An essence water formula comprises plant extracts, a group A mixture, a group B mixture, a group C mixture, PEG-7 olive oleate, glycerin, shea butter, dipotassium glycyrrhizinate, xanthan gum, sodium hyaluronate, 1, 2-hexanediol, p-hydroxyacetophenone and water, wherein the plant extracts are a mixture of rose water, geranium water and lavender water, the group A mixture is a mixture of hydrolyzed yeast extract, cetyl hydroxyethyl cellulose, polyglucuronic acid and lecithin, the group B mixture is a mixture of butanediol, alfalfa extract and water, and the group C mixture is a mixture of glycerin, water, butanediol, carbomer, polysorbate-20, palmitoyl oligopeptide and palmitoyl tetrapeptide-7.
The specific formula is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by weight: rose water 5%, pelargonium roseum flower water 4.5%, lavender flower water 4.7%, PEG-7 olive oleate 4%, glycerin 3%, group A mixture 4.7%, shea butter 4.9%, group B mixture 3.5%, group C mixture 3.7%, dipotassium glycyrrhizinate 0.3%, xanthan gum 0.35%, sodium hyaluronate 0.3%, 1, 2-hexanediol 2%, p-hydroxyacetophenone 1% and water in balance.
An essence water process flow is shown in figure 1 and specifically comprises the following steps:
step 1, disinfecting an emulsifying pot, adding a proper amount of deionized water into the disinfected emulsifying pot, and fully stirring the deionized water by using a stirrer, wherein the stirring revolution is 40 rpm, and the stirring time is 25 min;
step 2, weighing a certain amount of xanthan gum and glycerol, mixing, putting into the mixture, and homogenizing for 1-3 minutes at 3000 r/min; stirring and heating the homogenized mixture at the same time, wherein the stirring revolution is 35 r/min, stirring is carried out until the temperature rises to 85 ℃, and then heat preservation is carried out for 20 minutes;
step 3, after the heat preservation is finished, homogenizing the mixture for 1 minute at the homogenizing rotation number of 3000 r/min, and gradually reducing the temperature to 55 ℃ after the homogenization and keeping the temperature;
step 4, adding the mixture of the PEG-7 olive oleate and the group A, and stirring for 25min at the stirring revolution of 30 rpm; homogenizing after stirring, wherein the homogenizing time is 1 minute, and the homogenizing revolution is 2500 rpm;
step 5, cooling to 50 ℃, adding the mixture in the group C, and stirring for 25 minutes at the stirring revolution of 30 rpm;
step 6, cooling to 45 ℃, adding the shea butter, the mixture of the group B and the sodium hyaluronate, uniformly stirring for 13 minutes, adding the dipotassium glycyrrhizinate, and homogenizing for 2 minutes, wherein the stirring revolution is 30 revolutions per minute, and the homogenizing revolution is 2800 revolutions per minute;
step 7, cooling to 43 ℃, adding 1, 2-hexanediol and p-hydroxyacetophenone, and uniformly stirring, wherein the stirring time is 25 minutes, and the stirring revolution is 30 revolutions per minute;
step 8, cooling the temperature to 40 ℃, stirring while adding rose water, pelargonium roseum water and lavender water in the natural plant extract into an emulsifying pot in sequence for homogenizing for 1 minute, wherein the homogenizing revolution is 2200 rpm; after homogenizing, the revolution of the stirrer is adjusted to 30 revolutions per minute, stirring is stopped after 20 minutes, and the mixture is stood for 10 minutes and discharged for standby inspection.

Claims (7)
1. An essence formula is characterized in that: comprises plant extract, group A mixture, group B mixture, group C mixture, PEG-7 olive oleate, glycerin, shea butter, dipotassium glycyrrhizinate, xanthan gum, sodium hyaluronate, 1, 2-hexanediol, p-hydroxyacetophenone and water.
2. The essence formula according to claim 1, wherein: the plant extract is a mixture of rose water, geranium water and lavender water.
3. The essence formula according to claim 2, wherein: the mixture of the group A is a mixture of hydrolytic yeast extract, cetyl hydroxyethyl cellulose, polyglucuronic acid and lecithin, and the mixture of the group B is a mixture of butanediol, alfalfa extract and water.
4. The essence formula according to claim 3, wherein: the group C mixture is a mixture of glycerol, water, butanediol, carbomer, polysorbate-20, palmitoyl oligopeptide and palmitoyl tetrapeptide-7.

