竖向固定安装有转杆12,转杆12的顶端穿过限位块42固定安装有与第一伞齿轮10相啮合的第二伞齿轮13,限位块42可以使得转杆12在转动时更加平稳,灯座1的顶端右侧固定安装有转向灯14,远光灯8、近光灯9及转向灯14均为LED灯,LED光源的发光效率高且节能环保,自身工作时产生的热量也较低且使用寿命长,适合用作汽车前大灯内的灯光。
灯座1的顶端四角均开设有凹槽15,凹槽15的内部设有与之相匹配的固定外壳16,四个固定外壳16的顶端共同固定安装有灯罩17,灯罩17的上部为弧形,且左侧弧度大于右侧弧度,这样的设计一方面可以减少汽车在行驶时的空气阻力,另一方面可以在对内部进行散热时使得气流沿着有弧度的内壁快速排出的同时能带走灯罩17内壁上的热量,对灯罩17也进行降温。
灯座1的顶端且位于每两个相邻的凹槽15之间均开设有插槽25,插槽25的两端均与相邻的凹槽15连通,插槽25内设有与之相匹配的插板26,凹槽15及插槽25的内部均设有密封橡胶垫27,增加固定外壳16与凹槽15之间及插板26与插槽25之间的密闭性从而使得灯罩17与灯座1结合后的密闭性更好,插板26的两端分别与相邻的固定外壳16固定连接,插板26的顶端固定连接在灯罩17的底端。
灯座1的四角且位于凹槽15的下方均竖向开设有与凹槽15相连通的固定孔18,灯座1的底端四角均开设有与固定孔18相连通的固定槽19,固定外壳16的内腔顶壁固定安装有弹簧20,弹簧20的底端固定安装有连接板21,连接板21的底端中部竖向固定安装有固定杆22,固定杆22的底端向下穿过固定外壳16及固定孔18延伸至固定槽19的内部固定安装有与固定槽19相匹配的固定块23,固定块23的底端中部固定安装有拉环24,固定孔18与固定槽19的截面大小相同,且呈十字交错分布,在对灯罩17与灯座1之间进行固定时,将固定外壳16放置在凹槽15内,且将固定块23及固定杆22一同穿过固定孔18,在固定外壳16的底部与凹槽15底壁接触后,手拉拉环24带动固定块23及固定杆22向下运动,从而带动连接板21随之运动拉升弹簧20使其形变产生作用力,当固定块23到达固定槽19内后,90度转动拉环24使其带动固定块23转动90度此时松开拉环24,弹簧20失去限制释放作用力带动连接板21上升从而带动固定杆22及固定块23上升使得固定块23卡接在固定槽19内实现灯罩17的固定。
固定槽19的顶壁设有磁铁板43,固定块23为铁质,通过磁铁板43吸附铁质固定块23,使得固定块23在固定槽19内固定的更加稳定,从而使得灯罩17安装的更加稳定。
灯座1的顶端且位于顶板5的正下方开设有圆形通孔29,圆形通孔29的底部螺纹连接有环形架33,环形架33的内部设有第二过滤网34,环形架33的底端固定安装有转把35,通过第二过滤网34可以将外界空气中的灰尘过滤避免灰尘进入到灯罩17内,起到防尘作用,当需要清理第二过滤网34时,转动转把35使其带动环形架33转动至与圆形通孔29分离,即可对第二过滤网34进行清理,避免灰尘堆积影响第二过滤网34的过滤效果。
圆形通孔29的左右两侧内壁均横向固定安装有支撑板30,两个支撑板30的相对一端共同固定安装有第二电机31,第二电机31的输出轴的左右两侧均固定安装有扇叶32,顶板5的顶端开设有多个散热孔36,顶板5的底端固定安装有连接罩28,连接罩28的底端固定连接在灯座1的顶端且将圆形通孔29笼罩在其内部,连接罩28的左侧上部横向安装有与之相连通的分流管39,分流管39远离连接罩28的一端固定安装有连接头41,连接头41的开口方向与灯罩17的左侧壁平行且其左侧与灯罩17的左侧壁密贴,分流管39远离连接头41的一端固定安装有与之相连通的集风罩40,通过集风罩40便于将进入灯罩17内部的气流收集一部分经分流管39从连接头41排出,实现一部分气流的分流,这部分气流从连接头41吹出顺着灯罩17的弧形内壁运动可带走灯罩17内壁上的热量起到降温作用,最终这部分气流顺着灯罩17的内壁进入出气口37内被排出。
