Further, the embodiment provides a preparation method of the beauty cream mask with whitening and moisturizing effects, which comprises the following steps:
(1) Taking pearl powder and chitosan, carrying out superfine grinding to obtain pearl powder superfine powder and chitosan superfine powder with particle diameters of 500 meshes, and fully and uniformly mixing to obtain a first mixture:
(2) Taking rhizoma bletillae freeze-dried powder and Chinese yam propolis fermentation fungus powder, carrying out superfine grinding to obtain rhizoma bletillae freeze-dried powder superfine powder and Chinese yam propolis fermentation fungus powder superfine powder with particle sizes of 500 meshes, and fully and uniformly mixing to obtain a second mixture;
(3) Mixing the first mixture and the second mixture, adding the rest raw material components, uniformly mixing, adding 63.9 parts by weight of warm water at 80 ℃, homogenizing for 4min under the condition of 900rpm, then reducing the rotating speed to 150rpm, treating for 10min at 150rpm, and cooling to room temperature to obtain the beautifying cream mask with the whitening and moisturizing effects.
Example 3
The embodiment provides a beauty cream mask with whitening and moisturizing effects, which comprises the following raw material components:
rhizoma bletillae gel lyophilized powder, 20 parts by weight;
pearl powder, 5 parts by weight;
chitosan, 2 parts by weight;
2 parts of Chinese yam and propolis fermentation bacteria powder;
aloe extract, 3 parts by weight;
1 part by weight of a mixture consisting of vitamin C, vitamin B and vitamin E according to a mass ratio of 2:1:1;
nicotinamide, 7 parts by weight.
The bletilla striata gel freeze-dried powder is prepared by the following method:
(S1) taking rhizoma bletillae tubers, drying and crushing to obtain rhizoma bletillae fine powder with the particle size of 100nm, adding ethanol with the mass of 2.5 times and the volume concentration of 90% into the rhizoma bletillae fine powder, carrying out reflux extraction under the heating condition, and filtering after extraction is finished to obtain dregs;
(S2) adding 5 times of water after the ethanol contained in the dregs volatilizes completely, heating and extracting for 6 hours at 90 ℃, and filtering after the extraction is finished to obtain filtrate;
(S3) sequentially passing the filtrate through macroporous weak-base anion resin and macroporous weak-acid cation resin, eluting with deionized water, and collecting eluent;
and (S4) concentrating the eluent to a relative density of 1.2, adding ethanol with a volume concentration of 90% for alcohol precipitation, filtering the precipitate, washing the precipitate with alcohol, and freeze-drying to obtain the rhizoma bletillae freeze-dried powder.
The Chinese yam propolis fermentation fungus powder is prepared by the following method:
(a) 2 parts by weight of yam is taken, dried and crushed to obtain yam fine powder with the particle size of 100 meshes;
(b) Adding 3 times of water into the yam fine powder for fully and uniformly mixing, adding 0.2 part by weight of propolis, and stirring and uniformly mixing to obtain yam propolis mixed solution;
(c) Adding 0.075 part by weight of peptone, 0.015 part by weight of dipotassium hydrogen phosphate and 0.03 part by weight of magnesium sulfate heptahydrate into the Chinese yam propolis mixed solution, fully mixing, sterilizing, inoculating lactobacillus and saccharomycete mixed microbial inoculum (the mass ratio of lactobacillus to saccharomycete is 1:1) according to the inoculation amount of 2.5%, fermenting at 30 ℃ for 54 hours, sterilizing at high temperature, and freeze-drying to obtain Chinese yam propolis fermented microbial powder.
Further, the embodiment provides a preparation method of the beauty cream mask with whitening and moisturizing effects, which comprises the following steps:
(1) Taking pearl powder and chitosan, carrying out superfine grinding to obtain pearl powder superfine powder and chitosan superfine powder with particle diameters of 400 meshes, and fully and uniformly mixing to obtain a first mixture:

rhizoma bletillae gel lyophilized powder, 20 parts by weight;

rhizoma bletillae gel lyophilized powder, 20 parts by weight;
pearl powder, 5 parts by weight;

aloe extract, 3 parts by weight;

(3) Mixing the first mixture and the second mixture, adding the rest raw material components, uniformly mixing, adding 62 parts by weight of 70 ℃ warm water, homogenizing for 5min under the condition of 850rpm, then reducing the rotating speed to 135rpm, treating for 15min at 135rpm, and cooling to room temperature to obtain the beautifying cream mask with the whitening and moisturizing effects.

