发明背景
回到公元前2500年自从在美索不达米亚文明时期皂的存在或发明以来,皂在个人卫生中发挥重要作用。除了个人卫生之外,皂现在也用于许多家庭和工业清洁过程。在目前的技术中,皂棒通过甘油三酯的连续皂化或脂肪酸与碱的中和被工业化生产。

根据本发明的优选的实施方案,SME是包含化合物的按重量计55%至99%的C16SME和45%至1%的C18 SME的化合物。
根据本发明的另一种实施方案,助表面活性剂以组合物的按重量计1%至40%的量存在。在某些实施方案中,助表面活性剂可以是烷基磺基琥珀酸盐,诸如月桂基磺基琥珀酸二钠;或烷基硫酸盐,诸如月桂基硫酸钠(SLS)、月桂基硫酸钾或其组合;或烷基醚硫酸盐,诸如月桂基醚硫酸钠(SLES)。

根据本发明的实施方案,湿润剂/保湿剂以组合物的按重量计1%至10%的量存在。优选地,湿润剂/保湿剂是甘油、水、脲、乳酸钠或其任何两种或更多种的组合。为了方便,在此处将水归为一类,尽管它更多的是一种溶剂并且被添加到制剂中以达到100%。

在下文中,将根据本发明的优选的实施方案并且通过参考所附的描述和附图来描述本发明。然而,应理解,将描述限制于本发明的优选的实施方案和附图仅仅是为了便于本发明的讨论,并且设想,本领域技术人员可以在不偏离所附权利要求的范围的情况下设计多种修改。
本发明公开了一种合成洗涤剂棒组合物,该合成洗涤剂棒组合物包含具有16个至18个碳原子(C16-C18)的链长度的脂肪酸的SME,其中SME以组合物的按重量计5%至30%的量存在;助表面活性剂,所述助表面活性剂选自由烷基磺基琥珀酸盐、烷基硫酸盐、烷基醚硫酸盐或其组合组成的组;脂肪醇,所述脂肪醇选自由鲸蜡醇、硬脂醇或鲸蜡硬脂醇组成的组;饱和脂肪酸;填充剂;和湿润剂/保湿剂。
SME在合成洗涤剂棒组合物中用作表面活性剂,其提供去污力以及对皮肤的有益效果,例如天然效果、温和效果和软化效果。术语“表面活性剂”或“表面活性剂体系”指的是能够降低液体和气体之间或者两种液体之间或者液体和固体之间的表面张力或界面张力的一种或更多种化合物。因此,表面活性剂可用作润湿剂、乳化剂或洗涤剂。
根据本发明的实施方案,在合成洗涤剂棒组合物中使用的SME是脂肪酸的长碳链SME,具有16个至18个碳原子的链长度(即C16-C18 SME)。C16 SME和C18 SME分别具有如在以下式(I)和式(II)中示出的分子结构:
C16 SME和C18 SME两者均可以来源于天然来源,诸如植物油(plant oil)(植物油(vegetable oil))或动物脂肪,包括棕榈油。具体地,C16 SME可以从棕榈酸获得;而C18SME可以从棕榈油的硬脂酸获得。这两种SME均经由甲酯的磺化获得。
如在前述描述中阐述的,SME以组合物的按重量计约5%至30%的量存在于合成洗涤剂棒组合物中。例如,它可以以组合物的按重量计5%至25%、或10%至25%、或15%至20%的量存在。
在某些实施方案中,在合成洗涤剂棒组合物中使用的SME是含有以特定组合比率的C16 SME和C18 SME的化合物(共混物或混合物)。优选地,本发明的SME化合物可以包含化合物的按重量计约55%至99%的C16 SME和约1%至45%的C18 SME。例如,SME化合物可以是60%至90%的C16 SME和10%至40%的C18 SME的共混物,或者65%至85%的C16 SME和15%至35%的C18 SME的共混物。可选择地,SME化合物还可以是90%至99%的C16 SME和1%至10%的C18 SME的共混物。
除了具有SME作为主要表面活性剂之外,本发明的合成洗涤剂棒组合物还包含助表面活性剂,该助表面活性剂可以以组合物的按重量计约1%至40%的量存在。在某些实施方案中,助表面活性剂可以是烷基磺基琥珀酸盐,诸如月桂基磺基琥珀酸二钠;或烷基硫酸盐,诸如SLS、月桂基硫酸钾或其组合;或烷基醚硫酸盐,诸如SLES;或烷基聚葡萄糖苷。不希望受理论的束缚,在助表面活性剂的存在下,预期SME在合成洗涤剂棒的去污力方面产生协同作用。应理解,SLES,如果添加的话,应该以少量(例如,组合物的按重量计2%至3%)使用,以便防止所生产的合成洗涤剂棒的任何不期望的性质,例如,以防止棒在使用时变油和变粘。
助表面活性剂被添加至组合物中以提供良好的去污力和发泡性质。在某些实施方案中,主要表面活性剂和助表面活性剂的组合也能够减少皮肤刺激。例如,将绿色表面活性剂诸如烷基聚葡萄糖苷(APG)添加至直链烷基苯磺酸盐(LAS)中可以减少LAS的刺激。可选择地,APG和SLES之间以特定比率的组合也可以减少SLES的刺激。
