Once the package is in the open position within the outlet chamber, the receptacle for the food product is placed on the package and heated within the outlet chamber.
Referring to fig. 12 to 17, the heating unit includes a steam input pipe 1, an exhaust pipe 2, and a washing pipe 3. The steam inlet pipe is provided with a food contact section 4 which is inserted into a cooking liquor in a container for food during use. The outlet opening 5 of the steam inlet pipe is located on the lower end face of the food contact section. The washing pipe is used for outputting steam to the outer surface of the food contact section to clean the outer surface of the food contact section. And a cover 6 coupled to a lower end of the exhaust pipe. The cover comprises a cover upper section 7 and a cover lower section 8, and the cover lower section is of a tubular structure with openings at the upper end and the lower end. A temperature sensor 13 is attached to the lid for detecting the heating temperature. The upper lid section comprises a heating unit cover plate 9 and a support ring 10 with its upper end connected to the heating unit cover plate. The upper end of the lower cover section can be sleeved on the upper cover section in a lifting manner, and the lower cover section can be arranged on the upper cover section in a penetrating manner. A hanging structure for hanging the lower cover section on the upper cover section when the lower cover section is hung is arranged between the upper cover section and the lower cover section. The lower end of the food contact section is lower than the lower end of the upper section of the cover (i.e. the food contact section extends downwards out of the lower section of the cover), and the exhaust pipe, the cleaning pipe and the steam input pipe are all connected to the upper section of the cover, in particular to a cover plate of the heating unit part; when the lower cover section is suspended from the upper cover section by the suspension structure (i.e., the upper cover section and the lower cover section are separated to the limit position), the lower end of the food contact section is lower than the lower end of the lower cover section. The suspension structure comprises a lower section inner flanging 11 arranged at the upper end of the lower section of the cover and an upper section suspension part 12 arranged on the upper section of the cover and matched with the lower section inner flanging. The upper segment suspension piece is an upper segment flanging arranged at the lower end of the support ring. The outer flanging of the upper section part is connected with the lower section of the cover in a sealing and sliding way. The heating unit cover plate seals the upper end of the support ring to form a bobbin with an upward bottom. The lower end face of the support ring is provided with an annular sealing plane extending along the circumferential direction of the support ring. The output of the steam input pipe is located below the input 14 of the exhaust pipe. The end surface of the input end of the exhaust pipe is located on the same plane as the lower surface of the heating unit cover plate, and the end surface of the input end of the exhaust pipe is located above the lower surface of the heating unit cover plate, so that the same effect can be achieved. The exhaust pipe comprises an exhaust pipe lower section 15 and an exhaust pipe upper section 16 which are distributed along the vertical direction, the input port of the exhaust pipe is arranged at the lower end of the exhaust pipe lower section, and the upper end of the exhaust pipe lower section can be telescopically arranged in the lower end of the exhaust pipe upper section in a penetrating mode. The upper section of the exhaust pipe is fixed with the frame and keeps static. An exhaust fan is arranged in the upper section of the exhaust pipe. The exhaust fan is provided with an exhaust blade, and the exhaust blade covers more than 70% of the opening area of the lower section of the exhaust pipe. The invention also comprises a steam condensing tank 17, and the outlet end of the exhaust pipe is input into the steam condensing tank. When in use, cooling water is stored in the steam condensing tank, and the outlet end of the steam input pipe is submerged in the cooling water. The output port of the steam input pipe is positioned below the input port of the exhaust pipe. The present invention further includes a steam heating unit part connecting seat 32 and a steam heating unit part elevating mechanism 18 for driving the steam heating unit part connecting seat to ascend and descend. The steam heating unit lifting mechanism comprises a guide rod which is vertically arranged, a screw rod which is parallel to the guide rod, a lifting block which is in threaded connection with the screw rod, and a heating unit lifting motor which drives the screw rod to rotate. The lifting block is sleeved on the guide rod. The lifting block is connected with the connecting seat of the steam heating unit part. The steam input, the cleaning pipe and the exhaust pipe are connected with the connecting seat of the steam heating unit part in a lifting way. The present invention also includes a cold water input pipe 19, a steam pipe 20, and a steam input piping structure. The output end of the cold water input pipe and the output end of the steam pipe are connected with the inlet end of the steam input pipe, and the cold water input pipe is provided with a water inlet control valve 21. The water inlet control valve is connected to the water tub 22 by a water pump (the water pump is not shown in the drawing).