The beauty cream mask provided in this comparative example is different from example 3 only in that the raw materials are not added with the yam propolis zymocyte powder, and other raw materials and the preparation method are the same.
Comparative example 2
The beauty cream mask provided in this comparative example is different from example 3 only in that aloe extract is not added to the raw materials, and other raw materials and preparation methods are the same.
Comparative example 3
The beauty cream mask provided in this comparative example is different from example 3 only in that no vitamin is added to the raw materials, and other raw materials and the preparation method are the same.
Comparative example 4
The beauty cream mask provided in this comparative example is different from example 3 only in that no pearl powder is added to the raw materials, and other raw materials and preparation methods are the same.
Experimental example
1. Whitening effect detection
The whitening effect of the beauty cream masks prepared in examples 1 to 3 and comparative examples 1 to 4 was evaluated, 70 women with spots on the face and dark skin color were invited as volunteers, the volunteers were used 3 times per week for one month continuously, 10 volunteers were selected for each mask sample for trial, and the whitening effect was classified into three grades.
The whitening effect is obvious: the skin is obviously whitened, spots on the face are desalted and become small, and the skin is moist and becomes bright;
the whitening effect is general: the skin becomes less obvious, spots on the face begin to fade but become smaller and less obvious, and the skin is moist and becomes bright;
the whitening effect is unchanged: the skin did not whiten, nor did the spots on the face diminished or desalted.
The test results are shown in Table 1.

As can be seen from Table 1, the whitening effect of the facial mask with the beauty cream prepared by the method of the embodiment 1-3 of the invention is better, especially the whitening effect of the facial mask with the beauty cream prepared by the method of the embodiment 3 is best, but the whitening effect of the facial mask prepared by the method of the comparative example 1-4 is not ideal, thereby indicating that the raw material components of the invention have synergistic effect, and the added nicotinamide component can have synergistic effect with other components, and effectively improving the whitening effect of the facial mask.
2. Water replenishing effect detection
In addition, 70 women with dry and long skin and dark skin color were invited to be volunteers, and randomly divided into 7 groups, and the beauty cream masks prepared in examples 1-3 and comparative examples 1-4 were respectively tried. The volunteer firstly cleans the face with clear water, then uses a Phist Kerr SK-III skin moisture detector to respectively test the moisture content of the forehead, the left face, the right face and the chin skin, and takes an arithmetic average value, then uses the face beautifying cream mask to uniformly paint the face, after 20min use, wipes the mask, respectively uses a skin moisture detector to respectively test the moisture content of the forehead, the left face, the right face and the chin skin after 20min use and 12h use, and takes an arithmetic average value. The results of the test were arithmetically averaged for each group of 10 volunteers. And the average moisture content increase and decrease rate of the skin after 20min and 12h were calculated, and the results are shown in Table 2.
Skin moisture increase after 20min of mask application = skin average moisture after 20min of mask application-skin average moisture before mask application.
Skin moisture content decrease rate after 12h of mask application = skin average moisture after 12h of mask application-skin average moisture before mask application.

