本发明公开了一种陶瓷圆底杯,包括杯体、杯底、把手、彩绘、杯盖、凸块、凹槽、过滤装置、插接槽、插接杆、挡板、弹簧和压紧块,杯体的底端外壁上安装有杯底,杯底的底端外壁上开设有凹槽,杯体的一侧外壁上安装固定有把手,杯体的一侧内壁上安装固定有第一半圆滤板,第一半圆滤板的顶端外壁上安装固定有套接块,套接块的两侧外壁上转动安装有第二半圆滤板;该发明设置的过滤装置,通过两个半圆过滤板可以对茶叶进行过滤,其中一个半圆过滤板便于旋转,方便放置茶叶,使用比较简单,在生产过程中,在圆底杯表面绘制有图案,还上了釉,使其生产出来的成品比较美观,表面比较光滑,不那么粗糙,提高了使用的舒服度。

技术领域
本发明涉及陶瓷圆底杯技术领域,具体为一种陶瓷圆底杯的生产制作工艺。
背景技术
陶瓷是以天然粘土以及各种天然矿物为主要原料经过粉碎混炼、成型和煅烧制得的材料的各种制品,以前人们把用陶土制作成的在专门的窑炉中高温烧制的物品称作陶瓷,陶瓷是陶器和瓷器的总称,陶瓷的传统概念是指所有以粘土等无机非金属矿物为原料的人工工业产品,它包括由粘土或含有粘土的混合物经混炼,成形,煅烧而制成的各种制品,然而目前生产制作的陶瓷圆底杯在泡茶时,有的不能对茶叶进行过滤,使用不是很方便,还有的陶瓷圆底杯色调比较单一,不是很美观,表面也比较粗糙,影响使用的舒服度,还有的耐热性比较差,使用寿命比较的短。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种陶瓷圆底杯及生产制作工艺,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种陶瓷圆底杯,包括杯体、杯底、把手、彩绘、杯盖、凸块、凹槽、过滤装置、插接槽、插接杆、挡板、弹簧和压紧块,所述杯体的底端外壁上安装有杯底,所述杯底的底端外壁上开设有凹槽,所述杯体的一侧外壁上安装固定有把手,所述杯体的两侧内壁上安装有过滤装置;
所述过滤装置包括第一半圆滤板、滤孔、套接块、第二半圆滤板、旋转孔、滑块和弧形滑槽,所述杯体的一侧内壁上安装固定有第一半圆滤板,所述第一半圆滤板的顶端外壁上安装固定有套接块,所述套接块的两侧外壁上转动安装有第二半圆滤板,所述第二半圆滤板的底端外壁上对应套接块开设有旋转孔,且旋转孔的两侧内壁与套接块两侧外壁贴合,所述第一半圆滤板的顶端外壁上开设有弧形滑槽,所述第二半圆滤板的底端外壁上对应弧形滑槽安装固定有滑块,且滑块的外壁与滑块的内壁贴合,所述第一半圆滤板和第二半圆滤板的顶端外壁上分布开设有滤孔。
一种陶瓷圆底杯的生产制作工艺,包括如下步骤:步骤一,原料预处理;步骤二,坯体制作;步骤三,坯体粘合;步骤四,修坯捺水;步骤五,画坯上釉;步骤六,烧制成型;步骤七,拼装成品;步骤八,成品检修;
其中在上述的步骤一中,把石英9-16份、高岭土4-6份、长石4-7份、菱镁石3-5份、氮化硼3-6份、碳酸钙2-3份、碳化钛1-2份、氧化铝3-5份、氧化镁1-4份这些原料进行检验,并通过筛分机去除杂质,去完杂质后再用研磨机进行粉碎细磨,最后注水进行搅拌混合,并淘成可用的陶瓷泥;
其中在上述的步骤二中,将陶瓷泥放置在杯体、把手和杯盖的模具中,去除多余的陶瓷泥,形成杯体、把手和杯盖坯料,脱模阴干;
