Claims (10)

1. A steam heating unit with an exhaust channel comprises a steam input pipe, and is characterized by further comprising an exhaust pipe and a cover which is connected to the lower end of the exhaust pipe and used for sealing an opening of a container for edible food, wherein the steam input pipe is provided with a food contact section, and an output port of the steam input pipe is positioned on the food contact section; the cover is covered on the opening of the container for edible food, and when steam is input into the steam input pipe to heat the food, the output port of the steam input pipe is positioned in the space surrounded by the cover and the container for edible food and positioned outside the soup for cooking food in the container for edible food, and the output port of the steam input pipe is submerged in the soup for cooking food in the container for edible food.
2. The steam heating unit with an exhaust channel as claimed in claim 1, wherein an exhaust fan is provided in the exhaust pipe.

The steam heating unit with the exhaust passage as claimed in claim 1, further comprising a steam heating unit part connecting base and a steam heating unit part elevating mechanism for driving the steam heating unit part connecting base to ascend and descend, wherein the steam input pipe and the exhaust pipe are connected to the steam heating unit part connecting base elevating mechanism.

The steam heating unit with the exhaust passage as claimed in claim 3, wherein the exhaust pipe comprises a lower section and an upper section, which are distributed in the vertical direction, the input port of the exhaust pipe is arranged at the lower end of the lower section, and the upper end of the lower section and the lower end of the upper section are telescopically sleeved together.

The steam heating unit with the exhaust channel as claimed in claim 1, further comprising a cleaning pipe, wherein the output port of the steam input pipe is located on the lower end surface of the food contact section, the cover comprises an upper cover section and a lower cover section, the lower cover section is a tubular structure with two open ends, the upper cover section comprises a cover plate, the upper end of the lower cover section can be sleeved with the upper cover section in a lifting manner, and a hanging structure for hanging the lower cover section on the upper cover section when the lower cover section is hung is arranged between the upper cover section and the lower cover section; the lower end of the food contact section is lower than the lower end of the upper section of the cover.

The steam heating unit with the exhaust passage according to claim 1, further comprising a steam input pipeline structure for supplying steam to the steam input pipe, wherein the steam input pipeline structure comprises a condensed water collecting pipe, the condensed water collecting pipe is connected with a steam input port, a steam output port and a condensed water discharge port, the condensed water discharge port is provided with a condensed water discharge valve, and the steam output port is connected with the inlet end of the steam input pipe through a steam control valve.

A method of steam heating food adapted for use in the steam heating unit with an exhaust passage of claim 1, comprising the steps of: e1, placing the container of edible food under the steam input pipe, wherein the opening of the container of edible food is aligned with the outlet of the steam input pipe; e2, lowering the lid to cover the opening of the container of edible food by supporting the lid on the container of edible food via the upper section of the lid, the food contact section being inserted in the soup in the container of edible food; e3, inputting steam through the steam input pipe to heat the food in the food container to cook the food, and discharging the steam in the space surrounded by the food container and the cover from the exhaust pipe in the process of heating the food; e4, stopping the steam supply to the steam input pipe after the cover is lifted to the outside of the soup with the food contact section in the container for eating the food; e5, lifting the cover to reset.