As can be seen from Table 2, the moisturizing effect of the facial mask cream of the present invention is better, especially the moisturizing effect of the facial mask cream of the present invention prepared by the method of example 3 is better, while the moisturizing effect of the facial mask prepared by the method of comparative examples 1-4 is worse, thus showing that the raw material components of the present invention synergistically exert efficacy, and the added nicotinamide component can synergistically exert other components to enhance the moisturizing efficacy of the facial mask as a whole.
The present invention is not limited to the above-described preferred embodiments, and any person who can obtain other various products under the teaching of the present invention, however, any change in shape or structure of the product is within the scope of the present invention, and all the products having the same or similar technical solutions as the present application are included.
Claims (6)
1. A beauty cream mask with whitening and moisturizing effects is characterized by comprising the following raw material components:
15-25 parts of rhizoma bletillae jelly powder, 2-8 parts of pearl powder, 1-3 parts of chitosan, 1-3 parts of Chinese yam and propolis fermentation bacteria powder, 1-5 parts of aloe extract and 0.1-2 parts of vitamin;
the bletilla striata gel freeze-dried powder is prepared by the following method:
(S1) taking rhizoma bletillae tubers, drying and crushing the rhizoma bletillae tubers to obtain rhizoma bletillae fine powder, adding ethanol into the rhizoma bletillae fine powder for reflux extraction, and filtering after extraction is finished to obtain dregs;
(S2) adding water for heating and extracting after the ethanol contained in the dregs volatilizes completely, and filtering after the extraction is completed to obtain filtrate;
(S3) passing the filtrate through an ion exchange resin and eluting with deionized water, and collecting an eluate;
(S4) concentrating the eluent, and sequentially carrying out alcohol precipitation, filtration, washing and freeze drying to obtain rhizoma bletillae freeze-dried powder;
the Chinese yam propolis fermentation fungus powder is prepared by the following method:
(a) Taking 1-3 parts by weight of yam, drying and crushing to obtain yam fine powder;
(b) Adding water into the Chinese yam fine powder, fully and uniformly mixing, adding 0.1-0.3 part by weight of propolis, and uniformly stirring to obtain Chinese yam propolis mixed solution;
(c) Adding 0.05-0.1 part by weight of peptone, 0.01-0.02 part by weight of dipotassium hydrogen phosphate and 0.02-0.04 part by weight of magnesium sulfate heptahydrate into the yam propolis mixed solution, fully mixing, sterilizing, inoculating a microbial agent for fermentation, sterilizing, and freeze-drying to obtain yam propolis fermentation bacterial powder;
the microbial agent is a mixed microbial agent consisting of lactobacillus and saccharomycetes according to the mass ratio of 1-2:1-2;
the vitamin is a mixture of vitamin C, vitamin B and vitamin E according to the mass ratio of 2:1:1.
2. The facial mask with whitening and moisturizing effects according to claim 1, wherein the raw material components comprise:
20 parts of bletilla striata freeze-dried powder, 5 parts of pearl powder, 2 parts of chitosan, 2 parts of Chinese yam propolis zymocyte powder, 3 parts of aloe extract and 1 part of vitamin.
3. The facial mask with whitening and moisturizing effects according to claim 1, wherein 5-7% by mass of nicotinamide is also added into the facial mask.
4. The method for preparing the facial mask with the whitening and moisturizing effects according to any one of claims 1 to 3, which is characterized by comprising the following steps:
(1) Taking pearl powder and chitosan, carrying out superfine grinding to obtain superfine pearl powder and superfine chitosan powder, and fully and uniformly mixing to obtain a first mixture:
(2) Taking rhizoma bletillae freeze-dried powder and Chinese yam propolis fermentation fungus powder, carrying out superfine grinding to obtain rhizoma bletillae freeze-dried powder superfine powder and Chinese yam propolis fermentation fungus powder superfine powder, and fully and uniformly mixing to obtain a second mixture;
(3) Mixing the first mixture and the second mixture, adding the rest raw material components, uniformly mixing, adding warm water, homogenizing, and cooling to room temperature to obtain the facial mask with the whitening and moisturizing effects.
5. The method according to claim 4, wherein in the step (1), the particle size of the pearl powder ultrafine powder and the chitosan ultrafine powder is 300-500 mesh;
in the step (2), the particle size of the superfine powder of the bletilla striata freeze-dried powder and the superfine powder of the Chinese yam propolis fermentation bacteria powder is 300-500 meshes.
6. The method according to claim 4, wherein in the step (3), the homogenization treatment is carried out by homogenizing at 800-900rpm for 4-6min, then reducing the rotation speed to 120-150rpm, and treating at 120-150rpm for 10-20min.
