When food is cooked, the food box rises to the lower cover section under the action of the food grabbing mechanical arm and is supported on the food box for cooking the food to cover the opening of the food box for cooking the food, and the food contact section is inserted into soup in the food box for cooking the food; steam is input through the steam input pipe to heat food in the food box for cooking the food so as to cook the food, and the steam pipe rotating structure drives the steam input pipe to rotate in the heating process; the steam is wet steam, and the temperature sensor detects the temperature of the food in the food box in the process of heating the food in the food box; when the temperature of food in the food box is higher than the set temperature, the food box and the cover are separated to enable the output port of the steam input pipe outside the soup to be located at the output port of the steam input pipe outside the soup, after the time length that the output port of the steam input pipe outside the soup is located at the set value is reached, the food box and the cover are folded to enable the output port of the steam input pipe to be located in the soup, and the lower section of the cover is always supported on the cover in the process that the food box and the cover are combined. In the process that the output port of the steam input pipe is positioned in the soup, the lower section of the cover is kept supported on the box cover, so that the food box is separated from the cover, and the depth of the output port of the steam input pipe inserted into the soup is changed.
After the food is cooked, the cover and the food box are separated to the outside of the soup in the food box for cooking the food at the food contact section, the steam supply to the steam input pipe is stopped, the food box is removed, and then the cleaning cup is moved to the cleaning position by the cleaning cup displacement device, so that the steam input pipe outputs the steam and rotates, thereby cleaning the food contact section and the temperature sensor. The condensed water penetrating through the cover is discharged to the water receiving hopper. The residual steam in the cover is discharged into the water tank by the exhaust mechanism to be condensed, and the cover is separated from the food box after the steam in the cover is discharged.
The second embodiment, referring to fig. 7, differs from the first embodiment in that: the condensed water discharge channel is a drainage ditch structure.

Claims (10)

1. A food vending machine for cooking food comprises a cabinet, a heating chamber is arranged in the cabinet, a steam heating mechanism is arranged in the heating chamber, the steam heating mechanism comprises a temperature sensor, a steam input pipe, a cover for sealing an opening of a food box for cooking food, a cleaning cup and a cleaning cup displacement device, and the steam input pipe is connected with the cover; the steam input pipe is provided with a food contact section, the output port of the steam input pipe is positioned on the food contact section, the cover comprises an upper cover section and a lower cover section, the lower cover section is of a tubular structure with openings at two ends, the upper cover section comprises a cover plate and a support ring with the upper end connected to the cover plate, the upper end of the lower cover section can be sleeved with the upper cover section in a lifting manner, and a suspension structure for suspending the lower cover section on the upper cover section when the lower cover section is suspended is arranged between the upper cover section and the lower cover section; the lower end of the food contact section is lower than the lower end of the upper section of the cover, and the food box is characterized in that in the first step, a food box for storing food to be cooked is transferred to the lower part of the cover, the food box comprises a box body and a box cover connected to the box body, an opening is formed in the box cover, the food box and the cover are folded to the lower section of the cover and supported on the box cover, the cover covers the opening, a steam input pipe is arranged in the opening in a penetrating mode, an output port of the steam input pipe is located in soup in the food box, the steam is heated from an output port of the steam input pipe, the steam is wet steam, and the temperature sensor detects the temperature of the food in the food box in the process of heating the food in the food box; secondly, when the temperature of food in the food box is higher than the set temperature, the food box and the cover are separated to an output port of the steam input pipe and are positioned outside the soup; and thirdly, after the time that the output port of the steam input pipe is positioned outside the soup reaches a set value, the food box and the cover are folded until the output port of the steam input pipe is positioned in the soup, repeating the second step and the third step until the food in the food box is cooked, and supporting the lower section of the cover on the box cover all the time in the second step and the third step.

A method of cooking food products in a food product vending machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein the outlet of the steam inlet tube is positioned within the soup, the lower lid section being maintained supported on the lid section to separate the food product container from the lid section, thereby to vary the depth of insertion of the outlet of the steam inlet tube into the soup.

A method of cooking food items in a food product vending machine as claimed in claim 1 or claim 2, wherein the food product vending machine further includes a steam pipe rotation structure, the steam inlet pipe being rotatably coupled to the lid, the steam pipe rotation structure being configured to rotate the steam inlet pipe during heating of food items in the food product carton.

A method of cooking food in a food vending machine as claimed in claim 1 or claim 2, wherein a food outlet chamber is provided in the cabinet, the food cartridge is transferred from the food outlet chamber to the heating chamber, the heating chamber is provided with a heating chamber viewing window, the heating chamber viewing window is closed by a heating chamber window panel of light-transmitting construction, and the light transmission of the heating chamber window panel is 30-75%.
5. A method of cooking food products in a food product vending machine as claimed in claim 1 or claim 2, wherein the heating chamber is provided with an illumination lamp.

A method of cooking food in a food vending machine as claimed in claim 1 or claim 2, wherein the front side wall of the heating chamber is provided with side wall electronic identifier means for identifying the electronic identifier of the food specification bound to the food specification of the food to be purchased by the user; according to the food specification bound by the food specification electronic identification recognized by the side wall part electronic identification recognition device, the transfer mechanism transfers the food box which is in accordance with the food specification in the food storage chamber to the heating chamber for heating by the steam heating mechanism.

The method for cooking food in a food vending machine as claimed in claim 1 or 2, wherein electronic identification information is provided on the food box, the electronic identification information binds processing date information of the food in the food box, an internal electronic identification recognition device for recognizing the electronic identification information is provided in the heating chamber, before the steam heating mechanism heats, whether the processing date of the food in the food box associated with the electronic identification information is expired is recognized through the internal electronic identification recognition device, and the food in the food box is heated through the steam heating mechanism only if the processing date is not expired.