其中在上述的步骤三中,先把步骤二得到杯体、把手和杯盖进行脱模,再将把手通过陶瓷泥和粘结剂粘接在杯体的一侧外壁上,杯盖放置在杯体的顶端外壁上,通过常温自然晾干,得到坯体组合件;
其中在上述的步骤四中,粘结晾干后的坯体,表面可能会厚薄不均、不太光滑和边口都有毛刺,需要进行湿修,通过人工使用修坯刀对坯体表面加工修平,看杯盖是否能盖严实,有无空隙,修坯完成后,进行晾干,晾干后,再次用清水洗去坯上的尘土,进一步加强表面的光滑度;
其中在上述的步骤五中,人工用作画工具在坯体表面雕刻图案,然后再准备二氧化钛1-3份、氧化锌1-2份、氧化钙2-3份、氧化铜2-3份和清水,均匀搅拌,再制成釉浆,把整个坯体浸入到釉浆进行上釉,再进行晾干;
其中在上述的步骤六中,把上好釉的杯体和杯盖放到窑炉中,经过2小时缓慢加热到450-500℃,并保温1小时,再经过1.5小时,温度加热到850-1000℃,并保温2小时,最后使窑炉中温度加热到1050-1300℃,并烧制5-6小时,使烧制好的成品从内部缓慢降温,防止快速降温,造成成品破裂,并持续降温6-7小时,降温完成后可取出陶瓷杯;
其中在上述的步骤七中,把过滤装置安装固定在杯体内部,然后把杯盖盖好,拼成一个完整的陶瓷圆底杯;
其中在上述的步骤八中,对加工成型后的陶瓷进行质量检测,看表面是否有裂纹,并把不合格的产品剔除,再次对合格的产品进行修边,将陶瓷表面的毛刺进行剔除,完成后进行分类包装,完成加工。
根据上述技术方案,所述杯体的两侧外壁上设置有彩绘。
根据上述技术方案,所述杯体的顶端外壁上安装有杯盖,所述杯盖的顶端外壁上中心处安装固定有凸块。
根据上述技术方案,套接块的顶端外壁上开设有插接槽,所述插接槽的内部插接有插接杆,所述插接杆位于插接槽内部的底端外壁上安装固定有挡板,所述插接杆位于挡板上的两侧外壁上套接有弹簧,且弹簧的另一端与插接槽的顶端内壁贴合,所述插接杆位于插接槽外部的顶端外壁上安装固定有压紧块,且压紧块的底端外壁与第二半圆滤板的顶端外壁贴合。
根据上述技术方案,所述步骤一中,合金各元素的质量百分比为:SiO2 50-60%、Na2O 8-14%、CaO 4-8%、Al2O3 15-20%、MgO 5-10%、K2O 1-5%、Cl 0.2-0.8%、Fe2O3 0.3-0.6%、SO3 0.03-0.08%、Cr2O3 0.01-0.05%,余量为Fe及少量不可避免的杂质。
根据上述技术方案,所述步骤一中,运用搅拌机保持30ml/min的速度进行均匀搅拌,整体搅拌温度控制在40-55℃,并搅拌30min。
根据上述技术方案,所述步骤五中,坯体浸入釉浆时,约停2-3秒即可取出,若是釉上比较薄,可以等坯体上的釉干了后再次进行上釉。
与现有技术相比,本发明所达到的有益效果是:该发明设置的过滤装置,通过两个半圆过滤板可以对茶叶进行过滤,其中一个便于旋转,方便放置茶叶,使用比较简单,在生产过程中,在圆底杯表面绘制有图案,还上了釉,使其生产出来的成品比较美观,表面比较光滑,不那么粗糙,提高了使用的舒服度,在制作过程中还添加了大量的氧化铝、碳化硅和氮化硅材料来提高圆底杯的耐高温的能力,增加了圆底杯的使用寿命。

