本发明公开了一种吊瓜口服液及其制备方法,本发明提供的吊瓜口服液主要包括如下重量份的原料:吊瓜60-70份;吊瓜籽仁粉15-25份;蜂蜜3-10份;甜味剂1-5份;稳定剂1-3份;维生素C 1-3份。本发明的吊瓜口服液,香味独特,口感较佳,营养丰富,适合大人及小孩饮用。本发明的吊瓜口服液的制备方法通过合理设计的加工工艺,使吊瓜的营养成分得到保留。通过精心挑选设计的料水组分及制备方法,使加工的吊瓜口服液香味独特、营养丰富。使用本发明的吊瓜口服液的制备方法制备的吊瓜口服液香味独特,口感较佳,营养丰富,适合大人及小孩饮用。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及吊瓜生产加工的技术领域,更具体地说,特别涉及一种吊瓜口服液及其制备方法。
背景技术
吊瓜是被子植物门、双子叶纲、葫芦科、瓜蒌属的多年生草本攀缘植物,我国东部以及长江、黄河流域等地均可栽种。吊瓜具有健胃、润肺、化痰、散结、润肠作用,主治痰热咳嗽、肺痰咳血、胸闷、消泻和便秘等症状,据现代医学研究表明,吊瓜籽含不饱和脂肪酸16.8%、蛋白质5.46%,还含有17中氨基酸、三贴皂苷、多种维生素以及钙、铁、锌、硒等微量元素,因此,吊瓜在人们的日常餐桌上很受欢迎。
吊瓜全身皆可入药,其根又名天花粉,功效清热生津、消肿排脓,主治热病烦渴,肺热燥咳,内热消渴,疮疡肿毒。其果实又名瓜蒌,有润肺、化痰、散结、润肠功效,主治痰热咳嗽,胸痹,结胸,肺痿咳血,消渴,便秘,痈肿初起等症。此外,吊瓜子营养丰富,其中蛋白质、脂肪、纤维素、微量元素及生物碱、黄酮类、疳类和有机类含量颇丰,是天然绿色保健品,长期食用有益健康,因此吊瓜已经成为人们普遍喜爱的食品。
但由于受工艺水平所限,吊瓜不易保存且食用处理比较复杂。因此,我们提出了一种吊瓜口服液及其制备方法来解决上述问题。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种吊瓜口服液及其制备方法,口感好,营养含量高。
一种吊瓜口服液,其特征在于,包括如下重量份的原料:
吊瓜60-70份;
吊瓜籽仁粉15-25份;蜂蜜3-10份;甜味剂1-5份;稳定剂1-3份;维生素C 1-3份。
上述的吊瓜口服液,优选地,包括如下重量份的原料:
吊瓜65份;吊瓜籽仁粉20份;蜂蜜5份;甜味剂2份;稳定剂2份;维生素C 1份。
上述的吊瓜口服液,优选地,还包括:枸杞5-10份。
上述的吊瓜口服液,优选地,还包括:玫瑰花5-10份。
一种吊瓜口服液的制备方法,步骤如下:
制作含水量为20%-30%浓缩吊瓜浆液;
将浓缩吊瓜浆液、吊瓜籽仁粉、稳定剂、维生素C以及甜味剂混合,加入20-25倍40℃-50℃的水,搅拌均匀,得到吊瓜乳液;
将枸杞加入其物料重量3倍的纯净水,加热升温回流提取,冷却后过滤保留滤液;
将所述吊瓜乳液和滤液混合,即可得到吊瓜口服液。
一种权利要求4所述的吊瓜口服液的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤如下:
制作含水量为20%-30%浓缩吊瓜浆液;
将浓缩吊瓜浆液、吊瓜籽仁粉和稳定剂、维生素C以及甜味剂混合,加入20-25倍40℃-50℃的水,搅拌均匀,得到吊瓜乳液;
将玫瑰花加入其物料重量3倍的纯净水,加热升温回流提取,冷却后过滤保留滤液;
将所述吊瓜乳液和滤液混合,即可得到吊瓜口服液。
上述的吊瓜口服液的制备方法,其特征在于,所述浓缩吊瓜浆液的制备步骤为:
取吊瓜60-70份,将吊瓜洗净、切块;
将吊瓜块、蜂蜜3-10份和100-200份水加入锅中熬至含水量为20%-30%;
过滤即得吊瓜浆液。
本发明的有益效果在于:本发明的吊瓜口服液,香味独特,口感较佳,营养丰富,适合大人及小孩饮用。本发明的吊瓜口服液的制备方法通过合理设计的加工工艺,使吊瓜的营养成分得到保留。通过精心挑选设计的料水组分及制备方法,使加工的吊瓜口服液香味独特、营养丰富。使用本发明的吊瓜口服液的制备方法制备的吊瓜口服液香味独特,口感较佳,营养丰富,适合大人及小孩饮用。

