Abstract

本发明的目的在于提供一种二冲程船用低速机四排气阀结构,包括气缸盖、气缸套、活塞,气缸盖安装在气缸套上方,活塞安装在气缸套里,气缸盖的中央部分安装中央喷油器,中央喷油器周围的气缸盖上对称的布置第一‑第四排气阀,气缸盖上中央喷油器横向的两侧分别设置第一侧喷油器和第二侧喷油器,第一侧喷油器在纵向上位于第一‑第二排气阀之间,第二侧喷油器在纵向上位于第三‑第四排气阀之间。本发明通过在气缸盖上布置四个排气阀,配合了中央喷油器在二冲程船用低速机上的应用,同时四排气阀排气提高了二冲程船用低速机排气阀的通流性。

技术领域
本发明涉及的是一种柴油机,具体地说是船用低速机排气结构。
背景技术
传统二冲程船用低速机通常在气缸盖上设有两个侧喷油器和一个排气阀,分别用于燃油喷射和排出废气。但随着中央喷油器在二冲程船用低速机上的应用,使得二冲程船用低速机必须改进排气阀结构。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供提高二冲程船用低速机排气阀通流性的一种二冲程船用低速机四排气阀结构。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:
本发明一种二冲程船用低速机四排气阀结构,其特征是:包括气缸盖、气缸套、活塞,气缸盖安装在气缸套上方,活塞安装在气缸套里,气缸盖的中央部分安装中央喷油器,中央喷油器周围的气缸盖上对称的布置第一-第四排气阀,气缸盖上中央喷油器横向的两侧分别设置第一侧喷油器和第二侧喷油器,第一侧喷油器在纵向上位于第一-第二排气阀之间,第二侧喷油器在纵向上位于第三-第四排气阀之间。
本发明还可以包括:
1、第一-第四排气阀位于第一-第二侧喷油器之间。
2、第一-第二侧喷油器的喷口均指向燃烧室中心部位,排气时,第一-第四排气阀同步打开。
本发明的优势在于:本发明中央喷油器安装在气缸盖中央,四个排气阀对称地布置在中央喷油器周围的气缸盖上,侧喷油器安装在气缸盖边缘。气缸盖与气缸套上部连接,活塞在气缸套内上下往复运动。该二冲程船用低速机四排气阀结构通过在气缸盖上布置四个排气阀,配合了中央喷油器在二冲程船用低速机上的应用,同时四排气阀排气提高了二冲程船用低速机排气阀的通流性。

下面结合附图举例对本发明做更详细地描述:
结合图1-2,本发明涉及一种二冲程船用低速机四排气阀结构,如图1和图2,包括四个排气阀1~4、侧喷油器5和6、中央喷油器7、气缸盖8、气缸套9和活塞10。中央喷油器7安装在气缸盖8中央,四个排气阀1~4对称地布置在中央喷油器7周围的气缸盖8上,侧喷油器5和6安装在气缸盖8边缘。气缸盖8与气缸套9上部连接,活塞10在气缸套9内上下往复运动。排气时四个排气阀1~4同时打开。

1.一种二冲程船用低速机四排气阀结构,其特征是:包括气缸盖、气缸套、活塞,气缸盖安装在气缸套上方,活塞安装在气缸套里,气缸盖的中央部分安装中央喷油器,中央喷油器周围的气缸盖上对称的布置第一-第四排气阀,气缸盖上中央喷油器横向的两侧分别设置第一侧喷油器和第二侧喷油器,第一侧喷油器在纵向上位于第一-第二排气阀之间,第二侧喷油器在纵向上位于第三-第四排气阀之间。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种二冲程船用低速机四排气阀结构,其特征是:在横向上,第一-第四排气阀位于第一-第二侧喷油器之间。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种二冲程船用低速机四排气阀结构,其特征是:第一-第二侧喷油器的喷口均指向燃烧室中心部位,排气时,第一-第四排气阀同步打开。