The essence formula according to claim 4, wherein: in the technical scheme, the specific formula is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 3 to 5 percent of rose water, 3 to 4.5 percent of pelargonium roseum flower water, 3 to 4.7 percent of lavender flower water, 2.6 to 4 percent of PEG-7 olive oleate, 2 to 3 percent of glycerin, 3 to 4.7 percent of group A mixture, 3 to 4.9 percent of avocado resin, 2 to 3.5 percent of group B mixture, 3 to 3.7 percent of group C mixture, 0.1 to 0.3 percent of dipotassium glycyrrhizinate, 0.2 to 0.35 percent of xanthan gum, 0.1 to 0.3 percent of sodium hyaluronate, 0.5 to 2 percent of 1, 2-hexanediol, 0.3 to 1 percent of p-hydroxyacetophenone and the balance of water.

The essence formula according to claim 5, wherein: the essence water formula comprises, by weight, 4% of rose water, 4% of geranium flower water, 3.8% of lavender flower water, 3.3% of PEG-7 olive oleate, 2.5% of glycerin, 3.8% of a group A mixture, 4% of shea butter, 2.8% of a group B mixture, 3.4% of a group C mixture, 0.2% of dipotassium glycyrrhizinate, 0.28% of xanthan gum, 0.2% of sodium hyaluronate, 1.3% of 1, 2-hexanediol, 0.7% of p-hydroxyacetophenone and the balance of water.
7. An essence process flow is characterized in that: the method specifically comprises the following steps of,
step 1, sterilizing an emulsifying pot, adding a proper amount of deionized water into the sterilized emulsifying pot, and fully stirring the deionized water by using a stirrer, wherein the stirring revolution is 30-40 rpm, and the stirring time is 15-25 min;
step 2, weighing a certain amount of xanthan gum and glycerol, mixing, placing and homogenizing, wherein the homogenizing time is 1-3 minutes, and the revolution is 2000-3000 r/min; stirring and heating the homogenized mixture, wherein the stirring and heating are carried out simultaneously, the stirring revolution is 25-35 r/min, stirring is carried out until the temperature is raised to 75-85 ℃, and then heat preservation is carried out for 10-20 minutes;
step 3, after the heat preservation is finished, homogenizing the mixture for 1 minute at the homogenizing rotation speed of 2000-;
step 4, adding the mixture of the PEG-7 olive oleate and the group A, and stirring for 15-25min at the stirring revolution of 20-30 rpm; homogenizing after stirring, wherein the homogenizing time is 1 minute, and the homogenizing revolution is 2000 and 2500 revolutions per minute;

step 6, cooling to 45 ℃, adding the shea butter, the mixture of the group B and the sodium hyaluronate, uniformly stirring for 13 minutes, adding the dipotassium glycyrrhizinate, and homogenizing for 2 minutes, wherein the stirring revolution is 30 revolutions per minute, and the homogenizing revolution is 2800 revolutions per minute;
step 7, cooling to 43 ℃, adding 1, 2-hexanediol and p-hydroxyacetophenone, and uniformly stirring, wherein the stirring time is 15-25 minutes, and the stirring revolution is 30 revolutions per minute;
step 8, cooling the temperature to 40 ℃, stirring while adding rose water, pelargonium roseum water and lavender water in the natural plant extract into an emulsifying pot in sequence for homogenizing for 1 minute, wherein the homogenizing revolution is 2200 rpm; after homogenizing, the revolution of the stirrer is adjusted to 30 revolutions per minute, stirring is stopped after 20 minutes, and the mixture is stood for 10 minutes and discharged for standby inspection.
