Abstract

本发明涉及包装纸袋的生产设备部件,具体是一种纸袋机在线检测与不合格品剔除装置。该装置包括一段水平输送的输送皮带,输送皮带后端与上级输送设备衔接;输送皮带上方安置有一个能够检测纸袋外观的视觉传感装置;输送皮带前端经过一段水平的托板与纸袋收集设备衔接,用来收集合格纸袋;所述托板前端安装在由驱动机构带动的铰接轴上,驱动机构可通过铰接轴带动托板摆动离开水平位置,并打开其下方的剔除通道。本发明能够对在线输送的纸袋进行实时检测,并自动剔除不合格产品,其结构简单、动作可靠,在保证产品质量的同时降低了人工成本和生产消耗。

技术领域
本发明涉及包装纸袋的生产设备部件,具体是一种纸袋机在线检测与不合格品剔除装置。
技术背景
在各类包装中使用的塑料袋,由于环保限塑的要求,逐渐被纸袋包装取代。自动化生产纸袋已经成为我国高端纸袋包装机械的重要发展方向,传统纸袋机在纸袋不良品检测的环节主要采取人工检测及筛检的方法,而人工检测与剔除需要人眼和手长时间的工作,劳动强度大,容易产生疲劳,从而导致误判和漏判,并且不同的人对产品标准的认识和理解也会产生偏差,另外检测与剔除的工作量大,重复性高,对人眼有着极大的伤害,人工检测效率低下,因而市场要求纸袋机实现全自动化生产在检测与不合格品自动剔除装置。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题,是提供一种能够在纸袋自动生产线上自动检测和剔除不合格产品,生产效率高,可靠性好的纸袋机在线检测与不合格品剔除装置。
本发明的纸袋机在线检测与不合格品剔除装置包括一段水平输送的输送皮带,输送皮带后端与上级输送设备衔接;输送皮带上方安置有一个能够检测纸袋外观的视觉传感装置;输送皮带前端经过一段水平的托板与纸袋收集设备衔接,用来收集合格纸袋;所述托板前端安装在由驱动机构带动的铰接轴上,驱动机构可通过铰接轴带动托板摆动离开水平位置,并打开其下方的剔除通道。
进一步的,所述输送皮带上开有与负压吸附系统相通的吸孔。
进一步的,所述负压吸附系统包括设置在输送皮带内侧的与负压源连接的气箱,气箱能够对其上方经过的吸孔提供负压吸力。
进一步的,所述负压吸附系统还可以是与负压源连接的皮带拔销或链条拔销。
进一步的,驱动托板及铰接轴的驱动机构包括电机或气缸或电磁阀。
进一步的,所述剔除通道下方设置有废品收集箱,用来收集不合格纸袋。
进一步的,所述托板前上方设置有连接在设备控制系统中的计数传感器,用来对合格纸袋进行计数。
进一步的,所述剔除通道是由一段固定的导向板和位于导向板上方的上挡板围成的通道,所述上挡板与托板连接为一体并与托板一同摆动。
本发明能够对在线输送的纸袋进行实时检测,并自动剔除不合格产品,其结构简单、动作可靠,在保证产品质量的同时降低了人工成本和生产消耗。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,该纸袋机在线检测与不合格品剔除装置包括一段水平输送的输送皮带1,输送皮带后端与上级输送设备2衔接,使上级输送设备送出的纸袋产品能够逐个输出到输送皮带上并随之向前输送;输送皮带1上方安置有一个能够检测纸袋外观的视觉传感装置3,视觉传感装置3将检测信号传输至设备控制系统,以判断产品是否合格;输送皮带前端经过一段水平的托板4与纸袋收集设备5衔接,用来收集合格纸袋;托板4前端安装在由驱动机构带动的铰接轴6上。驱动机构可通过铰接轴6带动托板4摆动离开水平位置,并打开其下方的剔除通道7,使输送皮带送出的不合格纸袋掉入剔除通道。驱动机构由设备控制系统控制,在不合格纸袋到达时抬起托板。驱动托板及铰接轴的驱动机构可由电机或气缸或电磁阀提供动力。
输送皮带1上开有与负压吸附系统相通的吸孔,使输送皮带上的纸袋能够被吸附定位。负压吸附系统可以包括设置在输送皮带内侧的与负压源连接的气箱8,气箱能够对其上方经过的吸孔提供负压吸力。负压吸附系统还可以是与负压源连接的皮带拔销或链条拔销。
剔除通道7下方设置有废品收集箱9,用来收集不合格纸袋。
托板4前上方设置有连接在设备控制系统中的计数传感器10,用来对合格纸袋进行计数。
如图2所示,剔除通道7是由一段固定的导向板11和位于导向板上方的上挡板12围成的通道,上挡板12与托板4连接为一体并与托板一同摆动。
设备运行时,由视觉传感装置采集纸袋在光源加强下的图像,控制系统对图像进行预处理,接着与通过标准纸袋训练得到的模板进行匹配,达到拟定的相似度则为合格,否则为废品并进行缺陷分类。通过检测纸袋底部轮廓和袋身印花的完整性,筛选出底部褶皱、缺口,袋身印漏印,重印,错印的残次品。然后在托板处自动剔除。

Claims (8)

1.一种纸袋机在线检测与不合格品剔除装置,包括一段水平输送的输送皮带(1),输送皮带后端与上级输送设备(2)衔接;其特征是:输送皮带(1)上方安置有一个能够检测纸袋外观的视觉传感装置(3);输送皮带前端经过一段水平的托板(4)与纸袋收集设备(5)衔接;托板(4)前端安装在由驱动机构带动的铰接轴(6)上,驱动机构可通过铰接轴(6)带动托板(4)摆动离开水平位置,并打开其下方的剔除通道(7)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的纸袋机在线检测与不合格品剔除装置,其特征是:输送皮带(1)上开有与负压吸附系统相通的吸孔。
3.根据权利要求2所述的纸袋机在线检测与不合格品剔除装置,其特征是:负压吸附系统包括设置在输送皮带内侧的与负压源连接的气箱(8),气箱能够对其上方经过的吸孔提供负压吸力。
4.根据权利要求2所述的纸袋机在线检测与不合格品剔除装置,其特征是:负压吸附系统是与负压源连接的皮带拔销或链条拔销。
5.根据权利要求1所述的纸袋机在线检测与不合格品剔除装置,其特征是: 驱动托板(4)及铰接轴(6)的驱动机构包括电机或气缸或电磁阀。
6.根据权利要求1所述的纸袋机在线检测与不合格品剔除装置,其特征是:剔除通道(7)下方设置有废品收集箱(9)。
7.根据权利要求1所述的纸袋机在线检测与不合格品剔除装置,其特征是:托板(4)前上方设置有连接在设备控制系统中的计数传感器(10)。
8.根据权利要求1所述的纸袋机在线检测与不合格品剔除装置,其特征是:剔除通道(7)是由一段固定的导向板(11)和位于导向板上方的上挡板(12)围成的通道,上挡板(12)与托板(4)连接为一体并与托板一同摆动。