本发明实施例提供一种吊瓜口服液,包括如下重量份的原料:吊瓜60-70 份;吊瓜籽仁粉15-25份;蜂蜜3-10份;甜味剂1-5份;稳定剂1-3份;维生素C 1-3份。
本发明实施例提供的的吊瓜口服液,作为优选方案由如下重量份的原料制成:吊瓜65份;吊瓜籽仁粉20份;蜂蜜5份;甜味剂2份;稳定剂2份;维生素C 1份。

本发明实施例提供的吊瓜口服液,优选的,还可以包括:枸杞5-10份。枸杞含有枸杞多糖、蛋白质、脂肪、维生素、微量元素等多种营养物质,是一种常见的中药食材,枸杞中含有丰富的枸杞多糖、胡萝卜素、维生素E、硒以及黄酮类等抗氧化物质,具有很好的抗氧化效果,可以对抗机体里面多余的自由基,减轻自由基过氧化损伤,从而有助于延缓衰老;枸杞中含有枸杞多糖,对肝损伤有保护作用,可以降低血清中谷丙转氨酶,促进肝损伤修复;枸杞对于补肾和造血促循环方面都有很好的作用,可以有效改善贫血症状。
本发明实施例提供的吊瓜口服液,优选的,还可以包括玫瑰花5-10份。玫瑰花性质温和,可缓和情绪、平衡内分泌、补血气,美颜护肤、对肝及胃有调理的作用、并可消除疲劳、改善体质。
本发明实施例提供一种吊瓜口服液的制备方法,骤如下:
制作含水量为20%-30%浓缩吊瓜浆液;
将浓缩吊瓜浆液、吊瓜籽仁粉、稳定剂、维生素C以及甜味剂混合,加入20-25倍40℃-50℃的水,搅拌均匀,得到吊瓜乳液;
将枸杞加入其物料重量3倍的纯净水,加热升温回流提取,冷却后过滤保留滤液;
将所述吊瓜乳液和滤液混合,即可得到吊瓜口服液。
本发明实施例还提供吊瓜口服液的另一种制备方法,步骤如下:
制作含水量为20%-30%浓缩吊瓜浆液;
将浓缩吊瓜浆液、吊瓜籽仁粉和稳定剂、维生素C以及甜味剂混合,加入20-25倍40℃-50℃的水,搅拌均匀,得到吊瓜乳液;
将玫瑰花加入其物料重量3倍的纯净水,加热升温回流提取,冷却后过滤保留滤液;
将所述吊瓜乳液和滤液混合,即可得到吊瓜口服液。
其中,甜味剂是指能赋予甜味的添加剂,可以为葡萄糖、果糖、蔗糖、麦芽糖、淀粉糖和乳糖等糖类物质,还可以为甜菊糖、甘草、甘草酸二钠、甘草酸三钾和三钠等。
其中,维生素C是一种水溶性维生素,其抗氧化效果显著,在许多绿色植物及番茄中含量很高。维生素C性质不太稳定,容易因光线、高温、碱性、氧化酶或铁、铜等微量元素的存在而破坏。由于人体自身无法合成维生素C,必须从食物中获取。维生素C的抗氧化作用保证了其防御紫外线损伤的良好效果,此外维生素C对胶原合成非常重要。维生素C能抑制成纤维细胞弹力纤维的生物合成,减少光老化皮肤的日光弹力纤维溶解;还能在一定程度抑制酪氨酸酶活性,减少黑色素合成,有助于改善黄褐斑等色素沉着性疾病。

过滤即得吊瓜浆液。

吊瓜籽仁粉15-25份;蜂蜜3-10份;甜味剂1-5份;稳定剂1-3份;维生素C 1-3份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的吊瓜口服液,其特征在于,由如下重量份的原料制成:
吊瓜65份;吊瓜籽仁粉20份;蜂蜜5份;甜味剂2份;稳定剂2份;维生素C 1份。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的吊瓜口服液,其特征在于,还包括:枸杞5-10份。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的吊瓜口服液,其特征在于,还包括:玫瑰花5-10份。
5.一种权利要求3所述的吊瓜口服液的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤如下:
制作含水量为20%-30%浓缩吊瓜浆液;
将浓缩吊瓜浆液、吊瓜籽仁粉、稳定剂、维生素C以及甜味剂混合,加入20-25倍40℃-50℃的水,搅拌均匀,得到吊瓜乳液;
将枸杞加入其物料重量3倍的纯净水,加热升温回流提取,冷却后过滤保留滤液;
将所述吊瓜乳液和滤液混合,即可得到吊瓜口服液。
6.一种权利要求4所述的吊瓜口服液的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤如下:
制作含水量为20%-30%浓缩吊瓜浆液;
将浓缩吊瓜浆液、吊瓜籽仁粉和稳定剂、维生素C以及甜味剂混合,加入20-25倍40℃-50℃的水,搅拌均匀,得到吊瓜乳液;