灯座1的顶端且位于转向灯14的右侧开设有出气口37,出气口37的底部设有第一过滤网38,可避免外界的灰尘通过出气口37进入到灯罩17内部,起到防尘作用。
工作原理:使用时,将四个固定外壳16放置在对应的凹槽15内,且将固定块23及固定杆22一同穿过固定孔18,在固定外壳16的底部与凹槽15底壁接触后,手拉拉环24带动固定块23及固定杆22向下运动,从而带动连接板21随之运动拉升弹簧20使其形变产生作用力,当固定块23到达固定槽19内后,90度转动拉环24使其带动固定块23转动90度此时松开拉环24,弹簧20失去限制释放作用力带动连接板21上升从而带动固定杆22及固定块23上升使得固定块23卡接在固定槽19内实现灯罩17的固定,通过这样的固定方式使得灯罩17的安装过程简单易操作,且省时省力,固定效果好,而后将灯座1通过固定板2上的安装孔3与螺钉的配合可以将灯座1固定在车上,在需要对灯罩17内部的灯光组件进行维修时也便于将灯罩17拆下,当车辆行驶过弯时,启动第一电机11,第一电机11输出轴转动带动转杆12随之运动从而带动第二伞齿轮13运动,第二伞齿轮13带动第一伞齿轮10转动,第一伞齿轮10带动连接轴转动从而带动安装板7转动,进而实现上方的远光灯8及近光灯9的随之摆动,可启动第一电机11使其输出轴正转或反转实现远光灯8及近光灯9的摆动方向的变化,从而使得在过弯时,远光灯8及近光灯9能随车辆过弯方向摆动使得照射范围扩大,避免出现照明盲区,使得车辆过弯时更加安全,当需要对灯罩17内部的灯光组件进行散热时,启动第二电机31使其输出轴转动带动扇叶32转动,将外界的气流通过第二过滤网34及圆形通孔29注入连接罩28内,通过散热孔36吹出对安装板7及上方的灯光组件进行散热,避免过热导致烧毁,同时一部分气流进入集风罩40,集风罩40便于将进入连接罩28内部的气流收集一部分经分流管39从连接头41排出,实现一部分气流的分流,这部分气流从连接头41吹出顺着灯罩17的弧形内壁运动可带走灯罩17内壁上的热量起到降温作用,最终这部分气流顺着灯罩17的内壁进入出气口37内被排出,同时顺着灯罩17内壁运动的气流可以引导对安装板7及远光灯8近光灯9进行散热后的气流使得这部分气流被快速引导进入到出气口37内排出,避免这部分气流留在灯罩17内使得灯罩17内部温度升高。

1.一种便于安装的汽车前大灯,包括灯座(1),其特征在于,所述灯座(1)的四周均固定安装有固定板(2),所述固定板(2)的中部开设有安装孔(3),所述灯座(1)的顶端左侧固定安装有四个立柱(4),四个所述立柱(4)的顶端共同固定安装有顶板(5),所述顶板(5)的顶端中部固定安装有安装架(6),所述安装架(6)的上部通过连接轴活动安装有安装板(7),所述安装板(7)的顶端的左右两侧分别固定安装有远光灯(8)和近光灯(9),所述连接轴的前端穿过安装架(6)延伸至其外部固定安装有第一伞齿轮(10),所述灯座(1)的顶端且位于顶板(5)的前方固定安装有第一电机(11),所述顶板(5)的前侧中部固定安装有限位块(42),所述第一电机(11)的输出轴竖向固定安装有转杆(12),所述转杆(12)的顶端穿过限位块(42)固定安装有