请参阅图1-4,本发明提供一种技术方案:一种陶瓷圆底杯,包括杯体1、杯底2、把手3、彩绘4、杯盖5、凸块6、凹槽7、过滤装置8、插接槽9、插接杆10、挡板11、弹簧12和压紧块13,杯体1的底端外壁上安装有杯底2,杯底2的底端外壁上开设有凹槽7,杯体1的一侧外壁上安装固定有把手3,杯体1的两侧内壁上安装有过滤装置8;过滤装置8包括第一半圆滤板81、滤孔82、套接块83、第二半圆滤板84、旋转孔85、滑块86和弧形滑槽87,杯体1的一侧内壁上安装固定有第一半圆滤板81,第一半圆滤板81的顶端外壁上安装固定有套接块83,套接块83的两侧外壁上转动安装有第二半圆滤板84,第二半圆滤板84的底端外壁上对应套接块83开设有旋转孔85,且旋转孔85的两侧内壁与套接块83两侧外壁贴合,第一半圆滤板81的顶端外壁上开设有弧形滑槽87,第二半圆滤板84的底端外壁上对应弧形滑槽87安装固定有滑块86,且滑块86的外壁与滑块86的内壁贴合,第一半圆滤板81和第二半圆滤板84的顶端外壁上分布开设有滤孔82;杯体1的两侧外壁上设置有彩绘4,比较美观,增加了使用的舒服度;杯体1的顶端外壁上安装有杯盖5,杯盖5的顶端外壁上中心处安装固定有凸块6,使整体比较完整,方便取拿,比较实用;套接块83的顶端外壁上开设有插接槽9,插接槽9的内部插接有插接杆10,插接杆10位于插接槽9内部的底端外壁上安装固定有挡板11,插接杆10位于挡板11上的两侧外壁上套接有弹簧12,且弹簧12的另一端与插接槽9的顶端内壁贴合,插接杆10位于插接槽9外部的顶端外壁上安装固定有压紧块13,且压紧块13的底端外壁与第二半圆滤板84的顶端外壁贴合,便于固定,比较实用。
一种陶瓷圆底杯的生产制作工艺,包括如下步骤:步骤一,原料预处理;步骤二,坯体制作;步骤三,坯体粘合;步骤四,修坯捺水;步骤五,画坯上釉;步骤六,烧制成型;步骤七,拼装成品;步骤八,成品检修;
其中在上述的步骤一中,把石英9-16份、高岭土4-6份、长石4-7份、菱镁石3-5份、氮化硼3-6份、碳酸钙2-3份、碳化钛1-2份、氧化铝3-5份、氧化镁1-4份这些原料进行检验,各元素的质量百分比为:SiO2 50-60%、Na2O 8-14%、CaO 4-8%、Al2O3 15-20%、MgO 5-10%、K2O 1-5%、Cl 0.2-0.8%、Fe2O3 0.3-0.6%、SO3 0.03-0.08%、Cr2O3 0.01-0.05%,余量为Fe及少量不可避免的杂质,使后期形成陶瓷杯质量更加的好,具有耐高温性,并通过筛分机去除杂质,去完杂质后再用研磨机进行粉碎细磨,最后注水进行搅拌混合,并运用搅拌机保持30ml/min的速度进行均匀搅拌,整体搅拌温度控制在40-55℃,并搅拌30min,提高了烧制的质量,并淘成可用的陶瓷泥;
其中在上述的步骤二中,将陶瓷泥放置在杯体1、把手3和杯盖5的模具中,去除多余的陶瓷泥,形成杯体1、把手3和杯盖5坯料,脱模阴干;
其中在上述的步骤三中,先把步骤二得到杯体1、把手3和杯盖5进行脱模,再将把手3通过陶瓷泥和粘结剂粘接在杯体1的一侧外壁上,杯盖5放置在杯体1的顶端外壁上,通过常温自然晾干,得到坯体组合件;
其中在上述的步骤四中,粘结晾干后的坯体,表面可能会厚薄不均、不太光滑和边口都有毛刺,需要进行湿修,通过人工使用修坯刀对坯体表面加工修平,看杯盖5是否能盖严实,有无空隙,修坯完成后,进行晾干,晾干后,再次用清水洗去坯上的尘土,进一步加强表面的光滑度;
