本发明涉及一种外科缝合装置，所述外科缝合装置包括工具组合件，所述工具组合件限定纵向轴线并且具有包括致动滑板和刀的致动滑板组合件。刀可相对于致动滑板在由工具组合件的钳夹限定的刀槽内移动以切割组织。在本公开的各方面中，致动滑板水平地移动通过工具组合件的钳夹赋予刀槽内的刀一定程度的垂直运动。在本公开的一些方面中，刀与钳夹中的一个的接合赋予刀槽内的刀一定程度的垂直运动。在本公开的其它方面中，由驱动螺杆驱动的凸轮部件使刀槽内的刀进行一定程度的垂直运动。

图11示出了当致动滑板组合件从缩回位置向前进位置移动以从钉仓242发射缝钉44a(图2)时的工具组合件216。尽管未示出，但是设置了例如包括工作部件52(图2)的驱动组合件34的驱动组合件，以使致动滑板组合件248在钉仓242内接合并前进。当致动滑板组合件248在钉仓242内响应于驱动组合件34(图2)在钉仓242内的前进而移动时，凸轮273沿固定杆250移动。当凸轮273沿固定杆250移动时，固定杆250的螺纹252和凸轮273的螺纹孔300(图10)之间的接合引起凸轮273在横向空腔279内围绕固定杆250在箭头“V”所指示的方向旋转。当凸轮273在横向空腔279内旋转时，凸轮273的凸尖部分306接合刀272的近侧延伸部302，以推动刀272抵靠偏置部件274从延伸位置朝向缩回位置的推动。当凸轮273的凸尖部分306移动到使刀272枢转到伸出位置的位置时，凸尖部分306与刀272脱离。当此情况发生时，偏置部件274使刀272返回到其缩回位置，并且此循环自身重复，使得刀272的切割刃284在工具组合件216的组织间隙“G”内往复运动。注意，在刀272的伸出位置和缩回位置，刀284的切割刃272完全延伸穿过组织间隙“G”。

Claims (20)
1.一种用于外科缝合装置的工具组合件，其包含：
支撑砧座的第一钳夹；
支撑仓组合件的第二钳夹，所述仓组合件包括限定多个钉凹座的钉仓和位于所述钉凹座中的每一个内的缝钉，所述第一钳夹和所述第二钳夹能够相对于彼此在打开位置和夹紧位置之间移动，其中所述钉仓与所述砧座并列对准以限定组织间隙；以及
致动滑板组合件，所述致动滑板组合件能够在所述钉仓内从缩回位置水平移动到前进位置，以将所述缝钉从所述钉仓的所述钉凹座顶出，所述致动滑板组合件包括致动滑板和能够与所述致动滑板一起移动的刀，所述刀限定切割刃，当所述第一钳夹和所述第二钳夹处于所述夹紧位置时，所述切割刃延伸穿过所述组织间隙，其中所述刀能够响应于所述钉仓内的所述致动滑板在其缩回位置和前进位置之间的水平移动，而沿具有垂直分量的轴线相对于所述致动滑板在缩回位置和伸出位置之间移动，以在所述组织间隙内移动所述切割刃。
2.根据权利要求1所述的工具组合件，其中所述致动滑板包括中心主体部分和位于所述中心主体部分的每一侧上的多个成角度的凸轮部分，所述中心主体部分限定空腔。
3.根据权利要求2所述的工具组合件，其中所述刀能够移动地支撑在所述中心主体部分的所述空腔内的所述致动滑板上。
4.根据权利要求3所述的工具组合件，其中所述致动滑板的所述中心主体部分包括限定所述空腔的侧壁，并且所述刀包括容纳在所述空腔内的下部，所述刀的所述下部限定细长槽，并且所述工具组合件进一步包括引导部件，所述引导部件通过所述刀中的所述细长槽在所述中心主体部分的所述侧壁之间延伸，所述引导部件被配置成允许所述刀在所述缩回位置和所述伸出位置之间往复移动。
5.根据权利要求4所述的工具组合件，其中所述引导部件包括第一销和第二销，所述第一销和所述第二销位于所述刀的所述细长槽内以将所述刀限制为线性移动。
6.根据权利要求4所述的工具组合件，其中所述砧座包括具有波状配置的表面，所述刀能够沿所述表面移动，以在所述伸出位置和所述缩回位置之间移动所述刀。
7.根据权利要求6所述的工具组合件，其进一步包括偏置部件，所述偏置部件定位成将所述刀推向所述伸出位置和所述缩回位置中的一个。
