The invention discloses an unpacking system, which comprises annular conveying assemblies which are oppositely arranged, wherein each of the two annular conveying assemblies comprises guide rails which are connected end to end, bag grabbing assemblies which are driven to slide along the guide rails are arranged on the guide rails, bag cutting assemblies which are driven to open and close are arranged between the two guide rails, and a material mixing tank is arranged below the bag cutting assemblies; two annular conveying assembly grab bag subassembly centre gripping respectively at the wrapping bag both ends, transport the wrapping bag to compounding jar top, cut the bag subassembly and cut the wrapping bag apart, make the material fall into in the compounding jar. The unpacking system can automatically unpack and reduce the labor cost.

Background
Like a 25 kg package, manual unpacking is required. Staff need carry, cut the sack, tremble the sack, collect empty bag, and the material still needs pipeline transportation, concentrates the stirring. A large amount of dust can be generated in the manual unpacking and stirring processes, and meanwhile, tools used by staff can fall into a storage bin to cause equipment damage.

The unpacking system of the invention comprises an unpacking system positioned at the upstream and a stirring device positioned at the downstream. For the convenience of transportation, the unpacking system also comprises a feeding assembly 1, wherein the tail end of a conveyor belt serving as the feeding assembly 1 extends between two guide rails 21 and is used for transporting the packaging bags to the annular conveying assembly 2.
As shown in fig. 2, the bag-grasping assembly 3 is mounted on a sliding table 22 slidably connected with the guide rail 21, an annular chain 23 is arranged on the guide rail 21, and the sliding table 22 and the chain link on the chain 23 are fixed; the chain 23 is driven by a motor to rotate, so that the bag-grabbing component 3 slides on the guide rail 21 along with the sliding table 22.
The bag grabbing component 3 comprises a sucker group 31, the sucker group 31 is installed on a lifting platform 32, and the lifting platform 32 is driven to lift and enables the sucker group 31 to adsorb the packaging bag so as to drive the packaging bag to move. And a lifting cylinder 33 is arranged on the sliding table 22 to drive the lifting table 32 to lift. The sliding table 22 comprises a sliding block 221 sliding on the sliding rail, a sleeve ring 222 sleeved on the sliding rail is fixedly connected to the lower side of the sliding block 221, a mounting table 223 is fixedly connected to the lower end of the sleeve ring 222, a cylinder body of the lifting cylinder 33 is fixedly connected to the mounting table 223, and a piston rod of the lifting cylinder 33 penetrates through the mounting table 223 and is fixedly connected with the lifting table 32.
As shown in fig. 3, the bag cutting assembly 4 includes an upper cutter 41 and a lower cutter 42, and the upper cutter 41 and the lower cutter 42 are hinged at one end and formed with an upstream opening at the other end. The bag cutting assembly 4 further comprises an opening and closing air cylinder 43, a cylinder body of the opening and closing air cylinder 43 is fixed on the support, and a piston rod of the opening and closing air cylinder 43 is fixedly connected with the fodder chopper, so that the two fodder choppers are driven to open and close.
Two sides of the mixing tank 5 are respectively provided with a waste bag tank 6, and the waste bag tanks 6 on the two sides respectively correspond to the two annular conveying assemblies 2; when the bag grabbing component 3 moves the waste bags divided by the bag cutting component 4 to the waste bag pool 6, the waste bags fall into the waste bag pool 6.
The stirring device comprises a suction pipe 7, an inlet of the suction pipe 7 is communicated with the mixing tank 5, an outlet is arranged above the mixing tank 5, and the suction pipe 7 sucks and spills the material at the bottom out again through the work of the pump body so as to stir. The friction of the materials is reduced, the generation of powder scraps is prevented, and the uniform mixing is ensured.
In order to protect the environment, a dust removing assembly 8 is arranged above the bag cutting assembly 4, and scattered dust is recovered through suction.
