尤其为了防止使用者的手指和/或使用者的部分衣服被夹住,引导元件布置在固定部中并且枢转臂可枢转地布置在枢转部中。这样设计还减小了在打开和关闭期间枢转元件的移动重量。特别地,枢转臂的自由端与滚轮从第二轴开始基本上沿该枢转元件的关闭方向延伸。
固持和打开机构上污物积聚应尽可能少,因此,第二轴与扭力弹簧集成到枢转元件中,使得仅枢转臂突出枢转元件并且其余轴被扭力弹簧覆盖。
根据本发明的一个实施例,接头可以设计为铰接件。铰接件包括连接至固定部的固定铰接部以及连接至枢转部的枢转铰接部。在这种情况下,引导元件和固定铰接部一体形成,尤其是基本上由相同的材料制成。
多个不同的参数可以用于调节固持和打开力,以此获得所期望的枢转行为。为此目的,根据扭力弹簧的力、枢转元件的重量、枢转臂的重量和/或枢转元件的几何形状、尤其是其重心的布置来设计引导元件的控制面,以产生该枢转元件所期望的枢转行为。
因此,同样地,易于通过引导元件的合适的形状和/或该引导元件的控制面的合适的设计来设定枢转臂和枢转元件的最大打开角度。
另外,为了使固持和打开机构免于污物影响,第一轴和接头集成到枢转元件中,使得仅在固定铰接部与引导元件之间的连接件突出枢转元件。
根据本发明的一个实施例,枢转部设计为安装支撑件,枢转元件连接至安装支撑件。这使得枢转元件例如离心机的盖件易于连接至安装支撑件。
为了能以相同的力在枢转元件的打开或关闭方向上尽可能平稳地枢转枢转元件,枢转臂上的滚轮的表面包括金属。更具体地,该表面由涂层形成。
滚轮可以由球轴承或滑动轴承支撑和/或与滚轮相关联的引导元件的控制面可由金属制成。
移动重量应尽可能低。因此,将枢转臂设计为尽可能轻是非常有利的。例如,枢转臂可以由铝或铝合金制成。
出于安全原因,滚轮相对于枢转臂的取向是一个决定性因素。因此,优选的是将滚轮相对于枢转臂侧向地安装在枢转臂的自由端。
另一方面,本发明涉及一种具有上述类型的固持和打开机构的离心机。在这种情况下,枢转元件为可枢转的转子隔室盖件,支撑元件为壳体。
出于安全原因,滚轮位于枢转臂的面向离心机的壳体的一侧。这种简单设计可防止使用者将其衣服或手指夹在其中。
为了将固持和打开力尽可能均匀地分布在离心机的转子隔室盖件上,优选地在转子隔室盖件的两侧上分别设有一个枢转臂、一个引导元件、一个接头、一个固定部、以及一个枢转部,其中,枢转臂共用第二轴上的扭力弹簧。

具体实施方式
图1至图7示出了具有固持和打开机构12的离心机10的实施方式。
离心机10包括壳体14和转子隔室盖件16。壳体14位于支脚18上,支脚18附接至壳体14的底座20。在离心机10的前侧22,控制面板24在前侧22的整个宽度上延伸。
壳体14远离前侧22的一侧是壳体的后侧26。前侧22和后侧26分别在左侧和右侧通过左侧壁28和右侧壁30连接。壳体14的上部具有顶壁32,顶壁32设有圆形凹槽34。转子隔室36位于圆形凹槽34的下方。
转子隔室盖件16安装在壳体14上,可绕第一轴38从关闭位置(如图1、图4、图5、和图6)枢转到打开位置(如图2、图3、和图7),反之亦然。为了将转子隔室盖件16枢接至壳体14,在壳体14的后侧26和转子隔室盖件16的区域中设置固持和打开机构12。
固持和打开机构12包括连接至壳体14的固定部40和连接至转子隔室盖件16的枢转部42构成。连接至壳体14的固定部40和连接至转子隔室盖件16的枢转部42通过铰接件44连接,所述铰接件44绕第一轴38枢转。
包括固定部40与通过铰接件44连接至固定部的枢转部42的第一单元布置在壳体14的左侧壁28的区域中,而包括固定部分40与通过铰接件44连接至固定部的枢转部42的另一个第二单元布置在右侧壁30的区域中。相应地,第一单元的固定部40在壳体14的左侧壁28的区域中连接至壳体14,而第二单元的固定部40在壳体的右侧壁30的区域中连接至壳体14。第一单元的枢转部42在左侧壁的区域中连接至转子隔室盖件16,而第二单元的枢转部42在右侧壁的区域中连接至转子隔室盖件16,在图3中特别示出。
