Description

Biological organic compound bacterial fertilizer containing ginkgo element, and preparation method and application thereof
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of microbial aerobic fermentation, and particularly relates to a biological organic compound bacterial fertilizer containing ginkgo element, and a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
The ginkgo nut is commonly called ginkgo, and consists of two parts of fleshy testa and nutlet, the testa is smelly and is inedible, and the mass ratio of the nutlet to the testa is about 1: 3. The planting area of the ginkgo trees in China is the first in the world, and the yield of ginkgo fruits accounts for about 80% of the total amount of the world. According to statistics, about hundreds of thousands of tons of meat outer seed coat processing waste materials are discarded as waste materials every year, so that the environment is polluted, and the great resource waste is caused. Therefore, the research, development and utilization of the ginkgo biloba testa are deeply developed, not only can the environmental pollution be prevented, but also the waste can be utilized, and the waste is changed into valuable.
Previous researches show that the ginkgo biloba exocarp contains various beneficial components, contains abundant nutrient components such as amino acid and polysaccharide, and chemical components such as flavonoid, lactone, ginkgolic acid and the like, wherein the ginkgolic acid compound not only has the medicinal functions of reducing blood pressure, resisting allergy and the like, but also has strong effects of preventing and inhibiting plant diseases and insect pests. The water-soluble components contained in the ginkgo biloba sarcotesta have the inhibition rate of about 90 percent on certain pathogenic bacteria. For example, the ginkgo biloba exocarp extract has the inhibition rate of 87.9-100% on the anthracnose pathogen of apple, and the effective rate of preventing and controlling peach aphids and cabbage caterpillars can reach more than 80%. Therefore, the gingko testa has scientific value and basis for comprehensive development and utilization, and the comprehensive utilization of the gingko testa by applying biotechnology has wide development prospect. However, in the patent and literature, the utilization of the ginkgo biloba exocarp mainly focuses on the medicine and health care products, and the development and utilization of the ginkgo biloba exocarp as a biological organic compound bacterial fertilizer (plant nutrient and protective agent) are still blank in China. How to fully exert the function of the ginkgo biloba exocarp to enable the ginkgo biloba exocarp to become an organic raw material which is beneficial to improving the yield and the quality of crops and to prepare a biological organic fertilizer becomes a problem to be solved urgently.