与第一伞齿轮(10)相啮合的第二伞齿轮(13),所述灯座(1)的顶端右侧固定安装有转向灯(14),所述灯座(1)的顶端四角均开设有凹槽(15),所述凹槽(15)的内部设有与之相匹配的固定外壳(16),四个所述固定外壳(16)的顶端共同固定安装有灯罩(17),所述灯座(1)的四角且位于凹槽(15)的下方均竖向开设有与凹槽(15)相连通的固定孔(18),所述灯座(1)的底端四角均开设有与固定孔(18)相连通的固定槽(19),所述固定外壳(16)的内腔顶壁固定安装有弹簧(20),所述弹簧(20)的底端固定安装有连接板(21),所述连接板(21)的底端中部竖向固定安装有固定杆(22),所述固定杆(22)的底端向下穿过固定外壳(16)及固定孔(18)延伸至固定槽(19)的内部固定安装有与固定槽(19)相匹配的固定块(23),所述固定块(23)的底端中部固定安装有拉环(24),所述灯座(1)的顶端且位于顶板(5)的正下方开设有圆形通孔(29),所述圆形通孔(29)的左右两侧内壁均横向固定安装有支撑板(30),两个所述支撑板(30)的相对一端共同固定安装有第二电机(31),所述第二电机(31)的输出轴的左右两侧均固定安装有扇叶(32),所述顶板(5)的顶端开设有多个散热孔(36),所述顶板(5)的底端固定安装有连接罩(28),所述连接罩(28)的底端固定连接在灯座(1)的顶端且将圆形通孔(29)笼罩在其内部,所述灯座(1)的顶端且位于转向灯(14)的右侧开设有出气口(37),所述出气口(37)的底部设有第一过滤网(38)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的便于安装的汽车前大灯,其特征在于,所述灯座(1)的顶端且位于每两个相邻的凹槽(15)之间均开设有插槽(25),所述插槽(25)的两端均与相邻的凹槽(15)连通,所述插槽(25)内设有与之相匹配的插板(26),所述插板(26)的两端分别与相邻的固定外壳(16)固定连接,所述插板(26)的顶端固定连接在灯罩(17)的底端。
3.根据权利要求1所述的便于安装的汽车前大灯,其特征在于,所述圆形通孔(29)的底部螺纹连接有环形架(33),所述环形架(33)的内部设有第二过滤网(34),所述环形架(33)的底端固定安装有转把(35)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的便于安装的汽车前大灯,其特征在于,所述灯罩(17)的上部为弧形,且左侧弧度大于右侧弧度。
5.根据权利要求1所述的便于安装的汽车前大灯,其特征在于,所述连接罩(28)的左侧上部横向安装有与之相连通的分流管(39),所述分流管(39)远离连接罩(28)的一端固定安装有连接头(41),所述连接头(41)的开口方向与灯罩(17)的左侧壁平行且其左侧与灯罩(17)的左侧壁密贴,所述分流管(39)远离连接头(41)的一端固定安装有与之相连通的集风罩(40)。
6.根据权利要求1所述的便于安装的汽车前大灯,其特征在于,所述凹槽(15)及插槽(25)的内部均设有密封橡胶垫(27)。
7.根据权利要求1所述的便于安装的汽车前大灯,其特征在于,所述固定孔(18)与固定槽(19)的截面大小相同,且呈十字交错分布。
8.根据权利要求1所述的便于安装的汽车前大灯,其特征在于,所述固定槽(19)的顶壁设有磁铁板(43),所述固定块(23)为铁质。
9.根据权利要求1所述的便于安装的汽车前大灯,其特征在于,所述远光灯(8)、近光灯(9)及转向灯(14)均为LED灯。