根据本发明的另一种实施方案,合成洗涤剂棒组合物还包含脂肪醇,脂肪醇以组合物的按重量计约1%至30%的量存在。例如,脂肪醇可以以组合物的按重量计5%至20%的量存在。如在前述描述中阐述的,本发明中使用的脂肪醇可以是鲸蜡醇、硬脂醇或鲸蜡硬脂醇(即鲸蜡醇和硬脂醇的混合物)。脂肪醇在合成洗涤剂棒组合物中发挥结构剂和润肤剂的作用。由于脂肪醇还起抗裂剂的作用,脂肪醇(例如鲸蜡硬脂醇)和SME之间的组合能够为合成洗涤剂棒提供改善的软化以及抗开裂效果。
除了脂肪醇之外,本发明的合成洗涤剂棒组合物还包含饱和脂肪酸,饱和脂肪酸也起结构剂和润肤剂的作用,这增强脂肪醇的作用。在某些实施方案中,包含长链脂肪酸也可以帮助硬化合成洗涤剂棒。优选地,饱和脂肪酸以组合物的按重量计约1%至30%的量存在。根据本发明的一种实施方案,饱和脂肪酸可以是硬脂酸、棕榈酸、月桂酸或其任何两种或更多种的组合。可以在合成洗涤剂棒组合物中使用的优选的饱和脂肪酸中的一种是三压硬脂酸(triple pressed stearic acid)。在某些实施方案中,三压硬脂酸可以以组合物的按重量计5%至20%的量存在。
根据本发明的另一种实施方案,合成洗涤剂棒组合物还包含填充剂。填充剂可以以组合物的按重量计约1%至40%的量存在。具体地,填充剂可以以组合物的按重量计10%至30%的量存在。在某些实施方案中,填充剂是小麦淀粉、玉米淀粉、大米淀粉、大麦淀粉、燕麦、木薯、滑石、硫酸钠或其任何两种或更多种的组合。
根据本发明的另一种实施方案,湿润剂/保湿剂以组合物的按重量计约1%至10%的量存在。例如,湿润剂/保湿剂可以以组合物的按重量计约1%至10%的量存在。优选地,湿润剂/保湿剂是甘油、水、脲、乳酸钠或其任何两种或更多种的组合。湿润剂/保湿剂诸如甘油和水也可以用作粘合剂,其将合成洗涤剂棒组合物的组成成分粘结性地结合以形成皂棒。
本发明的另外的实施方案公开了,合成洗涤剂棒组合物还包含以组合物的按重量计1%至15%的量的抗裂剂。例如,抗裂剂可以是氢化植物油、聚乙二醇或其组合。优选地,抗裂剂可以是氢化蓖麻油。合成洗涤剂棒有时可能难以成型。为了增加用于不同应用的合成洗涤棒的硬度,可以增加氢化植物油的重量百分比。
成分的组合不需要调整二盐含量,但由于特定的配方和成分的特定掺混,它能够提供硬皂棒。本发明的合成洗涤剂棒是大体上无皂的、温和的并且产生乳脂状泡沫。因此,它适合被消费者用作个人清洁棒。由于它的低pH和对皮肤温和,它还可以用作动物(例如宠物)的清洁剂。在某些实施方案中,另外的成分,诸如抗菌剂和半胱氨酸可以被添加至动物清洁产品中。它还可以在工业上或在家庭中用于洗衣、洗碗或硬表面清洁。
在本发明的某些实施方案中,合成洗涤剂棒组合物还可以包含防腐剂、稳定剂、调味剂、着色剂或其任何两种或更多种的组合。作为还提供皮肤护理效果的个人清洁棒,合成洗涤剂棒组合物还可以包含添加剂,诸如皮肤调理剂、皮肤保湿剂(skin moisturizingagent)、皮肤保湿剂(skin hydrating agent)、控油剂、舒缓剂或增白剂。
根据本发明的另一种实施方案,合成洗涤剂棒组合物还可以包含营养组分,诸如维生素和矿物质、天然来源的精油、生物类黄酮和抗氧化剂,所述营养组分保护皮肤免于由于去污力作用而变干,通过给皮肤留下保护层来防止皮肤免受外部损伤,或者改善皮肤的整体卫生和健康。例如,维生素和矿物质可以是维生素E(生育三烯酚、生育酚或其组合)、维生素A、二氧化硅、镁、钙、钾、锌、铜、硒、铬以及硫。在某些实施方案中,二氧化钛可以被添加以增加合成洗涤剂棒的白度,并且为棒提供均匀的颜色外观。
合成洗涤剂棒组合物可以被制备成固体皂棒的形式或者任何其他合适的固体形式,诸如皂粒(soap pellet)或皂片(soap flake)。这种基于SME的合成洗涤剂棒的示例性制剂在实施例中进一步详述。合成洗涤剂棒可以经由粉末和液体成分的简单的混合工艺由多种成分产生。该工艺包括在冷加工中混合液体成分的步骤。液体成分包括湿润剂/保湿剂(例如甘油和水)和聚乙二醇。随后在高温熔化固体成分,包括SME、助表面活性剂、脂肪醇、饱和脂肪酸和填充剂。熔化的成分的热液体和来自冷加工的冷液体可以在螺杆混合单元中在高温(hot temperature)混合以形成糊状物,该糊状物在冷滚筒上经历剥落过程。获得的片可以被包装以形成皂棒。
基于SME的合成洗涤剂棒的性能可以与商业上获得的合成洗涤剂棒或复合棒相比进行测试。在实施例2中进一步详述了对皂棒性能的比较测试的实例,即F-检验和T-检验。如表4和表5中的比较数据所示,基于SME的合成洗涤剂棒被示出提供与商业上获得的合成洗涤剂棒或商业上获得的基于月桂酰羟乙基磺酸钠的复合皂的清洁相当的清洁,同时与这些商业上获得的皂棒相比产生改善的软化效果。通过实验数据可以示出,本发明的合成洗涤剂棒是温和的并且具有低刺激。在使用合成洗涤剂棒后且在洗涤后,皮肤不会感觉干燥,并且角质层(皮肤的最上层)是完好的。不希望受理论的束缚,据信合成洗涤剂棒中活性成分的组合可以帮助角质层保留水分,因此示出皮肤软化的效果。