在第一单元的枢转部42与第二单元的枢转部42之间,扭力弹簧46沿第二轴58延伸并且与第一轴38相距一定距离,该扭力弹簧牢固地锚固在每个枢转部42上。第二轴58和扭力弹簧46因此平行于第一轴38对齐设置。扭力弹簧46几乎在转子隔室盖件16的整个宽度上延伸。
在扭力弹簧46上、在第一单元和第二单元的区域中各设置一个枢转臂48,与偏置的扭力弹簧46共转。扭力弹簧46延伸穿过枢转臂48的上部区域。枢转臂48从扭力弹簧46开始沿转子隔室盖件16的关闭方向向下延伸。在枢转臂48的远离扭力弹簧46的自由端的区域中,在枢转臂48的面向侧壁28、30的一侧上各通过球轴承可旋转地安装有一个滚轮50。滚轮50倚靠在固定部40的控制面40a上,在转子隔室盖件16的打开和关闭运动期间滚轮50在控制面40a上滚动。因此,固定部40的下部与控制面40a形成用于枢转臂48的引导元件40b。控制面40a和引导元件40b从顶壁32向下延伸到壳体14中,但是在转子隔室36的外部。
从引导元件40b与控制面40a开始,固定部40设有向上延伸的支承部40c,该支承部40c包括铰接件44的固定部分,即与第一轴38相同的旋转轴。
枢转部42包括铰接件44的套筒式可枢转部分,其部分地接合在第一轴38周围。此套筒与枢转部42牢固地连接。
控制面40a在其上端具有端部止挡件40d,该端部止挡件限定了转子隔室盖件16的最大打开角度。然而,转子隔室盖件16通过扭力弹簧46的弹簧力来控制(该弹簧力在扭力弹簧46被偏置时产生)或通过在转子隔室盖件16的打开角度上限定的点处减小扭力弹簧46的弹簧力来控制。如上所述,这样设计使得在端部止挡件40d之前阻挡转子隔室盖件16,而不会使离心机10的样本容器中的样本晃动。被指定为端部止挡件40d的点是第二端部止挡件,该第二端部止挡件通过手动地进一步向下移动转子隔室盖件16而到达。
该固持和打开机构设计成相对于垂直于第一轴38和第二轴58的中心平面对称。相应地,枢转臂48、固定部40、枢转部42、以及铰接件44具有相同对称设计。
扭力弹簧46由若干玻璃纤维杆构成。枢转臂48相对于枢转部42上扭力弹簧46的角位置可以调节。这个角位置用于设定扭力弹簧46的偏置。
根据扭力弹簧46的特性曲线、转子隔室盖件16的重量、枢转臂48的重量以及转子隔室盖件16的几何形状、尤其是其重心的布置来设计固定部40的引导元件40b的控制面40a,以在转子隔室盖件16打开和关闭移动期间获得其所期望的枢转行为。
枢转臂48由铝合金制成。滚轮50的表面由金属制成并且控制面40a设有涂层以确保良好的滚动行为。
枢转部42设计为安装支撑件,转子隔室盖件16可以简单地拧到该安装支撑件上。
本发明设计简单,将固持和打开力均匀地施加至转子隔室盖件16上。以简单的方式将固持和打开机构12的大部分覆盖,例如仅枢转臂48突出转子隔室盖件16,且引导元件40b与其相邻的滚轮50位于转子隔室36的外部。这样设计可防止污染离心机10的转子隔室36处的样本。
Claims (20)
1.一种用于枢转元件的固持和打开机构(12),所述枢转元件经由一接头绕第一轴(38)相对于支撑元件枢转;
所述固持和打开机构包括枢转臂(48),枢转臂(48)在枢转元件与支撑元件之间起作用并且绕与第一轴(38)不同的第二轴(58)枢转,其中,枢转臂(48)的自由端通过滚轮(50)作用于引导元件(40b)的控制面(40a),并设置扭力弹簧(46),扭力弹簧沿围绕第二轴(58)的方向作用于枢转臂(48),使其在枢转臂(48)和控制面(40a)上产生固持和打开力;
所述固持和打开机构还包括固定部(40)和相对固定部(40)枢转的枢转部(42),固定部(40)和枢转部(42)的其中一个包括引导元件(40b),另一个包括枢转臂(48),枢转部(42)相对于固定部(40)绕接头和第一轴(38)枢转,枢转部(42)与枢转臂(48)和枢转元件连接,固定部(40)与支撑元件连接;
其中,所述固持和打开力通过控制面(40a)与扭力弹簧(46)和枢转臂(48)的协作、经由枢转元件的枢转角度来设定;