其中在上述的步骤五中,人工用作画工具在坯体表面雕刻图案,然后再准备二氧化钛1-3份、氧化锌1-2份、氧化钙2-3份、氧化铜2-3份和清水,均匀搅拌,再制成釉浆,把整个坯体浸入到釉浆进行上釉,坯体浸入釉浆时,约停2-3秒即可取出,若是釉上比较薄,可以等坯体上的釉干了后再次进行上釉,是表面更加光滑美观,再进行晾干;
其中在上述的步骤六中,把上好釉的杯体1和杯盖5放到窑炉中,经过2小时缓慢加热到450-500℃,并保温1小时,再经过1.5小时,温度加热到850-1000℃,并保温2小时,最后使窑炉中温度加热到1050-1300℃,并烧制5-6小时,使烧制好的成品从内部缓慢降温,防止快速降温,造成成品破裂,并持续降温6-7小时,降温完成后可取出陶瓷杯;
其中在上述的步骤七中,把过滤装置安装固定在杯体1内部,然后把杯盖5盖好,拼成一个完整的陶瓷圆底杯;
其中在上述的步骤八中,对加工成型后的陶瓷进行质量检测,看表面是否有裂纹,并把不合格的产品剔除,再次对合格的产品进行修边,将陶瓷表面的毛刺进行剔除,完成后进行分类包装,完成加工。

1.一种陶瓷圆底杯,包括杯体(1)、杯底(2)、把手(3)、彩绘(4)、杯盖(5)、凸块(6)、凹槽(7)、过滤装置(8)、插接槽(9)、插接杆(10)、挡板(11)、弹簧(12)和压紧块(13),其特征在于:所述杯体(1)的底端外壁上安装有杯底(2),所述杯底(2)的底端外壁上开设有凹槽(7),所述杯体(1)的一侧外壁上安装固定有把手(3),所述杯体(1)的两侧内壁上安装有过滤装置(8);
所述过滤装置(8)包括第一半圆滤板(81)、滤孔(82)、套接块(83)、第二半圆滤板(84)、旋转孔(85)、滑块(86)和弧形滑槽(87),所述杯体(1)的一侧内壁上安装固定有第一半圆滤板(81),所述第一半圆滤板(81)的顶端外壁上安装固定有套接块(83),所述套接块(83)的两侧外壁上转动安装有第二半圆滤板(84),所述第二半圆滤板(84)的底端外壁上对应套接块(83)开设有旋转孔(85),且旋转孔(85)的两侧内壁与套接块(83)两侧外壁贴合,所述第一半圆滤板(81)的顶端外壁上开设有弧形滑槽(87),所述第二半圆滤板(84)的底端外壁上对应弧形滑槽(87)安装固定有滑块(86),且滑块(86)的外壁与滑块(86)的内壁贴合,所述第一半圆滤板(81)和第二半圆滤板(84)的顶端外壁上分布开设有滤孔(82)。
2.一种陶瓷圆底杯的生产制作工艺,包括如下步骤:步骤一,原料预处理;步骤二,坯体制作;步骤三,坯体粘合;步骤四,修坯捺水;步骤五,画坯上釉;步骤六,烧制成型;步骤七,拼装成品;步骤八,成品检修;其特征在于:
其中在上述的步骤一中,把石英9-16份、高岭土4-6份、长石4-7份、菱镁石3-5份、氮化硼3-6份、碳酸钙2-3份、碳化钛1-2份、氧化铝3-5份、氧化镁1-4份这些原料进行检验,并通过筛分机去除杂质,去完杂质后再用研磨机进行粉碎细磨,最后注水进行搅拌混合,并淘成可用的陶瓷泥;
其中在上述的步骤二中,将陶瓷泥放置在杯体(1)、把手(3)和杯盖(5)的模具中,去除多余的陶瓷泥,形成杯体(1)、把手(3)和杯盖(5)坯料,脱模阴干;
其中在上述的步骤三中,先把步骤二得到杯体(1)、把手(3)和杯盖(5)进行脱模,再将把手(3)通过陶瓷泥和粘结剂粘接在杯体(1)的一侧外壁上,杯盖(5)放置在杯体(1)的顶端外壁上,通过常温自然晾干,得到坯体组合件;
