The condensed water collecting pipe is a rigid structure. The condensed water collecting pipe is obliquely arranged. The condensate discharge port is provided at a lower end of the condensate collection pipe, and particularly, at a lowermost portion of the condensate collection pipe. The elevation of the steam inlet pipe decreases from the inlet end of the steam inlet pipe to the outlet end of the steam inlet pipe. In the embodiment, 2 steam control valves are arranged, 2 steam control valves are connected in parallel between the condensed water discharge pipe and the inlet end of the steam input pipe, and one steam control valve is opened according to the requirement when the steam control valve is used; between any two steam control valves, the opening area of the flow passage of one steam control valve is larger than that of the flow passage of the other steam control valve, so that the flow rates of input steam input pipes are different when different steam control valves are opened. The outlet end of the condensed water discharge valve is connected to the water tub through a condensed water discharge pipe 26.
The method for cooking the food comprises the following steps: e1, placing the container 27 of edible food under the steam input pipe, and aligning the opening 28 of the container (in this embodiment, the opening of the container of edible food is a hole twisted on the container cover 29, but it is also possible that the opening of the container of edible food is formed by removing the container cover from the container body 30 and then opening the container cover, and the cover is designed to cover the open end of the container body correspondingly) with the outlet of the steam input pipe; e2, lowering the lid to cover the opening of the container of food product by supporting it on the container of food product by its upper section, the food contact section being inserted in the soup 31 in the container of food product; e3, steaming the food in the container by inputting steam through the steam input pipe to cook the food; e4, stopping supplying steam to the steam input pipe after the cover rises to the outside of the soup of which the food contact section is positioned in the container for eating the food, and inputting cold eating water into the container for eating the food to cool the food to the required temperature; e5, lifting the cover to reset.
E4, cooling the food to the required temperature by feeding cold water into the container of the food from the steam input pipe after the cleaning.
And E4, the steam input pipe is always inserted into the opening of the container for edible food, i.e. the outlet end of the steam input pipe is positioned below the container cover.
After step E4, the blower is started to exhaust the steam from the space enclosed by the food container and the cover, and then step E5 is performed.

Claims (10)

1. A steam heating unit comprises a steam input pipe and is characterized by further comprising a cover which is connected to the lower end of the steam input pipe and is used for covering an opening of a container for edible food, when the cover is covered on the opening of the container for edible food, an output port of the steam input pipe is positioned in a space defined by the cover and the container for edible food.
2. Steam heating unit as claimed in claim 1, wherein the steam inlet pipe is provided with a food contact section which, in use, is inserted into a soup for cooking food in a container for eating food, the food contact section being located below the lid.
3. The steam heating unit of claim 2, further comprising a purge tube, an output port of the steam input tube being located on a lower end surface of the food contacting section, a lower end of the steam input tube being adapted to output steam to an outer surface of the food contacting section for cleaning the outer surface of the food contacting section; the cover comprises an upper cover section and a lower cover section, the lower cover section is of a tubular structure with two open ends, the upper cover section comprises a cover plate, the upper end of the lower cover section can be sleeved with the upper cover section in a lifting manner, and a hanging structure for hanging the lower cover section on the upper cover section when the lower cover section is hung is arranged between the upper cover section and the lower cover section; the lower end of the food contact section is lower than the lower end of the upper cover section, and the cleaning pipe and the steam input pipe are connected to the upper cover section.
4. The steam heating unit of claim 3, wherein the lower end of the food contacting section is lower than the lower end of the lid lower section when the lid lower section is suspended from the lid upper section by the suspension structure.
5. The steam heating unit of claim 1, further comprising a cold water input pipe and a steam pipe, wherein an output end of the cold water input pipe and an output end of the steam pipe are connected to an inlet end of the steam input pipe, the cold water input pipe is provided with a water inlet control valve, and the steam pipe is provided with a steam control valve.

The steam heating unit of claim 1, further comprising a steam input piping structure for supplying steam to the steam input pipe, the steam input piping structure comprising a condensate collecting pipe having a steam input port, a steam output port, and a condensate drain port, the condensate drain port being provided with a condensate drain valve, the steam output port being connected to the inlet end of the steam input pipe via a steam control valve.
7. The steam heating unit as recited in claim 6, wherein the condensate collecting pipe is disposed obliquely, and the condensate discharging port is disposed at a lower end of the condensate collecting pipe.
8. The steam heating unit of claim 3, wherein the lid is connected to an exhaust pipe, and when the lid is placed over the opening of the container of comestible product, the inlet of the exhaust pipe is located in the space enclosed by the lid and the container of comestible product, and the inlet of the delivery exhaust pipe is located above the outlet of the delivery steam inlet pipe.
9. A method of steaming food adapted for use in a steam heating unit as claimed in claim 1, comprising the steps of: e1, placing the container for cooking food below the steam input pipe, and aligning the opening of the container for eating food with the outlet of the steam input pipe; e2, making the cover the opening of the container for edible food; e3, steaming the food in the container by inputting steam through the steam input pipe to cook the food; e4, stopping the steam supply to the steam input pipe after the cover is lifted to the outside of the soup with the food contact section in the container for eating the food; e5, lifting the cover to reset.
10. A method of steaming food in a steam heating unit according to claim 9, wherein the lower end of the steam input pipe in step E2 is in the soup in the container for food; e4, stopping supplying steam to the steam input pipe, outputting the steam from the cleaning pipe to clean the outer surface of the food contact section, and inputting cold edible water into the container for cooling the food to the required temperature.
