Description

Granular feed for metapenaeus ensis for promoting intestinal line digestion and peristalsis and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of granulated feeds for metapenaeus ensis, in particular to a granulated feed for metapenaeus ensis for promoting enteroline digestion and peristalsis and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The term "feed" is a general term for food of all human-raised animals, and in a narrow sense, a general feed mainly refers to food of agricultural or animal-raised animals. The feed comprises more than ten kinds of feed raw materials such as soybean, soybean meal, corn, fish meal, amino acid, miscellaneous meal, whey powder, grease, meat and bone meal, grains, feed additives and the like.
Patent No. CN201310008201.1 discloses a compound feed capable of improving the growth immunity of prawns and improving the environment of intestinal flora and a preparation method thereof. The compound feed comprises the following raw material components in parts by weight: 30-34% of fish meal, 15-23% of common bean pulp, 18-22% of high-gluten flour, 12-16% of peanut meal, 3-4% of cuttlefish paste, 2-6% of shrimp shell meal, 0.8-1% of monocalcium phosphate, 2-3% of liquid phospholipid, 1-2% of vitamin premix and 1-2% of mineral premix, and the bioactive substances are added according to the weight percentage of 3-5 g (0.3-0.5%) of fructo-oligosaccharide, 2-4 g (0.2-0.4%) of mannooligosaccharide and 2-5 g (0.2-0.5%) of xylo-oligosaccharide per kilogram of feed. The compound feed can improve the intestinal environment of the prawns, improve the immunity and disease resistance of the prawns, thereby improving the survival rate, promoting the growth, reducing the feed coefficient and reducing the economic loss caused by diseases. However, the feed disclosed in the patent slowly improves the intestinal environment of the metapenaeus ensis, has an unobvious effect, cannot promote the intestinal peristalsis effect, is slow to grow, low in feed utilization rate, large in loss and large in influence on water quality, not only increases the feed feeding cost, but also increases the water quality regulation cost.
