In modern society, due to the great improvement of living standard and bad living habits, diet irregularity of partial crowds, frequent overeating and lack of exercise cause imbalance of intake and consumption of body energy, abnormal catabolism of fat and fat in vivo, excessive accumulation of fat and overweight, and obesity. Obesity can not only cause excessive proud flesh in human body to affect body beauty, but also cause partial diseases, such as hypertension, hyperlipidemia, diabetes, coronary heart disease, cholelithiasis, sleep apnea, depression and the like.
The weight loss of meal replacement food is a healthy weight loss mode which is easily accepted by people at present, but the meal replacement products on the market are various in types and good in quality, the weight loss effect of some products is not obvious, and the weight loss is easy to rebound after the use is stopped. Some of the traditional Chinese medicine composition is also added with chemically synthesized additives or Chinese herbal medicine extracts, and certain toxic and side effects can be generated after long-term use, so that secondary damage is brought to the health of a human body. Some cause undesirable side effects such as anxiety, hyperactivity, etc.
To date, there has not been a low volume material that suppresses appetite and is satisfactory without causing undesirable side effects.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects in the prior art and provide an oral formulation which is small in size, strong in satiety effect, safe and reliable and does not cause adverse side effects.
The purpose of the invention is realized by the following technical scheme:
an oral formulation containing non-hydrolytic plant fiber and chitin, the oral formulation containing non-hydrolytic plant fiber and chitin, by weight, comprising: 0.5 to 20 parts of non-hydrolytic vegetable fiber, 0.01 to 10 parts of chitin, 0.01 to 10 parts of fruit and vegetable powder, 0.01 to 10 parts of protein powder, 0.01 to 10 parts of cereal powder, 0.01 to 10 parts of dietary fiber powder, 0.01 to 10 parts of sweetening agent, 0.01 to 5 parts of flavoring agent and 0.01 to 5 parts of excipient.
Preferably, the non-hydrolyzable plant fiber is 5 to 10 parts, and the chitin is 1 to 5 parts.
The non-hydrolytic plant fiber is a sclerenchyma tissue widely distributed in plants, is also a filamentous or floccule generated by combining cellulose and various nutrient substances, has the functions of supporting, connecting, wrapping, filling and the like on the plants, and is widely present in plant stalks, roots, fruits and shells.
The non-hydrolyzable plant fiber is a non-digestible material that includes cellulose, hemicellulose, lignin, pectin, and some non-cellulosic sugars. Plant fibers can have a variety of different characteristics, both in morphology and in tissue structure that change significantly as the plant grows mature. By the mature period of the plant, the plant fiber is already gelatinized, cornified and lignified. At this time, the plant fiber is insoluble in water and is not decomposed by human digestive enzymes, and is called as crude fiber. For example, tea leaves in the bud stage and towel gourds in the flowering stage both contain rich digestible fibers, and are delicious foods for people; the fiber of the tea tree is mature and aged, so the tea tree is not edible; the mature loofah is not edible, and the loofah is used as a dish washing tool. It is noted that both digestible and non-digestible crude fiber have unique lipid-lowering function, and are important and irreplaceable health foods for human beings.
Preferably, the non-hydrolysable plant fibres are selected from tea fibres.
Preferably, the tea fibres are selected from green tea fibres, black tea fibres, white tea fibres, oolong tea fibres, or mixtures of two or more thereof.
The tea fiber itself has almost no calorie, and the weight of the human body is not increased by taking a large amount of the tea fiber. Increasing the intake of dietary cellulose increases the frequency of chewing in the mouth and produces satiety with less caloric intake, thereby reducing caloric intake. Meanwhile, a large amount of cellulose can shorten the retention time of food in the intestinal tract, reduce the reabsorption of the intestinal tract and play a role in losing weight to a certain extent. In addition, cellulose reduces the activity of digestive enzymes in the pancreas and reduces the absorption of sugars, fats, and the like. Therefore, the high-cellulose food is often used as an ideal diet food.
If intestinal waste is retained, the re-absorption of the intestinal wall can result in the presence of harmful substances in the blood. When waste products are present in the blood, the waste products are discharged from the skin, and thus pimples, comedones, dark spots, etc. appear on the face. So that poor defecation can affect the beauty and fitness of the skin. The cellulose can accelerate gastrointestinal peristalsis, discharge excrement out of body quickly, reduce absorption of metabolic waste or poison by intestinal wall, and keep blood clean, thereby achieving the effect of beautifying.
In addition, cellulose can reduce reabsorption of bile acid, change food digestion speed and secretion of digestive secretion, and prevent cholelithiasis, duodenal ulcer, and ulcerative colitis. It is noted that the cellulose in tea leaves is not taken into the human body by drinking tea because it is insoluble in water, and the cellulose in tea leaves can be effectively utilized by drinking tea cellulose.