实施例2用于合成洗涤剂棒制剂的F-检验和T-检验

Claims (14)
1.一种合成洗涤剂棒组合物,包含:
具有16个至18个碳原子(C16-C18)的链长度的脂肪酸的磺化甲酯,其中所述磺化甲酯以所述组合物的按重量计5%至30%的量存在,其中所述磺化甲酯是包含化合物的按重量计60%至90%的C16磺化甲酯和10%至40%的C18磺化甲酯的化合物;
助表面活性剂,所述助表面活性剂选自由烷基磺基琥珀酸盐、烷基硫酸盐、烷基醚硫酸盐或其组合组成的组;
脂肪醇,所述脂肪醇是以所述组合物的按重量计5%至20%的量,选自由鲸蜡醇、硬脂醇或鲸蜡硬脂醇组成的组;
饱和脂肪酸;
填充剂;和
湿润剂/保湿剂,
其中所述合成洗涤剂棒组合物是无皂的。
2.根据权利要求1所述的组合物,其中所述助表面活性剂以所述组合物的按重量计1%至40%的量存在。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的组合物,其中所述烷基磺基琥珀酸盐是月桂基磺基琥珀酸二钠。

5.根据权利要求1或2所述的组合物,其中所述烷基醚硫酸盐是月桂基醚硫酸钠。
6.根据权利要求1或2所述的组合物,其中所述饱和脂肪酸以所述组合物的按重量计1%至30%的量存在。
7.根据权利要求1或2所述的组合物,其中所述饱和脂肪酸是硬脂酸、棕榈酸、月桂酸或其任何两种或更多种的组合。
8.根据权利要求1或2所述的组合物,其中所述填充剂以所述组合物的按重量计1%至40%的量存在。