其特征在于,设置多个枢转臂(48)、引导元件(40b)、接头、以及固定部(40)和枢转部(42),各枢转臂(48)通过共用第二轴(58)上的扭力弹簧(46)连接;其中,所述引导元件(40b)安装在固定部(40)上,所述枢转臂(48)可枢转地安装在枢转部(42)上,第一轴(38)和第二轴(58)集成于枢转部(42)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的固持和打开机构,其特征在于,所述扭力弹簧(46)延伸穿过枢转臂(48)且位于枢转部(42)中。
3.根据权利要求1所述的固持和打开机构(12),其特征在于,所述扭力弹簧(46)由玻璃纤维杆构成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的固持和打开机构(12),其特征在于,所述扭力弹簧(46)在枢转元件的70%的宽度上延伸。
5.根据权利要求1所述的固持和打开机构(12),其特征在于,所述扭力弹簧(46)的偏置通过枢转臂(48)相对于扭力弹簧(46)与扭力弹簧(46)的安装部位的角位置进行调节。
6.根据权利要求1所述的固持和打开机构(12),其特征在于,其上设有滚轮(50)的枢转臂(48)的自由端从第二轴(58)开始沿枢转元件的关闭方向延伸。
7.根据权利要求1所述的固持和打开机构(12),其特征在于,第二轴(58)与其上的扭力弹簧(46)集成至枢转元件中,使得仅枢转臂(48)突出枢转元件,并且第二轴(58)的其余部分被扭力弹簧(46)覆盖。
8.根据权利要求1所述的固持和打开机构(12),其特征在于,接头为铰接件(44),包括连接至固定部(40)的固定铰接部和连接至枢转部(42)的枢转铰链部,且引导元件(40b)和固定铰接部设计成一个整体,基本上由相同的材料制成。
9.根据权利要求1所述的固持和打开机构(12),其特征在于,为了获得所期望的枢转元件的枢转行为,根据扭力弹簧(46)的力、枢转元件的重量、枢转臂(48)的重量和/或枢转元件的几何形状来设计引导元件(40b)的控制面(40a)。
10.根据权利要求9所述的固持和打开机构(12),其特征在于,枢转臂(48)和枢转元件的最大打开角度通过引导元件(40b)的形状和/或该控制面(40a)的设计来确定。
11.根据权利要求8所述的固持和打开机构(12),其特征在于,第一轴(38)和接头集成到枢转元件中,使得仅在固定铰链部与引导元件(40b)之间的连接件突出枢转元件。
12.根据权利要求1所述的固持和打开机构(12),其特征在于,枢转部(42)设计为安装支撑件,枢转元件安装在安装支撑件上。
13.根据权利要求1所述的固持和打开机构(12),其特征在于,枢转臂(48)上的滚轮(50)的表面包括金属,由涂层形成。
14.根据权利要求1所述的固持和打开机构(12),其特征在于,滚轮(50)通过球轴承或滑动轴承支撑。
15.根据权利要求9所述的固持和打开机构(12),其特征在于,与滚轮(50)相关联的引导元件(40b)的控制面(40a)由金属形成。
16.根据权利要求1所述的固持和打开机构(12),其特征在于,枢转臂(48)由铝或铝合金形成。
17.根据权利要求1所述的固持和打开机构(12),其特征在于,滚轮(50)相对枢转臂(48)侧向地支撑在枢转臂(48)的自由端。
18.一种具有前述权利要求中任一项所述固持和打开机构(12)的离心机(10),其中,枢转元件为可枢转的转子隔室盖件(16),支撑元件为壳体(14)。
19.根据权利要求18所述的离心机(10),其特征在于,滚轮(50)位于枢转臂(48)的面向离心机(10)的壳体(14)的一侧上。
20.根据权利要求18或19所述的离心机(10),其特征在于,在转子隔室盖件(16)的两侧上分别设有枢转臂(48)、引导元件(40b)、接头、固定部(40)、以及枢转部(42),其中,枢转臂(48)共用第二轴(58)上的扭力弹簧(46)。