Preferably, the chitin is selected from shrimp chitin and crab chitin. Chitin (C8H13O5N) n, also known as Chitin, english name Chitin. Chitin is pale beige to white, soluble in concentrated hydrochloric acid/phosphoric acid/sulfuric acid/acetic acid, insoluble in alkali and other organic solvents, and also insoluble in water. Chitosan (chitosans), a deacetylated derivative of chitin, is insoluble in water and soluble in a fraction of dilute acid. Chitin can improve digestive absorption function, reduce intake of fat and cholesterol, lower blood pressure, regulate blood lipid, promote ulcer healing, enhance immunity, lower blood pressure, improve insulin utilization rate, and is beneficial for preventing and treating diabetes. The shells of shrimps and crabs contain abundant chitin, but are often discarded, and if the shells are utilized, the value of the shells is not lower than that of the meat.
Preferably, the excipient is selected from lactose, sugar, corn starch, mannitol, sorbitol.
Preferably, the oral formulation may be one or more of an optional chewable tablet, a granular formulation.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the present invention provides an oral formulation comprising non-hydrolysable plant fibre and chitin, which when ingested in an amount which suppresses appetite and causes a feeling of satiety, for example, the feeling of satiety caused by a "full" stomach. Thus, the preparation is an effective means for suppressing appetite and controlling body weight.
Detailed Description
The technical solution of the present invention is described in detail below, but the scope of the present invention is not limited to the embodiments.
Example 1
Chewable tablets containing non-hydrolyzable plant fiber and chitin were prepared in the following manner.
Mixing green tea cellulose 15 g, chitin 10 g, fruit and vegetable powder 5 g, protein composite powder 5 g, cereal powder 5 g, dietary fiber powder 5 g, and anhydrous lactose 5 g. The resulting mass is granulated with a suitable wetting agent and the wet mass is then passed through a granulator equipped with a suitable screen. The wet mass is dried to a specified moisture content and then passed through a granulator equipped with a suitable screen. Suitable flavoring agents, artificial sweeteners and excipients are added to the dried granules. The product is then compressed into chewable tablets having a total weight of about 2 to about 2.5 grams using a three-quarter inch, chamfered edge, round flat die tooling.
Example 2
Solid granules containing non-hydrolyzable plant fibers and chitin were prepared in the following manner.
Fully mixing 20 g of black tea cellulose, 5 g of chitin, 10 g of fruit and vegetable powder, 10 g of protein composite powder, 10 g of cereal powder and 10 g of dietary fiber powder. The resulting mass is granulated with a suitable wetting agent and the wet mass is then passed through a granulator equipped with a suitable screen. The wet mass is dried to a specified moisture content and then passed through a granulator equipped with a suitable screen. Suitable flavoring agents, sweeteners and excipients are added to the dried granules. And then packaged into 2 to 10 g of meal replacement powder in the form of a solid granular preparation.
Example 3
The chewable tablet of example 1 was administered to the subject as follows. The chewable tablet is taken at about 5 pm every day for four consecutive days. The subjects noted a significant decrease in appetite and no hunger sensation several hours after use of the lozenge. The subject had a feeling of eating. No adverse or unpleasant sensation was noted and the subject did not experience any other effect during which no substantial defecation was found.
Example 4
The subjects took the solid particle formulation of example 2 daily before meals for four days. The subject felt no hunger. The subject had a lunch approximately 30 to 50 minutes after taking the meal replacement powder, and the subject indicated a significant reduction in appetite with less lunch than usual. The subject did not report adverse reactions or abnormal bowel movements.
From the foregoing examples 3 and 4, it has been demonstrated that oral formulations containing non-hydrolyzable plant fibers and chitin have appetite suppressing activity and induce satiety.
Claims (8)
1. An oral formulation containing non-hydrolytic plant fiber and chitin, which is characterized in that the oral formulation contains the non-hydrolytic plant fiber and the chitin, and comprises the following components in parts by weight: 0.5 to 20 parts of non-hydrolytic vegetable fiber, 0.01 to 10 parts of chitin, 0.01 to 10 parts of fruit and vegetable powder, 0.01 to 10 parts of protein powder, 0.01 to 10 parts of cereal powder, 0.01 to 10 parts of dietary fiber powder, 0.01 to 10 parts of sweetening agent, 0.01 to 5 parts of flavoring agent and 0.01 to 5 parts of excipient.
2. The oral formulation according to claim 1, wherein the non-hydrolyzable plant fiber is preferably 5 to 10 parts, and the chitin is preferably 1 to 5 parts.
3. The oral formulation of claim 1, wherein the non-hydrolyzable plant fiber is selected from the group consisting of tea fiber.
4. The oral formulation of claim 3, wherein the tea fiber is selected from green tea fiber, black tea fiber, white tea fiber, oolong tea fiber, or a mixture of two or more thereof.
5. The oral formulation of claim 1, wherein the chitin is selected from the group consisting of shrimp chitin and crab chitin.
6. The oral formulation according to claim 1, wherein said excipients are selected from lactose, sugar, corn starch, mannitol, sorbitol.
7. The oral formulation of claim 1, wherein the oral formulation is a chewable tablet.
8. The oral formulation of claim 1, wherein the oral formulation is a solid particulate formulation.