The steam input pipeline structure comprises a condensed water collecting pipe 23, the condensed water collecting pipe is connected with a steam input port, a steam output port and a condensed water discharge port, the steam input port is connected with a steam input valve 24, the condensed water discharge port is provided with a condensed water discharge valve 25, and the steam output port is connected with the inlet end of the steam input pipe through a steam control valve 33. The condensed water collecting pipe is a rigid structure. The condensed water collecting pipe is obliquely arranged. The condensate discharge port is provided at a lower end of the condensate collection pipe, and particularly, at a lowermost portion of the condensate collection pipe. The elevation of the steam inlet pipe decreases from the inlet end of the steam inlet pipe to the outlet end of the steam inlet pipe. In the embodiment, 2 steam control valves are arranged, 2 steam control valves are connected in parallel between the condensed water discharge pipe and the inlet end of the steam input pipe, and one steam control valve is opened according to the requirement when the steam control valve is used; between any two steam control valves, the opening area of the flow passage of one steam control valve is larger than that of the flow passage of the other steam control valve, so that the flow rates of input steam input pipes are different when different steam control valves are opened. The outlet end of the condensed water discharge valve is connected to the water tub through a condensed water discharge pipe 26.
The method for cooking the food by the heating unit comprises the following steps: e1, placing the container 27 of edible food under the steam input pipe, and aligning the opening 28 of the container (in this embodiment, the opening of the container of edible food is a hole twisted on the container cover 29, but it is also possible that the opening of the container of edible food is formed by removing the container cover from the container body 30 and then opening the container cover, and the cover is designed to cover the open end of the container body correspondingly) with the outlet of the steam input pipe; e2, lowering the cover to cover the opening of the container for edible food by supporting the cover on the container for edible food through the upper section of the cover, the food contact section being inserted in the soup 31 in the container for edible food; e3, steaming the food in the container by inputting steam through the steam input pipe to cook the food; e4, lifting the cover to the outside of the soup in the container for edible food, stopping supplying steam to the steam input pipe, and inputting cold edible water into the container for edible food to cool the food to the required temperature; e5, lifting the cover to reset.
E4, cooling the food to the required temperature by feeding cold water into the container of the food from the steam input pipe after the cleaning.
And E4, the steam input pipe is always inserted into the opening of the container for edible food, i.e. the outlet end of the steam input pipe is positioned below the container cover.
After step E4, the blower is started to exhaust the steam from the space enclosed by the food container and the cover, and then step E5 is performed.

A food storage and cooking all-in-one machine is characterized by comprising a machine cabinet, wherein a food storage chamber, a food output chamber, a food lifting unit, a storage chamber part food transferring unit, a liquid adding unit, a packaging bag conveying unit, a packaging bag transferring mechanism, a food taking unit, a heating unit and a tableware taking unit are arranged in the machine cabinet, the food output chamber is positioned above the food storage chamber and is separated from the food storage chamber through a partition plate, the food lifting unit is used for transferring containers of edible food stored in the food storage chamber to the storage chamber part food transferring unit, the liquid adding unit is used for adding soup to the containers of the edible food before heating, the packaging bag conveying unit is used for transferring packaging bags into the output chamber, the containers of the edible food lifted by the lifting unit to the upper part of the partition plate are transferred to the output chamber part food transferring mechanism in the output chamber, the heating unit is used for heating and cooking the, the baffle is provided with a food delivery window.