8.根据权利要求2所述的工具组合件，其中所述刀能够围绕枢轴部件枢转地支撑在所述空腔内的所述致动滑板上。
9.根据权利要求9所述的工具组合件，其中所述空腔包括纵向空腔和横向空腔，所述刀能够枢转地支撑在所述纵向空腔内，并且包括位于所述横向空腔内的延伸部，并且所述工具组合件进一步包括可旋转的凸轮，所述凸轮位于所述横向空腔内，以接合所述刀的所述延伸部，以使所述刀在所述伸出位置和所述缩回位置之间移动。
10.根据权利要求10所述的工具组合件，其进一步包括支撑在所述钉仓中的固定杆，所述固定杆具有螺纹，其中所述凸轮限定容纳所述固定杆的螺纹孔，使得所述致动滑板组合件在所述钉仓内的移动引起所述凸轮在所述横向空腔内旋转。
11.一种外科缝合装置，其包含：
具有近侧部分和远侧部分的细长主体；及
一次性装载单元，其包括近侧主体部分和工具组合件，所述近侧主体部分适于可释放地联接到所述细长主体的所述远侧部分，并且所述工具组合件支撑在所述近侧主体部分上，所述工具组合件包括：
支撑砧座的第一钳夹；
支撑仓组合件的第二钳夹，所述仓组合件包括限定多个钉凹座的钉仓和位于所述钉凹座中的每一个内的缝钉，所述第一钳夹和所述第二钳夹能够相对于彼此在打开位置和夹紧位置之间移动，其中所述钉仓与所述砧座并列对准以限定组织间隙；以及
致动滑板组合件，所述致动滑板组合件能够在所述钉仓内从缩回位置水平移动到前进位置，以将所述缝钉从所述钉仓的所述钉凹座顶出，所述致动滑板组合件包括致动滑板和能够与所述致动滑板一起移动的刀，所述刀限定切割刃，当所述第一钳夹和所述第二钳夹处于所述夹紧位置时，所述切割刃延伸穿过所述组织间隙，其中所述刀能够响应于所述钉仓内的所述致动滑板在其缩回位置和前进位置之间的水平移动，而沿具有垂直分量的轴线相对于所述致动滑板在缩回位置和伸出位置之间移动，以在所述组织间隙内移动所述切割刃。
12.根据权利要求11所述的外科缝合装置，其中所述致动滑板包括中心主体部分和位于所述中心主体部分的每一侧上的多个成角度的凸轮部分，所述中心主体部分限定空腔。
13.根据权利要求12所述的外科缝合装置，其中所述刀能够移动地支撑在所述中心主体部分的所述空腔内的所述致动滑板上。
14.根据权利要求13所述的外科缝合装置，其中所述致动滑板的所述中心主体部分包括限定所述空腔的侧壁，并且所述刀包括容纳在所述空腔内的下部，所述刀的所述下部限定细长槽，并且所述工具组合件进一步包括引导部件，所述引导部件通过所述刀中的所述细长槽在所述中心主体部分的所述侧壁之间延伸，所述引导部件被配置成允许所述刀在缩回位置和伸出位置之间往复移动。
15.根据权利要求14所述的外科缝合装置，其中所述引导部件包括第一销和第二销，所述第一销和所述第二销位于所述刀的所述细长槽内以将所述刀限制为线性移动。。
16.根据权利要求14所述的外科缝合装置，其中所述砧座包括具有波状配置的表面，所述刀能够沿所述波状表面移动，以使所述刀在所述伸出位置和所述缩回位置之间移动。
17.根据权利要求16所述的外科缝合装置，其进一步包括偏置部件，所述偏置部件定位成将所述刀推向所述伸出位置和所述缩回位置中的一个。
18.根据权利要求12所述的外科缝合装置，其中所述刀能够围绕枢轴部件枢转地支撑在所述空腔内的所述致动滑板上。
19.根据权利要求12所述的外科缝合装置，其中所述空腔包括纵向空腔和横向空腔，所述刀能够枢转地支撑在所述纵向空腔内的所述致动滑板上，并且包括位于所述横向空腔内的延伸部，所述工具组合件进一步包括可旋转的凸轮，所述凸轮位于所述横向空腔内，以接合所述刀的所述延伸部，以使所述刀在所述伸出位置和所述缩回位置之间移动。
20.根据权利要求19所述的外科缝合装置，其进一步包括支撑在所述钉仓中的固定杆，所述固定杆具有螺纹，其中所述凸轮限定容纳所述固定杆的螺纹孔，使得所述致动滑板组合件在所述钉仓内的移动引起所述凸轮在所述横向空腔内旋转。