其中在上述的步骤四中,粘结晾干后的坯体,表面可能会厚薄不均、不太光滑和边口都有毛刺,需要进行湿修,通过人工使用修坯刀对坯体表面加工修平,看杯盖(5)是否能盖严实,有无空隙,修坯完成后,进行晾干,晾干后,再次用清水洗去坯上的尘土,进一步加强表面的光滑度;
其中在上述的步骤五中,人工用作画工具在坯体表面雕刻图案,然后再准备二氧化钛1-3份、氧化锌1-2份、氧化钙2-3份、氧化铜2-3份和清水,均匀搅拌,再制成釉浆,把整个坯体浸入到釉浆进行上釉,再进行晾干;
其中在上述的步骤六中,把上好釉的杯体(1)和杯盖(5)放到窑炉中,经过2小时缓慢加热到450-500℃,并保温1小时,再经过1.5小时,温度加热到850-1000℃,并保温2小时,最后使窑炉中温度加热到1050-1300℃,并烧制5-6小时,使烧制好的成品从内部缓慢降温,防止快速降温,造成成品破裂,并持续降温6-7小时,降温完成后可取出陶瓷杯;
其中在上述的步骤七中,把过滤装置安装固定在杯体(1)内部,然后把杯盖(5)盖好,拼成一个完整的陶瓷圆底杯;
其中在上述的步骤八中,对加工成型后的陶瓷进行质量检测,看表面是否有裂纹,并把不合格的产品剔除,再次对合格的产品进行修边,将陶瓷表面的毛刺进行剔除,完成后进行分类包装,完成加工。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种陶瓷圆底杯,其特征在于:所述杯体(1)的两侧外壁上设置有彩绘(4)。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种陶瓷圆底杯,其特征在于:所述杯体(1)的顶端外壁上安装有杯盖(5),所述杯盖(5)的顶端外壁上中心处安装固定有凸块(6)。
5.根据权利要求2所述的一种陶瓷圆底杯,其特征在于:所述套接块(83)的顶端外壁上开设有插接槽(9),所述插接槽(9)的内部插接有插接杆(10),所述插接杆(10)位于插接槽(9)内部的底端外壁上安装固定有挡板(11),所述插接杆(10)位于挡板(11)上的两侧外壁上套接有弹簧(12),且弹簧(12)的另一端与插接槽(9)的顶端内壁贴合,所述插接杆(10)位于插接槽(9)外部的顶端外壁上安装固定有压紧块(13),且压紧块(13)的底端外壁与第二半圆滤板(84)的顶端外壁贴合。
6.根据权利要求2所述的一种陶瓷圆底杯的生产制作工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤一中,合金各元素的质量百分比为:SiO2 50-60%、Na2O 8-14%、CaO 4-8%、Al2O3 15-20%、MgO 5-10%、K2O 1-5%、Cl 0.2-0.8%、Fe2O3 0.3-0.6%、SO3 0.03-0.08%、Cr2O3 0.01-0.05%,余量为Fe及少量不可避免的杂质。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种陶瓷圆底杯的生产制作工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤一中,运用搅拌机保持30ml/min的速度进行均匀搅拌,整体搅拌温度控制在40-55℃,并搅拌30min。
