本发明涉及玻璃加工装置领域,尤其是玻璃侧边自动打磨装置。
背景技术
玻璃在进行加工生产的时候,需要对玻璃的侧边进行打磨去毛边。但是现有的玻璃打磨去毛边的工作效率较低。
发明内容
为了克服现有的玻璃侧边打磨工作效率低的不足,本发明提供了玻璃侧边自动打磨装置。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种玻璃侧边自动打磨装置,包括X轴水平移动机构、Y轴水平移动机构、打磨机构、基座、旋转机构、玻璃放置台、吸盘、弹性机构,所述Y轴水平移动机构的缸体固定在X轴水平移动机构的滑座上,打磨机构安装在Y轴水平移动机构的滑座上,打磨机构位于基座一侧,基座内固定有旋转机构,旋转机构的输出轴固定在玻璃放置台底部,玻璃放置台上设有凹槽,吸盘滑配连接在玻璃放置台的凹槽内,吸盘与玻璃放置台之间连接有弹性机构。
根据本发明的另一个实施例,进一步包括所述X轴水平移动机构为线性模组。
根据本发明的另一个实施例,进一步包括所述打磨机构由打磨头和打磨头旋转电机组成,打磨头旋转电机的机体固定在Y轴水平移动机构的滑座上,打磨头旋转电机的输出轴上固定有打磨头。
根据本发明的另一个实施例,进一步包括所述旋转机构为电机。
根据本发明的另一个实施例,进一步包括所述弹性机构为弹簧。
根据本发明的另一个实施例,进一步包括所述Y轴水平移动机构为线性模组。
根据本发明的另一个实施例,进一步包括所述基座上设有用于支撑玻璃放置台的支撑机构。
根据本发明的另一个实施例,进一步包括所述支撑机构由环形槽和滚珠组成,基座的端面上设有环形槽,环形槽内分布有数个滚珠,滚珠与玻璃放置台底部相贴合。
本发明的有益效果是,该发明通过X轴水平移动机构与Y轴水平移动机构驱使打磨机构进行前后左右水平移动。通过打磨机构对玻璃侧边进行打磨。通过旋转机构来旋转玻璃放置台的水平方向。通过玻璃放置台及吸盘来定位玻璃。本申请提高了玻璃打磨侧边的效率。

图1是本发明的结构示意图,本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种玻璃侧边自动打磨装置,包括X轴水平移动机构1、Y轴水平移动机构2、打磨机构3、基座4、旋转机构5、玻璃放置台6、吸盘7、弹性机构8,所述Y轴水平移动机构2的缸体固定在X轴水平移动机构1的滑座上,打磨机构3安装在Y轴水平移动机构2的滑座上,打磨机构3位于基座4一侧,基座4内固定有旋转机构5,旋转机构5的输出轴固定在玻璃放置台6底部,玻璃放置台6上设有凹槽,吸盘7滑配连接在玻璃放置台6的凹槽内,吸盘7与玻璃放置台6之间连接有弹性机构8。X轴水平移动机构1为线性模组。打磨机构3由打磨头和打磨头旋转电机组成,打磨头旋转电机的机体固定在Y轴水平移动机构2的滑座上,打磨头旋转电机的输出轴上固定有打磨头。旋转机构5为电机。弹性机构8为弹簧。Y轴水平移动机构2为线性模组。基座4上设有用于支撑玻璃放置台6的支撑机构9。支撑机构9由环形槽和滚珠组成,基座4的端面上设有环形槽,环形槽内分布有数个滚珠,滚珠与玻璃放置台6底部相贴合。
如附图1所示,首先将玻璃放到玻璃放置台6上,玻璃会将吸盘7往凹槽内压,直到玻璃贴合在玻璃放置台6的平面上,此时弹性机构8处于压紧状态,这样可以为玻璃提供缓冲保护。而真空发生器将吸盘7产生负压吸力来吸住玻璃。X轴水平移动机构1可以驱使打磨机构3进行左右水平直线移动,Y轴水平移动机构2可以驱使打磨机构3进行前后左右直线移动。打磨机构3的打磨头贴合到玻璃侧边之后,打磨头旋转电机驱使打磨头旋转,旋转的打磨头沿着玻璃的侧边进行水平直线移动,这样就可以将玻璃的侧边全部打磨。当玻璃的一个侧边打磨完毕之后,打磨机构3回退复位,然后旋转机构5驱使玻璃放置台6及玻璃水平旋转,将玻璃另一未打磨的侧边朝向打磨机构3,接着打磨机构3再对玻璃该侧边进行打磨。

1.一种玻璃侧边自动打磨装置,其特征是,包括X轴水平移动机构(1)、Y轴水平移动机构(2)、打磨机构(3)、基座(4)、旋转机构(5)、玻璃放置台(6)、吸盘(7)、弹性机构(8),所述Y轴水平移动机构(2)的缸体固定在X轴水平移动机构(1)的滑座上,打磨机构(3)安装在Y轴水平移动机构(2)的滑座上,打磨机构(3)位于基座(4)一侧,基座(4)内固定有旋转机构(5),旋转机构(5)的输出轴固定在玻璃放置台(6)底部,玻璃放置台(6)上设有凹槽,吸盘(7)滑配连接在玻璃放置台(6)的凹槽内,吸盘(7)与玻璃放置台(6)之间连接有弹性机构(8)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的玻璃侧边自动打磨装置,其特征是,所述X轴水平移动机构(1)为线性模组。
3.根据权利要求1所述的玻璃侧边自动打磨装置,其特征是,所述打磨机构(3)由打磨头和打磨头旋转电机组成,打磨头旋转电机的机体固定在Y轴水平移动机构(2)的滑座上,打磨头旋转电机的输出轴上固定有打磨头。
